Hi, everyone. Thanks for joining us for our annual Halloween HCSS operations webinar. We'll give everyone a few more minutes to join, and then we'll go ahead and get started. Thank you. It looks like we hit 10am, so I'm gonna go ahead and kick us off. We still have a few people joining. My name is Reed Renfrow. I'm dressed as a beekeeper, but I am the product marketing manager here at HCSS. We have a very exciting topic today. We have Brittney Klosterman with us. She's going to give you all a rundown of our new resource planner, HeavyJob resource planner that's launching in about two weeks. Brittney's gonna go into all the details, give you a quick demo. Definitely have an opportunity to ask questions. So as always, if you do have questions, please go into that Q and A section, ask any questions. We'll definitely answer a lot of them live. We can also answer them in chat if we don't have time. If we'll have Q and A at the end, so if you have questions about things other than Resource Planner, we do have our full product team here available to answer your questions as well. So with that, I'm gonna go ahead and talk about turn over to Adam to give a quick plug about UGM. Yes, quick pop in here for UGM. It's coming up in January. It's a little bit earlier this year than the February it was in twenty twenty five. So I want to make sure that everybody is aware of that. We also have early bird savings or super early bird, early bird. One of those savings is expiring tomorrow on Halloween so by all means sign up then and then there are discounts that will continue to expire as we get closer to the event. But please by all means come join us. It's a lot of fun. Sorry I was gonna offer up to wear costumes. I'm kind of debating that that's probably not a good idea but who knows we're gonna have a lot of fun there we always do so recommend y'all come join us down in Houston. I will hand it over to Brittney. Hey, guys. I did notice Wayne said that he he thought he joined the wrong meeting seeing all these costumes. So if you guys are here to learn about some HeavyJob and our operations products, you're in the right place. My name's Brittney, and I am here to talk to you guys a little bit about Resource Planner. So you guys may have received a notification about about our acquisition of Dispatcher Pro, a French company that has a online scheduling solution, and we have been hard at work the past few months integrating it into our ecosystem. And so Reed, if you don't mind going on to the next screen, you guys get a little sneak peek right here. That's a screenshot of the system. You'll notice that at the top of the screen, resource planner is gonna be in that header bar so that it's easy to switch between HeavyJob and resource planner so that you can easily go into costing or scheduling from that same website. So I know looking at screenshots probably isn't what you guys are here for. You would probably love to see the actual system, so no worries. We're gonna go ahead and demo it. So I'm gonna take the screen over real quick and talk a little bit about Resource Planner. Let's see. Perfect. Okay. So you guys should see my screen right now. And so, like I mentioned, Resource Planner is a part of the operations suite. So if you're interested, you're like, I would love to know more about Resource Planner. Do want to mention that you have to own HeavyJob to get Resource Planner. Resource Planner is an add on to HeavyJob and that's HeavyJob Web. So if you are interested, definitely reach out to me or your CS salesperson. But where I'm at right now is the main view. A couple things to know before we talk about this screen is I've got my resources here, my employees and equipment, that's coming straight over from HeavyJob, and my jobs is also coming straight over from HeavyJob. So as soon as long as I have HeavyJob and I get resource planner, I don't have to worry about setting up my people. I get that information right away. And so something you can do in resource planner is build out your crews. So if if you operate in a way where your people and some of your equipment travel together, you can build out those groups. So in this case, I am in a planner view where I can go and look at my crews schedules. So I've already built out some crews. If I collapse them all, you can see only Brittney's crew has an assignment. Brittney's crew is going to I go ahead and expand that out and now I can see all of these people and this piece of equipment are all going on to Brace Bayou. Now this view is flexible. I can change my date range. Right now I'm looking at a week. If you plan the day advance, you can change it to be just for the day, or you could change it to be six months out. In this case, I'm just looking at this week. And what you might notice is I've got some of these needs indicated here. So if I'm planning ahead, I can say, hey, I know I need a crew on West Airport for Monday. I'm I'm way out in January for Monday the twelfth. And I also need a crew for a couple days on Bel Air Boulevard. So what I can do here is easily click and make an assignment, so I see Bianca's crew is free, Boylan's crew is free. I'm gonna go ahead and add that to Kat's crew. When I go ahead and drop that, the assignment will land and then if I open that up, every single person on Kat's crew gets that assignment. So it's pretty easy to go make assignments. If I already know that I'm gonna send Bianca's crew somewhere, I can also just right click on Bianca's crew and pick what job I wanna send them to. Richmond Road, you know what? They're gonna be there for three week or three days, so it's as easy as spreading that out. And now I have assigned Bianca's crew, that's nine people and equipments to Richmond Road or Richmond Road project. So I did see a question, does HeavyJob hybrid users have access? So it will be a HeavyJob web only feature. So if you are interested in this and you guys are looking at conversion, then that's great, but for now it will be only for HeavyJob web. So I'm gonna show you guys a couple other things. So I can also switch my view to look by job, so I've already done that right here. So perhaps if you don't schedule your people and equipment by cruise, that's no problem. You can make your assignments on a job by job basis. So here I can see my jobs. If I want to go and schedule someone for West Airport, what I can do is let's say on Wednesday I want to schedule somebody, I can look at my employee needs and I can pull from my pay classes that's coming straight from HeavyJob to say what kind of person I would like to schedule and I can say, you know what, I need a laborer to help out on that