The Digital Magnet Board allows users to point and click to schedule resources—including equipment, crews, and assets—and point and click to add people into crews during setup. With up to 200 locations per magnet board and an unlimited number of boards, HCSS Dispatcher works for any size company.
You can create boards based on superintendent, region, group, or location, with fully customizable color and status setups. You also can filter boards by employee or equipment and copy previous schedules to make setup even easier.
We know rentals can be tricky, so HCSS Dispatcher allows you to track rentals for equipment and small tools, as well as the reasons for renting them, and shows you overdue rentals and automatic cost calculations by day, week, or month so you know exactly how much you’re spending.
All owned and rented equipment can be assigned by dragging and dropping to a driver, and moves can be filtered for easy tracking, with notes and customizable fields to track exactly what you need. You can even email moves to drivers so they have their schedules in advance. And employees can be searched and added to schedules by type and skill to ensure you have the right guy on the job.
Dispatchers are visual people, which is why HCSS Dispatcher’s Map View includes a geographical display of all jobs, yards, and other locations. Plus, you can filter jobs by several fields. Display route information or search for resources based on proximity, and display real-time (and historical) locations using HCSS GPS.
HCSS Dispatcher also integrates with HeavyJob and HeavyBid to receive needs requests, new resources, and meter readings, and the dispatching software sends crew setups and resources directly to HeavyJob to fill time cards. You can also export equipment information to Equipment360 to stay up-to-date on utilization and maintenance.
