I would definitely have to say my favorite safety feature is the skills tab within HCSS, simply because I can look up any employee within the company and verify have they been properly trained. For instance, you know, looking up an employee to see if he's been confined, space trained and then you're able to actually open up attachments and look at the certificate for the employee.
