All right, we're gonna go ahead and get started here. Well, thanks again everyone for joining. This is our monthly customer webinar for HeavyBid and we're gonna kick it off first with a few introductions. If you're new to the webinar, my name is Melissa Teague and I'm the product marketing manager for HeavyBid. So our HeavyBid desktop, pre construction and our new web based HeavyBid products. And my job is to really just talk with our customers, you guys, learn about your pain points, learn about how you're using our product and figuring out different tools, whether it's a webinar or a blog post or a piece of content that can kind of help you guys really get the most use out of HeavyBid. And then I'll turn it over to Aaron for his introduction. Good afternoon, everybody. My name is Aaron Allshouse. I'm technical product manager for for HeavyBid Desktop and HeavyBid. My job is to try to keep my my ear to the ground as far as what the market is doing. What the industry is doing and changing, trying to keep HeavyBid relevant for all of those changes, as well as take all of the feedback that y'all present to us, make sure that I understand it correctly, and then turn it into solution for you within the product. So today we're going to be covering a lot of what the results of some of that feedback discussion with a lot of y'all has turned into. Thanks, Aaron. And so quick agenda, what we're going to talk about today. Very exciting. We have our heavy bid hard launch that just happened. So we're going to talk about that. We have some new releases from our web based heavy bid as well as heavy bid preconstruction. And Aaron's gonna give you guys a recap of UGM. So some of the classes that we had there and a lot of the feedback and consistent feedback like he just mentioned that we were getting from customers. And so we wanna hear what you have to say about that and additional feedback and then a live Q and A. But as always, please drop your questions in the chat in the Q and A, and we'll answer those. One more housekeeping item is we have in the Zoom, you'll see there's a resource section on the bottom there and I dropped some links in there that can be helpful to you guys. It is the academy videos. So academy is where you can take courses to learn our different HeavyBid products. So, we have a link for HeavyBid desktop videos for our web based HeavyBid videos and then also HeavyBid preconstruction videos. So, check that out. After the webinar, so if there's any questions you have to, some different features or functionalities you want to get better equipped with, that's the perfect place to go to. Alright. So we have some new customers in our webinar here today. Like I mentioned, we just launched our web based heavy bid. And so I wanted to share this slide with you guys just to kind of recap and talk about who HCSS is if you're new to our products. So HCSS has three different main product verticals. So we help you throughout your entire project life cycle. So we have heavy bid, which is your bid management and cost estimating solution. That's what we're talking about today. We have heavy job. That's going to be your project management solution and HCSS Fleet where you can manage your fleet equipment. So that is our main solutions. And then when we're talking about heavy bid, that's why you're here today, we have three main products. So we have heavy bid desktop. This is our on premise product. And HeavyBid Preconstruction, that was built to help our desktop customers to use the bid management functionality and project tracking. And then our new web based heavy bid for those customers that are here today, that is we kind of combine the two solutions. So we have our bid management piece and our cost estimating piece in one. I wanted to give everyone an overview of our different products underneath heavy bid. And thought it would be fun to share our timeline. This is a great year for us. This is our fortieth anniversary. So HCSS was first started in nineteen eighty six and they started with heavy bid. So our desktop product and it was back in the day just MS DOS and floppy disks. And then it continued to evolve over time. Nineteen ninety six is when they released the Windows one at UGM. And then this thing called cloud was a thing. And so then we launched HCSS Cloud so that desktop users could start working remotely and then, we, of course, then launched the preconstruction which I was just talking about so we can help estimators earlier on in estimating workflow. So helping them with bid management and just imagine that whole project pipeline. And then now we're at this stage where we've just launched our web based heavy bid. So we're very excited. We're continuing to evolve and innovate. And it's because of you guys helping us giving us feedback where we can just continue to progress with HeavyBid. So keep your feedback coming please. All right and now we'll jump into the fun stuff. We'll start talking about the releases. I'm gonna steal the screen here, so bear with me. There you go. All right, all right, cool. So heavy bid releases part of each of these monthly webinars is we're going to talk to you about some of the new functions and features that are coming out. And we're not necessarily focused on any one specific application. We're going to be all over the platform today. So we're going to be talking about project tracking, we're going to be talking about quotes, we're going to be talking about heavy