Alright. Looks like we hit ten AM central time, so we'll go ahead and kick this off. My name is Reed Renfrow, the product marketing manager for all of our HeavyJob products here at HCSS. So we're excited to have you all join us today. We're primarily going to be talking about resource planner today. Some of the exciting updates we have. We're going to talk about integrations with field integrations with my field and all the things that we have been building and look to be building later this year. So we have a number of guests that are going to be presenting today. We have Brittney Klosterman, our product manager for Resource Planner. Beatrice is here as well from our Resource Planner team all the way from Paris. And then Aneel and Cassie are gonna talk a little bit about the field and my field integrations. So excited to go ahead and get your information and get questions today. If you do have questions, please go into the Q and A button that you see in Zoom. Enter any questions you have at any point throughout the presentation. We should have chance to answer a lot of questions live today, but if not, someone will chat a response to you. Also, if you have questions about other HeavyJob and operations products, we have a number of other product managers here backstage so they can see some of those questions and jump in towards the end if you have questions about anything else. So with that, I'm going to pass it off and we're going to go ahead, get started. Yeah, I can go ahead and talk through. So just just to talk through the agenda real quick. Reed had already mentioned this, but we're gonna start in Resource Planner so that you guys can see what Resource Planner has today to communicate to your field employees. But then we're gonna touch on those integrations. And actually Beatrice is really gonna run the show on the Resource Planner side of things. So I'll hand it to her. Yes, so thank you, Brittney. I'm Beatrice, TPM for Resource Planner. So the first topic we will be discussing today is all the work we've done around communicating the schedule to the workforce on the field. So, this is a feature that is actually already out, so some of you might maybe already use it or have heard about it, but it's basically a feature that allows to communicate to the workforce where they will be working. So we can see here on the little GIF that from the main schedule, from any view of the schedule, I can click on the icon on the right end of the screen and then select how I want to send the schedule out by text message, by email. If I want to target everyone or just the staff on one precise job, for what date I want to send out the schedule, and then I just need to click send, and it's in the staff's hand directly, either by text message or by email, according to what you choose, obviously, on the previous screen. Since the last time we talked about this, we've been we released a new feature that allows you to actually display the assignment times in the text message. So you might have missed it on the previous screen, but basically when you click on the little icon, just give it a second, here you will see a little checkbox in the end, include assignment times. If you check it, you will see the assignment time displayed on the text message or in the email. Another information that is currently available is that if you are scheduled within a crew, then your crew formant information, their name and their phone number, is available from the text message. So, your staff gets on-site and they don't know, they don't remember who the crew for money is, or they don't know where they are and where they should go, they can just grab the text message, find the phone number, and call them directly to have instructions. This is still something we can work on, so we've added the scheduling times, but if you feel like there are other information that we could add to this feature, we'd like to hear from you. There is my email here in the presentation. Feel free to share feedback and we will see if it's something we can add to it. And so, as I mentioned, the text message feature is already out, but a new feature we've made, I mean, new work we've done is integrating with the field HCSS field application. So now if you create an assignment in a crew on Resource Planner, so here you can see from the screenshot that I'm in my crew view. I can right click on my crew, decide to assign it to a job, and my crew also has a crew foreman that is highlighted, the crew foreman line is highlighted in blue with a small icon. From there, once I've assigned my crew in Resource Planner, my work is done here, and it's on the field end that the information can be pulled, so I will leave Aneel to present it to us. Yeah. Excellent. Thanks for that setup, Beatrice. So on the field side, there's a couple different places that we can see this information. The first one is in the work plan. So just a little background on the work plan if you haven't visited that screen. In that screen, the initial entry is your cost codes. You can see all your cost codes across your jobs and see how they're performing. And I'll come back to crew. In addition to cost codes, you can see your in your production plans. So if someone scheduled a plan for you, you can see all that information there. You can also see your scheduled meetings and inspections in that view, and you can also see any j's and also create those, starting in that initial work plan view. But going back to crew, what we have here is any of you guys that, use dispatcher, you may already be familiar. But now the resource planner schedule also shows up in the same crew tab. And so you can see that what Beatrice scheduled for me on the Fresno job, I can see my entire crew here. I can see my equipment, and then it also shows that these are new crew members. So I did not have this crew on my time card previously, and so it has that little indicator that these folks are new. And then the other big benefit is we also allow you to pull that crew directly into your time card. So in the same menu that you guys used today to copy your previous time card or just copy your previous crew, where you pulled in your production plan, in that same view, we have the option to pull in the crew that's been scheduled from Resource Planner. And I know some of our power users, really use this well with my field, where they'll pull in their crew, the expected crew, in the morning, and then they'll come in at the end of the day and then hit that bottom option there to pull and clock the hours. And that way, can see what was expected of me, who was supposed to come up on-site, scheduled from Resource Planner, then who actually