Looks like we're we're at ten AM central time here, so I'll go ahead and kick us off. My name is Reed Renfro. I'm the product marketing manager for all of our operations HeavyJob products here at HCSS. We're excited to have you join today. Just a few quick housekeeping items at the beginning. If you do have questions, whether it's about any of our presentations that we have today or just general questions for our product team, please put them in the Q and A window. We have Gaston Adam on here with us. We have another other members of our team backstage that can jump on for Q and A as needed. Helps keep us organized. Go ahead, jump in the Q and A, ask your question. We should have enough time to answer a lot of their questions live today. And if not, someone will be able to chat your response as well. Today we have three announcements, one of will be pretty short. Adam's going to talk a little bit about HeavyJob mobile app and then we have Gaston on. He's going to go through, do some live demoing of our safety meetings revamp, our JHA module updates, and then we'll have time at the end for Q and A and and throughout. Go ahead and jump in and and get those questions coming in. So with that, I am going to turn it over to Adam. Adam, go ahead take it away. Sounds good. Thank you, Reed. Before I get into the into our agenda items, I did wanna talk about one thing, which is that there was some news that went out. I'm sure many of you got the email that HCSS sent out a few weeks ago but HCSS has entered into an agreement with a company called Nemetschek to kind of merge slash choir. There's there's a mix of different terms available, but we're coming together with a company called Nemetschek. It is based out of Germany, but they have a significant United States presence because they also own Bluebeam, which is will be going forward, be very closely aligned with HCSS once this deal closes, which has not happened yet. But as it was public news, it had to be public news because Nemetschek is a publicly traded company in Germany. It became public news several weeks ago. We're very excited about this. Until the deal closes, we can't really work with them on anything, but we're very excited. We think this is actually a great move that's gonna strengthen a lot of things up, especially in regards to our new friends at Bluebeam. So stay tuned for more of this information probably gonna be coming in the third quarter or fourth as as the deal finally closes, and we're able to start making more definitive plans on how to bring things together. So that's the biggest news. Let me go with a a second thing that that represents coming together. So many of you may have noticed, but the HCSS field app is no more. It has now been renamed to the HeavyJob app. Alright. The major change that goes along with this besides just the name HeavyJob is that the plans button which formally took you into a separate plans app as of next week will now be incorporated within the HeavyJob app so that your users will not have to download multiple apps. Instead, they will be able to access all of their plans directly within the HeavyJob app so that they don't have to bounce back and forth between each CSS field and each CSS plans apps it's all in one HeavyJob app so very excited about this hopefully it makes things easier to provision new devices it makes things easier for the foreman out in the field It makes things easier for y'all. So that is new and improved and coming out next week. The May seventh release is what I've been told. You know, give us a day or two in either direction. You know how it goes, guys. So I will now hand it over to Gaston to go ahead and get started. Alright. Thanks, Adam. We Okay. Sue. We answer one one question I've seen before that came in from Jesse on is the plans app going away? And the answer is no. Not yet. Not yet. Not yet. I mean, eventually speaking, we will not be maintaining two separate apps like that, but we know that many of your users, we have tens of thousands of users currently using the plans app. We are not going to disrupt them. That would be very rude. So no, it's it's going to be there in the app store for a while going forward. We are going to try and get people to like, hey, don't have to use that anymore. You're already using the HeavyJob app might as well just access it there. As of May seventh, the button that takes them nice and easy from the HeavyJob app into the plans app is going to just start opening up plans inside the app. And then eventually you'll be able to see and if you have an MDM stuff like that, you'll be able to see the fact that the plans app isn't being used anymore and they can just go directly into HeavyJobs. But it it will be there for it will be there for a while. So I have a question. Will plans become accessible within the Android app? It's just on iOS? At the moment, it is on the iOS side only. Our Android app, we do not have current plans to be able to put the docs and plans module within our Android ecosystem. Seeing another question here from Anthony is that does this mean that the HCSS field app will now be called HCSS HeavyJob in the App Store and Google Play Store? Yes. In fact, this is a screenshot that I took out of the App Store this morning. So it has already made the change there. And as soon as your foreman update their apps to the latest version, they will see HeavyJob down at the bottom when they click on the icon on their iPad home screen instead of HCSS field. So, yes, that has already happened. And I think we'll hold I see a question about punch list and possibly resource planner, but I think we'll hold off on that until we get through some of the safety stuff and come back to it during q and a. But by all means, guys, keep the questions coming in the q and a, and we'll we'll answer a bunch more later on. Okay. So let's talk about a couple of safety things, and I am gonna show this off to you guys. So I'm very excited to show this. We have been working for a while on various projects to just basically make life easier the field in the new HeavyJob app, HCSS Field. I'm gonna have to get used to saying that because I've been saying HCSS Field who knows how many times over the last few years. So you guys have probably seen we spent a while working on the inspections and and then follow