bid, we're going to be talking about all of them before we dive into UGM. So with that said, we're going to talk a little bit about it in the slide, and then I'm actually going to leave the slide and we're going to jump into the software and show you how to use that functionality live. So first thing I want to talk about here is a new quotes dashboard. So online quotes right now is project based where you're going to be able to see all of your quote folders across your projects. One of the new things that we have just recently released, I believe in the last day or two actually, is this new quote management dashboard. And what that's going to allow you to do is it's going to give you a much better visual representation into the status of your quote folders, not only just by viewing it by the status, but also viewing the status within each individual project. So looking at the project, we'll be able to filter down to a specific project. We're also going to be able to automatically filter out estimates that have a completed status. That completed status is, in essence, if it's completed, I don't necessarily wanna look at it because I'm not going in and making quote changes after the bid has been completed. Change orders are another story. We can talk about that a little bit later. But in this case, any of your live bids, you want to be able to very quickly and easily see where each of those quote folders are. Do I still need to quote them? Are they quoted? Do I have them selected but I haven't updated them? Is that folder done? Am I done with that on this particular estimate? I'm ready to move on to the next. You can very easily categorize each of those folders, and we'll go through how to do all that. The next piece of the puzzle is in HeavyBid is bringing a critical piece of functionality from HeavyBid desktop. One of the questions that came in is where is the new quotes dashboard found? We're going to we're going to dive into that here very shortly. So just be be be be a little bit patient with me, and we'll get to that here in just a second. The next piece of that puzzle is bringing the copy bid items and activities function from HeavyBid Desktop into HeavyBid. We have recently released that functionality. That functionality is going to mimic the estimate history, copy bid items activities where you actually get to query your data. You don't have to remember what estimate it is. You'll be able to query that information based on whatever criteria that you deem as necessary. And then last but not least, the thing we're going to show is our product details overhaul. So what do I mean by that? If any of y'all use Precon and you go into a project, you're used to a certain look. Well, one of the things that we have recently released is the ability to enable this new project details experience. It's gonna have a brand new look, brand new look and feel to it, and it's completely opt in for the time being. So what that means is you're gonna get to be able to turn it on on a per user basis. It's not a company flag. It's a user flag. You can turn it on whenever you want, use it, and then report back to us any any feedback that you might have. And we're gonna show you how to how to turn that on, how to turn that off, and see the differences in real time here in just a moment. All right. Any questions before we jump right in? I know one of the questions was where's that quote dashboard? We're going to dive right into that. All right, I'm not seeing any other questions. So with that, I'm going to actually exit out of my slideshow. And we're going to start with the quote dashboard. So how do we get to the quote dashboard? This is going to be available for anybody that is a heavy bid online customer. So they are not a desktop user or they are part of the beta program. Is the desktop version different from the one you're showing? Yes, it is. The quote system in desktop is within the HeavyBid desktop application. This is for anybody that is utilizing the new online HeavyBid system or anybody that's part of our beta access group. They will see this functionality. So to access that, if you're part of either of those two groups, it's heavybid.hcssapps.com slash quotes. And that's going to take you into this quote dashboard. So with that quote dashboard, again, we open it up and we take a look at it. It's going to show us all of the bits of information. The first thing we're going to see is we have a search window that's going to allow us to search based on the project name, a specific quote folder, or a status. If I wanted to just see done, I can narrow it down to any of my done quote folders. By default, we are going to hide any estimates that are completed. Again, this is for the online version only. If you want to see any completed estimates, can click the checkbox and it'll open it up to everybody. Then you get a nifty little toggle here. Do I want to view my quote folders by the project or do I want to view them by the status? So viewing them by the project, we give you the project breakdown and you see the status within each project. However, if I go to choose to view by status, we get rid of the project indicator and we just show you all of the quote folders in any one individual status. So that's great and all, but what do I do with it from here? Well, when I'm in a quote folder, I can go in and I can see all of the relevant information within that quote folder. Right up at the very top, we have a status