Quickly Review Heavy Equipment Work Orders

Let's walk through the time card review process on the manager's side. On the left part of the screen, you can click on pending time cards, or select a time card that needs to be reviewed on the right panel. Let's pick Jim's. Now you can see Jim's time card for the week. You can see the work orders he assigned his work to, the job where the work was performed, the piece of equipment or the equipment account that he's charging his time to, and the work and item codes within that equipment account. So from here you can approve the time card by checking the approved box, or you can reject the time card with the reject button, put a reason for rejecting the time card. As soon as you press yes, your mechanic will get a rejection notice at Equipment 360's mechanic system. He can revise his time card and resubmit it to you.
