Morning, everybody, and welcome to this heavy job webinar. Today, we're gonna be talking about tags within heavy job dot com and also relating them how they apply to the desktop system as well a little bit, but we're mainly talking about heavy job dot com where you can access from anywhere. We are going to have Dan Lisbony presenting the content. And, Dan has a little over fifteen years experience here with us at HCSS. He's a consultant for many of our products. But really, when I think of Dan, I think he's just a pillar of knowledge for HeavyJob. I I can't think of anybody that I would I would think has more knowledge of HeavyJob. If if HeavyJob can do it, Dan has seen it, Dan has taught it, and Dan has fixed it. So, that's why I call him Dan the man because he's the man. Although he does have a a slight injury this today. Dan broke his wrist last week, so we're doing something a little bit different with me driving while he's gonna be talking anyways. But, don't worry about Dan. He's gonna be fine. You should see the other guy. Moving on. The first interactive question that I have for everybody is, is anybody currently using any tags? Just something I kinda wanna throw out there. You know, just kinda think about it. Like, are we using tags? Are we using cost code setup tags so our foreman can select lists easier? Are we using job tags to make it easier to select jobs and make sure time cards are selected for the right jobs? Things like that. Kinda think about that. And then as we go through the content today, hopefully, we show you a few things that you're like, okay. I I have to start using these now. Anyways, even if it's just one aspect of it, like, hey. Just tagging the location of the job or tagging work orders or something like that. We'll show you how that interacts with the system and how you can get a lot of benefit out of that reporting wise and just, ease of ease anyways. So making sure you have accurate transactions coming in. So I am going to jump into the presentation now, and Dan is going to take it away and start explaining what these tags do for you and what their benefits are, anyways. So, Dan, starting with transaction tags, what do you have to say about that? Oh, man. I, appreciate the intro and, happy to see everybody that's, attending today. I do see some familiar names on the list. So those of you that are on the list, you may have, you know, heard me talk about transaction tags before and, or any of the tags. And and, really, the intent today is it's you may have started with with heavy job at some point and, you know, tried to teach this, but, really the initial, you know, process is trying to get people used to just getting a a diary and getting a time card in. And so some of these things are a little bit secondary to the, to the the the data that we get from the field or or the management of, information from the from the heavy job manager system. So we really wanna just talk about these and help you get to the next level of enhancement of either ease of use or data capture and those types of things. And we're gonna start with transaction tags. And there's there's a few things that we wanna focus on, while we talk about this. And and when, we're we're requiring, field field users to to add in notes and and give us good information. Transaction tags can help us because now we build a drop down list that they can easily use to tap on and, and and basically give us the consistent messaging within those transaction tags. Because so that's sort of the first two bullet points there. If I give them a list of exactly how I want this phrasing or wording, that's great. I put it in their form and now we don't have to use, the keyboard or voice to text. It's just an easy tap onto that list. Now, of course, they can add information. From from the second part of that is once it's into the system, we we as as managers, anybody that's using that heavy job data, we want to be able to quickly access, those types of scenarios that we're encountering. So whether it's, an issue, potential change order that that we wanna use as a tag, if it's different work areas, we wanna be able to report, hey. When did we work in this area? Or when what, what was the quantity that we utilized or or completed in that particular area? So you can see I have a couple of examples. One of them is the potential change order type tracking. Another one is, hey. I have, area one, two, and three, or I'm doing subdivisions, and I'm gonna name the subdivisions out, and we're doing, you know, site work in this subdivision compared to another one. Could be the same cost code, but I just wanna I just wanna tag it with that particular area. Quantities, I I'm using runways on maybe I'm doing snow removal on, at an airport, and I wanna be able to know which runway we worked on that particular day so I can give a report quickly to, to to the airport. So there's just different usages, of of these. There would be a long list if I could if I was gonna describe every one. But, the main thing is is how does it apply to your specific company? That's that's where we wanna get the thought process going of, okay, how do I utilize this? Think about these examples and and what's the best way I can get this information so I can quickly, review that and and push that to somebody else that needs needs it from me. And and other than that, we're gonna talk about a couple of different variations of transaction tags and which ones