Wednesday. And then either I can create it now and I'm creating a needs request, or I can pick my resource and see who's available. So in this case, Ben is available, he's a laborer. It's only gonna filter to my laborers. If I want to see everybody that's available, you can see I've got a list available here and it's gonna check the schedule. It knows if Bianca's already scheduled, she's gonna be marked as unavailable, so I won't be able to schedule her. I did see a question, is this a part of HeavyJob or a separate module? This is gonna be an add on. So if you're interested in this, it is going to be closely related to HeavyJob but it is a an add on to the HeavyJob product. So in this case, I'm gonna go ahead and add Ben Tucker. So I'm scheduling him and now I've scheduled him. Perfect. So that is one way you can look at the schedule. I know a lot of you are on the day by day basis, so there is another view you can check out. In this case, I'm looking at a single day and I can see the jobs that I've got going on for that day and where people are. If I want to make a change, perhaps I need to send Simran from Britney's crew over to help out on West Airport expansion. Can drag and drop and then I've got an option. She's got a whole date range that Simran was gonna be helping out on Braised Bayou, so I can say, hey, just change it for that day or change it for the whole date range that Simran was previously scheduled to Braised Bayou. This case, I just want her to help out for a day and then come back to Braised Bayou, so I'll pick that. And so you can see I just moved Simran right away. So same thing for equipment, I can go and move my equipment to other jobs as needed. So there's a lot to offer here. You could see the day view. In this case, I can also see, you know, my project managers, my supers over here so that I kind of have the context of the job. There's some other aspects of resource planner that I won't dig into too much, but you can go look at your conflicts so that you can see, you know, if you've double booked somebody. Depending on how you guys operate, conflicts might be very useful. And then let's go take a pause and check out some questions I've got. So, great question. Justin is asking if equipment changes is added daily, weekly, and HeavyJob daily will it automatically update here? I'm guessing Justin you mean if I'm adding a new piece of equipment into HeavyJob, will I see that new piece of equipment in Resource Planner? If that's the question, yes. So for a lot of you folks, might have integrations with your ERP where maybe DIS or APIs send your accounting information straight to HeavyJob and that's happening all the time. As soon as it hits HeavyJob, it is going to update in Resource Planner. There's no delay. So if you have somebody that needs to schedule a piece of equipment that you just purchased, just got into the system in HeavyJob, no problem they'll see it in Resource Planner. Does this integrate with E360? So not today. Great question, Kate. We are actually very interested in learning about our future integrations for the fleet products that we have. Next year we're kind of working on building out that roadmap and some of our fleet integrations. We've been really looking at Telematics right now, but would love to see if there's an opportunity to do some cool stuff with preventative maintenance. So not yet, but definitely something we're interested in hearing feedback if you've got ideas on how you'd like to see that integrate. Does it send a text message or email to the crew lead? So you can send text messages here. So in this case, what I could do is I can hit edit and Oh, I'm so sorry, you cannot send text messages. You can send emails here. So I can inform my crew lead right here where to go, when to go. So an email template can come. Now I'm guessing y'all are seeing this and you're like, I'd rather text my people because they all live by the cell phone. We totally agree. So we are planning towards the end of the year, probably into next year, working and doing the development to make text message integrations possible since very many of our field employees text. Okay. And then does it show if someone's double scheduled? Does it not allow for that? Good question, Ashley. So we have a lot of folks that do schedule their people to multiple jobs in a day. So if you have someone that needs to visit two places in a day, that's allowed. We're not gonna prevent that. Now I can show you though. So in this case, if I want to go and schedule Simran Ali, I can make an assignment right here and set her up for West airport expansion. Now if I went and tried to say a needs request and look for Simran, it would show that she's busy. But then I could still book her if I wanted. So if you want to double book, you can. Now if you want to find out who has been double booked because that is not something we want to happen, you've got two options. You'll see in all the views whether I split by crew or by job. So go look at Simran's by crew, because I know she's on a crew right there, so I just double booked her. So no matter what view you check out, you'll be able to see which crew was Simran on, let's find it. Here we are. So you'll be able to see if they've been double booked in this case. Like if I go ahead and schedule it, you'll see like any jobs that she has that overlap. So that way when you're scheduling you have that awareness no matter whether that she was assigned to this with the crew. So in this case she's a standalone employee on West Airport, in this case she's a part of Brittney's crew. You can see that tiny little triangle indicating that she's a part of the crew. And so if that is not something that you want to see happen, then this conflict screen is a really great place to go and fix those problems. So in this case I'm just looking at this week and you can see our team is testing out the system and Abdullah is crazy busy on the 30th. He is scheduled to a lot of jobs, so I can go and correct that here. So it's as easy as deleting if I want to. Now, if someone needs Abdullah on Eldridge Parkway, I'm gonna probably want to coordinate and work with my project managers on Eldridge Parkway and say, hey, do you need ABS on the 30th? Or is it okay if we go ahead and edit this so that he comes next week? And perhaps I'll go ahead and adjust his date range so that he'll come in on the third through the fourth. So in this view where I'm at, it is only going to show me the people that have conflicts in the date range I've selected. So my goal is I would go to the conflict screen and I would see a blank screen. That's good. When I go to the screen and I see