Fill Out Daily Diaries in the Field

HeavyJob's Daily Diaries capabilities can help your guys who are out on the job keep the office informed of what's going on in the field. So here on the Diaries screen, you can click on Working Conditions to describe things like the ground conditions and the weather. Note Indexes are like bookmarks that make it easy for your managers to search for entries that you're on. So, let's take Material Delay. And you can also type in notes under Note Index to tell your manager things like, the materials will arrive tomorrow. You can type in notes on the right or pick one of the quick phrases that are completely customizable to your company. If you don't feel like typing or picking one of the quick phrases, you can also use your voice to text function. Let's test that out.
