Hi, I'm Amy Tarkington, I'm the equipment product marketer at HCSS. I wanted to talk to you guys a little bit about how HCSS Telematics integrates with the rest of the HCSS products. HCSS Telematics is a really comprehensive telematics and GPS solution. It goes beyond location tracking, has really cool features, like mobile geo fences, you can set alerts, and what have you.
But what makes it really different from a lot of other telematics software is the way it can help run your entire business. All the way from your shop, your dispatching, your job management, to your fuel management. You can use your telematics data to drive your shop maintenance by bringing in things like the last ping event, your current meter readings, which will drive your preventive maintenance schedule, your fuel level, and your equipment location. You can bring all those things into Equipment 360, which is the HCSS shop maintenance software.
All of that information can be seen in Fueler Plus, which is HCSS fuel management software. And inside of Equipment 360, you can also see historical data, so that you can see meter readings that are being updated, and when those updates happened. Dispatchers can make better scheduling decisions by pulling location data from HCSS Telematics into HCSS Dispatcher. Right now we're inside of HCSS Dispatcher, which is our dispatching and scheduling software.
On the magnet board view, here, your dispatcher can see where the equipment is scheduled to be. Then they can true up the location to see any machines that's not where it should be, so that they can get it to the job where it's supposed to be at. Or they can schedule another piece of equipment that's nearby to replace it. And lastly, your foremen can populate their timecards with engine runtime hours from HCSS Telematics into Heavy Job, which is the HCSS job costing software.
This gives you more accurate hour reporting, which can mean a better representation of your equipment utilization. So that was a quick overview on how you can leverage your telematics data with HCSS Telematics, to help run the rest of your business.