logged time from my field. And they can compare and contrast that to see, okay. I had twelve folks scheduled for me in Resource Planner. Only eight of their time has come in through my field. Me go track down those other folks and see what's going on there. And this is all live today on the iPad. The next thing we're gonna be working on pretty soon is needs requests. So for our dispatcher customers, you guys use needs requests to send your request to dispatcher. We're doing work to allow you our resource planner customers to also send needs requests straight into resource planner. So they can go in and they can schedule the pay classes, the the types of employees they need, or the equipment that they need. And then they can those will get sent automatically automatically to, research planner. Well, there's a need section, and then, once those needs get met, they'll turn it to schedules, then they'll come back down to field. It's kind of that full circle there. We got some questions on that last slide. Sure. So Nuna is asking if, this push employees to the time card in the field, I think he might have asked that right before you talked through it. But he first asked that, but then he wanted to know if he adds a new employee during the day, does it feel feedback to the schedule? Yeah. Great question. So, yeah, that's one of the beauty beautiful things about both the field side and then the MyField side that Cassie will cover is that all of this is live. Right? And so once you hop into the work plan there, it'll kick off a refresh. And so right now in that initial top screenshot, I have five laborers. If a sixth one gets scheduled for me, when I hop in that screen, that'll show up immediately. And then similarly on the time card, when I run, pull in crew, if initially it was the five and I run it again, the sixth guy will show up on my time card as well. And so all of that is just it's meant for that constant communication between the office and the field. And then I wanted to chime in. So if you're thinking on the resource planner side, let's say that foreman adds someone that wasn't on the schedule at all, do they show up in Resource Planner? The answer is no. That's a great question though. I could see where you're coming from. So there's there's probably that question of, oh, what happens when things don't go to schedule? How do we make sure we close that feedback feedback loop back to our scheduler? So I I like what you're trying to suggest, Nuno. So you can see all the stuff from the schedule from the field app. If you wanna see what's added from that foreman in Resource Planner today, you're just going to be sending down to the field app. You're not going to receive updates on changes that that foreman added to their time card. Alright. Perfect. And feel free to keep throwing in questions in the chat so we can get to them. I'm gonna kick it over to Cassie to talk about the MyFields side now. Right. So before we dive into resource planner, we're gonna give a quick overview of what MyField is in case anybody doesn't know. So with the free MyField version, all you would need is your employees to have a credentials access to this. So what they can do with MyField today is they can view their submitted hours from their foreman for the week. They can actually sign for that time that they have against them, And they can view their skills and certifications, and they can also submit safety observations. So something to keep in mind. Now we will talk about what you can do with a subscription. Similar things to what we talked about just now, but you can also allow your users to actually submit their time, whether that's with the clock in setting or entering in their own hours. They will be able to submit that time directly to their foreman, so the foreman can apply that to their time cards. You can submit equipment and site safety inspections. You will also be able to do maintenance requests for equipment, view and submit any forms, and the newest addition is you will be able to see their assigned schedules. So that is what we are going to be talking about next. And you can see here a little preview. The schedule will be at the top of the dashboard to make it very clear that this is a new addition because we know this schedule is very important to you guys. So now with this new module, the MyField user will be able to click here and see their schedule. I got this little preview at the top here. So this will show up on any screen whether it's a single day, multi job day, empty j empty day view. As you can see, the indicator here at the bottom of the days actually show assignments for those days. So if you can see the days the rest of the days in this week where it doesn't have a blue dot indicator, those are days that do not have any data. So we wanna make it very clear to the employees. These are the days that you actually have job assignments for and you need to look at these. So we will dive into what a single job day looks like. So very we wanted to make it very clear so that way users didn't have to scroll through a bunch of options. But so it'll give them their job information, where the actual site is, and who they are reporting to. All this information is coming down from resource planner, obviously. If there's any equipment that's linked to them, as well as any equipment notes, they will also be able to see the job assignment notes and any employee specific notes all within a single day like scrollable view. So wanted to make it very easy at a single glance, so that way they can see where they need to go and all the information that they need for that day. I'm going to pause real quick to see if there's any questions. We do have some questions. So, I'm gonna address the first one real quick. So, Patrick asked, how can we access Resource Planner? It is locked on my platform. So Resource Planner is, a enhanced subscription to your HeavyJob license. So if your company has Resource Planner with HeavyJob, then just chat with your administrator so that you can get that unlocked. If your company does not have Resource Planner, then you need to talk to someone at your company or maybe Patrick that's you to chat with your customer success representative or sales. It's a premium HeavyJob offering that we have that we just launched not that long ago. The next question I see, let me see who asked it. It was kind of related. It was, okay. In my field screenshot, does the schedule only become active if you subscribe to Resource Planner? I think Jason might be coming from the perspective of the let's let's assume Jason has Resource Planner. His company has Resource Planner. Cassie, I think he's asking, does that