ups. And then after that, we started working on meetings. And for those of you who are at UGM, then you've you've already had a preview of this. But the meetings the new meetings module is actually just about ready to go. And I wanna show it to you today. Okay. So let's tap on the meetings here and one of the first things we're gonna notice is that in style in style and presentation, the visual, you know, user experience looks very similar to how we have redone inspections, which is very intentional, trying to make everything look very similar to make it easier to use. And when it comes to the the list of meetings for say the schedule, the things that are open and progress, etcetera, you'll notice that at the very top, we float up anything that's overdue for the last fourteen days. And then as you scroll, hopefully, you won't have this many overdue things for anybody in the field, and they don't have to scroll to get through the list, but in this demo data we do. And then you'll see, upcoming for the next seven days, and we'll show in progress meetings in a section there as well if someone just created one on the device that wasn't scheduled. But one of the other key improvements that we've done here is we've added the scheduled tab that goes several months in advance to let you view what's up and coming. I know we've heard a lot of times from you guys that you'd like to be able to see further in advance, and you'd also like to be able to see further back in the past. And so that's what we've done. We've expanded the backward look by, I believe, a week, and then we have expanded expanded into the future by several months so that you can see the upcoming scheduled meetings. So let's take a look at the new meeting screen itself. Right? The list view is exciting, but the actual meeting screen I think is much more so. So we've tried to make this where as you're as you're going through it, you'll notice that we have all of the same functionality is there, but it's just in some slightly different places. This is a whole lot prettier. And so you can, you know, add subjects as normal. You'll see that it's organized by your types and topics, etcetera. There's a nice search bar so that you can go search for specific things if needed. And one of the cool things that we did as well is on the add attendees, one of the things we've heard is you often will pull from time card, but you don't always wanna pull from the the most recent time card. So we added a selection. So you can go in and pick whichever time card you need and pull in your attendees from that and get everything populated. We worked to improve the attendees screen, so that you can very easily see who attended and who didn't. You can sign right there for each individual person from from that attendee screen, walk through all of those, and once someone has signed it, there's my beautiful signature. Whenever we get to our review section, we're gonna make it very, very clear how many signatures have been collected. So before well, this is another new thing that we've added. Whenever you're going to send it, before you actually send it, a, it's gonna show you things that are required up at the top if you haven't filled them out, and it's gonna give you a nice quick summary of everything that you've put in that meeting before you send it so that if you realize you need to make any updates, hey, I forgot to add notes. Look, none added. I can click add. If I didn't put any signatures, then I can do that as well, etcetera. I'll show you the notes and attachment screen here. It's pretty straightforward, but you have a place to add photos, add attachments, put in your meeting notes. And one of the one of the key screens that we've also done here is this hold meeting button, which then just walks through I should add some more agenda items to make this just gonna grab some random ones here. So when you go to hold meeting, you'll see all of your items are here and a nice list on the left. And then you'll see that each item is then scrollable on the right. You're not having to click through quite a lot of things ideally. And you can just kind of step through, see what you've reviewed. You can enter your duration while you're here to make sure that you've recorded that. You can even make it go full screen if you like it to be be larger on the screen, you can do that as well. If you need to make a big edit to your list for whatever reason, we did do things that are pretty standard across our iOS app, I think. But, you know, we have things like this edit button at the top right where you can go make very quick edits. We support things that aren't as obvious, like slide to delete if you need to do those kinds of things. So people who have been using, iOS apps in general or, have been using the HCSS field app, we have those kinds of behaviors in a lot of places, but I just wanted to mention that we do have those here as well. We have a lot of questions coming, guest, then if you want. Okay. Let's let's look at some of those. Okay. Let's see. I think starting at, like, Rick's question Yep. I see that. Yeah. Will meetings filter out only show the job selected on the app, or will it continue to be shown every meeting across all jobs? So at this point, it's gonna show, I believe, across all jobs. And this test data, it just happens to be showing the job I have selected. Your your yeah. Your user in this particular environment only has access to one job. So Okay. Makes sense. Yeah. I'm in in our explore mode test demo environment right now. So the yeah, it it's gonna show whatever is applicable to you across across jobs at this point. If I was to try and read into your question a little further, it sounds like you might wish that you could filter down to only see certain jobs. Maybe things are getting a little busy for you. If you like to talk about that, feel free to shoot me an email, and and we can chat about it more how that looks for you. And do we have a date on when these are going live updates? Late May, early June. Rough timeline. We're just about done with all of it. We had do final testing, assuming nothing is is, you know, found to be awry, then we're we're getting really, really close. And then it's just on App Store timing and approvals and all of that. Carly asked if we can get screenshots or