a bunch of people here, then that means I need to go coordinate with PMs because some of my PMs want the same foreman because they really love working with that guy. And I gotta make sure that that foreman is not being cloned because we don't have that technology yet. So yes, good question. You can double schedule though. So if you wanna send the guy to three jobs for tomorrow and he's dropping in to each job, can overlap the schedule or you can even specify what time for each job. You could say go to this job at eight am and then that job at noon. Good question, Ashley. So Brittney, see there's a question a little bit further down and definitely we're gonna get to some of these questions. I would give you a chance to catch your breath for a second. So you mentioned the fact that you could have multiple PMs that are looking for the same foreman, you know, this case Ray out of Ohio. And they both want the same thing. Now that does indicate like this module is built to have more than just a single dispatcher in it. I think that's one of the critical distinctions between the desktop dispatcher that some of you have been using for years and this new web version is is built to allow a lot of your operations people to be in here. There's a question here, would your foreman be able to access it? If you give them access to it, absolutely. While Brittney did mention that this does cost extra, so it is an add on to HeavyJob, it does cost extra. The way it has been priced is such that once you turn it on, everybody that has access to HeavyJob now has access to Resource Planner. So we're attempting to get away a little bit from having to figure out, well, do I really need this person to have it or this person? No, you're going turn it on and everybody has access that you give it access to. If you'll have a central dispatch office, by all means, they can access this. But if it's a little bit more separated, whether that's your PMs, which your supers getting in there to move things around and look at things, they also have access to it. Yeah, I really appreciate that comment, Adam, because I think a lot of folks, especially if you've heard of our dispatcher, our old dispatcher product might be thinking about this a little differently. But from a lot of the customers I've gotten a chance to talk with, when you have those weekly project manager meetings or daily project manager meetings where everybody's kind of saying, well, got this tomorrow, so I need these people help out, I need this piece of equipment. This gives them the opportunity to indicate what they would like before you even get to that meeting. And so honestly, a workflow that could be really great for folks that find themselves in that situation where they have that meeting is their project managers could go in advance of that meeting and say, Hey, these are the jobs I care about. Let's go to schedule by job. And if I'm a PM, could just pick the jobs that I really want because there's a lot of jobs, so maybe I've got two. There we go. And then I can go and indicate what I have needs for next week. I can right click and say I have an employee need. And as a PM, maybe I'm just gonna say I need a crew. So I need a foreman on this job and so I can either say I need a foreman or I can go to the crew page and indicate the whole crew. And then next time I go meet with my dispatcher who might be the person that's allocating those people in that meeting, they already see what I need and then they can easily say, know what that foreman, we're gonna go ahead and have Brenton come back to that job and make that assignment right there. And so it really makes that meeting process a lot faster. Your PMs are in the system, they can see who's already got plans, they can indicate their needs. Your dispatcher might wanna look in this conflict screen to go make sure conflicts are resolved or live in that, let's see this daily view, because they're probably really focusing the day to day, so there's a lot of opportunities there. Let's see what other questions we've got. If we change equipment, how does this link with Dispatcher? Nuna, I'm guessing you have Dispatcher. So for any folks that are watching this that are interested in this, we are not gonna have integrations with Dispatcher. So we are going to work on integrations with some of our other products. Honestly, this does a lot of similar things to Dispatcher. So Nuno, feel free to reach out to me if you're kind of like, I wanna learn a little bit more about Resource Planner, I Dispatcher, just wanna know. You can talk to me or your CS rep and we'd be happy to chat a little bit more. Anyone else that's got Dispatcher and kind of curious about this, feel free to reach out. When is this rolling out, Travis? I'm very excited to say that it's gonna roll out in a couple of weeks on November fourteenth. So very, very soon. And let's see. Also, does make it where the employees can only add a time card where they are assigned to? Good question. So today, that is not functionality we have. We are looking at a pull in crew, a pull in crew, I guess, integration where you can pull in who is scheduled to your job. We are not going to probably restrict you from putting someone on the crew that wasn't scheduled because things happen. If someone's on-site and they're not on the schedule, you want to make sure they get on your time card so they get paid. And so I would love to talk more if that's something you'd like to see. Well, I think I think and you're right like there. I don't know if we really want to restrict the foreman in case the foreman is directed like same day off to something else that is different than the schedule. Yeah. What I think this allows for though is an exception screen so that you can put where the time cards came in, what jobs that the crew works against the schedule that was set up and immediately notify someone if Britney's crew over here went off and they worked a different job they weren't supposed to or more likely they chose the wrong job on their time card. And let's let's sync those up together. So I think an exceptions report is probably gonna be our first step on that. Yeah, absolutely. It's something on our that's been on our mind. And we've also been thinking about that in terms of equipment too. A lot of folks have told me that they say, oh, we scheduled the equipment on this job, but it ended up getting to the wrong job because we have multiple excavators and they just mixed up which excavator went where. And so we are looking at talking to our folks over in Telematics to see if there's some opportunities where we can show, hey, what was the schedule and where is