Alright. We've got a few more folks that I can see streaming in here, but we'll go ahead and start with introductions. Once again, today, we're talking about unifying our job data through the operations map view. A quick housekeeping item for you guys. Please engage with us with us through Zoom's react and QA buttons. You'll notice there's probably another button that says chat. Any questions that you have, go ahead and do that through the q and a module. But any of your react emojis, we love those two. The more clever the emoji reaction, the better. We will have a prize at the end of the webinar. Okay. So introductions today. I'm Jon Knudson. I'm one of the technical product managers for HeavyJob, and I will let Chris introduce himself. Chris O'Connor: Yeah. I'm, Chris O'Connor. I'm the technical product manager for, HCSS Telematics. And as you guys may know, today's webinar is kind of a combined heavy job telematics smorgasbord here. So, our main goals are to understand how MapView provides a contextualized, consolidated, at a glance look for operations roles. We're gonna learn how to use the map, how to toggle layers, customize views, and we're going to see how MapView streamlines daily workflows and saves time. And then as Chris mentioned with the telematics side, we've also got some information about some exciting progress they're making on the telematics map. So that ties us in with our agenda. We're gonna talk about why we built it, who's it for, look at some of the core functionality, as well as the equipment details that pull into the operations map view from telematics. Then we'll also take a look at the HCSS Telematics map view, talk about the different functionalities, the different uses between the two maps, and then how to use that map in your daily workflow. So we will have a section for q and a at the end, but as it says in tiny little letters there at the bottom, just please type any questions in the chat. By chat, they mean q and a. And we will try to do our best either answer those live or through text. Okay. So starting off, why we built map view. So the problem that we saw is that you guys have all of this great data. Some of it going back years and years, you know, we've got some customers that have decades worth of data, but it didn't really have a visual context. We've got some great reports within HeavyJob. We've got some great tools to help you navigate that data, to export that data to your other ERP systems, but, you know, just to like it says here, was lacking some of that visual context. Assets and information tends to get divided out over time, so all of our transactional data, our setup data, it's just kind of getting allocated in these different reports and buckets. We really needed a place to see this all in one, location. So, you can kind of view map view as a consolidation. So our solution for this was to create basically a visual dashboard to centralize and provide context for all of that great data that you guys have collected. So we do still have our other dashboards available in HeavyJob. Those aren't going away. This is just kind of a different spin on a lot of the same data as well as new additions that you won't see in our classic dashboard. It displays years of your data on a single interactive pane of glass, giving you a unified view of your operations. So you can already see here some of the orange and blue blips. Those are equipment and jobs. We've got some photos. We're gonna take a deep dive into the ins and outs of that in today's webinar. But the overall goal of the map, again, is to provide context, context that helps you make decisions, context that helps you save time by seeing where the problems are first and quickly being able to find and locate those problems and information about them, and also just helping users, you know, manage your projects, employees, and equipment, just providing, again, that visual context. Okay. Who is it for? We've got several roles that we built the MapView for, and we're also open to hearing about new use new uses that you guys might think of. So let us know if you're starting to explore MapView and you say, hey. You know, I've got this guy that could really use this too, but he needs x y z in this workflow. Let us know, and we'll consider that in our future additions. But for our initial release, we were keeping in mind project managers and superintendents. Again, this was their visual dashboard. So one of the use cases that we've already seen customers using this for is safety managers or project managers saying, hey. You know, we've got personal protective equipment that we need our employees to be wearing. This is a safety issue, but it's also a compliance issue. So as we're taking photos of that during the day, they can hop into Map View and quickly see, you know, where on the job there are any issues. If there are any issues, just making sure that everybody's wearing the right PPE that they need for the job. Another one was with underground pipe fittings. Those of you that work in this this industry of civil construction know that a lot of times we have very similar pipe fittings. A lot of times there's additional photos like inspection documentation and things like that, and we need all of those to kinda be bundled together. You know, we basically for each pipe fitting that goes in the ground, we need proof that we did the right work and that it was inspected and that everything's together. So the map view consolidates those photos by location and makes checking that type of work a lot easier than it would have been in the past. Also, for business execs, and this can be for all different sizes of business, but this tool gives them a bird's eye view of job status, production, daily updates, and even more that we're adding in the future. So, basically, just helping them keep tabs on every aspect of their growing business. We've realized, especially for small and medium businesses that are really in this growth phase, this fast growth phase, that, you know, there's roles either at the top or the folks that answer to the executives where they really kinda have their fingers in a lot of pies. They need to be able to answer questions across safety, across operations, across equipment to help the decision makers make decisions as quickly as possible. So that's another reason why we're bringing all this data together behind a single pane of glass. And equipment managers, of course, Chris is gonna talk about this more on the telematics side, but we realize that even though we have software that's specifically for equipment managers and the folks that maintain equipment on a day to day