HCSS software implementation is tailored to your company’s processes and goals, with a 90-day Proven Process designed to get your organization using your new software efficiently. We’ll provide a dedicated HCSS project manager and implementation specialist to help your entire company buy in for long-term success.
HCSS will perform an initial assessment of your company to begin planning how to make our software fit your needs.
The implementation stage of your project will kick off with a two- to three-day design session at our campus in Sugar Land, Texas. During this time, we will work through the software as a solution for the requirements discovered during the planning phase and will work with you to develop new streamlined business practices for your company. After your visit, your HCSS project manager and implementer will communicate weekly and identify outstanding action items as we solidify what the software will look like for your company. This phase will conclude with end-user training at your office.
At the conclusion of your implementation, your HCSS project team will verify that we have met the goals required for your new software. We will then transition your company to our technical support team for continued software service.