virtual walk throughs to share with their teams prior to the release. We could get that to you. Why don't you shoot sorry. Go ahead. But I I think it makes sense. And, I mean, part part of the reason why we have this webinar in the first place is for kind of large changes like this. It's a new workflow. It's a lot better workflow than what what we've been forcing you guys to go through for many years. So I think they're gonna enjoy it, but it is a new workflow and we wanted y'all to see it before before it ends up just being updated in the app, which is important for us. But yes, we can definitely get some screenshots out and get them posted somewhere so that y'all can work with your guys ahead of time. Yep. And as a matter of fact, if you just really want that and you wanna be able to share that, then feel free to shoot me an email, I'll reply, and I'll just send you the you know, send you some attached screenshots or a PDF that has the info in it for you. I'd be happy to do that. And for the documents in the meetings, can we get a share option so people can send either an email or text the documents that are being presented? And so for this, I guess my question would be, this is not sharing the meeting itself. We don't have any completed on this device. But let me make sure I'm understanding what you mean here. So I'm just gonna send this one. So on the on the meeting itself, we do have this share button. Right? And then I believe we have that inside the meeting. We have this email option where you can send some things out. But are you meaning, like, say, attachments that are inside the meeting? Think perhaps the the other the the what was actually covered during the meeting might be the might be the request there. Well, you say the in the meeting, whenever we share it, all everything that's attached to the meeting is part of what's shared. So it has everything, the meeting notes, the attendees, all of your attachments, all of the agenda, you know, items that would be a part of that. So for example, if I just go pick a random item here and we look, this attachment, this would be part of what is shared. If you attach photos to it, that would be part of what is shared. But it is the complete meeting record including all of the attachments that get shared whenever you do that. Gotcha. I mean, you're wanting to share out individual items inside of it, we don't we don't have specific share buttons for individual items from inside the meeting itself. Harley, let us know if that that current workflow is gonna work for you. Otherwise, just just reach out. And if it's something simple, maybe we can we can figure it out. Perfect. See what's next. Does this require us to download a new app, or does an update automatically bring in the new version? For both the HeavyJob or the meetings change, it's all the same app. Nothing new needs to be downloaded. It's just gonna update and Right? It depends on if there's automatic updates turned on for the device. That's true. That's very true. We always recommend that for for your foreman out in the field, for anybody out in the field, is make sure the automatic updates are on. We get a fair amount of support calls and stuff like that as hey I I my boss said there's something that I need to go to the screen. I can't even find the screen. Well it's because they're working on a on a app that's nine months old and they don't have the latest thing or we fixed a bug from three months ago and they just don't have it downloaded yet. We do recommend that you keep your foreman up to date and so that is a setting that you can put on the iPad manually. It's a setting you can have in your MDM. It is also something that you can check. So on our credentials website right now, you can actually go and verify what version of the mobile app of HeavyJob mobile that each of your field users have just so you can see. Like, everybody might be up to date except the one guy that's never updated in the app, and he's not gonna be able to see the same things. So worth checking that out on credentials. And if anybody has questions about that later on, we can we can set you up or support can set you up and show you where that report is on credentials. And before I forget, we'll go to go to the next question here in a second. Before I forget, we did add an something that had been requested in the schedule screen. We heard a pain point was it can be a pain to have to go open individual meetings over and over to see what they're supposed to cover. So if you have only one item scheduled, it just shows here in the list. But if there's more than one, we added this view agenda button so you can get a quick preview. Oh, that's what this meeting is about. Just wanted to mention that real quick while I'm thinking about it before I forget. Okay. Next item. Alan, you're asking if someone has to get a new iPad or has to reset, uninstall, is there a way to import completed meetings in JHAs like you can with time cards? And the answer is right now, no. But peeking under the hood just a little bit, we have done some experimentation with how to do that without bogging down devices with refreshes. Because the answer to why it doesn't do that is because it had been a lot of data having to come down that was slowing things down for people in the app. So we have explored some ways to do it. Not sure exactly if that's gonna end up happening anytime super soon, but it is something that I understand is a pain point and we are looking at it and exploring what might be some good solutions for that. More questions? Mike, so different meeting types now be included in the same meeting? Example, JHA with a toolbox talk. The answer to that is no, not right now. TBD, we can discuss that some more. But right now, that's not part of this update. We have one other question that I would we got a question from Jen about getting updates to their team. Save Gaston's inbox so that he doesn't get five hundred emails about this item, I would say we should be able to We have an update site, so updates.hcssapps.com. Like we can we can put a preview before this is released. We can put that information in an update. We could even have since it's an important update, can send that to notify all safety users. So everyone who has a safety credentials license, would we could we could