(wind blowing) (upbeat rock music) - We love the Safety product. All the reasons we bought it, we're realizing that value. We're also realizing that we can use that value to see who's not engaging with our program. So we're taking the data that we have and we're leveraging that data in a BI that shows us who isn't giving us data, who isn't doing a safety inspection once a week, who isn't inspecting their equipment on a daily basis. It's allowing us to coach and mentor people saying, "Hey, you know, you did a great job. You did three inspections last week. I really appreciate it. But I noticed that over the past six months you've never found anything that needs to be corrected in a safety inspection, and I want to challenge you in that way." The JHA in the Safety product, it's the best JHA on the market, allowing our foreman to tailor make a JHA for their day, their activities. We believe that the HCSS Safety product is making us safer.