MyField user need to have access to Resource Planner to see that schedule? No. As long as the company has Resource Planner, we just check to see if the company as a whole has Resource Planner and the employee themselves are basically just this is a view only view. So the employee will be able to view. They won't be able to submit anything from my field. So they'll be able to see this feature as long as they're as long as your company has Resource Planner. Correct. Awesome. Let's see. Now if another question we had is, if you have my field, but you do not have Resource Planner, will you see that schedule button? So you will not see the schedule button if you don't have Resource Planner. But if you do, then you don't have to worry about adding that user to access that, they will be able to see it. Right. These are great questions. I really appreciate. We know it's a little bit complicated sometimes with what is offered as part of the standard, just in general as part of HeavyJob, which is why I appreciate and Cassie if don't mind going back a couple of slides just a lot of people don't even realize that because go back there we go on this one you don't even actually need to pay for MyField in order to get this functionality. We have a lot of companies that are just using MyField to look at their hours, having their employees check their hours every day so that instead of waiting a week for when the paychecks come out and you're looking at your hours and going, hey the guy shorted me a couple of hours where I worked overtime on that job over there. And then you had to do a makeup check and do other things included with HeavyJob today, they can just use my field to look at their hours. Skills and observations are very important too, but where we find the most value is just I wanna see what hours the foreman logged for me today or what they logged for me yesterday so I can go talk to him now instead of waiting until I get my check-in next week and then have it to complain about it. And then you're having to do a makeup check and stuff like that. So we really wanna emphasize that's available today in MyField. You don't need a subscription. The employees don't need a subscription to that. As long as HeavyJobs feeding in the hours, then they're gonna be able to access that and be able to get started on there. Now the next slide is obviously the additional stuff that MyField includes, which is all very good stuff. The clock in clock out is obviously very popular. The ability to do inspections, maintenance requests, the form stuff, and now obviously being able to see their schedule coming out of resource planner. So we are seeing that MyField is getting even more functionality. But if you wanna start today, you can also just start very basically just being able to to have the employees view their hours. So good questions coming in. Brittney, are there any other questions you wanted to cover? Yeah, quite a There's a couple questions that are worth chatting about. Jason asked, What about the classic scheduling tab and HeavyJob Desktop? Will that integrate with the schedule button? The answer is no. This is all going to be pulled from live web data, and so it's pulling from resource planner. But great question there. And then I had a couple questions from folks that were saying, okay. Cool. I like seeing it how the field gets access to the schedule information. But how exactly is the scheduler or the project manager making sure this information gets to the the field app or MyField. So what we might do if we have a little bit of time at the end is show that process so that you guys can see what it looks like to put it into resource planner and get an idea of what the MyField user is going to see after we've put it in to Resource Planner. We'll save that for the end. I think we've answered most, if not all of these. I'll just keep going and somebody can stop me if we want to stop. Okay, so we talked about the single job day view. So now we'll look at the multi job. So I know quite a few of you have multiple jobs that they have to go through in a single day. So in this example, they will be able to see each job as a specific card in their job assignment at the top to make it very clear at this time, you are supposed to be at this job. This is the person you're reporting to. This is where the location is at. So whenever the user clicks the directions button, it'll integrate with whatever their OS a map app would be, whether it's, you know, Apple Maps for iOS or Google Maps for Android, whatever their preferred map solution is. And so whenever the user clicks on the little caret at the right for the actual job, it'll show the rest of the details for that job. So as you can see here on the right, it'll show any equipment that has been linked, as well as the equipment notes, any of the job assignment notes, and any of the employee notes for that employee. Make sure pausing for questions. I did see this is not necessarily on the MyField side, but Sarah did ask. She said, FieldView is great for Resource Planner, but still looking for it to work on multi job time cards. So at least on the MyField perspective, you can see that there is that multi job view here. I know you're thinking about also pulling in your scheduled crew for multi job time cards. I know Cassie and Aneel are taking that feedback, but I did want to mention that there was a question she had there that you show off right here. And then I have another question from somebody asking, and this might apply for both the Field app and MyField app. We mentioned that it's live web data. Cassie and Aneel, if you all don't mind explaining, do the users need to hit a refresh button? How does it work for that field user to know that their data is updated? Yeah, so on the MyField side, as long as they Basically, whenever they hit the module Let me go back a slide or two. Once they hit the schedule module here, it'll automatically do a refresh to pull that data. So the my schedule, as you can see at the very top, it'll say synced. This is the last time the schedule was synced on Resource Planner. So if they want to be absolutely sure that this is the most up to date information, they can hit the refresh button again at the top right here. But it syncs every single time the user hits the schedule module here. Then, Aneel, you're welcome to talk about it, like, from the field side. Yeah. Absolutely. So similar with the the work plan crew view, it'll once you hop into that screen, it'll kick off a refresh. So that way, it's almost always live. But then for, like, your time cards and the actual resources that get added to transactions, there's that refresh on the