Which HCSS products does HCSS Copilot integrate with?
Currently, HCSS Copilot can support all of our products; however, it is only available to users within a web browser.
Is HCSS Copilot available to all users or only to certain roles (e.g., admins, foremen)?
Right now, our focus is users on the web. While foremen can be given access to HeavyJob.com to access it from within the browser, we have not yet released functionality specifically for them.
Does HCSS Copilot require any special setup or configuration?
Administrators give access to HCSS Copilot by enabling HCSS Chats within the Credentials website.
How do I access HCSS Copilot inside HeavyJob (or other HCSS tools)?
After it has been enabled for a user, that user can access HCSS Copilot within the HCSS Chats slideout on the right side of the screen in HeavyJob, HCSS Safety, and HCSS Plans.
Is the data I share with HCSS Copilot secure and private?
Yes, information shared with HCSS Copilot is just as secure as the rest of the data on your HCSS Platform. Additionally, HCSS Copilot has a privacy mode that deletes user questions and the HCSS Copilot responses after the user session is complete.
Can I ask HCSS Copilot custom questions specific to our jobs or processes?
Absolutely!
Can I give HCSS Copilot feedback or corrections to improve its responses?
Yes, each HCSS Copilot response allows the user to provide positive or negative feedback.