that piece of equipment? Is it different? So good questions here. Oh, are the color codes fixed? I love this question, Cesar. So here, this is totally customizable, so if you wanna change the colors here, you can change it. Something that I think will be, I guess, nice for y'all to see is if I go let's pick a date range with more data. Let's say we'll pick this week. I think there's quite a few more assignments. Goodbye job. There we go. Okay. We're gonna clear our filter. So I got a lot of stuff going on right here. If I'm overwhelmed by how I'm looking at this, I have the opportunity to adjust my colors here. So I can have my color sorted by project manager or by job or by job superintendent. So if I like my job, I can go and I can adjust these colors so that way if you want to look at your if you want to look at your schedule and be able to get an idea of my jobs and I am a certain color then you can kind of at a glance see that so good good question you can customize this so if I've got too much blue going on right here I can say, you know what, I want this to be purple. I already have purple, but you guys see, and so I can adjust my job colors as I want. Do the foreman have access to see the schedule? I know Adam had mentioned this already, but I do want to clarify. So there's going to be three roles. We'll have an administrator. The administrator will be able to create new jobs, employees, and equipment in our system. They'll also be able to schedule and do whatever they would like. I would give an administrator access if they're like wearing an HR hat or maybe they're they're like an IT admin, like someone that would be an administrator in HeavyJob. If I create a job here in Resource Planner, it will create that job in HeavyJob job and vice versa. So like I'm basically in one ecosystem. I don't have to worry about creating a job here and then oh gosh, I gotta create a job in HeavyJob so my foreman has a time card that they can send to. Let's see the next role right there is a scheduler and so the scheduler is a person that maybe they don't get to create employees equipment or jobs, but they get to make assignments and and adjust the schedule they could go and interact in this screen they probably won't interact too much with their resources And then the last one for the question about can my foreman see this is there is a user role where they can go view the schedule so they could go check it out and see the schedule but they can't make any changes. Let's see question. Yeah, so not tight. Is this not tied to time cards today? It is not tied to time cards. We're working on that integration and development this year. So we are going to be making it so that on the iPad later this year, you can see the crew scheduled for the day and then you'll be able to pull in that crew. So later this year or early next year, that integration will be in the works. And as part of that, Brittney Austin's asking, will Foreman and Supers be able to submit needs requests back to the office? Yeah, so great question. We're gonna need to do some work there so that functionality is not something we have in the system yet, but we have been busy talking to customers like you guys to see what they would like to see in the next year. And so that's functionality that we are looking at sometime next year, but it's gonna take us some time. We got a lot of dev work to do there. Oh, Meredith, great question, okay. Will driver schedules and communication for moving equipment happen here, or maybe coming through Telematics? So we have identified that we really want it so that when you make a let's say I'm moving this Komatsu, I'm going from Braze Bayou and I want to send it to a different job next week. I'm not driving that Komatsu down the road to my other project, so I hear you. You need a lowboy to move that piece of equipment. So today, if I schedule between the two, we don't have any kind of driver notification, but we see that as an urgent need. So next year we are planning on building out an integration, most likely with Telematics. So I know where your head was at, you're saying, hey, would that probably be Telematics? Yeah, that's what we're looking at. So we are looking for feedback from our customers that are looking for that type of process. I would love to hear more from you about what you would like to see because me and Chris O'Connor are gonna be investigating and what that integration looks like. Is there a search feature on this screen where you can look for a specific employee or equipment and find it quickly? So let's see. There is a search feature, but I gotta do some digging to see why it's not working. So yes, there is a search feature. You will be able to find equipment or employees quickly. I believe right now you're searching for the job, Brittney. Yes, the job is Thank you. Okay. Thank you. Yeah. I think we still might wanna dig in because I can see Anita here, I would like to only see Anita. So There will be a search feature. We're gonna have to go make sure that it works nicely for y'all. Is there any structure is there any structure above just crew, region or division? Good question. So if you have business units, you you will be able to see your database on business units. So HeavyJob business units, think of that. So I could filter, in this case I've got access to two business units. If I only wanna look at one, then that's what I will see. Now if I in credentials only have access to one business unit, I will only be able to see the business unit I have access to. So if you are someone with multiple business units, you will be able to see that information. If I want to, I can, well that's okay, I can schedule somebody and when I'm looking for my resources, it's gonna default show me my business unit I belong to, but I can search in my company to search across business units if you share employees across business units. Depending on how you operate, you may or may not wanna use that feature. If your two regions are across the company, you're probably not going to send a piece of equipment across the company or country, but if you do have business units that closely share resources, then you can use that as an additional structure to divide. Are you able to tie crews to pay items or activities? Austin, great question. So if I want to indicate what kind of stuff a crew is working on, let's go to by crew. What I would do there is I would use a comment. So I can right click, not only can I make assignments, but I can talk about anything open form that I want them to know about? So boring concrete this week. Truck on-site at 7 AM. So if I want to indicate any kind of