Hi everyone, thank you for joining us for the May HeavyJob monthly webinar. We're going to give everyone another minute or two to join, and then we'll go ahead and get started. Alright, looks like we hit ten a. In central time, so I'm going to go ahead and kick us off. My name is Reed Renfrow, product marketing manager for most of our HeavyJob products here at HCSS. I did want to introduce someone that you might not have seen on this call before, Sara Chiu. Sara is going to be, has been on the team for a while. She's been our Fleet Product Marketing Manager, but she's now going to start covering safety forms and resource planner. So you'll see Sara more involved in future months and future webinars, and she'll be covering some of the products that I know all of you all have and we cover in this webinar, so I wanted to give her an introduction so you may already know her on this webinar. All right, going through the agenda today, we have two topics to cover, and then we'll have time for Q and A at the end as well. So first we're going to kick it off with John Bradshaw and talk about the dawn of the new DOCS plan. So a lot of exciting announcements. John's going to walk you through what we're building and what's coming next. And then we have John Knudson with us. He's going to go through some new map view custom file types and some new cool things that you could do in map view that are just being released that makes it even better and I think more useful for those of you who have started using it, this might encourage you to start using it even more. Then as always, please use the Q and A button, Q and A feature to ask any questions. You can ask them at any point throughout the presentation. We should have time to take a number of those live today, and then we have a number of RPMs here. We have also people backstage about any of the other operations, HeavyJob products that you want to ask about. They can jump in and answer. So with that, I'm going to turn it over to John Bradshaw to go over HeavyJob docs. Why, hello. So great to see you all again. Was very sorry not to to really be here. Last month was hanging out in I was hanging out backstage. Still was able to hear and see a lot of great conversation. Actually, work we some work we did. We recently released in HeavyJob came about as a result of the comments y'all were making during Q and A. So those really are important. But I am very happy to be back in front of y'all to talk about the new HeavyJob docs and plans, the work we're doing to make it into the single source of truth for the office and the job site. Towards that, really the problem we're trying to solve is that where is it? Even within HCSS, files live in just too many spaces, too many places within HeavyJob. They're in HeavyJob proper. They're in HeavyJob project management. They're in plans. They're in safety. They're in forms. They are in even more. And then outside of HCSS, you have documents and files that are being sent via text message, email. They're up in your cloud provider. They're on someone's desktop, laptop, phone. All of these places, this gets exacerbated by people resending things that already exist because someone can't see them. Foreman are going to be wasting time hunting for the right version. Or they're not going to hunt for the right version. They're going to send an old version of it. And they look very similar until it actually goes to the project owner. And they're like, no, you used the wrong version of the rock find form. You need to have it done on this. And so everyone has to go back and duplicate and redo stuff. And that is pain, that is frustration, that is an absolute waste of time. And here at HCSS, we here on the HeavyJob team, me in particular, want to do something that can help make that better for you and your team. A big part of that is docs and plans. With HeavyJob docs and plans, it's going to be that modern home for all of your documents in HeavyJob. It's going to be one place to find, open, and share documents. It is the integration of what was HCSS Plans, legacy plans, into HeavyJob, and it is going to and it is being built to integrate documents across all of HeavyJob. What you're going to see and when. The project dashboard. This is the first thing that is available. It is the thing that I'm going to be showing y'all very, very shortly. That is officially going to release in our Q3 release. We're going to have it available for about a month for you all to start taking a look at it, start using it, see what's there. This is the time when we are going to be most responsive, have the ability to be as responsive as we possibly can to what you find. Some things are going to be ones we already plan and we know about. Some of them are going to be ones that you're going to bring up things that we're going go, oh man, we really should do that and we're going to do it. And others that we're going go, yeah, we really should do that. Not going to be able to do it right now. Later in this year, you're to start seeing a new folder structure within your plan sheets and your project file organizations. This is something that has come up at all of the UGMs that I have been at as the technical product manager for plans and docs and plans of a better way to organize these documents that you are using