are system wide or maybe just job specific. So, just to talk about that briefly, system wide, they're going to be available on every single diary, photo, or cost code. Job specific would just be within that job. Now the the field user on the mobile app does not know the difference, easily. They may be able to see that that certain tags aren't in the list. But when they open the list, it's all just one list. And so we make it easy for them to utilize while we we set up the job specific tags. They just combine into the same list with the system wide, and it's one drop down. So that's what I wanna talk about there. If you're thinking about any questions at this point in time, you can go ahead and submit them. Tyler is kind of, he's navigating, so we may not be able to get to those, but we'll have time for sure to answer them in the end. So I will pause for a second if anybody wants to send any questions. But other than that, we we're gonna move on to the next slide. Okay. So we're gonna talk about job tags. So job tags, you may know them as job filters as well. So when we think about, these setup tags for the jobs, most of the time, the first thing that comes up is, how do I just look for the jobs that I'm in I'm managing? And so the last one on the list there is for the project manager. So we typically have that in almost, every company that we implement. We implement that job filter or job tag, but you have to think about how else can I use this? Is there, is it by the work type that I do? So I wanna report all these jobs. How do we do, you know, as far as cost variance on this type of work? Work locations, is it different different by area? So maybe I work within, the entire state or in the entire entire region, and we wanna set up those, regional type, tags. So then we can report on that, whether we just have a larger, workforce in a certain area or if we wanna look at some cost, you know, or production values in certain areas. So it should give you some flexibility, one, just to filter down your jobs, but two, to to get some good reporting on those, certain areas. And if there's any integration pieces where you need to be able to label or tag a job based on your exports or imports, and how it's handling with your accounting system. So, those are, good things to think about, utilizing these job tags for. If you're not utilizing job tags at all, your first step should be adding those, adding those for project managers and those things. So, when I go to select the jobs, I can get to those quicker. So, these are system wide, job tags. Basically you set them up and you can utilize those when you add a job. You would simply, add that tag to that job. Okay, Tyler. Okay. So now we're talking about cost codes. And, so the first one that that I generally speak to on this is making it easy for the foreman. How do I know which cost code it is? And somebody says, well, Dan, we don't wanna have, you know, two hundred cost codes on the job. I really tell them, I don't care. We need to track what we what's gonna help us be a better company and and get the information we need. And so that's why we utilize these tags. So they can say, hey, we just wanna go I know that I'm working on excavation today, and I can pick that job filter or that job tag, and it filters it down to the, let's say, the eight excavation codes that I have on this project. Makes it easier for me to get to that. Makes it easier for me to select the right cost code. So, that helps us in the review process and then the managing, editing of time card data, and then, you know, solidifies our reporting down the road. And so those are some things that when we start to think about, how do we how do we help get the correct information in the first place, setting up a a cost code tag is is a very simple and easy way to make sure that our field can select the correct cost codes. And so, that's the first one I generally talk about, but it has enhancements on the other side. So as we start to utilize these, now we can take our reports and go, well, what is the total cost on, in this case, site work or our demo, demo cost codes? How much how much, are we, you know, in what's our impact on this job? What's our variance on cost? You know, things like that. What is it across all jobs since we can do some reporting across jobs? If we keep the consistency of these codes, then we can use these across jobs and and kinda look at some information, as a whole as a company. So, there could be some things at the job level that you wanna do utilize setup tags for. I've seen people use this for phase one or phase two, maybe have similar cost coding, and you don't want to, pick a phase two item. You can label these as phase one or phase two, and that way these filtered out of those cost codes and you can select those easily in that way. Then you also get the reporting capability. So, just remember, there is a, help for the field in the picking of a cost code when we set up these tags and, the reporting capability. System wide cost code tags, obviously, you're going to want to think about how these apply to every single job. And then you wanna think about, job by job, how you set up those cost cutting tags. And we did get into a question. Somebody's asking are the tags movable in the ten bit production history and promotion? Oh, that's a I don't know the top off the top of my head. I'm gonna tell you that we can get to the notes from the last iteration of the