basis, that we also have folks in the operational side that may only have a heavy job license or a safety license that still have questions to answer that involve equipment. So we wanted to cross enable those. Okay. So that brings us to our third section, how to use Map View in your daily workflow. And still not seeing any questions pop up in the q and a. I'll take that as a sign that I'm doing a great job. Oh, and actually, I spoke too soon. Okay. Alright. Is MapView permission based, or can anyone with a heavy job manager login access? Oh, sorry. Is MapView permission based, or can anyone with a heavy job manager login access? So we do respect the permissions that they have through their licenses. But, yes, right now, anyone with a heavy job license can see MapView in the upper left. Now as we're going through the the demo, I'll talk to you about how some of those permissions work, between jobs, between telematics access. So, the short answer is we wanted to make map view available for everyone, on the operation side, but we also want to make sure that we protect the data based on the other permissions that you have. So there's not a map view toggle, but there is permissions in the background that are working to keep that information safe. Okay. So here's what it looks like. And and, again, I'll go through these slides real quick so we can hop right into our live demo. But you can see on the left hand side, we've got our informational panel. On the right hand side, we've got our actual map for that visual context, and we really try to do a a good job of giving you the best of both worlds. A lot of visual information that you can navigate through similar to Google Maps and and other things like that, but also some actual jumping off points to the other areas of the software. Core functionality. Like we mentioned earlier, the map view button is currently in the left hand panel within HeavyJob. One quick look to the future here. Eventually, we're going to have this in the upper header bar. You can see here where it says HCSS operations. We've got HeavyJob, HCSS Plans, HCSS Safety, HCSS Skills, HCSS Forms. Eventually, the map view button is going to live up there. So it does live in HeavyJob now. We want to expand that out so that people even without a HeavyJob license such as safety and plans users can also make use of the map. So the different layers, and we'll demo this as well, but in the if you have the map view pulled up on your system right now, in the lower right hand corner, you're able to toggle on different layers such as the road or satellite view. We also did some extra work to make sure that you had a traffic and a weather view. That way you can see live traffic and weather updates to know how that might be affecting your job as as your folks are out there in the field. And then underneath that in the map elements, we're able to toggle on the different layers of the map. So here's a closer look at the traffic and weather, and then as, you know, depending on what you need, like say if the equipment data or the geofence data isn't the most important for you or you need to toggle things on and off for clarity or to grab a screenshot to send to somebody, you're able to do that through the map elements. Alright. So here's what it looks like with some of our equipment turned on. You'll notice here that each of these have a status, and just because this is demo data, most of these are in the off status. But for those of you that have telematics devices or an integration to bring in your OEM data from other telematics devices, you'll actually be able to see the live status of your equipment. So, you know, whether that's off, on, on standby, as well as other ignition events and other things that we'll show you in the live demo here in a moment. Geofences. So these are created in HCSS Telematics. But keep in mind, even for you folks that are on the fence about, hey. Do we wanna get our equipment set up with telematics devices? Like, where are we at in that process? Right? That's definitely an investment in in your equipment, but some folks are like, hey. We wanna use geofences now, but we're still working on getting rigged up for our equipment. You can still turn on a telematics web license. Chris O'Connor: That's correct. Just while we have a pause here, one question for you, Jon, in the chat is when I view the equipment list, it includes every piece of equipment I have. How do I limit this to just the ones on that specific job? Gotcha. Okay. So for the operations map, it should only show equipment that is set up in the job details. So that would be any equipment that's been on a time card for that job. So if you're seeing more than that, give us a call at support, and we can poke around on it, see if there's an issue, but that should just be the job specific equipment as long as you're looking at the operations map. Now if you're over in telematics, which Chris is gonna demo that map a little bit more later on, you actually have a wider range of equipment to choose from. It's not as job focused. It's more regionally focused or business unit focused on the telematics side, whereas operations, we kinda hone in on the job. Alright. We had a couple come in here. Clark's saying he's seen a lot more. So, yeah, Clark, let's let's take a look at that. You can shoot me an email, and maybe we can take a look at it together after the the webinar here. My email is just jonathan dot knudson at hcss dot com if you guys have any questions. And if you are wondering about the spelling, it should be right here underneath my my view on the camera. Alright. So let's keep on cruising here. Drilling into your map data. Performance analytics and photos get you deeper insight into your job. So different layers that we are putting here on the map, and I'll show you a little bit more about that. But you can see on these drop down arrows on the left hand side, you have your basic job information. This where you can set up your geofence if you have that telematics license turned on, but you've also got some basic performance information. So we started out with just actual versus expected, but if you have other performance indicators that you'd like to see here, please let me know. We're looking for what is the most useful to you guys. Alright. This next section is on equipment details from HCSS Telematics. Chris O'Connor: Excellent. Thanks, Jon. So just had a few questions pop up that kinda lead into to everything pretty well. So Telemetry as a whole is more than just where things are, so it's also all of your engine hours, your fuel consumption, your idle time, whether it's on or off. So Jon mentioned