column. That status is basically where you are in the process for this particular quote folder. Is it just created? Have I not done anything with it? Is it in progress? Is it being quoted? Am I in the process of getting my quotes for it? Do I have a vendor selected for it? Or is this folder completely done? Now I can come in here and I can change that one at a time. What I'm actually a personal fan of is coming back over here and simply dragging and dropping. I find that much more much more effective if I want to. I can change any folder from quoted to selected. I can change it back to it if I want to. And heavy bid will take care of the take care of the the status designation for you. You don't have to go in and click a drop down and select it. You just drag it where it needs to go. Aaron, we had Aaron, we had one question come in. Question is, when will the rest of us get access to the new quote tab? I'm guessing you're meeting, Mark, the heavy bid desktop customers. When will they get access? So right now, this functionality is for online estimating only. We do not have anything on the immediate road map to bring heavy bid desktop quotes into this functionality, but we're not ruling that out. Now, one of the things that we'll talk about here in a little bit later, and this goes right into that follow-up question is how would I go from being a desktop user to being able to use the online version? And can I have both applications? We're jumping ahead a little bit here, but I think it's a pretty good segue. We are working on what we are deeming a hybrid experience. What that hybrid experience is is allowing you to use both HeavyBid Desktop and HeavyBid Online. We're basically building that pipeline to allow you to send your code book data, your master estimate data from your desktop system into the online version of HeavyBid so that you can use the data that you have cultivated over the years to build estimates in the online platform and make use of some of these new tools that we have available, in this case, this quote management dashboard. And is there an additional charge for desktop versus online? There are different charges for that. Without diving into any of the specifics, we don't have all of that finalized for that full hybrid experience. So whatever I told you right now would not be one hundred percent accurate. But the but yes. The the goal is you'll be able to use both the desktop and the online before you do an eventual migration from your desktop environment to the online application. Any questions on the quote dashboard itself? Last question was, is this feature for creating quotes, not receiving and leveling subs and supplier quotes? That is correct. This is for creating your quote folders, taking the quotes, applying them, and updating your estimate with those quoted prices. This is not the solicitation module. That is something that we are working on, but that is not available online yet. Alright. I'm not seeing any additional questions. So with that, we're gonna actually pivot over, and we're gonna jump into project tracking here. And we're going to take a look at the new project detail. So as I mentioned earlier, this is a complete overhaul of what you see from the previous experience. We want to be able to enable this functionality. We're simply going to go up here to the hammer and screwdriver. And I've already got it enabled, but under precon settings, there is going to be an enable or disable new project details experience. So if I disable it, precon will reload for me, and you'll see the look and feel that you have come to expect over the years. You have all the same information. You've got your project detail, your precon ID, job site and address information, as well as a handful of other bits of information. Well, one of the things that we are giving you the ability to do is toggle in that new experience. That new experience is what we are currently building and we are iterating on daily. But if I go to that hammer and screwdriver and enable that new project detail, it will automatically reload and give you that information. One of the big changes that has been heavily requested with this new experience is the auto save functionality. So what do I mean by that? In the current experience, whenever I come in and I make a change to any of these fields, I have to click Save for the program to save my changes. With the new experience, whenever I make a change and I tab out of that field, Precon will save that for me. Another the functionality that you're going to see is we are redoing the heavy bid estimate and the bid results tab. Right now, we brought a lot of that same functionality from the existing module, but we are continuing to build and iterate on that to bring you continued function or increased functionality with additional details from whether it's HeavyBid desktop or the the new HeavyBid platform. And then documents and attachments, that's going to make use of our new document storage solution that's going to make it available for all products that you own currently with HCSS, not just simply project tracking. Eventually, it'll make its way to all of our other HCSS products. Aaron, we have one question that was just dropped in the chat. It's can subs send quotes through HCSS? So just to clarify, is the question can subs input prices into a quote folder directly or can you quote sub resources in the new quote system? I don't see a response to your question yet, but Taking