Hold Relevant Safety Meetings

We're gonna be looking at meetings inside HCSS Safety in the field. Your crew lead has the ability to add a meeting out in the field by pressing the add meeting button, selecting the type of meeting that he wants to go over, and then selecting the subjects that he wants to go over for the day. HCSS Safety comes pre-loaded with over 600 meetings with our partnership with the national AGC, the Army Corps of Engineers, and the DOD, and we give you the ability to add your own meeting, add your own content, and be able to customize anything that we have pre-loaded. Your crew lead now has the ability to change the duration of the meeting, and pull in the crew that he's working with for the day. HCSS Safety makes this easy by allowing him to pull from a previous meeting, a heavy job time card, or our dispatchers' software. He can also add any employees from an employee library, as well as add any visitors that might have shown up. And from here, we can also use the talk to text function, Visitors showed up. He can now add up to 15 photos, add any free form notes, and again he can utilize the talk to text feature, and finally, he can add signatures of the crew and the visitors who showed up for the meeting. Once he's done, he can press the send button in the top right corner to send this meeting into the HCSS Safety Manager System. Your crew lead has now given a meeting that is relevant for what you guy are going over for the day, and not the next page in a safety meeting binder, as well as sent this into a system that is very easily searchable and eliminates all the paperwork in your office.