plans for. In addition, a new drawing toolbar with some improved and customizable markup tools, bringing that information from the sheet more front and center. And then all of this, very importantly, being more performant. More performant, easier to navigate. Your projects are only getting larger and more complex. And Docs and Plans is being built to be able to accommodate that. And then starting going into twenty twenty seven, being able to synchronize all of this information. The stuff we're doing in twenty twenty six is really laying the groundwork to be able to do all of this other work. Synchronizing files across HeavyJob and across other sources probably wouldn't be a great experience for you all if we were going to still be in the legacy plans UX. So being able to put it into a a a view and a a a an application that is that is ease that is easier to work in. That is a huge part of it. All of that's gonna be done over the rest of this year and then going into twenty twenty seven, we are going to truly be bringing all of this information together. So you will have that one place where you can go and access and share and manage your documents. It is available now. You can go to documents. HCSSapps dot com on your own computer, open it up in another window, in another browser, because we don't want you to leave us here. You can go ahead and take a look at it. We will be releasing updates as they are ready. We're not going to be sitting on something until everything is done. Once we have something that is ready to deliver some value to you all to be as good or better than what you're currently using, man, is going to be out there. There is an in app feedback form available, that ugly red button right there, right at the very top of it. You click on that, that opens up a form. You can either report that there is a bug or a new idea. And then also, of course, support. If there is a bug, contact support. But if you just wanted to take a time and go, this feels like something that happens because it is something that is not quite ready for prime time, It hasn't officially released. It's an early phase. That is the great way to do it. I check this I actually check this multiple times a day. We have already gotten some really great feedback from some of our earliest testers. Some of it's either been released or is in an upcoming release. And then finally, as docs and plans is rolling out, those legacy plans features are going to be retired. So this is your chance to start updating those bookmarks that you may have for for projects or even for, you know, for the plans for HCSSapps dot com, replace that with documents. HCSSapps dot com. So with all that said, for those who haven't seen it yet, I'm going to go ahead and share. That was quite a tease there, John. I know. Show it. Let's show it to him. Yeah, let's go ahead and show it. So I'm going to I believe this is the one. So here we are in Docs and Plans. This is this is everyone seeing it because I'm not actually seeing what I'm. Yes. Yes. Okay, terrific. So here we are in the in the in the Docs and Plans dashboard page. All of your current projects and project folders will be over here in the left hand navigation bar. This has been a long time frustration with the legacy plans, where being able to actually find one of your projects required very liberal use of favoriting, knowing exactly the name of the thing you were looking for, basically being able to find it. So now it is easier to find because all of your projects and all those project groups that you have available are in that left hand navbar and you can very quickly navigate straight to them. Importantly, this is something that I didn't actually realize until we brought this around and started showing people, is we do have the ability to add a project group. This project group allows you to organize your projects. This was hidden within about three different menus within Docs and Plans. We have within the legacy plans. We have brought that out, put that available. You can very quickly just go ahead and create a new group to organize folders, and then you can just move jobs over to it. From that from there, have the ability to add a favorite. Those favorites just go straight up to the group. They also stay within stay within their group. They're not actually moving. And then we also have more robust search, the ability to just go directly to a group. We have the ability to look by statuses. This was one that was often asked for. I just want to see. I just to see all the projects that I'm not actually a part of. And that was never easy. We could show you all the ones you were a part of, but we couldn't show you the ones that you weren't a part of. They were all mixed in with your hundreds to hundreds of thousands of projects. You can see ones that you are the edit. You are a project editor on or a project user. Just go to your archive. John, we've gotten a couple of questions that have started to come through. Laura's wondering, can the same project be in multiple groups? What's the hierarchy like there? Currently, no. The project can only be in a single group. Okay. And then a couple of questions about visibility on those projects. John's wondering, are those project groups you create only viewable for you or are they viewable for