a look at the second question, is this new project details, are you going to do away with any current groupings we have in precon? The answer to that is absolutely no, because what it's doing is it's only in the project details. If I want to go back into my project view, my project status or any of my groupings here under the main projects list are unaffected. It's only the details within an individual project. But I am going to try and do my best to answer that. Can subs send quotes through HCSS? In the new online platform, yes, subs will eventually be able to send quotes through. We will be able to quote sub resources. Right now it is strictly material driven. So we can only take quotes on material resources that will change in the future. And as we are building that solicitation module, we will be able to solicit those vendors for quoted prices. So again, jumping back into the the project details here. Within the within the estimate, again, bid results are gonna be expanded on, and the integrations with the rest of the platform will continue to be iterated on in this new view. My personal favorite is I forget to hit the save button all of the time. Having it auto save for me is going to be a huge time saver for me not having to go back and make those changes. One of the other features that I forgot to mention is the it's not quite tabbing, but we have a nice little menu right up here at the top where if you have a long list of project details, I can come up here and simply click on the grouping that I wanna get to. If I wanna go to documents, attachments, it'll take me all the way down to documents and attachments, and that's going to keep it right up at the very top. So I can jump directly to exactly where I want to jump to in the project without having to do a continuous scroll. We had a follow-up to the previous question. Brian might have he was saying he might have used the wrong term. He was wondering if the custom sections we have in project details, is that gonna go away? Okay. So in this section or in this project detail, I've got my project details, heavy bid estimate, bid results, and documents and attachments. If I jump back and disable that and go back into my customized setup here, I can see that I still have just those main sections, my heavy bid estimate, my bid results, and my project details. That is a customized view for me specifically. So you're going to be able to maintain whatever customized groupings that you have previously built. Alright. Any other questions? Okay. Let's see. Is there a way to automatically format telephone numbers? We have seen inconsistencies with different users. So let me see if I have a telephone number here. Let's jump over to contacts here. Where do I have? So in this case, the cell phone number here, and if I go in this case, it's just my my ten digit number. What I am assuming and please correct me if I'm mistaken. You want that to automatically format to the the parentheses with the hyphens in between the the designators. Is that correct? Okay. Right now, we do not format those numbers. That is something that we definitely I don't know where we are currently being able to do that. I know that's something we have talked about, so I can definitely follow-up with Erica and get a better answer for that one. So the next question is, so is this version to compete with BuildingConnected, ConstructConnect, etcetera, for soliciting subs and bids in addition to creating quotes and bids? That is a very loaded question. The reason I asked that is we want to be able to provide a solution for users that don't already have access to BuildingConnected or ConstructConnect. But for those users that already have those pieces of the puzzle in place, I'm not necessarily trying to get you to get off of that. We are going to be doing our best to build integrations with third party applications. I know BuildingConnected is one of those that we are looking into as we we speak. So if you use BuildingConnected for your solicitations, if you're using it to grab your project details, grab your grab your bid forms for any given letting, Our goal is to be able to take that information from BuildingConnected and bring that into into HeavyBid. Alright. Perfect. Alright. And last but not least, the the last piece of that puzzle that I wanna talk talk about here is the copy functionality. For anyone who is a current desktop user, copying bid items and activities is kind of the lifeblood of HeavyBid. We want to be able to copy from previous projects. We want to be able to go in, find a bid item or find an activity of something that we've done in the past and copy it to the estimate that we're currently working on. That way we're not simply reentering the same information over and over. That is part of our core goal of allowing you to bid faster. Well, we have brought that same functionality into the online experience. Simply right clicking anywhere in the build screen, we can go in and add from a past estimate. Excuse me. With that past estimate, we can view the estimate by multiple structures. What I mean by that is, do I want to view the estimate based on a WBS structure? Or do I want to view it on the traditional pay item structure? If I want to view it on the pay item structure, I'm going to see that estimate broken down by the pay item. If I have, let's see, anything that's WBS, I can see it based on that WBS structure as well. Now one of the other pieces of this puzzle is