details, whether it's a inspector is on-site, the type of work I'm doing, what kind of materials being hauled, I would use my comments to do that. If you're looking for seeing cost codes from HeavyJob in here, not something we've got, what you'd your best bet here is that comment. And I can also schedule my comments, so I'm pouring concrete all week, so what I just did was I clicked and dragged, and now for all five days, I can see that comment. This is going to be on view in that daily schedule view too. So if I go and look at the day, I'll be able to see that Bianca's crew is gonna be receiving concrete. All right. So and I think I think that is something that if y'all I see that Marcos asked the same question as well about the ability to assign cost codes. So it it's something that we're gonna have to take a look at depending on what y'al say. And if if we need something beyond the comments, which is what's we're there right now, then then by all means, we can take a look at that. So let us know if that's something that you'd really like to see. Obviously, it's gonna be a little bit more maintenance on behalf of your PMs, your dispatchers to assign those out on a daily weekly basis. But let us know if that's something that y'all are gonna be doing or wanna do in the software. Yes. Okay. I am I there's a lot of questions. So I what I might do is pick maybe a handful more because I I I would love to talk more about this, but we do have a couple other things that we would like to discuss. So Britney, why why don't this why don't we hand it over, to John to go through the plan stuff? And then that allows you to regroup and maybe group the questions together and be able to knock out four or five altogether with one answer. Yeah, perfect. That sounds great. And then, yeah, so don't worry if you have a question, we're not abandoning your question. So, okay, let's go ahead. I'll stop sharing. And if we wanna skip ahead to Bradshaw, that sounds great. Brittney, you also mentioned that November fourteenth date as well. So past that date, feel free to reach out to your salespeople. Brittney will probably end up being in most of those calls at first while we're going through this process of of sending it live. But at the end of it, your salespeople are going to be a great contact to get everything scheduled and make sure that y'all are understanding y'all specific needs and what you need. So remember to reach out to them and if you need help, call our support, they'll direct you to who it is, or just call into our sales number directly. Thanks, Andrew. And then I guess just to touch on this slide, and then we can get to the questions a little later in the webinar. So yeah, good call out that date. If you've got ideas or thoughts, you got my email. It's my first dot last name. My name is not spelled right right now, so please. It's got a Y at the end. And then integration. So I know you guys are seeing this and a lot of you are probably like, oh, cool. I like it, but what's the future? Because that's what I really wanna know. So we want to connect into HCSS field so that polling crew, see who's on my schedule, and then also text messaging of schedules. Those are both on the road map into the next year. And then my field integration. So if you want to tell your laborers where they're gonna go, who they need to report to, that is something we'd like to do next year. So definitely keep an eye out. But yeah, I would love to give Bradshaw some time too, or I guess two percent sometimes to talk about plans. Yeah. So we're gonna wait for, the beekeeper to get the, to get the slide deck back up. It's gonna be a be a pretty quick one. I don't want to, I don't want to interrupt, Britney's flow here. I think your slides got hidden, John. We need to No. They're not hidden. They're just way down at the bottom. Slide twenty six and twenty seven. Okay. I got out of order. Okay. I have them. I will share it now. We can go. But, just as a this is a little change that was made in the, in the the the new toolbar in HCSS Plans iOS. This was a request from some of the companies that are, that that are that are testing out this new toolbar. They wanted the ability to move the, to be able to move the the the smaller toolbar around the, around around the screen. Made sense, something we had, we had wanted to do, and, so that is now that is now in in the app if you are in the if you're in the beta for it. If you are not in the beta, please reach out to me. John dot Bradshaw at h c s s dot com. More than happy to more than happy to get some more some more companies some some some more people checking this out. And that is all that is all I got. So we're gonna go ahead and go back to resource planner. All right, I got a chance to look at some of the All right. All right. So let's let's go into some some categorization, some grouping questions. So for people that have multiple dispatchers that wanna be able to see all equipment, are each of the dispatchers able to set their own views? And so the is the view settings separate by user, I guess? Yes. Great. Great question. So yes. So I can filter. Let's I like to point at things, so I'll just go back to the screen so you guys can see it. Okay. So I can filter here on this little martini glass that I click on over on the upper right. I can filter by my business unit, cruise jobs, whatever I would like. I could even go to my equipment type and filter by a very specific equipment type if I would like. So I can go and pick the view that works for me, and when I come back here, if I say, you know what, I only care about this job, or whoops, let's unselect and then I only care about this job. That's all I'm scheduling for. I make that selection, you'll see this turned orange. So it's indicating to me that I'm only looking at crews that are assigned to that Bel Air job. And so next time I come back into the system, that icon's gonna stay orange because it's gonna remember my preferences. So if I only ever look at the same five jobs or the same five project managers or whatever, it's going to remember my selection and it's gonna come back in. Now, if my coworker is also in the system and has a different view, their selections that they've got will be saved just for them. So what I set and what they set won't impact each other. So I think that answers that question. It does. So next up is, is there any way to subdivide a business unit? So Alan's asking, can a region edit do add within a business unit? Yeah, I I not in a way that's like, I guess, structuring your data. Like the closest thing I think I could give you is you could color code your stuff to be like, everything with