dashboard. That's always a safe bet, especially if it's a brand new employee or equipment that's you've never used on a time card. Running that dashboard refresh will then get them added to the database so you can then add them to your time cards. Okay. Let's see. Meredith said the popular request here is for the senders to be able to confirm messages received or read by the crew member. I think, is this part of your poll question that you had, Brittney, coming up? It wasn't. You know, what's funny is, so we have a poll later about what would you like to see next in my field. And Meredith, I thought that was a great question, so I added it to our poll. We're trying to gauge what our customers want to see. It is now. It's a great question. Okay. I will go to the next. Oh, okay. So yes, if you have any additional feedback, feel free to email either myself or Aneel. We're both a field and my field. So we will take questions for both. Feel free to email us any information or feedback that you have related to this. On that note, Cassie, I might go ahead and run that poll. Let's see what some folks want to see. Go ahead and launch it. Does everybody see the poll? There's their emails if you pick option, that last option. So the question is, what would folks like to see next in my field? Option number one, do you want your employees from the field to be able to say, Hey, I can't work tomorrow, and send that information to your scheduler? Do you want your employees to be able to see their scheduled inspections in the same schedule view so that not only do they know I need to go to this job, but I also need to inspect a piece of equipment while I'm on that job at that same time? Do you want them to be able to see tomorrow's schedule when they clock out? And then we added Meredith's suggestion, should project managers see confirmation that their employee has seen the schedule? You know that eyes were put on that schedule and they should know where they're going. And if there's some other great idea you guys have, and you pick that last option, there's Cassie and Aneel's emails on this slide, shoot them an email. If there's something else that you're like, you know what, there's something way more important we'd like to see here. So we'll give it a couple seconds. It looks like we still have a few answers coming in. All right. We'll go ahead and end it here so that you all can see the results. Looks like it's a pretty good split. Meredith, you've got a lot of interest. So I'm glad you asked that question. But it looks like there's a couple of avenues of opportunity that our team should start investigating. So here, I have to hit share results for everyone to see, correct? Yes. Yeah. You guys can see. What I like about this is barely the customer submitted suggestion live on the webinar two minutes prior has won the poll. I see Joel has said these are all good options for the future. Awesome. All right. I think Aneel, you'll take it over to kind of recap a couple of the things we talked about and then we got a handful of other questions we might want to touch on for the rest of the webinar. Yeah. For sure. So this is just a quick recap on just everything we've talked about so far. So Beatrice showed us, how you can create the schedules in Resource Planner and then get that texted out to the crew. They can see the assignment. They can see the schedule foreman contact info, and they can also see the map, that's linked to the project site. I'm actually curious here. This is something that I noticed. We have it in the text option where the it'll show the foreman's contact info. The current iteration that we're looking at from my field doesn't show us the foreman contact info. It'll show you the foreman name, but not phone number. If you guys are interested, could you emoji, in the screen if that's something that we should also add into my field? I'll keep running through these, but we'll keep an eye out for those emojis if if folks are interested in seeing foreman contact info also on my field. And then going to the field side, we have in iOS the ability to see the foreman, the the crew for that foreman on both the work plan view, which is always live updated essentially. And then, also, they can pull that information straight onto their time cards, just making it easier and quicker for them to fill out their time cards. And the thing we're gonna be working on next is being able to from field to send needs requests, from from the field out into the office, and that'll go into resource planner on the web. And that'll be coming soon to both iOS and Android. And then the the last piece that we touched on this morning was my field, where users can see their schedule so they can see, the shift information. So I'm scheduled from eight AM to twelve PM on job a and then one PM to four PM on job b. However that breakdown works, they'll be able to see that. People would see the assigned foreman. They'll also be able to see linked equipment and then important notes for the day, and then we got some really good feedback of additional things that we can look into adding. And then another piece of that that we'll be working on, shortly after is prefilling their actual clock information. So it's great that they can see their schedule, but, ultimately, you need that to actually be logged so that it can come into the time cards. So we're gonna do some work to try and make it easier for them to for the assignment to be prefilled on the clock in screen, where they can just push from the schedule into the clock in screen and then hit clock in, once they validate everything is correct. And then, like it says there, there's there's more integrations coming soon. So it's a lot of good feedback from you guys. Awesome. Thanks, Aneel. So I'm gonna go ahead and take over the screen for just a moment to address a question on how we send this information into the field. Anna or Anna, you said, can we give an example of how this gets set to the field? Let me steal the screen. I have to push a different button. Sorry, guys. There we go. Okay. So if you all see my screen here, if you're thinking, Okay, how will this MyField integration or the field integration work? So there's a couple of things. Beatrice had already talked about this little icon here. So whether or not you have people using MyField, you can send text messages directly to your field users, but how does the data actually get sent out? Well, so I've got a few options here. So I'm going to start in my schedule by crew view. And so what I'm gonna have done before I get here is I created some crews and the the I think about it in the way of, like, pre building someone's time card. And so I can