production history. I think there's a way to get to the notes, but I'm not sure about the setup tags. So, transaction tags on the cost codes, I think, will be available, when we drill down into the the actual job and the history. I'm not a hundred percent. We will have to follow-up on that one. I'm going off of some things that I've seen recently, and I can't say a hundred percent that I'm I'm accurate. Yeah. And we could go with the heavy bid team and get you a better answer on that one. I'll I'll keep your email and, send that over to you. So, I guess, at this point, we're ready to jump into the take job dot com demo. Okay. Awesome. So we're gonna go through a few things here, on heavy job dot com. If you're a desktop user, quite a few of this still applies, to you. So just keep that in mind. If there's anything that you aren't using or you wanna inquire about, make sure to to send us a note. So I kinda wanna start, Tyler, on the daily digest if we could, just to kinda think about, you know, as far as transaction tags are concerned, there's there's obviously a few different places that I can get to those. On my diary is where I can use some, on my time card and on my photos. And so, from the diary, when we're using, our daily reports or our daily digest, the tags are pulled out and you can see those over on the right hand side that, okay, well, we had a safety visitor and, they they had an impact on the day, what how was that impact, and there's a little note underneath it. So they're easily readable. They're kinda pulled out from the rest of the diary notes that you can see, you know, up above there where we see, oh, it's sunny in eighty five and, somebody showed up. Who's that? Benoit? Is that how we say his name? Benoit? And, and he showed up thirty minutes. He's he's Tyler is testing me, to make sure I can I can read? And then, thirty minutes late, and then on the on the right hand side, though, we can see that there's an, that transaction tag, on the diary. And some of you may know these as note indexes. That's the same type of, it's a mix in terminology. We've related everything to a tag now. So if you're, if you're a a long time user, you may call this a node index. It's the same thing. So all of our transaction tags are node indexes. We're going to be referring to everything as tags moving forward. So this is an easy way to get to this as you're reading, and it pulls that out. So it's a good place to, to be able to see that and notice that, hey, we had an issue, or, you know, if we have specific tags on a job, those are pulled out over to the right hand side while reading that diary information. As far as the time cards are concerned, these are held within the notes on the cost codes. So as we get Tyler, he's gonna flip over to the time card here. He was there first and I made a move. So I'm I'm giving him some, heavy job gymnastics here. Cool thing is, is when we use a tag, it puts a, T, a little, notification in there, a little badge on the on the cost code that you can see it up there. So it puts that little t up there and says, hey, you have a tag that's been applied to this particular, time card. And so now I wanna go see what's going on with that tag so I can click on the cost code. And then in the notes section, it's gonna pop up with the production quantity. We'll we'll click on the notes section, and then you can see we have an equipment breakdown as the tag there. And as we expand that, we can get the note that was put towards that particular equipment breakdown. So we can say, you know, we can see we have issues with the, excavator tracks and, you know, that's what caused a production issue or, maybe we had to, stop that particular task and move to another. Whatever that scenario brings on, but it puts that tag there for us to be able to see and give us a little more context around that day. Too many times I've been to a company and they say, well, they only did this much that day and they worked eight hours. What what happened? And the next thing you know, they're picking up the phone and, giving a call to the to the foreman or superintendent. Hopefully, we're getting to where we at least have notes on this cost code or on the diary. The the thing about the diary is that at that point, you have to flip back and forth and see maybe which note applies to that cost code. So, really, if I'm gonna put an equipment breakdown, I'd I'd much rather have it here on the cost code level so I can see how it affected the production for that work on that item. If it is affecting the whole day, you know, it may be appropriate on the diary and depending on what you have, you know, requested from your field people to to do as far as filling out that diary, you could have those there. So just remember that as we put it to the cost code, we can then report on it while we're running any of those cost code detail reports. So, we're going to show you that a little bit later on. The next tag that we want to talk about is, when we tag a photo. Now, this is something that if you have been using, HeavyJob for a while, we did not initially have the tag list on the photos. And so, you would have to type something in. And at this point, I don't know how long it's been on the, on the photos, but, we're able to, look at this and say, hey, we're gonna tag this photo and then put in a note and add a note. One first off, I'm gonna tell you that notes on photos are so helpful. But two, being able to