everyone? They are viewable for everyone. So this is something that you need to be a plans administrator to be able to create because this is organization wide. So within that business unit, are creating those project groups and then the projects are going to be organized within those. Are are you able to set up permissions to hide certain groups from users? Not currently. Not current. Not currently. But It's a great idea, though, and we should probably do that. And so when you are and so this is all just on the just on documents when you go to your when you go to when you actually open up a plan or a project, it will take you to the legacy plans because this is the next thing we are working on. Once that is available, you will be able to just go into those projects from the Docs and Plans dashboard. Got a couple more questions for you if you're ready. Let's go. All right. Alan's asking, can anyone join a project that they are not a part of? Only plans administrators can join a project on their own. Plans administrator can join a project. Project editors within that project can also add people to it. All right. Brendan's wondering this a little bit larger question. Will all the great features from plans still be included in docs, including project chains and the mobile app? Yes, absolutely. All of the existing features within legacy plans will be in docs and plans. We are focusing on the most valuable and the most used ones first, so there are going to be some things that will roll out later. But really, if you're asking about it in this webinar, it is almost certainly going to be available when that part of plans is released. Very cool. Alright, well that's all the questions for now, but if anybody else has any more keep them coming while we keep going. Give it back to you, Reid. Thank you, John. I do also want to mention in terms of the mobile application that is now integrated into the HeavyJob application as well. So still we have the legacy plans application, but you can also see all those great features in the new HeavyJob iOS application. With that, I am going to turn it back over to John Knudson. He's going to take you through information on map view. So, John, feel free to take it away. Alright. Thanks, Reid. So as most of you know, this point, we released our operations map view last year, last fall, and we've seen some great adopt adoption so far. I've had some great conversations with customers just kind of talking through all the different use cases. And so as we continue to develop and find more ways to kind of bring all of that information into a single pane of glass into this kind of, you know, more interactive way to engage with your project data, one of the big requests that we had was, hey. You know, this is great. I've got my my jobs, my equipment, my inspections, photos, all of these things, but the map data that we're seeing from the satellite is is stale. You know? Sometimes it can be weeks old, months old, depending on on how often that satellite updates from the map server. So we heard customers say, hey. I've got, you know, custom data points that I wanna be able to show. I've got a drone provider that we do weekly or daily flyovers that we want to have that visibility in the map. So we just wanted to start finding ways to to bring that data in. So similar to what Bradshaw was saying about docs and plans, we've got data that's living in in different places. You know, we've our drone flyovers over here. We've got, you know, PDFs and shared drives. We've got government utility data that some folks were wanting to bring in. Right now, they're bouncing back and forth between Google Maps and RMaps. So we wanted to, you know, have this all in one place, have it accessible with your job data. Alright. Reid, if you can bump over to the next slide. So our solution to that was just kind of looking at the file types that you guys use the most. For a lot of people, that was KML and KMZ files. For, you know, data points or collections of data points, that could be points, polygons. We've got geofence data that we already bring over from telematics, but sometimes you get custom geofence data from the owner, points of interest, all different types of things, utility alignments for some of our our folks that are doing short cycle or utility work. We also had full imagery layers that we wanted to bring over from drone providers. The one I'm gonna show you today is from one of our marketplace partners, Propeller. But the WMTS, that's the I have to look up my definition of that, but web map tile service. So that's a fancy way of saying, you know, this is basically a a background map provider. The tiles that you see in the map by default, we would just replace those with the tiles from your tile service. So that's a pretty common feature from most drone providers, but there might also be other tile services that you guys can use. So and then just kind of getting that all in into one spot here with your job equipment geofence data. I saw a question from the chat come in saying, hey. Did I hear we can sync geofences from telematics to HeavyJob? Absolutely. Yeah. There's an integration point there to bring that in. If you've got it set up in telematics, you can bring that over. Whether you have telematics devices live or not, you can