take these needs requests and assign it to this crew. So here's that crew I built, and I am dragging and dropping. And when I do that, it's going to make an assignment for everybody. I see Eric's double booked, so we're gonna go ahead and adjust that so he's no longer double booked. And what data comes to the folks, whether that's text message or my field or the field app, is all shared from HeavyJobs. So we've got that Sugar Land City Park job information. If I hit edit, and you might have noticed that we had an address. So I'm gonna hit this little eye icon. I've got my job and the code. And then in this case, I just have the city. I don't have the address. But all of that information is what goes to my field and the text message. For the pull in crew, that foreman is going to be Alex, and he goes and hits pull in crew, he's gonna see Cameron, Eric, and his mini x come in. So that's what the schedule works or how you get that data in there. I know Cassie talked a little bit about sending information such as notes to those employees. So if I go to Eric here and I right click and I edit and I say, hey, don't forget your PPE doing cost code four, five, six, six. In this situation, that note is going to show up on Eric's MyField if he's clocking in from MyField. So that is how that data will get to, my field and the field app and the text messages. It's all from right here. I know Kathy asked if employees are able to see if per diem has been employed, applied. I'm actually not totally sure if you mean in a scheduling sense or more in of a HeavyJob sense. I will say, right now that schedule in that schedule feature does not have cost adjustments in included there. So, Kathy, if I'm not addressing your question, let me know there. And then let's see, are there any other questions here before we address some of the non resource planner questions? Kathy's question might have been applying to MyField side of things on submitted hours as well because I think we have gotten that occasionally is if I'm an employee looking at MyField on my phone looking at the hours the form and submitted for me it would also be nice if I could see the fact that they gave me per diem or subsistence which might have been where she was going with that but oh and we have confirmed that is where she was thank you. Thanks, Kathy. Let's see. Okay. And then Patrick asked if we can schedule subs on this. Kind of sort of. The best way you can do that is using your external employees, or comments. You can schedule subs. So, you can always show if I wanna indicate that there is a sub on a job, the way that will look is right here, I might right click and add a comment and say, sub on-site. Now this is more of a referential piece of information. That comment is schedulable, so I can say, I was sub on-site for two days, and then that's how that would look. Megan asked a great question. Is Resource Planner intended to replace Dispatcher or do they communicate? That's a great question because I'm sure a lot of the folks on the call have Dispatcher or have looked at it. So if you use Dispatcher right now, you're fine. You can still use Dispatcher. We will not be integrating Dispatcher with Resource Planner. They're going to be two separate products. And so a lot of our development focus since Resource Planner is web based is going to be on improving that Resource Planner experience. Dispatcher will still be supported. That way, if you use Dispatcher, you don't have to worry about how am I going to schedule. You can continue to do that. But if you are looking at this and going, the internet, the ability to add multiple users, these field integrations aren't interesting to me, definitely talk to your customer success representative because they can help you understand the differences between the two. Down the road, I would assume more folks, more of our customers will be using Resource Planner than Dispatcher because it's got a little more online capabilities and collaborative tooling. Great question, Megan. All right. So I think you guys have seen a little bit of resource planner. Feel free to email any of us if you want to follow-up on topics here, but for the folks that are here and have questions on our different operations products, I'll stop my sharing and read if you want to take over with that presentation. Adam, do you want to go ahead and answer some of these other questions about our other products? Do I have Matt talk about Consultant Connect first? Guess so. Matt jump in real quick while we look at all the questions coming through. Awesome. I am back from my hometown of Baltimore, where we were out Monday, Tuesday for Consulting Connect this week. I saw Nuno was in here asking questions. He joined us as well as plenty of other customers, and we're we're in Boston right now for HeavyBid and HeavyJob. I think between the two events, had over fifty people from twenty three different companies, which is really, really cool and what we're hoping to see. So if we have multiple customers from the same company, in the same room or split out between the different sessions that we're teaching, we'd love to see that. So that way you can go home and be able to spread the love between multiple products. Our hope is that as many of you as possible that are joining us here, that we pick somewhere hopefully close ish that you can either drive like most of our Baltimore folks did or even fly in like we had a couple people do, so that way you can join us wherever you want to vacation to. If you want to come to Indy Nashville and Seattle, we'll be out there next month. I saw we had some sign ups from folks in Alaska joining us in Seattle, so excited for them to come down. We didn't bring the heat, but we did bring the sunshine to Baltimore, so we'll do our best to bring some pretty Texas weather wherever we go except to Dallas because it's already going to be hot and sunny anyway, so they don't need to be any hotter. Consulting Connect, if you haven't heard me talk about it before, it's a two day event. The first day is basically a review of whatever product we're talking about, and then the second day is some of the cool extra goodies, And the hope is that you're better at the normal stuff, and then you also see all the cool stuff that you can do in all our software. So you walk away a certified expert and are able to get more out of the software, and twenty twenty six is the year you say, I'm really getting the full horsepower out of the the cool software that HCSS makes for us. Kind of piggybacking what we chatted about earlier and what I've told customers many times over the years. The good news is that we have lots of software solutions. The