utilize a tag so we can keep that phrasing on any of those items consistent, is the secondary part of that. So Tyler has gone under the tools menu over on the left and what we have is a photos and docs tool. And we have a couple of photos here, and within this photo list, you pick a time frame and the filter and, you know, number of jobs and so on and so forth, and you get a list of all the photos and or documents. If you're using forms, or safety, your documents, that are attached to the diary would be listed here as well. And so, you can easily see that we have a transaction that has a photo. It's on the, the paving job, and it's got a little note over there. And I can see it's a transaction tag because it has that weather delay, and then it has a break, and then some text after that. Here is the great thing about this tool. When you go to this list and you have photos coming in from all jobs and we want to say, hey, I want to find anything that has to do with that weather delay, we can simply type in that notes section and start typing in weather delay and it's gonna filter it down to that one code. In this case, this one picture. So it gives us easy access to any of those photos and say, oh, we had a weather delay. We had to pump water before we started, finishing this excavation for the day. So, okay, so maybe we have a dewatering code, maybe we don't and we just added it into our excavation code. That's fine. Whatever you do as a company, and as long as that's consistent, I would say is a is a good practice. But having the photo to be able to tell the story and get to that photo quickly is great. Let's say somebody wants to have oh, well, I don't think no. It didn't rain for two days. But no. We still have standing water and that's why we took the photo and put the tag. So you can easily select this photo, create a PDF in the top right, or download the photo simply by checking the box, over there on the left. You're selecting that particular photo and then you can create a PDF or you can just simply download those. I'm gonna ask Tyler to do one more thing. I'm gonna ask him to take the, the note filter out, just so we have both photos at one time. And I'm gonna talk about something that's a little bit different than the desktop. You'll notice we have photos that have been recorded on two different days and two different jobs. In the desktop, when you're going through this list of photos, you can only download or email one of these, you know, one day at a time per formant. And what the enhancement here to this tool is whatever parameters you've set in your filters, you can then click the selection box at the very top next to the date and select all of those photos or documents and download or print them to PDF at one time. This is a huge time saver compared to what you may have been doing before. And I'll say that, using the the note indexes are gonna get you there even quicker, just because it's gonna keep that consistency into into how we're tagging or putting a note on that photo. So So if you ever wanna say, hey, we wanna know if there's ever a potential change order, I'm gonna call that tag PCO and then potential change order, and that way it puts it in there every single time. Just as weather delay, it puts it in there every time. So we have that consistent, reporting or tagging of those photos. And, this is this is one of those things that if you've been using for a while and maybe you didn't have notes on photos and that kind of thing, now may be the time that you take this and start utilizing it within your company. So those are the kind of, the ways that we look at those transaction tags. I think now, Tyler, is it is it next step is to talk about how to set those up and where we're looking at job tags and that kind of thing? Yep. Yep. Exactly. Alright. So we've we've talked about these tags and and where to see them. So we wanna talk about how do we, you know, where do you set these up. So and this is setting them up in heavyjob dot com. If you do need some details on desktop, just email us and let us know. But, from from the perspective in heavyjob dot com, under the setup, we've got, our jobs. And then right under the job is our job list and then our setup filters and then our transaction tags. And so, the setup filters is gonna be for the job tags and the cost code tags, and then the transaction tags would be for wherever we can add notes. So, let's go ahead and click on the, setup filters. Or do you go transaction tags? That's fine. We'll start there. Oh, you're you're man, you're too quick for me, Tyler. He's all over the place. I'm all over the place. Hopefully, you guys can can stay with us here. So we're in the transaction tag list. Really the methodology here is you have a group of tags, and then you actually will set up the specific tag within that group. So, we we're looking at the delay issues or work interference, and so any of these are delay issues and then underneath that are equipment issues. These are some of the standard ones that we see, companies use. So if we have a particular, accident on the job that slows us down, in this case, we have that material delay, owner delay, utility delay, and then the weather delay that was just displayed, attached to the photo. We talked about the equipment breakdown earlier, in a transaction tag, and then we have, you know, some other ones there for the equipment. So, and and simply to add a group, you'll see the plus