this color is of this region. That's probably the closest I've got for you. It's gonna follow the same BU structure from HeavyJob. We have heard feedback from some folks that said that have said I'd love to see job tags in the system as an additional way to filter. So it's something that we might keep an eye on. So perhaps that could be an opportunity to indicate, I guess, regions or something as a subdivision of a business unit. But today, it's gonna look like color coding and knowing what the colors mean. Sounds good. And speaking of those colors and what the colors mean, so Megan's asking, what are the different resource types? Are they just employees and equipment or are you able to track different resource types in there? Yeah, so it's employees and equipment at the moment. And then you can also, I guess, filter above your employees and equipment by your pay classes or equipment type. But at this time you're scheduling mostly employees equipment, and then anything extra that you want to schedule is going to look like a comment. I did see one question where someone asked about time off. So if I know somebody is taking time off, can I see that in the system? And so you have a way, a customizable list that you can create for any non work time you wanna track. So if I knew that Anita is taking vacation for the rest of that week, I can go indicate it here. When I go and hit this add button and I go search for a resource, Anita is gonna show up as busy during that timeframe because she's got scheduled non work time. So rain days, vacation, maybe you have safety training days where they can't be on-site because they need to be at the office to do training. You can indicate all of that on the schedule. Same thing for your equipment. So if you have preventative maintenance scheduled, you can go put it on the calendar, breakdowns, rain days for your equipment, and both those lists are customizable. Nice. Alrighty. There's a couple of integration questions. So Michael is asking, does DIS work for this? So basically, is it pulling in jobs, employees and equipment from your accounting system? Yes. So as long as you have DIS to HeavyJob, then your DIS is gonna also work for resource planner for you. You don't even need to ask for extra help. It's automatic. So as long as it gets the HeavyJob, you don't need like a support person or a DIS developer to help you out. It's just gonna know that it needs to come to Resource Planner. And the other integration people are asking about, Joe's wondering about Microsoft Project. We know integrations with Microsoft Project. I know there's I've gotten a lot of questions lately of some folks saying, Hey, I would love to see my HeavyBid resource loaded schedule integrate with this. So I would love to know what you would like to see from Microsoft Project into this and how we could potentially help. Nothing today though, so we're early in building out the roadmap. So if the the sooner you guys talk to me about your thoughts and ideas, the more likely you guys could be the change you want to be. Else do we got? Else do we got? Alright. Audit logs of start days for jobs or equipment request changes to struggle sometimes if there are multiple people who have access to the system and moving things around. How do you know, I guess, what what it was before somebody changed it? Okay. I see. So I'm not sure if we've got, like, a great, like, like, show me what this person's assignment was before, but I I do have a way to see all my needs and assignments in kinda like more of a log format, and I can indicate like what its status is, here's the start date, we could see if there's other columns that are useful. Yeah, so created by, so who did that? So you can see admin Britt and my developer Charles has been in the system messing with it. So yes, we do have some logging. Now, if you want like a perfect historical trail, I think maybe we need to dig in a little bit more and see how well we do that. But here I can check it out and I can also export it if I want to reference it later. Nice. Alright. Feature request here from Jesse. The ability to have tags for equipment for specific attributes the piece of equipment has, then a dispatch would be able to search amongst the equipment for something with maybe a particular attachment that's already already attached to it and on there or whether it's wheel or track if that's not actually identified within the in the description, stuff like that. Interesting. Okay, so that's good to know. We do have the ability to put comments on my equipment. The question I don't know the answer to is, is that searchable? Because I think that's what you're looking for. I want this as a way to slice. I will look into it. We might actually already have something there, so I'll have to dig in a little deeper. There's some custom field capabilities that we've got. What else do we have? Well, Nuno's asking, think this is in response to talking about the fact that it tracks employees and equipment. What about external rentals? Is there any way to separate outs when you've rented a piece of equipment compared to when you own the piece of equipment? Yeah, so we're digging into that right now. So if you got long term rentals in your HeavyJob equipment list, it's gonna come over. There are a couple additional fields that we would like to make available, but we gotta do some dev work to do that, which would be your external equipment and external employees. Today, right now, all your employees equipment are gonna come over from HeavyJob. But if you wanna track a short term rental or maybe a contractor on-site, we are looking at supporting that in the near term future. So good question. If you've got the rental flag on in HeavyJob, it will come over as a piece of equipment in Resource Planner. Alright. And a couple of the field related questions. Mark's asking, any plan in the future to be able to subscribe to Planner via the calendars within the iPhone or Android, which I'm taking to mean, like, the calendar that comes on here somehow connecting that into resource planner, which I'm sure the answer to that is no right now. But I guess we'll we'll have to see even what's doable and and how many people want that sort of thing. Yeah. Yeah. I am interested. I think our first thought was let's let's make it easy in the the field app and HCSS myField where people put their time in, but I'm guessing you're saying, well, if I could just automatically see that I got an assignment from my calendar app, that'd be pretty useful. So, yeah, interesting request. Yeah. It it will likely and this goes to to to John's question. Will the user level be visible in