actually try that out with telematics web. So let us know if you're interested in setting that up as well. That won't be a main focus today, but definitely a really cool integration point that we have with our fleet software. Alright. And I think maybe we have one more slide. Yeah. So this is just kind of a rundown. I don't wanna tease you guys too much. We'll do a a quick demo, a live demo of how this looks within the map in operations. But the basic gist of it is with these different file types, you can add or delete layers. You can rename them and reorder them. So the reordering is is really important in terms of, you know, which is visible on top of the other, and you can also toggle that visibility on and off. These are job specific layers, so that way you can really hone in on what you wanna see for a specific job. But we're definitely open to feedback on how you guys are wanting to use these. So, you know, we'll get my email up there by the end of this, and and that way you guys can shoot me an email if there's anything that we're that we're missing here in terms of usability. So without further ado, I'd like to go ahead and kinda share what that looks like for you guys. Alright. So can everybody see yes. It looks like I've got my so just some quick overview here. If you are within HeavyJob, which is talking about and safety as well, your map is going to be located up here in the upper left with that map Hold up. Hold up. I think we're still seeing black, at least on my end. Okay. Let me Try to reshare. Okay. Sorry about that, guys. I, my Zoom quit on me. Can you hear me okay now? Yep. Yes. Okay. Let's try this again. Our application window. Okay. How's that looking now? Looking good. Okay. So I'm just kinda talking through. Alright. Still visible. I got this quit unexpectedly thing here. Sorry about that, guys. I just reinstalled Windows yesterday, so still getting some of my settings back. But if you're looking for the map, it's in the upper left here with your map icon right next to the manager. And, I've got my Bandera, Texas job pulled up. I've got it zoomed out to, kind of the nationwide view, though, just so you can see some of the KMZ and KML files that I have pulled up here. So these files are now gonna live under this new tab called custom layers. So I'm gonna hop over to there. And you can see I've already got a couple of custom layers enabled just to kind of show you the basic workflow. Super straightforward. Right now, this is all URL based, so these are publicly available files. We actually have a release coming up this week that will add another section to this menu that pops up, which will allow you to drag and drop your own privately owned KML, KMZ, other file types into here. John, I you just answered a question from Jean. So she asked, k m KML and KMZ files can be will be within HeavyJob after this release rather than a public URL? Correct. Yeah. Yeah. And there's benefits to both, which you'll see, especially when we go pull up the WMTS file, but we wanted to make sure you had the ability to do both. So some of these publicly available URLs update automatically. So, you know, we definitely understand there's the need to have, like, a static file that you would upload from your desktop. But if you do have these publicly available URLs or one for a web map tile service, As those update on the, you know, on the end of the the client there, we'll actually see those updates on our side as well. So I've already got a couple of these uploaded here, but you can just see paste in the URL and description. So this first one here is our state borders, and you can see what we do is we just take the end of the URL and kind of try and guess what that is. But since that isn't always helpful, we did want to give you guys the option to rename that as well. So, you know, of course, our maps already provide a state border, but this might be the type of thing where, you know, think geofence data, different things like that, different borders of the job site. We even have folks that use different regions to understand the driving distance and and the amount that they get paid for each. So there's lots of different ways to kinda use that that overall KMZ type data. I've also got a KML here that I've uploaded, and this is earthquake data. So let me just rename that real quick as well. In certain regions of our country, it's really important to know, you know, what's going on with with things like that. So weather data, earthquake data, there's lots of good examples of that for publicly available URLs. Now when it in terms of the ordering here, you would be able to see both regardless. But say I had data that was kind of layered up in a way where one was blocking the other, I'm able to, you know, quickly move that back and forth to make sure the most relevant data is on top. I can also hide layers if I'm doing a comparison, and in this case, I just want to see my earthquake data, I can bring those layers in and out. So trash can icon, pretty self explanatory. If you wanna remove one of those, you can. And we have some different options here as well as the ability to toggle on and off those layers all at once. So if I if I turn that off there for that entire job, any layers that I've uploaded are then gonna be turned off. Alright. So