sign up at the top, that says add group. This is where you would manage and say, hey, we need a new group, of these particular issues. You can we don't need to add one here, but, I do wanna talk about adding one, add the actual tag within the group. You've got a little plus symbol there within the group to add a tag, and that's where we can, add to that list. Makes it pretty simple to manage these. Once they're added here, as long as the list is refreshed on the iPad, or the mobile device, they'll have access to it. So, it's pretty quick and simple. Think about what you want to track and then, and then go in and and add these. That being said, we'll move on to the setup filters. Basically these filters are for the cost codes and the jobs. And these are right now, we're talking about system wide. So just keep that in mind. Under this job list right here, we're talking about system wide transaction tags and system wide filters. So, you can see here for the jobs, we've got a few like job type, PM, year. So if you wanted to be able to just tag those jobs and say, hey, this is the type of job that we're doing, this is the project manager that's assigned, or this is the year in which we're doing the work or in which it started, Those are the types of things that we would typically see and then that would be give you the capability to, select and or do some reporting upon. And we'll hop over to the cost codes. So we have some different things here and I do want to point out, you know, these are these are things that we can put on the cost code to filter them down when we select them. We can also do that when we report upon them. So, I do want to point out the, like, we have some in there that say summary sort one and summary sort two. If we want to be able to use those filters in the iPad, we're utilizing these summary sorts one and two, and you'll see that in some, some of the screen captures we have on the mobile device a little bit later. But, this is where we would need to put them so they're in that drop down, for the field users. And, basically, those are, those are kind of generic, but just remember that that's how it communicates to the iPad and then we can put whatever kind of detail we'd like in there. So, you can have work type, summary sort one, summary sort two, and summary sort three, and utilize those however you like. And those will be to help us, one, select cost codes and or, like we said before, report, summarize, summarize at that level and report on them. So now, let's go ahead and go into a job there, Tyler. So let's go ahead and go to our job list and then, we'll show how we can set up some transaction tags and and some some stuff into the job itself. So this would be a job specific setup. Once we get through this, we'll go we'll show a few reports, and then show, some some of the just how it works in the field, kind of where we're doing that, and and then we'll just kinda open it up for questions. Yeah. Sorry about that. That's why the job side of the road is. There we go. So you can see here that we have, there are transaction tags tab over when we are in the job setup. So we can add a group of, transaction tags here. This would be specific to that particular job. So just keep that in mind that the ones that are listed over on the left under transaction tags, those are company wide or business unit wide if, if you're using multiple business units. But, they're for that particular business unit. And then in here, this is for this job specifically. So when we go to this transaction tag list, we can add a group. Say, oh, we want to track it by, county, let's say. And, we could add in, here's the grouping as county and then we want to add Harris County and Montgomery County. And so, then now those users can tag what location they're working in for that day so we can do some of the correct financial reporting on, you know, maybe the, the labor hours or whatever that that we're doing in that scenario. So, just, and it's that simple. I mean, Tyler did that while I was talking, put it in there. It would be available out to our field users at that point in time. Okay. So let's go into some reports. We kinda talked through some stuff, as far as on the slides, how we want to use it, what's going on. We showed you a little bit of stuff on, Daily Digest and then on a, on a time card. Where we're going right now is under the cost code reports, and we're going to the quantities by tag report. So what we're doing in here is we're able to get the quantities, by that particular tag. And so, what we have here is a work orders quantity report. And so what it's telling us is for all of our work orders, we've grouped it by that work order tag. And so, let's go ahead and, collapse this down, so we can kind of see what our quantities are per work order. So, you can see for, let's see how good my eyes are. For work order one, we have two point seven tons, of asphalt patching. And for work order two, we have five point four tons of asphalt patching. And it's on the same cost code. So this is the important piece. I don't wanna split out cost codes by all these work orders. Let's just say I, you know, I have some sort of maintenance agreement with the city and they want me to do some, some asphalt work, and they're gonna tell me, hey, we want you to go do some asphalt work on this street or this location and it's under this work order. So it's all the same cost code for me to track production, but