it kind of in passing, but the telematics philosophy has always been, or the HCSS Telematics philosophy rather, has always been that single pane of glass. So if you can go to the next slide here for me, Jon. We do have our own hardware. We have our own heavy equipment, over the road hardware, dash cameras, and asset tracking hardware. But we're also integrated with over thirty OEMs, so that's gonna be your Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu. And we started pulling in other providers as well. So right now we integrate with Samsara, but we're looking at other telematic hardware providers to pull in data with as well. Because, if we go to the next slide, we do want that single pane of glass, and a big part of this whole map project, not just in HeavyJob, but kind of across HCSS as a whole, is to consolidate you down into even more of a single pane of glass. So anybody here who I see some familiar names that may have HCSS Telematics may already be pulling in their multiple OEMs into into our current single pane of glass. This map view in heavy in operations really is consolidating it more and giving you that job data with the equipment data in in one tab. So you go from, you know, HeavyJob, HCSS Telematics, Caterpillar VisionLink, something else, another provider tab open down to maybe just two tabs open to kind of make your job easier so you're not switching back and forth. You can get all that data and context in one place. I don't really have a demo for you. If you've seen a map, you probably have an idea of how how the telematics map works. Our updated view is still in the works and not really ready for for public showing, but it'll be very similar. So if you are an equipment manager who spends most of your time in telematics, you will be able to switch back and forth very easily if you need to view it from an operations perspective. You'll be able to switch to the HeavyJob map, see the same data plus a little bit more, or if you need more of a maintenance view or an equipment's focus perspective, you can go to the telematics side and see those workflows the same. If we go down to the last slide here for me, get some examples of the data that we're showing or can show. Quick view on the map, you can see if something's running, if it's idle, if it hasn't, we haven't gotten data in a while, can see right away if something is is being utilized when it should be or if it's sitting there idling. If you see something idling, can click into it. You see you have a list of details here, you know, last event, so ignition on, ignition off, idle, fuel level, and then over here we have engine hours as well, DEF level, region status, hours since last region, and all this is to enable you to make decisions about your equipment. So a big thing we see in here is foreman hoarding equipment. Well, this you can click on a piece of equipment on your map and know instantly in the last twenty four hours how much that equipment's run. If that says zero at the end of the day, maybe you give that foreman a call or you just send a lowboy to go pick that piece of equipment up. Jon mentioned it, for your geofences to show on the map, that is something that's held in telematics. If you don't want to use equipment data in telematics, you can absolutely go and add your geofences. There's no charge to that. There is a small charge for integration with your assets, and obviously if we use our hardware, there's charges for that. I'm not sure what Stephanie, I see you asked for subscription to HCSS equipment to utilize the telematics function. I hope that answered that. If you, you know, pull in your VisionLink, there is a small charge for that per piece of equipment, and then obviously if you use our hardware, there's a charge for that. And we are working on rental houses as well. They function a little different than your standard OEMs, so we're trying to figure out the best way to make that an easy workflow for y'all so you're not having to manually adjust things all the time. Yeah, that is it for me really. I think, Jon, if you have a demo, if there's any equipment things that come up, I can happily jump back in. Nice. Thank you, Chris. And, yeah, I'm gonna switch my screen over here to show our map view. Just one moment to adjust here. Do you like the emojis flying on the screen? I saw some some of the smiley face with sunglasses come up when you were mentioning some of the new telematics features there. So that's always a good sign. That's what we're looking for here. Joe also asked, what about projects, contracts? You have four to twelve locations scattered across the city. How would you input that, and would that work? And you can kinda see on our our wide view here. So let me make sure I'm sharing. Chris, can you see the the map now? Wait. Let me stop the share and hop over to a different view. Okay. Now you guys should be seeing the map. Okay. So here at a very wide level, you guys are seeing across the whole country. I think the default view for the map is just anywhere you have a job set up. It's gonna zoom to that size. Of course, this is in our sales demo data, just kind of showing people in different regions how this would work. But you can see we are located in Sugar Land, Texas right outside of Houston, and you can see we've got quite a few projects here. So to Joe's question, if I have a bunch of projects, I can, of course, zoom in on those and see where they are. Now right now, when we're talking in terms of location, I basically got one address per job, and that's kind of the the central location for that job. So right now, I would need a a different job for each project if I've got four to twelve spread across the city. But I would easily be able to say, okay. I'm looking at my twenty three dash nineteen sixty job. I'm gonna hop over to that, you know, see my geofence and my other relevant data really quickly. If I've got other jobs close by. I can just zoom out and hop over to those really quickly as well. So that's one quick way to jump between different jobs. Now that being said, we've got some exciting stuff coming in twenty twenty six where we're looking at just strengthening the association between jobs in HeavyJob and locations in telematics and then how that looks within HCSS setups. So keep tuned for that because that's going to be probably what can add to that other example that Joe had mentioned where we may have one job one one project that we have in HeavyJob, but we've got multiple locations that we want to have for that, whether that's the equipment shop or a batch plant or just different things that fall under the same contract. So as we get that