Hi. It's Josh over at HCSS. I wanted to take a moment to look at the forms module and how it can work for you. So the way that I wanna start is actually within this field app where I can access plenty of things to HCSS, but one of the things being forms.
So at the very top of the screen, I have a specific job that it selected. That is the Fountain Lake Drive job. And below that, I have two modules that I wanna look at here. So the first thing is gonna be forms.
As soon as I hit that forms button, what it's going to do is it's gonna take me to a list of the different forms that I already have in progress or that I have sent off. Now I can very easily go in and add a brand new form if I'd like, and this can be your inspection form. This can be really anything that you want digitized. And so whenever I select one of these, you'll see one form, or one aspect of this form, in format that we can do, where you can enter in specific areas or field.
You'll notice right here, I have a character limit that I can do. I can select date, job number, you know, specific entries that are shorthand or longhand, and then also yes or no questions along with attachment and maybe even signatures. Right? Now I'm gonna come back into the list of forms that we have here because I want to show you another way that we can do that as well.
So you can pull in information from HeavyJob if you do own and use that, or you can have your own PDF of some type of form that you guys already use, which it might be more likely. Now inside of this form, what you're gonna notice is there are different fields that I can go in, can enter in information. Right? So I can start typing away if I wanted to, and I'll just put my first name in there for now.
And I can send this off whenever I'm ready. By sending it off, you would be able to have access to this on the web or on the manager side of forms. So as soon as I hit send, it'll let me know that that form has been sent. I'll come back to the list screen.
You'll notice that it goes through a processing, and that one disciplinary form has been sent off. I have the green check mark right next to it at the very top. Now I can go back into this, and whenever I have a completed form, it will make it so that I won't be able to edit it anymore. But I can hit the share button in the top right hand side of the screen here, And what I can do is I can save it to my files, I can email it off, or I can save it to any other drive that I have.
In y'all's instance, what I would do is I would save this to my drive, and you can put this in your specific, you know, iCloud drive or maybe even on your, local device.
And one more thing that I actually wanna show inside of the program is the HFS plan button. So in here, when you have this turned on, you can tap on that button. It's gonna take you directly to that project that you have sheets for.
Where you can put that sheet is either uploading it as if it was its own plan sheet or into the file section where it would be searchable. Now in here, I already have one example in the center of the screen, which is more like a permit, but I can just quickly tap to add something, and I can do that from my camera, my photo library, or those files that I was talking about before.
Whenever I do this, it's gonna pull up wherever I may have saved that, and you'll see that I have a disciplinary form right here. I'll go ahead and collect that, open it up, and then I can start selecting exactly where I wanna store this thing.
I'm gonna put it in a new folder for now.
I can give it a name or description, and you'll notice I have it there for access. So whenever I need it, I can tap on it. I can see any of the information that I filled out. You'll notice that my name is filled out at the very top there.
This is one way that you can use, plans and forms together, in order to make sure that people have access to it while they're on the go. And then, of course, you can manage these forms and search for them on your end on the manager side. But I just wanted to give you the quick glimpse. Alright. Thank you, and let me know if you have any questions.