any questions that we can address before we hop into the WMTS layers? A cup a couple of questions. Yeah. Let's take a look here. Will the KAMZ files be viewable from the mobile from a mobile application? That is the the plan. Bradshaw and I have been kinda scheming on some different ideas around that. So as of today, what I'm showing you is just in the operations map here within HeavyJob dot com. But stay tuned for, you know, more options in the future. We're definitely looking at some some ways to do that. And then can you just let Jacob had another question on when the new layer KMZ KML update is stated for release. I think that's the private. Yes. Yeah. So for uploading the files from your desktop, we're actually testing that out right now. We wanna make sure everything's working as expected, but it's looking good so far. So we're looking at a a potential release date of of, like, early next week. Great. So I want to kind of show you guys some of the WMTS workflow there. Just swapping out a few things with my Zoom here. Okay. So I'm gonna hop over to a different screen. And if you guys are seeing what I hope you're seeing, you should now be able to see my HCSS project in Propeller. Okay. Great. So like I mentioned before, this is one of our great marketplace partners, and the WMTS files are pretty common. So if you're using Propeller or another drone service, definitely check with your provider and see if there's a way to provide a tile server. Again, the nice thing about this, if I hop into this project, this is my Bandera project. And if any of you guys have ever driven in northwest San Antonio, you've probably encountered some of this construction here. So you can see I'm coming off of the loop, and they're doing some widening. I've got some great drone footage that is up to date. It's accurate. You can even bring quantities in from this. That's another integration that we're working on is bringing the quantities over from our marketplace partners into HeavyJob. So lots of really cool ways to sync this up. But the main idea here is just keeping your data as fresh as possible as you're looking at your job data within HeavyJob. We wanna be able to use this really up to date drone footage instead of the satellite footage, which might be weeks or months older. So what we do to grab this tile server is go under our organization settings. We've actually got a section for WMTS and API here, and you can create a web map tile link for a project. So I went ahead and did this already. So I'm just gonna copy this over from my Bandera project, and I'm gonna hop back over to the map. So switching back over here. Okay. So you can see my Bandera project is down here in San Antonio. Let's zoom in a little bit, and I'm going to add this custom layer. Now what you'll notice, I do need to add a description here. Again, it'll take the end of the URL as default, but we'll just add something here and then add our layer in. And once that is added, you can see that our drone footage that we were just looking at over in Propeller is now within our operations map. And, again, like I mentioned earlier, this does automatic automatically update live. So as you fly the drones and it updates to the tile server, This will update in your map as well. So I don't have a whole lot of job data in my test environment here, but you can imagine what it would look like if you had your equipment geolocated through telematics. Your safety inspections can also come in now. That was a release that we made leading up to UGM this past year, as well as geolocated photos. So as you're going through and kind of getting a high level view of your job, you can see the most up to date data with your up to date drone footage as well. So that's what we've got so far. And, again, you know, keep an eye out in the next week or two for the the regular file upload or uploading a file from your desktop. So we've talked to a few customers, and a lot of folks are are getting those from different owners or customers that they're working with and want to be able to compare that as well. Alright. Any other questions about our custom layer upload? John, before and let people add in their questions if needed. I was actually gonna throw a poll out there. I'm kinda interested to know how many of our customers are using drones right now. So I'm gonna throw a poll out there right now. Hopefully this pops up in front of people. So yes. Alright. Answers are coming through. Awesome. Yeah. This is is really cool stuff, John. Really, thank you for showing everyone here. There's a lot of great use cases here. Let answers come in. Give everyone a few more seconds. Right. Let's see. Alright, I'm impressed with these numbers right now. So what I'm hearing and we can we can go ahead and end it. I'll hit end and then share results. So hopefully everybody can see that now. What I'm hearing is that this sounds like functionality that they're gonna get a lot of use out of. Like, if you can bring in these files then and have them live updated when the drones fly. That's pretty cool. So yeah. That's great to see. And, you know, one of the big ideas that we've been working on, I've with a lot of our but we want to find ways to, you know, get this data in quickly and reliable day to day work of your guys in the field. So