bad news, just like me trying to collect every Ninja Turtle growing up, is they're each sold separately. So depending on what problems you have or what software you need, we can slice it up by product. So you can see we're talking about HeavyJob, Equipment360, and HeavyBid in our Consulting Connect this year, and sometime particularly HeavyJob, which has lots of add ons. We don't want to sign you up for Netflix and Disney plus and Hulu and Paramount plus and Peacock and all the other ones. We just want you to sign up for the one that you need so you can say, okay, I need my field, or I want need safety inspections, or I need everything that safety can do, so let me sign up and and apply my subscriptions for that. One neat thing that I wanted to to pass on, something we chatted about at the Consultant Connect in Baltimore, And I was on the the three sixty side of the house, but we even talked about this because three sixty has a similar capability. If you're not using the attendance codes in HeavyJob, that would be a good easy thing for you to start taking a look at. The attendance codes are in there for you to keep track of either paid time, like show up time or PTO or bereavement, or unpaid time, like, tardy or absent. I've had some customers just set up excused and unexcused. They they let me know, so it's okay. Or they no showed me, and I wanna be able to keep track of that. Normally, we're keeping track of just the, the work through the paid hours inHeavyob, whether that's regular overtime or double time, or all three. But using those attendance codes is a really good, easy way. It needs a little bit of training, but a really good, easy way to keep track of your nonworked hours. So particularly on the on the labor side for weather delays, if we get rained out at noon, and I just say everybody on my crew worked for four hours and then we went home and I put that in a note, hopefully, I use a note index so I can see how many times we had a rain delay. Maybe I have a half day and a whole day rain delay, note index or a tag as a good way to keep track of that. But if I say we worked for four hours and we were weather for six hours, we were rained out for six hours, Now I've got an easy way to report either on that job or across jobs how much missed time did I have. And so instead of my crew just having fewer total hours this week or it seeming like we're behind schedule, I can run a report and see all the weather hours that I had and say, oh, well, we were rained out for two hundred hours where we would've worked, but it was pouring because Houston's in the subtropics. And surprise, surprise, we got a lot of rain. And so being able to keep track of that is a pretty easy thing on the field side. You always the hours everybody cares the most about are the hours worked or the hours paid, so that always comes first. And then we could do our weather codes or attendance codes, so W for weather. So I worked for four hours and then W for weather, and then we were rained out for six hours. So four W6 lets me keep track of the four hours we worked, the six hours that we didn't work because we were rained out, and for all those attendance codes, we can decide whether that needs to go to accounting or whether that's just gonna stay behind in HeavyJob. So in this case, when we go to process payroll, those four hours go across. Everybody gets paid for the hours they were there, and then the the weather hours, those just stay behind in HeavyJob so they don't go across as paid hours. Or if they were vacation or bereavement to a jury duty and we wanted to tie those to a different earn code in accounting, we can tie all those pieces together so that flows all the way across. Or sometimes I'll see accounting says, let me run a report. I want to make sure you've got the PTO hours that you log, so I'll do that manually so I, as the human, can check it instead of my HeavyJob and accounting system talking automatically and just pushing you into negative PTO balance, which I don't want to do. So I'd say that's something that came up at Consulting Connect that was worth chatting about and wanted to share to bring a little bit of Consulting Connect to you, but hope all of you can join us at some point this year. And if you didn't see a state on that map that you want to see, feel free to either email me, matt.fiddler@hcss.com, or email consultinghcss@hcss.com to be able to do that. If you didn't scan that QR code, can go to hcss.com/consulting and scrolling down just a little bit, you can see our Consulting Connect event and click through there to be able to sign up. Very cool. I think there's a lot of value that goes on at these events. And I'm looking at a question that Kyle put in earlier about thirty minutes ago into the chat about tracking T&M and the process of making billable and non billable hours more efficient. The bottom line is there are a couple of different types of things that might work. And I want to say might work for the situation because it is kind of custom based off of what your company needs and how they operate. So it could be a non use hour thing. It could be using the slashes if you're not necessarily worried about double time. And so you can put a zero dollar rate on that. It could be using different cost codes where you're tracking one with the T&M aspect of it, the billable side of it and one with the non billable side of it. But delving that deep into what your company processes are, it requires an expert like Matt, not like Adam, on a conversation with two hundred people, other people listening in. And I think that's what some of these events allow for, is being able to jump in there and being able to actually have those conversations directly. There are a couple other good questions coming through. I think Brittney has one more poll that we're not going to let her get out of later on. But looking at the questions, Justin was asking, is there going to be any insights updates coming in the future? There are. In fact, I will plug for Reed. We have a quarterly webinar. So the HeavyJob webinar is every month, last Thursday of the month. We're actually going to do an additional webinar in April. And the second or third week Reed's going come on and tell me the exact date and correct me. But it will have all of the updates across all of our products, across the entire platform, HeavyBid, HeavyJob fleet and our insights team and our credentials team. Everybody will be there on one webinar and you'll get rapid fire of everything coming out this next month. And so you'll be able to see any insights updates on that one, Justin. It's on April 9th in two weeks. Two weeks. There we go. April 9th. I knew