push that to them now. You can also send that to them as well. So if you see that, send it out to your team. People miss emails all the time. But we can we can publicize that information at that site as well so so Gaston doesn't get hundreds of emails. I would have been willing to do that for you guys. Okay. Anthony, skills refresh issue. Does twenty twenty six dot seven dot o address it? Actually, twenty twenty six dot six dot o should have addressed it. The sorry. Go ahead, Adam. Almost. There's there's one last part of that that is being fixed right now, and there will be Yes. Another another version out tomorrow that completes that fix. Yeah. Yeah, so to give a little bit more explanation, actually did and please don't laugh at me, but we did an improvement to how skills refreshes to try and make it go faster, because we just noticed in our back end data analytics that it was going just slow for a lot of people. The thing we did that we won't do again is we reset the timestamp and made everybody refresh skills again. And that is a lesson learned that that was very disruptive to you and we're sorry. So, we did make it so the the issue was that by doing that, everything else that on your app that needed to refresh was waiting for skills to refresh, and it made a lot of stuff not work right. And so, in dot six, what we did was make it so that anything else that was waiting to refresh wouldn't wait for skills. It could go ahead and move forward. And then like Adam said, there is another thing that I hope is affecting a lot fewer people with it that we're looking to release here shortly. Mark, you mentioned that Skills app filtering and searching could use some optimization, and I agree with you. I'm not quite sure what that's gonna look like or when, but that is that is some good feedback. It could be a little bit easier to filter in some ways. For some people, the way it is right now works great. But and for and then for others, you have use cases for sure where, you could have a little more optimized and have some more options for your filtering. It looks like Sarah also had some ideas on, some skills filtering there. Looks like my field is is doing it a little bit better, but we can we can take a look at those as well on the fields, on the HeavyJob mobile app side of things. Yeah. And I know for Sarah, you've given me some of your feedback as well in more detail, and I have greatly appreciated it. It's very good. Your use cases make a lot of sense to me. So thank you for bringing that up. Let's dive back in, Gaston. What's what's next? Okay. So I think that mostly covers what we have for meetings. If anybody wants to go back at any time, we can go back and check any screen, any button if you want clarification on what that might look like, but should all be relatively straightforward. Oh, you know what? I forgot something. I forgot something important and I wanna show it to you because I think for at least some of you, this is gonna be helpful. So one of the things that we did oh, by the way, pull in crew, this already does this, but I wanna mention it just in case anybody doesn't know. Pull in crew daily dispatch also pulls in resource planner. So if if you're needing to do that, that daily dispatch button will pull in from Resource Planner if you're using Resource Planner, not Dispatcher. And then the other thing we did was whenever you add a visitor, we're gonna call this John Doe. And then whenever we add that, hey, you'll notice we have John Doe here, right? But there's another section here that says recent visitors at the bottom. This is not something that's being shared across devices. This is only on your device, but if if you have recorded a visitor in the past on this device, then you can just reuse that visitor without having to retype their name or whatever notes. So it's not this quite the same as creating a visitor library, but we're trying to at least get in that direction where it saves you some time out in the field so you're not having to just constantly reenter somebody. We've heard that has been a pain point and I definitely wanted to show that off to you guys. Okay. I think I'm gonna move on to show you guys some stuff in JHA, but we can bounce back to meetings at any point if you'd like to. Any other questions come in that I need to talk through before we move on? No. Go go ahead. Yeah. Okay. Cool. Okay. So we've been doing while we've also while we've working on meetings, we've also been working on a lot of JHA stuff to make it JHA significantly more flexible, more customizable, but at the same time, trying to make sure that when you make those customizations, you don't have a ton of downstream reports you now have to update and fix to make everything work. So, the first thing I'm gonna talk about is you may notice that my setup here doesn't say JHA, it says Tail Board. That's because we added a new preferences page. Tab. New tab and preferences page. Notice it's called more preferences, it's not called DHA. Expect there to be some other things start showing up here. Oh, I did forget something for meetings. If you guys and this it's related to that preferences page. If you guys realize that there are certain things in this screen you would like to be able to require, let us know. Part of the way we designed this screen was to be able to highlight required items, which right now, there there are only a couple of them. But if you had certain things, say signatures or you require a photo, those are the ones we've heard, if you have that, I'd love to hear about it and hear about your use case for why it's important to you. That that could be helpful because one day, this screen may have some settings like that where you could say, hey, require a meeting signature or something like that. So that's why we call them more preferences because we're trying to see let it be a place where it could collect some other things that you guys might want. But for now, you can go in there and you can name your JHA module to tailboard, your description to whatever you might want it to be, and then as soon as you hit save, so I mean, if I was to go change this to the job briefing, then hit save. I'm gonna need to refresh the page. But now the menu item and other places throughout our app are now going to say pre job briefing and