bringing those quantities and images in through drones is a great way to do that. You know, pulling those in wherever we can in an automated way is definitely something that I've been looking into a lot. So whether you'd like to talk about the functionality here within the map, the types of files you'd like to upload, or integrations that you'd like to see to save your foreman time, save your supers time, just get the best data possible into your system so that we can analyze that and use some of these new tools we're working on to help answer the questions that you have on a day to day basis. That's one of my main focuses right now. So I did switch my display name over to my email. I do have a very strange spelling of my last name, so be sure to jot that down. If you need to get ahold of me, I would love to hear from you guys to hear more about how you're using this today, how you'd like to use it, so anything like that. All right, we did have a couple other questions come in. Can you share a URL for the propeller application? Yeah, so let me, I've got the URL pulled up that I was using, but, you'd wanna go to Propellerwery Road. Com. Yeah. And that's that's a little bit of a tough spelling there. Definitely can always check out marketplace dot h t s s dot com and you'll see Propeller there. You'll see a bunch of the different partners that we have. All right. We had another some other folks asking about, hey, will this overlay on mobile app also? So we did touch on that a little bit earlier, but that's definitely something that we're looking in looking for ways to do. There's some great functionality already on plans mobile, so if you're not already using that and you're a plans user, be sure to check that out. A lot of the things that you're seeing in the operations map work even better in some ways in the field because within the field, you're actually on-site. You have your location dot there. You're able to see exactly where you are in relation to all of that data as well. Draw out annotations, send those over to the time cards. So there's some really cool stuff going on on the mobile map as well. So be sure to check that out if you're not already within Docs and Plans mobile. Yeah. John Maynard says the same. Please make it happen on the tablet. Okay. So great. More fun projects for me and Bradshaw to work on together. Just checking out. Okay. It looks like this is more of a comment, but great. Glad to see some excitement about that. Glad to see that you guys are out there using the the most updated technology in the field as well. And like I said before, we're just always looking for better ways to connect with that and just make it easier, faster, and more reliable for you guys to get your data into our HCSS software for analytics. I wanted to go ahead and answer a question from Earl. How easy will it be to transition from current plans to Docs & Plans? Anything we can do now to make the transition go better. As far as make that transition go better, a couple of things you can do. One is go check it out. Documents, HCSSapps. Documents. Apps dot com. Go go go over there. Take a take a look at it. One of the things we are we are trying to do is make, you know, make the update how the current legacy plans application works into a modern experience. We're not looking to completely just tear everything down to the studs and then completely rebuild. But there are a number of document management, a number of file management, just being able to manipulate items within this application space we want to that we want to bring that we want to bring in. If you are interested in in seeing some of the some of the stuff we're working on before it gets generally available, I will have another I will be adding another opportunity within Docs & Plans and legacy plans to sign up for that early access group. That group has been in docs and plans for about a month now, already going into it and bringing stuff forward. And so that really is, as you are using this, reach out to me. Use feedback option. You can reach out to me direct, john. BradshawHCSS dot com. I love about docs and plans, as well as project management, if you have any thoughts about that. These are both things that I just like to chat, casually chat about. Makes dinner conversations a lot of fun around the Bradshaw dinner table. Thanks, John. If you do have any more questions, feel free to put them in. We can answer those live about any of the presentations today or other HeavyJob operations products that you might have questions about. And while you get those questions in, I do want to turn it over to Matt Fiddler to talk about Consult and Connect and the Consult and Connect schedule. Thanks Reed. I'm Matt Fiddler from the consulting team. We're excited to have already a bunch of you joining us in Dallas here in just a few weeks away. So as one of my good customers in Ohio said, coming down to Texas in June is a great time to come down. But we have air conditioning, so it's okay. So would love for for all of you to come join us at Topgolf in in Dallas here on June tenth and eleventh. We're gonna be doing a HeavyBid class, a HeavyJob class, and a three sixty class with yours truly where we walk through, kind of show you the stuff you should already be using that you know, but some reminders