that. And it looks like questions keep coming in. Sarah's asking about PAGA rules coming with the custom time curve view for HeavyJob Web. That is in progress right now, and I think Cassie is actually meeting with you later on, and she can give you a more detailed update there. Gaston, looks like you were on it to answer a safety question for Julia, who I owe a phone call to. Sorry, Julia, and I will be talking to you soon. Okay. Yeah. So, Julia, you're asking about whether the JHA changes we talked about at UGM are coming out. We do have some of them coming out, and some of them are gonna be continuing to be worked on. So barring usual disclaimer, barring we find any problems, we're still building, we're still testing, doing our final run throughs of everything. But, JHA, the ability to rename your JHA module should be, fully released. Currently, in beta testing, so if anybody wants to test that right now, hit me up. But I think we're just about done beta testing. And then the, the collection of all of your PPE, primary hazards, additional assessments into a single section library page that I believe we showed you at UGM will be out. And then the field layouts, which is the more flexible customization of the layout of the JHA, will probably be out about a week after after our normal release on April sixteenth. Or so we'll have the big release, and probably about a week later is when we expect Apple to approve our release on the mobile side for that so that all of that can come out and be ready. There you go. Very cool. Alrighty. Looking at some of the other things, Joe is asking any update on HCSS Forms? So global permissions versus the ability to have forms directly on a job site. So I think this was actually part of an update that we did either last year I want to say, but on the forms themselves, you can actually select which jobs they go towards. So you can create job specific forms within the HCSS Forms admin console. And so if you need something beyond that, Joe, reach out to us. Get a hold of Gaston or Colby, and they'll be able to figure out exactly what's needed there. But at this point, we did update HCSS forms to allow job specific forms. And you can select that within the admin console. And then obviously on the mobile device, when you're in that job, you see the form. When you're not in that job, you don't see the form as it should work. Linda was asking, are you considering insights training courses? I know that we have a couple of self guided training courses on the academy.hcss.com. However, I think Matt and I can talk with our learning team and see if they have something that is more dedicated towards maybe an in person or a virtual training that's actually instructor led compared to a self guided. I know there's probably a lot of interest in that. I'm gonna jump in, Adam. They I know there have been two previous, I think, insights webinar kind of more training courses. You can view those on our past webinars page. I put that in a response to a question earlier, but I'll put it again. If you search for HCSS webinars, you will find it. There is also, I believe they're trying to do one once a quarter, so I think there was one a month or so ago. I don't think there's a sign up for one yet, but if you check out our webinars page, there should be one in the future as well. I saw some discussion this morning. We're trying to finalize the date. Sometimes the next two or three months we're gonna do another one. There'll be another one. There you go, Linda. We got you. Alrighty. It looks like let's see. I'm going throw guessing another question. The ability to upload JHA or basically customize JHA forms a little bit further in safety is coming from Jose right now. Yeah. So I guess if you're meaning to be able to just upload a PDF of, say, something that you have already, that wouldn't that's not something that you can really do because we don't have a good way to map what would go where. A big thing for our system is we want that data to be reportable and things that are in a flat PDF to not to be very structured. So, but what you can do is take what's in your PDF and build it into our activity library for JHAs and what we're doing right now is if if you say, example, right now, you don't really like the specific sections or the order of things in our activity library and you like it to more closely match the way it would be laid out on your PDF, that's work that we're doing right now. And some of that will be coming out in April, And then there will be even more of it that'll be coming out later. And if you wanna talk about that in more detail, then feel free to shoot me an email, and I'll happily set up a meeting with you, and I'll show you everything that's coming. See see how that fits for you. Very cool. Alright. There were a couple of other resource planner things. I'm gonna toss it back to Britney. Okay. I I did answer Megan's question already. Let me go back to it just so that way other folks might have this question too. So Megan asked, What other HCSS products does Resource Planner communicate with? Have you been? So I can tell she's suggesting, why doesn't it already do that? So I appreciate that question. Right now, Resource Planner integrates with HeavyJob and the field app, and we're working on that MyField integration. It's new to us and we want it to communicate to our platform in a seamless fashion. So what I'm doing, my whole job is to figure out what else should it integrate with. So I I'm hearing HeavyBid. If other folks are like, what about the fleet products? Let me know. Feel free to send me an email. Right now, it's HeavyJob and field and eventually my field, but, that's not where we're stopping. So but that is as is today. Now she also asked what kind of permissions exist. For example, can you restrict access for a fleet group to change, manpower schedules? So she's kinda looking for, like, is there permissions that divide that fleet manager, from that project manager's ability to schedule? So right now, the permissions are a little more broad than that. So you can either be an administrator, which means you can create jobs, employees, equipment, and you can schedule, you can kind of create your custom fields. You have pretty much all the access of the system. The level that's a little more controlled below that is scheduler, and that does not divide between employees and equipment. So if you're a scheduler, you can do both. And then that third level is that read only view. And then your foreman can see their schedule information and you can choose to not give them read only access, which means they only see what's pertinent to them and the jobs they're on. Now, so I