developed, we're going to reflect that in the map as well. That'll be exciting to see. So, hopefully, that answered your question there, Joe. Alright. I've got a couple things that I wanna demo for you guys now that we've got the map pulled up. As you can see, we do have our job info pane on the left hand panel. If you need more visibility, you can close that out. But as you focus into a specific job, the information in this panel will focus onto that job. So again, on the operation side, we're thinking project focus, single job focus. But again, as you zoom out, you will be able to see equipment, other jobs, things like that that are in the same region. So especially for those folks that are working multiple projects in the same area. As we saw before, this map view button is in the left hand panel right now of HeavyJob. Eventually, it's gonna move up here to unified header. And I guess one thing worth mentioning along those lines is that you do need to have as a company, as a whole, you do need to have HeavyJob to have the operations map work. And the the reason for this is HeavyJob is kind of at the heart of what we do with our operation software. So we do have other great add on products like HCSS Plans if you want to see your your drawings, your document storage. HCSS Safety, of course, goes without saying. We all know the importance of safety on the job site. HCSS Skills when it comes to, you know, what your employees and your operators are certified to do in keeping up with those certification forms, another great add on to help keep all of your documentation going, and then HCSS myField for clocking hours. So we've got lots of of different things that work around that kind of central hub of HeavyJob, but we do need to have those HeavyJob tables on the back end to make the map work. So if you are a company right now that that just has safety or just has plans or forms but doesn't have HeavyJob, you're not going to see the map right now. So just keep in mind. This is something that we do need HeavyJob for just because we center around having those jobs here. Okay. So I've got a particular job that I wanna check out here. I am able to filter down really quickly to this job. I if I've got my job list as a whole, I'm hopping back over real quick, I have the ability to filter this down based on status, individual jobs, or by tags. I am a big proponent of tags. If you guys are in a HeavyJob and you're not using tags, email me, talk to support. Let's figure out a way to do that. The tags that I have in my demo data may not be as useful, but you can see here, you can have tags set up by the project manager, you know, who is running the job, any special equipment required, region, township. I mean, it the list goes on and on. Type of work. You know, there's so many useful ways to set up job tags that will allow you to see just the jobs that you need within a specific view. That way, again, all of any potential issues, anything that needs to be, brought to your attention pops up right away. So if you're not using job tags, again, I highly recommend it. But overall idea here is that we can filter our job list down to just the jobs you need. You can search and sort within that as well. And in this case, I'm looking for this clay job here. Okay. So let's kinda walk through the different features. I've got my location set up based on an address. If if you pull up a job and you don't see this PIN, it's because we don't have a location in the system for you. So quick link here, you can just hop over and go straight to the job details and set that up. Same thing with the geofence. Again, you do need to have at least the free version of telematics turned on in order to set up this geofence. So telematics web, we do not charge for that license. If you guys are curious and you wanna poke around, set up some geofences, see what's available there, you can do that free of charge, which is great. I'm so glad Telematics has that set up that way. That way you could it's almost like a a preview version. Can you guys see telematics here in my other tab, or is it still showing the initial map view tab? Chris O'Connor: No. We can see it on screen. Okay. Great. So that Geofence link takes me over to telematics, and then from there, I can hop into my location list and and set that up. Got my clay job here. I can pull up a code and really quickly repin, edit that geofence, set up other things on the telematics side. So really nice integration over there to telematics. Hopping back to my map view. So our performance tab. Again, if you've got ideas for things that we can add to this, right now, we're looking at actual versus expected, just kind of a general overall view of, hey. Is this job on track? Am I making money? Am I losing money? Am I right on target? But we also have a link to the production analysis as well. So that way, you can hop over to that report within HeavyJob and see more details on how the job is doing. Alright. And then I've also got my photos here. I'm gonna jump into that in just a moment. But you can see on this job, this is a clearing grub job. I've got this neighborhood over here that I'm working by, and I've got several pieces of equipment that are going through and doing work here. So again, this is dummy data, so these are all turned off, but these would be in various states. To Chris's point earlier, if there's a piece of equipment that's just been turned off and is sitting there, you would be able to know really quickly from the map. If there's groups of equipment in one place, they will cluster together like this, and you can choose to zoom to those pieces of equipment and see those. So I've also got my equipment list over here on the side. This is what one of our questions earlier was about. They were seeing some extra equipment list equipment in the list, so we'll take a look at that and make sure this is focused just on the equipment that is on the job here. But you can see for my equipment that is telematics enabled, I'm going to see this blue icon on the right hand side for equipment that is only in heavy jobs. So this could be just equipment that you don't have a a telemetry device for or it's not hooked up yet. Of course, we don't need, you know, telemetry devices for every single thing on the on the job. There may be error boards or things like that that are on time cards that you don't have devices on, but you'll be able to quickly tell there. But for the equipment that is hooked up to telematics devices, you can click on it in the list or you can click on it in the map, and it will pull up to a detailed view. And this is what Chris kinda previewed earlier. You can