as will the mobile app as soon as somebody does a refresh of the JHA module. So the next thing that we have worked on and this one is already live, we've just taken what used to be three separate menu items for primary hazards preview. This doesn't say primary hazards on my screen anymore because there's something else I'm about to show you. Primary hazards, PPE, and additional assessments were three separate menu items. We went ahead and consolidated those into a single page, and then we also took the opportunity to make it look a little more updated like some of the other parts of our apps, and we added these little chip info tag things. I don't know actually what we call those, but we added those to these previously, say, in additional assessments. You had to actually open everyone one by one and then go see what the check boxes were, what was turned on, and how those were configured. We realized that was kinda painful. So while we're here, we just went ahead and threw those on to the actual row so that you don't have to open them up to find out what's what's applied where. And these names can now also be dynamic or they're about to be able to be dynamically changed through this new setup item called field layouts that's gonna release very likely this week or early next week. It's just about ready. But field layouts, you'll notice looks just like the sections in your JHA form, except this this part now becomes editable. Whereas before, you might have something like let me open up the activity library to connect the dots here. Oops. That's it. So whereas before in your JHA form, you might have something like you have all of these different sections in the form or in the mobile device. I actually wanna show that, but I've gotta log in to a different user. So I'm gonna be kind of you're gonna see me looking back and forth as I try to do that and double double task, but I wanna show that show you what this looks like in the mobile device as well. So, so, you know, we've got PPE or or primary hazards or whatever this might be. Right? You you couldn't change any of these titles. But whenever we finish up, you may may notice that this one still says primary hazards. We still have some pieces of what we're building, so we haven't quite released this thing yet. I have it turned on a little early for this test company so I could show you. Whenever we go in here and you you can now just go in and edit and change the name of something. So this was originally primary hazards. I changed it to sticky. If you don't use this concept and you really just wanna stick to the something simpler in your task hazards control section, then you can go turn this one off. Right? You can go in and do things like and turn on the risk assessment control on any layout that you want. So, you know, maybe you only need that for EM three eighty five work, or maybe you need it for more stuff. And you just like it and you wanna use it on everything, then you can just go turn it on. So it the the basic idea is here, you can rename, you can drag and drop, reorder to match the flow that you want people to actually do these in and for ones where it made sense or where we think it made sense, we added some additional little things like the the RAC control. Or here in summary, you know, I've heard some say that you guys wish you could turn off signatures here because you really want people to sign the JHA meeting and not the actual JHA. So we put it here. You can turn it off and just make those signatures go away. You wanna put a different, more slightly more descriptive name for general notes because you want that to hold something really specific, then you can do that. Go ahead and change the name. There are certain things that you can't turn off because they're kind of important in the, well, they're not you're not gonna be able to turn it off when we push it live, but certain things like where you put your job information, some of those sections have to be in there. Otherwise, the the, you know, the system wouldn't know where to put your records. But for the most part, we've made this flexible, customizable. This originally was called basics, etcetera. So that's the main bit of it here. I'm just about logged in and refreshed here on my mobile device. I'm gonna show you what it looks like there. It's trying. It's getting there. Any questions? I see. Look and see if there's any questions so far while I'm waiting on that to get logged in and refreshed. Yeah. So you were showing there, and I think you might have shown it there at the end. But Mike was asking, can we require items by meeting type? So we only want signatures for certain meetings, not all meetings. So I know that you inactivated the signatures there when you were customizing it. How does that work with the meetings side of things? Got it. Okay. So a couple of angles for me to answer this from, I think. Angle one, when it comes to JHAs, the focus here is just to turn off the signatures in the JHA. And the assumption is you're probably capturing either signatures or an attendance photo or something in a JHA meeting instead. And sometimes if you're doing that, people get confused and they're trying to get everybody signed to JHA or they're and then they miss the meeting or something along those lines. For for a lot of people, the workflow is have the person filling out the JHA, sign the JHA, and then everyone else, the crew or people who are on the job site who need to review the JHA, they get it recorded as attendees in the meeting. That way they can get marked as on-site, attended, etcetera, and then they sign the meeting. Not everybody does it exactly that way, and then some people don't want anyone to sign the JHA itself at all, and so that's where this box comes in here. Now, when it comes to that final review and send screen in the new meetings where you can see the required items float to the top and prevent you from sending it, right now, we don't have an option to require signatures. So that's one of the things where I'd love to hear your use case, and it sounds like you would have a use case where you need to require signatures for certain types of meetings but not others. So that's that's really good information for us to know and consider. You know, if we if we go build a require signatures, you