will mention, you are keeping me honest because I think we ran a poll a few months ago where I asked, do you guys want permissions that separate equipment from employees? So Megan, I haven't forgotten about that. So I will mention that that is something our team is thinking about. Maybe we need to divide those permissions. Let's see, what else have we gotten? So I know a few folks have asked, how do I see these webinars? Are they recorded? And then just in general, is there a demo or webinar for Resource Planner? Reed, I'm going to misspeak about the URL for I would say I've typed it in. It's in two responses to two questions. If search for past webinars on our site, I think it's www.hcss.com/events/past-webinars, but just Google past HCSS past webinars, you'll find them. webinars.hcss.com and it will redirect to where you need to go. Yeah, and I think the October 31st. Well, wasn't it was the one in October, the Halloween one where Reed dressed like a beekeeper. That one we talked about resource planner, I think if I'm remembering correctly. So if you're looking for a resource planner specific one where we did a deep dive of what it does, that's a good one to check out. Thanks Adam. Thanks Adam for the costumes for a very highly viewed webinar. If you can't find it, feel free to send any of us an email or your customer success person because we do have resources that you can kinda check that information out on. I hear okay. Sarah's echoing Megan's question. You know, I use HeavyBid. It would be awesome if there was a resource planner integration with HeavyBid. So definitely keeping our eyes out for for those requests. So I hear that. Anna, I see your question. I'll reach out to you outside of this webinar about your question. You got something funny happening. So we'll talk outside of this. Let's see what else have I missed? Okay. All right. So I'll go ahead and run that quick poll that Adam mentioned. So this is a new poll. So it's going to be, We're trying something new here. How do I do this? It's a ranked choice poll. What you're gonna see here is we got a few statements and we want to understand of the statements which one's most important. So this like a little different than our other polls. You're gonna pick each statement in order of most important to you when it comes to scheduling to least important to you. So you'll see like all those little buttons and you just pick one per line based on how important. So those statements are, are you really wanting to be able to minimize the time it takes to identify which equipment is available? So you want to spend less time searching for available equipment. Do you want to minimize the amount of time it takes to tell your foreman their finalized crew list for the next shift? So that field communication, is that most important to you? Are you looking for the ability to minimize the amount of time it takes to reconcile scheduled hours with time card hours for payroll. I think if I'm remembering right, Nuno, you of suggested, hey, what happens when the schedule is different from that time card? So maybe that one might be most important to you. What about the likelihood of union or labor compliance violations? Do you want to minimize how often that happens when you're scheduling? Or that last option is this one most important where you want to minimize the time it takes to distribute your equipment, move orders, maybe that's a little confusing. Are you wanting to spend less time communicating, hey, this big piece of equipment needs a lowboy driver to move it from A to B and communicating to that lowboy driver that they need to move it. So that one's really about communicating, minimizing the time it takes to tell those lowboy drivers that they need to move that equipment from A to B. So we're going to go ahead and give this some time. And while y'all are reading over this, I really appreciate you guys filling out this poll because I will say this poll requires more brainpower than our other polls do. So I really appreciate your guys' engagement. Let's see. Okay. So integrations with CPM software such as P6 Lawrence asked right now. No, there are no integrations. I've heard that request quite often. So something that we're curious about, but no integrations at this time. Brian's offering to assist with any lowboy driver scheduling that might be taking place for Resource Planner soon. So thank you, Brian. Know what, that's the point of this webinar, right? We're showing you what's new, we're showing you what's coming out, what just came out, what we're working on. We're also asking polls, we're also asking you what you want us to be working on because we kind of like building stuff that y'all are actually going use that makes us happy. And so if y'all would like to participate in that building process, we would really enjoy that as well. Brittney, I think you want to close it down. You got fifty something responses. Good. I'm impressed. Honestly, I thought this poll was going to be really painful for y'all to do. If you guys want to see it, I think I need some time to investigate the gate what the colors mean. Here they're on the bottom. So if you're color blind, this is not going be very useful. But the light blue is the most important. So you guys can kind of see where that lies. So the time it takes. Equipment, getting the right equipment is probably most important for most of our folks. So I appreciate you guys filling that out. So we will use this information for our other efforts. Okay. And then I did notice Jason asked a question. Will a resource planner have any plans to tie costs from HeavyJob in the schedule? Perhaps. It's definitely something that interests me. We're looking at all the opportunities to make Resource Planner better. That is something that's interesting. I will say Resource Planner does not schedule by cost code today. It's not something you can do right now, but it is a great question. We're interested in seeing if that's something we can do in the future. All Any other questions or things to add? No, I think we've had a very good hour with everyone. We'll give you all back the last two minutes of it. So we look forward to seeing you again. Reed mentioned, we'll be back in two weeks with the entire platform across all of HCSS products to do quick rapid fire updates on what's coming out but then, us and all of our friends on backstage right now helping answer questions. We'll be back a month from now on last Thursday in April, whatever day that happens to be, ten o'clock central. Coming at you much later in the day from Paris. Thank you, Beatrice. And we look forward to seeing you all then. So thank you, everyone. Thank you. Bye.