hop directly to the equipment details, but there are a lot of useful data points right here, not only your location, but the last ping so I can know, hey. Okay. This pinged it today at seven fifty five PM, so this device is actually working in the future. Just kidding. But yeah. So you can see if it's working. everything is on track, some of the details about the equipment. But my favorite tab that Chris had a screenshot of earlier is the actual DEF levels, fuel, different telematics details. Again, another quick link here to telematics to see more detail, but you can see exactly what's going on with that piece of equipment. If there are other details that you would like to see here about the equipment, let us know. One thing that I'd really like to have more conversations with you guys about now that we have the map view out in the wild, shoot me an email and say, hey. These are the ways that we're using the map today. These are the ways that we'd like to use the map in the future. This is what we like. This is what we don't like. I would love to hear any feedback like that. Things that we can add, things that you like but maybe aren't useful, we'd love to know more about that kind of information. So I keep mentioning these links, but one really important thing is not only that we're bringing all this data into one place, but that you have these quick hopping off points for other pages within our suite of software, whether that page is within HeavyJob, HCSS Safety, we've got some stuff coming up for that, HCSS Telematics, HCSS Plans. Like, we want this to be a really good starting point where if you need more detail, you can quickly drill down without needing to open another tab and and navigate to that page. So we wanted to make that as useful as possible. Okay. So you notice, like, I clicked over here on the right side. This was size depends for this job. So now I once again, I can see the whole job view. Again, if I wanna zoom in on a particular piece of equipment, I can just click on that piece of equipment and hop right to it for more detail. As we mentioned earlier, we have our quick road or set view change. I personally prefer the satellite, but whatever works for you guys. We can see our traffic live. So I can see here if I'm trying to get delivery in or out. Well, hey. I I maybe wanna use this side road here, maybe come through the neighborhood if it's not too big of a load, and navigate around some of that Houston traffic. Same thing with weather. I may need to zoom out a little bit further because it's actually a nice day in Houston, but that will give you a live overlay of the weather if there is any there. So I'm gonna turn those off real quick and hop back in to my job. And just keep in mind, you know, that's super straightforward but super useful as well. If I don't wanna see my photos, my geofence, or anything like that, I can easily toggle those on and off. Okay. So let's take a look at the the photo use case here. And this is one that we've heard all kinds of great feedback from customers about. This is one of those things where a picture is worth a thousand words, but being able to see exactly where a picture was taken, which part of the job site, especially once we add plan sheets overlays onto here, it's it really makes a big difference. So so we've got our pictures here. You can see we were doing some clear and grub work. And not only can I pull up this picture, if I happen to pull it up in the left hand panel, I can go to that photo really quickly and see the location? So that was happening on Wednesday of last week. I can see, okay, we moved over near this body of water on Thursday, so things are going good. On Friday, someone started the weekend a little bit too early. Their bulldozer actually ended up in the lake, which, you know, thankfully, it's mostly waterproof. But as I send that piece of equipment to go pick it up, I can see exactly which part of the lake that picture was taken at and can help me kinda triangulate exactly how to respond to that. So maybe not the most, you know, common scenario, but but, hey. Again, you know, whether we're putting fittings in the ground or we are tracking down a specific piece of equipment, like where something was taken, having this, especially on a large job site is just we've already gotten such great feedback about how useful that can be to different customers. Turns out that same driver on Saturday was still a little hungover in the morning. You know, now we need to know which house this was that he crashed into. So, again, this telemetry data is coming in handy. Gonna have to reach out to twelve five zero seven Still Harbor Drive and probably cut those folks a check. So okay. Enough jokes for today. It it is we have seen some very serious use cases for this, and we would love to keep hearing more and more about the different ways that you guys are using the map. One other thing I wanted to touch on with the photos, some folks are are dealing with implementing photo workflows or maybe have a combination of personal devices and company devices. And maybe on our personal devices, we've got some employees that are like, hey. I don't feel a hundred percent comfortable sharing location for whatever reason. So some photos may not have a latitude longitude. If that's the case, on your iPad, you actually can add a lat long within your photo gallery. So say somebody takes it on their iPhone and they upload it to the iPad, before they pull it into the HCSS field app, they can go under information and adjust and add a location. So that that's one way to add it if you don't have it already. But, you know, this might be a good chance to have that conversation with your folks in the field like, hey. Does everybody have the location services turned on for your device? We really need to capture exactly where you were when that picture was taken. We've got some other exciting things that that queue up of that location as well. But if there's no location on that picture, it will still show up here. You just won't be able to hop to that photo on the map. So all of these are location bound photos, but, again, if they don't have lat long, you'll still be able to see them here. So you're not gonna be seeing just partial data just because you're looking at it in the map view. We do have some filters. We've heard a lot of different use cases like, hey. I've got one foreman that just takes pictures of all of my safety devices for compliance and for potential lawsuits. So every single signage and everything on the job site every day, he takes a picture of that, which is great, but I wanna see everybody's pictures except for his