know, option here in, you know, in this new preferences screen, if we were to put a meeting section here and the option was require signatures on meetings, but it didn't have a, you know, a filter there for only requiring on certain types, maybe that wouldn't work as well for you. That's a good thing for us to know. Sounds good. Alright. What else we got here on questions? There's a couple more questions about safety meetings, but if you're ready there to to show the other side of JHA's on device, I think we'll jump there first. Okay. I am ready. Here we go. Alright. So see here's just the dashboard of the HCSS field and you'll notice that this says pre job briefing here. It no longer it no longer says JHA or Tail Board because I just changed the name a second ago. Now, is gonna update and you'll notice that the, I didn't save my changes a second ago. For those of you who are eagle eyed, you saw me change it from sticky to primary hazards. I never hit the save button. Very important to note that if you don't hit the save button, then it's not gonna push out to your people. And part of the reason for that is, we didn't want it so that you're in here editing and now people are getting partial changes as you change stuff because that would be really confusing, I assume. As a matter of fact, you could go in and in inactivate well, you probably aren't gonna do that now. Imagine eventually there's a new layouts button here, that might happen. And you'd be able to do something, say, where you set it inactive, get everything all set up, hit save, and then make it active. But but for now, we want you to be able to hit the have to hit the save layout button before things go out to mobile. That way, all your changes go at once instead of in little pieces. K. So you'll notice that, additional assessments on this one oh, I guess I should show the right screen. Additional assessments on here is no longer at the bottom. Some of you have said, hey. I I really don't like that at the bottom. I want it to be at an earlier stage of the JHA process. So pull it up, and you can go through that a little bit earlier. You know, emergency action plan or whatever it might be that you're needing to put in there, overhead utility checks, they can all they can all be done there a lot sooner in the process. Notice the primary hazards. It's the same checklist. Right? Same checklist from your setup, but the title of it is now, you know, sticky because I renamed it to sticky. It this top part used to say basics, but now it says general. So it's this used to say, steps, hazards, controls. Now it says task, hazards, mitigations. And you notice that everywhere throughout, you know, the the buttons in the top right over here, the the list here, everything, all of those little titles flow to every single place so that it should avoid any confusion. And you'll notice here in the summary, those of you who are really familiar with the screen, this usually has three tabs. It usually says details, general notes, and signatures. Signatures is gone because I turned it off. You don't have to worry about that. That really covers this pretty well, I think. We have some other things that we're thinking about for making this even easier to use and making it fit more situations. If you guys have thoughts on that, happy to hear those. But this is the what's planning to be released here within the next few days to a week at most. This will be out there ready for you to use. When it first goes out, everything should look exactly the same on your reporting and in the field, right? Technically what's gonna happen is it's gonna switch over to using this kind of structure in the back end, but nothing should actually change in the field whenever it goes live unless you come into this screen and intentionally change it. That's that's an important goal for us. Another thing I guess I should probably mention is in your history screen. So in your history screen, whatever layout someone used is what that JHA or what that PDF report is gonna be locked down to. So for things before we had layouts, you could go in here and you could choose between the JHA or the format. They notice this this label changed because I changed my name to default. Right? But, you know, currently in your system, this says JHA or So what we heard was that there's a pain point there in that someone could submit something as a JHA, but it was supposed to be an and then you go switch this to and now it has a bunch of empty stuff in your PDF. And so what we're what we're looking at instead is whenever anything that's submitted prior to this release, you'll still be able to do that. But for anything newer submitted that actually has one of these layouts assigned to it, it's just gonna be locked in to that one. And they still can switch out in the field between those formats. And I think I'm comfortable saying, because we're we're working next on the ability to let you choose in advance here on the office side what they actually get in the field so you don't have to worry so much about them picking the wrong one. Cause I understand, I don't know if any of you thought, oh no, they're gonna be locked down and what if they did the wrong one and now in the office, I'm trying to switch it and maybe it's not perfect, but at least it's closer to the right format. We're we're gonna work toward that functionality for you guys just so that you you can try to eliminate, a, the the friction and the burden in the field of knowing what to pick and making sure that they remember to pick it. And then b, you can be more confident on the office side that the right thing has been chosen for that job. Okay. Any other questions that have come in? Yeah. So, Gaston, one from Nicole. If you have multiple business units, are you I'm guessing the question is, are you changing the JHA's live like, the layouts on in each of the business units, or is there a way to to change it universally, or are you just going per business unit? That's an excellent question. So these are global changes. So, some of you may remember whenever we released or be familiar with the leading indicators setup, whenever you change these, it it's more or less company wide data that you can then assign to separate business units. When field layouts goes out, if you change, say, if you you change