HCSS as a Recruiting Tool

Our main vision at ZeusCon when we started was to lead communities better than we found them and employees better than they started. My vision as an employee here started with getting rid of the unnecessary work tasks, double entry, having good technology, making things as efficient as possible. If we can get our work done efficiently, then we can have a good work life balance. And if we're happy at home, we're going be happy at work. Having HCSS has, I think, made us more attractive because we don't deal with a lot of paper. Elsewhere, people are doing time cards and JHAs on paper. Someone's got to scan that in and send it. Simple things like that. You you don't have to carry around a book of plans. You have it on your phone. You have it on your iPad. Things like that make it a lot easier to work here.