because there's, like, a hundred twenty pictures here of signs. Right? So we can filter out specific users if we need to. We can select specific date ranges. That way we can hop back in time and still see that visual context. Of course, we have some more standard filters here just to make that easier to find if you're focused on, like, the pay week and things like that. Great. So I've been talking long enough here. Let's Chris, did we have any questions come in around the live demo? Chris O'Connor: We just had a lot of questions come in. I answered as many as I could, but some I wasn't too sure about. So starting off at the top here with Eric. I may just need more clarification from you, Eric. Does the map only show telematics at this time? How does HCSS Plans or HCSS Safety connect to this map? So at least for the first part, I'm assuming you're talking about telematics equipment. So if in that case, it's any of our our devices, our HCSS devices or our OEMs, or to answer a question further down, Samsara as as one of our third parties will display for the equipment side. And then how does HCSS Plans or HCSS Safety connect to this map, Jon? Yes. So plans and safety are what we're working on right now. So you won't see anything about that in map view today. But just to kind of I don't have any screenshots to show of that, but we're focusing on inspections first for HCSS Safety. So you would see an accordion view for inspections here that would allow you to see the inspections that were associated with the job. As you click on those inspections, you're able to see where they were taken on the map. And we actually have some cool phase two features that we're working on to see exactly where any of the inspection follow ups land. In terms of HCSS Plans, we actually do have plans photos that are coming into the map today. So if you have plans on the iPad and you have users taking photos that are related to this job, you will see those pull into the map view today. So we've already got some plans data here. The next phase of that is going to be plan sheets, which is one of the ones that I'm most excited about. So just imagine that we had, you know, twenty, thirty sheets that were stitched together through here. After we clear and grub, we've got site leveling and things that we're going to do for a roadway that's going to go through here. As long as those plan sheets are location enabled within plans, we are working on a way to basically have a layer here where you can toggle on plan sheets that are connected. You'll see just the most recent revision. No annotations or add ons like that at first. We wanna just get the plan sheets on the map, but that's kind of the next phase for plans that you can look forward to in Q4 of this year and early 2026. So once again, safety inspections, plan sheets overlay, and getting the button up into our header where even folks without a HeavyJob license can use it for things like safety and plans. Those are what we have on our plate next. Alright. Poncho asks, are you limited to the number of tags per jobs? Love the job tags questions. Thank you, Poncho. No. You can add as many tags as you want, and you can search by a combination of tags or a single tag. But for instance, you may have this clay job where you're saying, it's in this region. I have these project managers. I'm gonna add tags for all of those. It's this type of work. You know, you can layer in as many of those tags as you want, and then later when you're filtering down either your reports or the map view, you can pull up which tags you're looking for. Oh, I wanna see all of my jobs that are, you know, bridge work or underground or whichever tags you have there. Alright. Chris asks, how did you edit the geofence from the map view job entry field? Okay. So I I think you're talking about here. Now this part does require a telematics license, so that might be what you're running into. But if you do have a telematics license turned on, which, again, telematics web is free to turn on, just reach out to your credentials admin, and they can help you out with that. But once you click that link, it'll take you to HCSS Telematics. And as long as the the location in telematics and the job in HeavyJob are associated, which happens through our setups integration typically, then you'll be able to see that job in the location list. Again, I was working on my clay job. Open it there, and the first thing you'll see in the upper left is just clicking to repin or edit that geofence, which you click there and just really easily pull and adjust that. Hope that answers your question, Chris. Alright. Going down the list. Is HCSS Telematics the only way to drop a pin on the map? So we're looking at some options for that. But, Luis, I would love to hear more about the different use cases you have. I will shoot you my email address here, but would love to hear more about, know, if you're using HCSS Plans, if you guys drop pins there. That's another functionality that we have currently within plans web and plans mobile is you can, you know, drop a flag, associate a picture with a specific flag, add notes and annotations to that. And, yes, we'd eventually like to have more of that within the operations map view. All of these pins that you see today are based on the lat long of either photos, equipment, or the job itself. So those are adjusted in different places. Alright. Stetson asks, are the run, idle, and off symbols live within ping rate, or do they need a page refresh to update? They do update automatically, but I'll I'll have to double check if if that actually happens with refresh or if if that happens in the background there. Alright. Cesar providing some good context on job tags. Thank you, Cesar. Is there a way to import a KMZ file to create the geofence? Donald, I'm so glad you asked about this. There is not today, but I would love to hear more about your different use cases for KMZ files. For those of you that aren't familiar with that, this map is built with Esri. There are a lot of really great custom features within the Esri suite of maps that some of you guys are already using. Think engineering firms reaching out and saying, hey. Here's the geofences for your job, or here are the, you know, the different annotations, different plan sheets. All of this can be turned into a KMZ file. So that is another thing that we're looking at that I'd love to hear more about is, you know, if we were to allow you to upload a KMZ file and use that as a custom background layer, what type of information would you want to have there? So, Donald, I'm gonna shoot you my email address here as well. Please reach out to