one of these labels, that's gonna be a global change across all business units. You're not gonna have to go into every business unit one by one and make the change again and again and again and again, especially in front of you, have as, you know, as many as eighty business units. So one of the pieces of feedback we've heard about some of the setup stuff like this and safety is that having to go repeat your actions over and over in lots of business units can be a real, real setup burden. So I mentioned that being able to pick which layouts belong to which jobs a moment ago to try and help out in the field. Now we we will consider doing something like that for business units as well. So if you do genuinely have it where you're like, man, I I really need my layouts to be a little bit different per business unit, you'll be able to do that. That'll be at the layout level. Whenever it comes to these section names though, those would still be company wide. So if you change it here in one business unit, it's gonna change it everywhere. And the reason we're going that direction is to try and make sure all of the data stays collected together properly whenever you do reporting. You don't have it where it's trying to then split out into a bunch of different sets data when it's really supposed to be the same thing, because I know a lot of y'all roll your business unit reporting up together. If you have specific thoughts or needs around that, I'm happy to hear those, by the way. But that's the reasoning that we're going with right now and and how we're planning on rolling this out. Very cool. I'm gonna grab a couple of the questions that came in before we get to our official q and a section and sort of combine them together because we had a couple of different thoughts going on. So Alan was asking earlier, they have weekly safety meetings with more than a hundred people sometimes. Some employees, some subs, it was like, is there any plan to make signing in easier like via maybe a second iPad or a QR code? Alright and I like that concept because I know that some of you actually have very large safety meetings at the beginning of the day or during the week and there was a second question from Julie asking is there any progress on being able to share a JHA to the to the members of the crew? So if they're not near the foreman on the iPad and an inspector asked them for the JHA they have a way of pulling it up on their own device. I think these are very cool concepts. I think they're similar concepts and it's about getting that information whether it's signing off for a meeting or for getting the JHA information directly to the individual on the job site not just keeping it locked in with the foreman. So I wanna launch a poll, which I've just created. So I do apologize if I misspelled anything here. But if y'all wouldn't mind answering these questions real quick. I can't see. Can anybody else see the poll? We're good? It's up, Adam. Awesome. I'm seeing question answers come in. Cool. And then I I did tack on a third one there from Jeffrey just because I'm interested and we're playing around with this a little bit. But for meetings the ability to actually just have a recording of the meeting. You're out in the field foreman just hits a record button on there so that you have that record of the meeting. Big concern for me right off the top of my head is storage space. It's very cheap to store ones and zeros, less cheap to store audio, video, picture files. But if it's judging by what y'all say, if it's something that's worth getting into, then we can try and see what it would take. So and I appreciate all of these people responding, and it's been a minute, so I think we'll end it there. And I will, of course, share the results for everybody. So it looks like yeses down the line. All right around seventy percent. Very cool. Sounds like it's something that's worth us taking a look at and and seeing what's possible. So thank you for the the questions slash suggestions in the form of this. So alrighty. I think, Gaston, did you have anything else left before we open it up to any questions about anything? Nothing specific to share. I did see another JHA question come in that I could answer or we could go to whatever question you want. No. Go for it. Okay. So Julie, you asked about the JHA needing to be able to go oh, be be able to go back and I guess if I'm understanding this right, Julie, correct me if this is wrong. Sounds like you're needing to be able to go back and edit a JHA because conditions have changed. And so the answer to that is you technically can do that now, but we don't make it obvious enough in the app that you can do that now. So way you would do it now is just like in a time card, if you just go start making changes in a time card, it creates a new revision, then you can send the revision. JHA does the same thing. It just does a terrible job in the app right now of telling you that you're in a new revision whenever you do it. So, you can do it now and it's going to show up with a new revision number in the system for the same day, foreman, job, etcetera. But one of the things that we want to improve is we're actually planning to rewrite, just like we're about to release this rewrite of meetings. Before that, we did a big rewrite of inspections and follow ups. Our next big kind of field rewrite projects to improve is the JHA module in the field. So, I think that revision workflow is one of the things that we're definitely going to take a look at and make both easier to use, more clear, etcetera. We're gonna look at whatever other improvements can go along with that at the same time. Side note, we're starting to get some early design ideas on what that might look like. And if you feel really strongly about it and you really wanna see it and you really wanna give your feedback in early before we actually start building this new design for please shoot me an email, and I will set up some time with you and with our UX designer, and we'll walk through everything that we're thinking and let you put, you know, whatever feedback you want on there to to make sure that that's recorded as as part of it and considered. And that's it for me, Adam. What you want to look at? Sounds good. Reed, I don't know if we have any slides left. We have one, Consultant