the field app? It's it's likely what we're gonna be doing is expanding more and more of the view of what's going on within the current field app that the foreman's using or the employee's using within HCSS myField. So Alec was asking hey, Alec. Are there plans to communicate these these schedules to the employees and a verification back that they have accepted it to the dispatcher. Alec is from California. Yeah. Even if I didn't know Alec, would know that by his question. I would love to, maybe connect with you, Alec, on that question just to understand a little bit better about the, some of your West Coast, funny business you gotta deal with, just to to see if there's some some ways we can support that. Today. Well, you asked if there's plans, so you already are assuming that there's not the ability to do it, which is right. So I would love to connect with you just to understand those requirements because it's certainly on equipment, we've definitely been thinking it'd be useful to know like, I don't need this piece of equipment anymore. I have received this piece of equipment. That kind of feedback loop is helpful. On the employee side, I would love to know what, oops, y'all got it done through to make sure you don't get in trouble when it comes to scheduling employees on the West Coast. So potentially. Yeah. But definitely, definitely resource planner sending the notification out to the field. It's that accepting the fact that they've been scheduled out there that we still have questions on. So cool. I'll take this one. Megan's asking, is this a feature that won't auto turn on like all the other ads that HCSS does? So we have time to test functionality. So that is correct. We are not going to just enable this for everybody. Now in a week or two, are going to see up at the top that Resource Planner show up there, much like the other products that Britney and her particular company that she's in has does not have access to. So there'll be a little lock next to it for any users that have not been given access to it by your admins. So we're not gonna just turn it on for everybody. That'd be rude. We only do those half the time, just not this time. I did while you're answering that question, I did see Ashley ask the opposite question. Could I try it and check it out before committing today? No. Would be happy to I'd be happy to sit on a call with you and show you it. However, if you are coming to UGM, that might be a great opportunity to really get involved in it. We will have a lot of people with demo systems up and ready to go for you to get into it. So definitely wanna repeat the plug for UGM. There's a lot of cool stuff that we've got going on and resource planner checking it out will be easily accessible at a user group meeting. Good. I think we're winding down on resource planner questions. If anybody has questions about plans or safety or HeavyJob or anything else, we're welcome to answer those too. I guess Tanya's asking there, if you put in vacation or PTO for that day under the foreman, will it automatically create the time card? Interesting. That's a good question. No, it won't. But I'm guessing you would love to know that that foreman's not gonna be able to send in the time card. I I actually like to learn a little bit more on I'm guessing you're, Tonya, you're asking, hey, the foreman's taking PTO, but the employees aren't and they're working, you want to make sure they get paid? That's kind of what I'm taking away, but maybe not, maybe that's not because Adam, I'm guessing you got a different And maybe it's interesting to hear Matt or Dan's perspective on this. I know that we definitely have companies out there and maybe not so much on a vacation or PTO, but on just a simple holiday. It's July fourth and you're going to be off. They're gonna want that time card submitted before July fourth. Send it in. But maybe it would be nice if that automatically, got created for them and sent in so the foreman didn't have to worry about that. Dan, you got something on that? I just don't typically hear that as a big issue for most of the companies, but there's a certain use case and it's simple for us to do. It might be something for us to look into, but for the most part, it's, hey, I know we're off on fourth of July. I just copy my time card, put v or p in eight hours for everybody, and I send it in. So, I mean, it takes like ten, fifteen seconds. So I'm not sure that that's a big problem for people, but if it's automated through a scheduling system and it's easy for us to do, it's probably something we can investigate. Sounds good. Alrighty. We have had a lot of fun showing off Resource Planner and the new HCSS Plans toolbar. All right, so we likely Reed, do we have anything? Or We do have we do have few more things. I do I do we also have one more question that I did wanna answer live. Scott asks or said that Equipment360 and HeavyBid need to get online ASAP. We agree. I I do wanna plug. We did just last week or I guess on Monday no. Last week, we launched the HeavyBid Basic, new HeavyBid Basic. So we have HeavyBid. It's on the web. It's probably not gonna work for a lot of you on this call, but just know it is happening. We are building it. It will work for some smaller customers. We're not ready to convert anyone yet, but we definitely hear you. And and I just I mean, I wanna make sure we do do acknowledge our HeavyBid Friends. And we also are building out MaintenancePro, to be part of Telematics. Again, something that still doesn't quite have all the functionality of Equipment360, but just want to hear you, we're going in that direction. We're going to keep building over the next few years to get that. So wanted to put that plug in before we move on. Alright. I'm gonna share my screen. I'm gonna turn over Cassie to talk about the mobile advisory board real quick. Thanks, Reed. Hey. So today, I'm Rosie the Riveter, but you also know me by Cassie. So I'm here to talk about the mobile advisory board. So I am reaching out to our customers to see if they might be interested in us coming out and talking to your foreman, talking to your crew in general. So that way we can use this opportunity to empathize with them and make sure we build our products the way that they need to be built for them. Reed, if you don't mind going to the next slide. How it works is if you are interested, you can email me at cassandra dot may at h c s s dot com, and I can get you on the list. Reed, do we have a poll ready for this? Do not know. Okay. If y'all are interested, just email me and I'll get y'all on the list. And that way we can have an initial kickoff meeting. I can tell you kinda what