Here at Lecon, we have about a hundred and fifty pieces of equipment we actually own. Three sixty is a tool that we use to organize the entire maintenance program. We can get in there, and we can pull up a particular machine. It'll tell me everything I need to know about that machine. It's a great thing especially if you're managing people, and you're managing a lot of equipment, because I can't run around here and think of everything. So you could take three sixty, and you could set us an alarm, and it'll pop up when we need a service. It'll tell us. If you want two hundred and fifty hours and you want an engine service, and then at five hundred hours, and you wanna change bristles out or whatever that might be, you could set that in three sixty. So we'll make a completely new work order, say hydraulically. So once we pick Carl, he's the mechanic for that job. It'll pop up on his tablet as the work order. We'll open up the work orders, go to that equipment. Work items, repair, I would say five zero six hydraulic time it took, six hours. Maybe get some close ups of the hoses that we changed today. And that way, we have these photos stored for future reference of the job that we completed. It is extremely helpful just in case that we had to deal with a manufacturer or anything like that. Now with the accounting process, this information that the mechanics put in there through their pads comes into the system and it goes right in three sixty. To me, equipment three sixty is total organization and it allows me to oversee my equipment. It's really been a a really helpful tool to use when you come out on a job. It's making my life a whole lot easier.

How Equipment360 has helped us is the the fleet department has really been more paper-based and our shops, our mechanics, and there's just a lot of paperwork just in terms terms of tracking. And and we knew there were tools out there. But when we found out that, hey, there's a connection to HCSS, something a tool that we're we are already using, I think that made the difference for us. And just just starting out with just reducing paper, just doing time entries, for the mechanics as an example. Rather than having this this, paper process, you have all the information in the tool, and you can validate it using the tool. And so we're continuing to utilize that. And and there's a lot more features, obviously, we're in the process of implementing. I think what I would give, provide some insight to the smaller companies, about implementing Equipment360 is, you know, take a step back and just recognize that while these systems, it's gonna take time and investment, but for the long run, you're gonna be able to focus more on getting the work done rather than, shuffling paper around and figuring out where things are at. So it's really gonna pay off in the long, long run, but you gotta take a step back and make that investment upfront.

I particularly like that e three sixty added the functionality for me to do export and imports. That has been a major time saver, especially when you're trying to mass update certain pieces of equipment, whether you're short forming their make or updating their model or just certain things like that. It's just really saved a lot of time instead of going manually and doing it into each unit. I love because of their people. It's really made it way more easier to get to where we needed to be and they always have an answer for a question and if they don't, they find somebody who does if it's not their area of expertise. It's a lot different when you have a personal relationship with someone and trying to get an outcome or a solution to an issue, especially with somebody who cares about your situation and has been with you from the get go. It's personal, not just for us, but it's personal and important to them as well that you're successful with your implementation and your experience with the product.