Connect. Wanted to make sure that we just let everyone know, I think the Seattle Consultant Connect is happening now. But we have we do have upcoming Consultant Connect locations in Dallas coming up in June, then Atlanta and Cleveland in October, and then Phoenix and Salt Lake City in November. So I know Matt Fiddler, think off and on here, I think he's at the Seattle one right now, but wanted to make sure if you're near any of these locations, come talk to our great professional service team. You can see the products that they're gonna be talking about at each one of those. If only we had one of the consultants on the phone with us right now to talk about how much fun they have when they're on-site with with customers. Otherwise, yeah, get your question in questions in. We have about ten minutes left for some q and a, and then we have a few already in the in the hopper. Alright. So guess and in observations, can the reporter be a list of values from the user list? So instead of having to manually type that in. At this point, no. I think that was a suggestion. Not not not a not a question, but a suggestion. So we we've we've thought about some things that we could do with observations. I'm not quite sure how that's gonna look yet, but it's, you know, one idea. This is not gospel. This is not exactly what we're gonna do, but one idea we've had is right now, it's just, you know, a toggle for anonymous or you can put in and manually type a name or email. We had thought about putting kind of a little tab structure in there where it's like you pick anonymous or you pick from employee list, or you could manually enter in a name or email. So that wouldn't quite be the same as a user list because we would be thinking about an employee list. But those are some of things we've been thinking out about, just to let you know. You know, we are thinking about this as something that could be improved, but we haven't fully landed on what that would look like or when yet. So yeah, if you're wanting to advocate for a user list, we could certainly talk about that more as well. Yeah. Sounds good. Let's see what else. I noticed so we did get a question. When entering start time, my foreman used to enter the time without scrolling. It no longer allows him to do that. Alright, so we noticed the same thing as well. Do apologize for that issue. It's actually something that's going on within iOS. So Apple actually released the bug as part of twenty six point four. We do expect them to fix it. If you were to go in outside of the HeavyJob app and actually go into, like, say, the clock app and set a timer or alarm, it will be similarly broken there. We utilize the same components that Apple provides just to speed up our own development. And in this case, they released a bug, which we will forgive them because we are forgiving, and we understand that bugs are a part of software development. So I do apologize about that. And I'm looking it looks like Kevin here is writing in. He went to the Construct and Connect Consult and Connect class two weeks ago in Nashville with Dan Lisbony, and it was one of the best classes he's ever been to. He highly recommends it. We we love Dan. Wish you were here with us right now, and I'm sure he will be at an upcoming Consultant Connect very soon. Yeah. Don't take it from us. Take it from Kevin and people that actually attend. Cool. I think we may be able to end it early there, I unless you had something. I wanted to mention something to Alan that I forgot. I was looking back at our plans or early concepts for the observation and we'd actually considered one for record as myself or something like that, where you have to log in and then it just picks you, yourself. So it wouldn't be a user list, but it would be a user and I'd be curious if that would solve that for you rather than picking from a user list. Someone just logs in and then it just shows up as that person whenever they submit an observation. Good to know. Thank you. It looks like we do have Dan with us. I've been I know he was backstage this entire time and I've been trying to get him out. He's very for those of you that don't know Dan, he's a very shy person and so it took a little bit to get him on stage with us right now. Yeah, there was a bet and I officially just lost because now I I spoken a word in the in the meeting or in the webinar. So, yeah, shout out. Thanks for the the compliments there. They had a great week this week at in Seattle. So for anybody that, wants to get a deep dive in any of those things that, we can cover in the Consulting Connect from HeavyBid, HeavyJob, and, our fleet products, just hit us up, and we'll be happy to, host you at any of those locations. Good. It looks like, let's see. We had a question in from John come in I can take real quick. Is there a recording of this? We are recording this webinar right now. You actually see webinars.hcss.com at the bottom of the Q and A screen there. That has all of our past webinars listed, so this one will be on that page shortly. The next day or two you'll see this here. Anyone that's also registered will get an email with a link. But if there's someone that's not on this webinar series that you want to send this to, it should be there in a few days. Sounds good. And I'm looking Pedro asked a question within the time card HeavyJob. There's a tab, you know, were there injuries today? Yes or no? So that's what we got a time card signature question. It is fully customizable. So it sounds like at your company, that's one of the questions. It's one of the questions most companies set up is were you injured today? And it looks like what Pedro is asking for is a new functionality. It doesn't work today, but the ability to as soon as someone actually marks yes, it does trigger the reporting of an incident in the safety system. So you can't just have something marked as a yes without actually going through the reporting of an employee injury in the safety system. It's an interesting concept. I think I've heard it a couple of times before several years ago. So it might be worth us looking into. We don't have anything like it right now planned on the backlog. So good ask there, Pedro, and worth closing us out, I think. Alright. Thanks everyone for joining us for this June webinar. We'll see you next month.
