HCSS Safety gave me initial contacts with all the employees. But my first day on the job, I could send them out introduction and a tool box talk Within my first two days. So they got an introduction to me introduction of really what we want to do as a safety team. So that's just having that instant contact was what was key for them really with inspections as well. Like they're so guided of what you should look at that may really come in for manufacturing to construction. Really having a guide there and what I should be focused on to keep the field side. The user friendliness is just insane and really the the catalog of all the trainings scheduling features just different the capability just to pull it all together from the skills the meetings, the inspections and the incidences. It's just cool. My guideline every time that anything happens is I always go to my HCSS app. I mean, it's my number one thing I use in the field. And then anytime anybody has a question about it, was it come to investigator? Just the first thing I look at as well. So it's it's my number one tool and job. I started texting all my other safety brands like, man, these people do things differently here. Like the apps are awesome and just the whole adventure and general is just, just been super helpful.