I need to be able to report back to the city where what work orders those go to. And so we've just set up transaction tags that are by work order, and every time we put in a quantity, we go to the note, add that that work order ID and now we can group by that work order and get the quantities over that specified date range. So this gives us some some easy, quick, great reporting and you'll notice we had a template for that. And so once we create that template, now we can just go back to that. We don't have to worry about what columns are in this report, how it's grouped. We've saved that scenario and we can easily get to it. So, this is, our work order quantities report and we're going to switch over to our, quantities by location. And so, in this, particular scenario, we have different locations. So, let's say that we're doing some, paving and, we we, we don't have work orders in this case, but we do have different locations that we need to, report by. And so we're doing roadway paving. We need to report what street or what area we're on, and you can see that what is that? Elm Street? Is that right? Elm Street? We've got, that's that's perfect for October. A hundred tons on Elm Street, and then is that Polk? Is that right? Sweet. We've got fifty tons on Polk Street. So if we go away and we come back and we need to report on that same street, that's great. It doesn't matter how far apart these are. We put the tag in there. HeavyJob's holding the data. We'll be able to report on it. So, this is this is kind of the intention for this quantities by tag report. You'll notice there's another cost by tag reporting, if you needed to utilize that. We were specifically focusing on the quantities in this example, but if you needed to know labor hours or or cost by a particular tag, there's another way that we could utilize this information. So wanted to show you that. We're gonna go through a few screenshots on the mobile devices, and then we'll just kinda open it up, for anybody that wants to ask questions, thoughts, anything that you'd like to add. Yep. And one last thing I wanted to know is how we set up those tags as individual cost cuts. So same as what we did before, anyways, with adding the PMs and everything. And so just adding the work order on the individual cost codes for the different days. But now we'll jump into the screenshots that Dan was talking about and show you how, the foreman actually entered this on the iPad so that this information comes directly into the system and you're not having to add that later on in emails. Alright. So, for the jobs, when they're going to select jobs, we're able to get to our job list and, so when they tap on change job or select job, we're gonna see, you know, the list of jobs and then there's a filter in the top right and, and then we're gonna get the list of those filters and in this case, a project manager. And so we've got Dan and Tyler. I would just tap on whichever filter that is, and then now I'm gonna get a smaller list of jobs. So if you were doing it by area, city, state, you know, whatever that is that helps you, with your, field users, that that's definitely an advantage that instead of scrolling through this list, they can get to those jobs easier. So that that's our first one, is selecting those by job. Now, remember, you always have those on your report selections in the manager system too. So, just just keep that in mind. So now we'll talk about cost code. So when we go into select cost codes, there is another filter up above your cost code list. And this is where you see that work type, summary sort one, summary sort two, and summary sort three. And so, for me, I have them just under the work type. Then you would just select, hey, I'm doing excavation or I'm doing demolition. And we can just tap to select that particular cost code and it would filter down the list of any cost codes that have been, that that tag has been applied to. Next would be, our transaction tags, and there's a few different places that we can use these transaction tags. They'll go with any place that we can, add notes, except for, labor on employees and equipment, but diary, photos, and time card. So, on our cost code, we would just hit the transaction tag, and then we can select, in this case, we have a couple delays that we can be picking from, and we would just tap on that and then add, additional notes to it. So, under the cost code, notes, transaction tag, that's where we'll find it. And then next is a diary. You'll see the tags button up at the top left. If you are a desktop user, this will say note index. It's the same type of, same type of thought process here. But, like I said, you can see I have my material and trucking delay. Those, transaction tags are here as well. Tap on that to indicate that on a diary. And then the next one is the photos. So when we're going to add notes on a photo, so you'll when you add a photo and it's been added to your photos section, you can tap on that photo and down at the bottom right is there's a little edit and then you would tap notes. Then up there in the top left is where you hit tags when you're going to add the notes and then that's where we get the, the list of tags. Just quick quickly on this, actually, you have another screenshot. Right? So once you utilize this tag on, on this photo, you can see it puts that, kinda like a caption. But, this was, this was after Saturday of, hurricane Harvey. And then we still