of your good day to day goodies, as well as diving into some of the more advanced features of stuff you really wanted to use when you bought the software or were really excited during your implementation. But you got to do the basics first, and then you get busy and life happens, and you don't get a chance to chase down and use all those cool buttons that we built for you. So the hope that in a couple of days spending time with us, you'll be able to feel really good about what you're doing, chat with us, chat with your fellow users on what's the best way to be getting the most out of the software, and that, we can, have a good time hanging out both in the, the conference rooms at Topgolf and, hitting some golf balls either, beautifully or not so beautifully, depending on your, your skill and being able to, to chat and hang out, with some of your folks, other users. We've done this already this year. We were in four or six states, and so excited to be able to do this last one in June before we take a summer hiatus while you're all too busy to hang out with us, and then head out to Atlanta and Cleveland in October, and then Phoenix and Salt Lake in November towards the end of the year. Tickets are fifteen hundred bucks if you just come by yourself. If two of you come, you get two fifty dollars off a ticket, and if three or more of you come, you get five hundred bucks off a ticket. So we would love to have it be a party, come with your friends that you that you know, either divide and conquer, and you can send one person to to each of our three classes, or you can all come hang out in the the HeavyJob class or the HeavyBid class or the three sixty class. But we'd love to have all of you come down and join us. You can kind of think of it as a mini UGM for one product at a time and be just five ish hours away from our headquarters if, you wanna come down and visit us afterwards. All right, thank you, Matt. I'm gonna page Gaston, I think he's backstage with a few safety questions come in. I was wondering if you could jump on to answer. Well, Gaston's coming on. Did get one on a back channel. Jamie's asking, will forms be folded into HeavyJob docs and plans? Which is a fascinating question. But we don't have plans for that at the moment. They are two separate modules within our HeavyJob product. We don't have plans on combining them, but I do think that there's ways in which they can can interact nicely such that if you fill out a specific form, it automatically populates a folder within a specific project based off what project it was filled out so that your forms can automatically start populating the folder structures that John is creating there. I think it would be a a great feature that we could add in there that kinda ties them together and helps them work better. At the moment, though, they're they're not combining. We have no plans on on combining those two modules. So good question, Jamie. Thank you. Alright. I don't know if we have Gaston yet. He was there at Backstage when we started the webinar, but he may something may have happened. Oh, he's he made it. I guess. Did not see in my view, but we have two questions on one. When will the new meetings feature that we roll? We think we talked about it last webinar be pushed out. Heard Julie, I thought you heard end of May. I don't know if you have any info on that. Yeah. We were thinking end of May, but I was looking more like mid or a little bit later in June due to some things that we found we needed to make a little bit better before we pushed it out. So it's getting really close, though. Awesome. Then we have a question from Rick around, can we get another option for alerts with SIN Safety? A status update option would be great right now. It's either recorded and updated, recorded, updated. Updated option sends an alert even if you were just deleting an extra period or correcting grammar. Status update option would also be ideal so certain individuals will be notified when an incident is opened, received, and not get bombarded with alerts. Got it. Yeah, Rick. That makes total sense and I get that that's a pain point. Not having quite as granular control over who gets alerted and when for those incidents right now. But right now, while we are considering some things like that, we talked about it a lot at UGM. I don't know if you made it to UGM, but we talked about it a lot during our safety town hall, how that's a need. We're wanting to make sure we get our incident form changes out first so that to let you be able to customize the incident forms. So we've got that as a higher priority than being able to to more fine tune those alerts, and then we're thinking after that, we're probably gonna work on some audit trail things as a need for you. So but the alert improvements are kind of in the mix of thinking, but they're not firmly on the road map right now. But I appreciate you bringing those up bringing that up and making sure it stays top of mind for us. I think that's all the questions we had today. Thank you, John and John, for some great presentations. Lots of exciting stuff coming. As always, you can view the recording of this webinar on webinars. HCSS dot com. It will be up there. Also recently ungated all of those webinars. You don't have to fill anything out to go see them.