we're looking for, what the general idea is behind this. And then after that, we will be scheduling site visits. So that way we can actually interact with your team, see kinda how they do things. And so that way we can make our field apps work the way that they need to for our field users. Right. And then I'm gonna turn it over to Matt to talk about Consulting Connect. Thank you very much. I've been chatting about Consulting Connect all year and excited next week to go to New Jersey, which is a phrase I'm not sure I've ever said before. We're gonna be up in Jersey, to chat about the HeavyJob in one room with, Greg Beesman and, Equipment360 in the other room with yours truly, man. Two scoops, fiddler. So tell your friends, tell your enemies that they should come join us in Jersey and have a good time. We're hoping it'll be nice and warm. Winter, we had fall yesterday in Houston, and today was winter, so I'm looking forward to going to real winter in Jersey next week, but we'll hopefully bring the heat with us from Texas. And if you'd rather hang out in Texas, then you can come on down in December. The goal of all these Consultant Connect classes is really kind of show you all the goodies that are in there that you may not have known about, you may have forgotten about. We've had some great feedback. One person from Orlando a couple weeks ago said this was the best training, the best time they've spent with our professional services team. Good job, Dan. So really excited to be able to spend time with y'all, help show you all the goodies, answer any of your questions, and have you walking out knowing more, knowing how to get more out of the software and seeing some of the the cool buttons that are in there that you didn't know exist or didn't know you should be using or could be an easy ad for you to start getting more out of the software. Awesome. Thank you, Matt. I also we did have a question come in from James. He asks, can you show HCSS Insights? We will not be able to do that today, but I did want to point you to a resource. We do have, if you come to our website, if you come to events, we do have a webinar coming up. This is past webinars. But on October or on November thirteenth, we have a a webinar on getting started with HCSS Insights. So, I'm gonna show you the link here real quick. Events. Come to our Events page. And scroll down here to webinars, November thirteenth, getting started with HCSS Insights. You can go ahead and register there. They're going to walk you through how Insights, getting started, how it works. So just wanted to plug that resource for James and anyone else that is interested in learning more about Insights. Alright. And I think Andrew was gonna jump in and talk a little bit about the conversion process. Yep. So I've actually got three topics just to to wrap it up. The first one is regarding the outage that was experienced yesterday. Obviously, everybody on this call would have been affected in some way. For those of you that that did not hear, it was actually a Microsoft outage, a massive Microsoft outage. It took them hours to to repair. As soon as it Microsoft gave us the all clear and was covered, we were able to get our systems right back online. So we know it affected you all. We just wanted to make sure that we felt your pain on our side. And as much as we could, our developers were up as long as they could be. Our support was taking every single one of those calls. I know it was a difficult time and losing systems is difficult to do. So I just wanted to address that and make sure that we felt your pain and that we were just as unhappy with Microsoft as everybody else was across really that the whole planet I think was affected. So again, apologies on on Microsoft's behalf on this one. Last one. So Britney right or sorry. Second one. Britney right now is leading the charge on Resource Planner. Feel free to reach out to her. She mentioned the road map and everything that that you should get in front of her today. I also wanted to talk about our process inside of HeavyJob and really all of the the web applications. There's an option with the question mark in the upper right hand corner. That's where you can submit feedback, feature requests, things like that. Our TPMs, several of them are on the call today, are the ones that review that on a regular basis. And our system that it goes through actually does a really good job of summarizing them and looking at trends. So it's a great system that we've implemented recently. So if you do have any feedback for us across any applications, that's where you would go to put that in. And last but not least, wanted to again go back to the resource planner side. So this is for our HeavyJob web only companies. What that means is that if you still have the desktop application, this is not something that you would be eligible to do. So I wanted to talk about our conversion process as the last little thing. We've now done several hundred of these conversions. We have a very defined process through customer success and through our support. So if this is something that that you're interested in looking into, feel free to reach out to customer success or to support. They can walk you through a checklist to make sure, one, that conversion is right for you because that might not always be the case. And two, that we're not going to that that the process is gonna be as seamless as possible. So I just wanted to pitch that as the last thing to get you going in the right direction. There was a lot of interest in this call just based on the number of questions. And I don't want you all to immediately roll yourself out if you're on desktop. So feel free to start that process and start moving forward. Alright. And that's it for me. Alrighty. Guys, thank you so much for joining us today. Whether you've been here just and tuning in for the first time or have been joining us every month so far this year, we are so grateful to be able to spend this time with you. We look forward to it every month and it makes us very sad that we're not going to see you. We always take this break. The last Thursday in November is obviously Thanksgiving. Last Thursday in December is somewhere right around Christmas and New Year's, and so we always take that off as well. But we will be back in January, the week after UGM. We do encourage y'all to come and join us at UGM, where you'll see a bunch of cool new things as well. Otherwise, we'll be back last Thursday of the month, as always, in twenty twenty six. And if if y'all really like these costumes, maybe we can make them stick. I don't know. We'll see. Thank you all. Thanks, everybody.