got more rain, that that next Tuesday. So this was, this was the front of my house and and in that particular scenario. So you can see it was pretty, pretty wet. So I just had found that photo and thought, oh, that'd be a good little thing to fun little thing to add. And that's kind of, our screenshot. So if you're familiar with the mobile app, those are the different locations and and where we can add those tags. And so, just kind of taking it full circle there. We do, you know, have to have those set up first. They do have to be added, at some point whether we're doing a revision to a time card or a diary. We add those tags and then we're able to report on them. So, you know, those are those are there for your use. We're really trying to get you to have quick entry and quick research of data. That's that's really the intent of these transaction tags, is making this really easy and quick to use in the field and really easy and quick to report on information in the manager system. So, I think that's all the information that we're intending to show you guys today. And so we'd really love to take the last little bit here just to open it up for any questions, that you guys may have, in relation to transaction tags. I said transaction tags. All tags, really. Yeah. I did see somebody raise their hand a little bit earlier. I don't know if, I I didn't see a question pop through yet, but we might have some questions coming up. But, yeah, we If there's no questions, I must have explained it a hundred percent perfectly. Our presentation was spot on. And maybe we don't get any questions after that. Maybe maybe you're right. But I do think like Dan was saying, these these tags are really built just to make it easier for you guys to use the system, whether it's reporting, getting the correct transactions in, getting accurate transactions in, a really big piece of it. You know, we we talked about it a little bit with, like, using the summary sorts for the cost code pick lists. That that's huge. A lot of times we get calls and support about, hey. We we have a wrong cost code on a time card. How do we change this? How do we, you know, prevent this from happening in the future? How do we hide cost codes? Things like that. And and, really, one of your best tools is to create those cost code setup tags and have it be a a filter for lack of a better term anyways. You know, your foremen are out there. They know what they're working on, whether it's type of work or, any other type of cost code setup tag you set up. And they can just tap that, and it shortens that list up from, you know, near two hundred cost codes or whatever it is down to three or four. So then it's a lot easier to pick the right one. Same with, like, if it's the base of work they're looking at or any any combination of those anyways. It makes it a lot easier, especially if you have similar cost code structure like Dan was mentioning before. Really, really good tool to have in your arsenal to get those transactions coming in right the first time. It saves you a lot of time in the review process because you're not having to send the time card back out to the foreman, asking them to revise it. Wait. And you're not having to, you know, have your payroll department, you know, spend time revising transactions or however you handle that piece of it anyways. So a very, very important tool anyways, and and it's just a small part of what everything we're talking about today anyways. So I'd I'd follow-up with that, just by saying that if you add the tags, that doesn't mean they're gonna get used. And so I can't stress enough that, training on this is important. And don't just accept, oh, I'm gonna train the superintendents and the superintendents are gonna train the foreman. I would say that multiple iterations or multiple scenarios, multiple training opportunities for your field users to make sure that they, totally understand this is a, is a great thing to do. Most companies typically have, some sort of field meeting once a week, if not once a month. Just use two, three minutes just to show this type of stuff, if you're planning on using it so you can get good, good usage of the tool, and make people understand, how it works and, how it helps the company. Cool. So no questions, Tyler? No no questions that I could see anyways. I didn't catch who that was. They raised their hand a little bit earlier, but I, remember the floor is still open with. So we kinda, don't have much else to talk about as far as the content we had prepared today. I do know that Astros are playing in the American League championship series tonight against the Yankees. So hope everybody's cheering for the Astros like like us. You know? Yeah. I know there's, I know there's a couple I see on here that's, they're up in the northeast. So I'm not sure if they're Yankee fans or Philly fans or, you know, something like that. Maybe Baltimore. But, hey. You know, go Astros. Yeah. Walking into it with and cheering for the Astros, so you never know when, somebody's gonna bring up some scandalous activities that might have happened in the past. But, man, I I think the presentation was really awesome, Dan. I I really appreciate your time here. I wanna thank everybody for joining us, during lunchtime or early afternoon, anyways. I haven't seen any questions come through, so we're gonna cut this one out a little bit early. And, man, thank you so much, everybody. Have a great rest of the day.