me, and let's talk more about how you guys are using those KMC files today. Joe asks, are you able to place tags on photos yet? Yes and no. So you can tag a photo from HCSS Field, and it will populate that tag to the notes on the photo. So, technically, you can tag that. You can go into the photos and docs tool and search that tag in the notes. All the data is there. Now having that close relationship the same way we do with job tags where it's kind of separate from the notes, that's that's something that we're working on. So I don't wanna quote a timeline on that because we've got some great folks that are working a little bit more closely with the mobile side of things. But just know that is something that's future, but you can populate the notes with those tags for now. Alright. We jump over the oh, you you did mention the refresh rate. I apologize. Just wanna make sure we're answering everything. Yeah. No worries. I can take the next one. Can you add other location tracking devices that are not telematics such as an AirTag, for example? Currently, no. I would love to be able to pull an AirTag data. Apple isn't isn't that open. We are investigating various other Bluetooth AirTag style things that would be integrated with HCSS Telematics, but that's that's a later on project. And looks like Donald had another question. Talking about geofences, they've got multiple phases. So you'd have a geofence for each phase, and it looks like those geofences would overlap other phases as you can only see one project at a time. This kind of relates back to what we're talking about earlier with the multiple projects. It kinda depends on how you set it up. If each phase is a separate job within HeavyJob, then, yes, you'd only be able to see one phase at a time. But, again, we're working on some different solutions. We don't have all the answers yet, but we're looking for ways to have multiple locations to a single job, multiple jobs to a single location, and I think that will help solve some of those problems. But, Donald, that's something else that we can talk about one on one. Shoot me an email, and I'd love to hear more about that. We have run into some of those issues with overlapping geofences also on, like, things like our our HeavyJob exceptions report, just figuring out which job the equipment needs to be on, which, you know, one of those overlapping geofences is the one that is most correct at that time. So what are any other HCSS myField features currently in use with this or planned? Chris asks. So from HCSS myField, the inspections, any HCSS myField inspections that come in, we are taking into consideration with the safety inspections that we're adding. We would eventually like to see potentially, you know, the location that foreman submitted a time card from. Now that would be more like HCSS Field. But we've also considered, hey. Clock in and clock out points for HCSS myField. So, Chris, shoot me an email. Any of you folks that are using HCSS myField that would like to, you know, talk about different use cases for the HCSS myField data on the map, let me know because we we really wanna make sure when we do add that employee data that we we hit the nail on the head. Alright. So Christopher Hudson asked, I apologize if this is already stated, but when will the MapView be available in HCSS Field? I've got great news for you, Christopher. If you guys are using HCSS Plans on the mobile device, a lot of these features are already there. Eventually, we are talking about, you know, finding ways to kind of work that into, you know, one singular experience on HCSS Field. But for right now, the main map functionality would actually hop over to HCSS Plans mobile, and you would be able to see pretty similar to what we have today with the addition of the plan sheets. So on HCSS Plans mobile, they've got different photos, the ones that were taken in plans at least, and a lot of these same views that you're seeing here in the map view. And then so, Drew, without if you're just looking for equipment data, from the time card you can open up a module on in field that'll show you the same equipment data that we've displayed here. So it'll look it'll look exactly the same. Yeah. You just pick whatever piece of equipment, and I believe it's just an option at the bottom somewhere in somewhere in the list that'll bring up, you know, the module with a map of it and, you know, all of its current information. Yeah. Thanks, Chris. And Chris actually brought up another great point. So some of that HCSS myField data, as far as clock events, is already in the HCSS Telematics map. So this was something that we kinda discussed earlier, hopping over to telematics. So this map view is new to operations, but HCSS Telematics has been at this for a while. And they've got some great features that are already developed and time tested. Chris, is is the newest version you guys are working on three point o right now? It'll just be called Fleet Map. Okay. We're low we will 're working on getting away from multiple map pages. That is a big goal of mine. Yeah. But yeah, for HCSS myField events, this is where you'll come to be. You'll hit that dropdown in the corner to select your employees and then you can pin them the same way you'd pin any equipment and see their most recent clock events. There are and I'm not as as familiar with the HCSS myField web portal, but there is reports you can run-in there that'll show if those clock events happened inside of a geofence or not. So you can know if someone's clocking in at the job or five minutes down the road because they were running late that morning, things like that. Nice. And, Chris, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is kinda similar to what we talked about earlier with the geofence. Like, let's say you've got HCSS myField right now. Let's say you've got HeavyJob with the operations map, but you haven't pulled the trigger yet on the integrations through HCSS Telematics or the OEM devices or getting some devices like that, you can still turn on HCSS Telematics web, which is what you're looking at right now, for free and and get the benefit of some of these other features in the map. Correct. Now that being said, hopefully, you'll see some of these other things like history trails, like some of the things that, you know, do I wanna see exactly where my equipment was throughout the day? Think truck drivers, you know, rental trucks especially, like, you know, really tracking these assets. Some of these things are going to remain on the HCSS Telematics side and will require either an integration or some kind of HCSS Telematics device. Please enjoy the free features. Check out some of the paid ones and let us know if you're curious in in testing any of those out or have more questions because there's some really cool stuff going on over here that that you could just flip on today with the flick of a switch. I think the last one we have here from Brandon, can you overlay an AgTech cutfill to the map view? So no AgTech cut and fills yet. This is another thing, Brandon. Like, I'd love to talk to you more about, like, the file format that you guys use for this. Are those KMZ files? Does AgTech have a specific file type that they export to? Just some of the options and what you're interested in doing. Shoot me an email, and we'll chat more about this because I'd love to hear exactly how you're using it today and how you kinda see that fitting into the map in the future. Okay. So I think that concludes our demo here. Let's hop back over to our main screen, and we've just got about five minutes left here. And we actually talked about a lot of this throughout the demo, but just kinda what's next for the map view. HCSS Safety inspections, either from HCSS myField users. Even without HCSS Safety, you have the ability to submit inspections through HCSS myField, just in case you guys didn't know. So if you've got folks that are clocking in and clocking out, but they're equipment operators that need to do an equipment inspection for the day, we do have options for that. That will pull into the HCSS Safety work that we're doing here even if you don't have heavy jobs or HCSS Safety. Now for the folks that do have safety, we're gonna have some really neat features that we're adding on. So, you know, follow ups for those inspections, really being able to see, okay, as this person was doing the inspection, these specific sites, they clocked all of the following follow ups, and you'll be able to see kind of a map of where those are. That's really gonna help make sure all of that work gets done, make sure you know, those inspections get completed as quickly as possible, any follow ups. That way, the job can keep cruising along. These two things I see working together a lot, the inspections and the plan sheets overlay. If you guys don't have HCSS Plans, let us know. I think we have a a demo version that we can turn on for you just to see some of the functionality there as well. But HCSS Plans, you know, the value is obvious, you know, having your plan sheets organized in one place digitally, looking at the newest revision, being able to pin and annotate and share that all live is huge, and we want to bring that into the HeavyJob world. So we are gonna take those plan sheets, again, the newest revision, and overlay those on the map, So as a layer that you can toggle on and off. We'll have some cool opacity features and different things like that so you can really get the visual context of where it is in relation to the background of the map. So those are our two big projects that we're working on. Also, moving that button up into the header so that way, if the company has HeavyJob but your user only has safety or plans or something like that, they'll still be able to see some of the functionality of the map. They'll still be able to see the things that they have permissions to. So great. So we're kind of we've been doing our questions as we go. I don't see any newer questions, but I guess, to close this out, I just really encourage you guys to to toy around with the map, have fun with it, figure out the ways that is most useful for your company, figure out ways that you think it would be, you know, even more useful to use in the future, and then let me know. Again, jonathan.knudson@hcss.com. I've been helping head up the MAP project and would love to hear more about what you would like to see there in the future, whether that's KMZ files, AgTech files, data from different other areas of our software, or, for third party integrations. We've been looking at some things like that through our marketplace partners. There's so much useful data under the umbrella of your HCSS software. And any of that data that needs that visual context, we would love to eventually get it on the map. So let us know what's most important to you, and we'll do our best to to get it on there for you. Chris, any closing words? Pretty similar thing to what you finished with there. Any I know somebody asked for rental houses in in in the q and a, but, yeah, any any other heavy equipment OEMs or third parties or or rental houses. If you have contacts there that can that can help out that that always helps us push the integration along, but or anyone that we just haven't thought of that you may want us to integrate with reach out to me at christopher .oconnor@hcss.com or chris.oconnor@hcss.com and we can start a conversation about, you know, what what integrations you want to pull into HCSS Telematics as well. Alright. Thank you guys so much. We wanna thank you for joining us today. Be sure to check out HCSS Academy as well, academy.hcss.com. If you're looking for more information on some of those features, maybe saw in telematics today. We're working on on content for the map as well, but we've got some a lot of great videos on there if you saw some things that you're not sure about or would like to learn more about. Of course, our help site, as usual, our support team, you're guaranteed to get a real person in three rings or less, which I don't know of any other company that does that right now. It took me I had to call my phone company to to add my wife onto my plan the other day, and we sat there for two hours. So please, please give us a call at support. We are would love to help you out through some of these. And then also our consultant connect team, if you're interested in a more extensive implementation, please scan that QR code. We'll leave it up there for a second, and they can give you more details about what that looks like. But all of you that have been to UGM know Dan Lisbony, know Matt Fidler. These guys are just not only great to work with, but so knowledgeable. That's the folks that you can look forward to working with on the Consultant Connect. Lindsay, we're out of time, so I'm gonna have to Sorry, we had some last minute questions come in. We're out of time, so I'm gonna have to ask you to reach out to support. They can help you help you with how that works. Yep. And, Christopher, 811 Spotter is definitely one of the marketplace partners that we're we've been looking at adding there. So great. Well, thanks again, guys. We're right at time, so we won't keep any longer. Thanks for joining today, and, hopefully, we'll talk to you soon some of you soon. Bye, guys.