I've simply got to be able to find the data that I'm looking for. In the past, if it was the last project that we worked on, we usually have a pretty good memory to be able to remember what that estimate code was or something to that nature. And I can just simply click the drop down and find it. But what if it's from something a little bit longer ago? I don't remember what the project was. I don't remember what the estimate was. Well, we give you the ability to search your estimate data. And in this case, if I just want to search, you know, RCP items, what it's going to do is it's going to bring up any activities that I have in the past worked on that has that code of RCP. If I want to see any individual resources, I can do the same thing. I have all of my RCP resources. As I scroll through, if I have estimates that match that RCP description let's see. Yeah, so my pay items or my estimate information CONEXPO estimate, I have my pay items within that particular estimate. I can search at the estimate level, I can search at the pay item level, the activity or the resource level of detail. It gives me that flexibility. Once I come in here and select something to bring in, I just select that pay item and it's going to load up that estimate just the same as you have for estimate history, copy bid items, activities, desktop. I can then come in here and select any one activity and add that activity to the existing pay item that I right clicked on when I brought up this screen. Or if I want to, I can bring in the entire structure, the entire pay item or WBS structure and bring that into my estimate. At this point, I get the ability to adjust my quantities. This is a one lump sum item. I don't necessarily want to adjust one lump sum. But I can adjust any of these child activities that have, you know, based on the load or based on the month, you know, I might have one lump sum of mobilization, but my project supervision might be on the job site for eighteen months. We don't know. We give you that flexibility to make those adjustments. And just simply clicking save. I now have my pay item and my activities built right back into the estimate, giving you that same granular control over building your estimate the way that you know and have done so for years and years and years. I'm not seeing any questions come up, so outside of that, I'm actually going to jump back into the slideshow here. And I want to pivot a little bit, and I want to talk about UGM. So for anyone who's been in these webinars for any length of time, you might remember a similar webinar that we gave last year giving a recap of UGM twenty twenty five. Well, you all seem to like that one. So we're doing it again. We're giving you a a recap of the way UGM twenty twenty six came to be. So what do I mean by that? Well, for anyone who has ever been to a UGM, we have what we call tracks. Those tracks are basically product silos. So we have an estimating track for heavy bid, project tracking. And now the heavy bid online experience. We have HeavyJob. We have a FleetTrack. We have the ability for you to get as much information as you can possibly intake in a three day period. What you see on the screen here is the classes that we offered. For anyone who's been to UGM before, some of these classes might look familiar. That's because we always take the feedback that you present in those class reviews, as well as the feedback that we get just down the hall in any of these classes or the town hall. And we make adjustments every year. So some of these classes are repeat classes from the year prior because everybody loves them and they get something out of it every year. Some of these classes are new based on what customers have said, hey, we want to learn about A, B and C. So some of these classes are new. And then one of the things that we did this year was we added a product discovery track. That product discovery track basically dove headfirst into the online experience, giving customers the ability to see with their own eyes and use the new online application, HeavyBid Online, as well as being able to see how that functioned with quotes, how that functioned with project tracking, and ask whatever questions they wanted in regards to that. So all of this to be said, we had people in every single one of these classes. If anyone happened to turn around the class, they would see a wall of HCSS developers, QA personnel, or just any employees that were available to help. And they're all in the back taking notes on every single question that comes up in those classes. Whether it's a question, whether it's a product suggestion, whether it's a complaint, it did not matter. They're writing it down. And we took in literally hundreds of requests based on that feedback alone. Now, one of the other things that we introduced was, for anyone who's ever used it, we introduced Slido into the town hall. Slido is an application that's fairly new to us on a town hall stage, where it gives us the ability to see the questions that are being asked in real time. It gives the end user the ability to write down and send to us whatever question that just pops into their head at any point during any discussion. That was a real game changer for us because we just had a flood of feedback. That feedback is something that we would not have received in years prior. Now between the Slido feedback and the feedback that we got through our normal means and methods of hand raises or customers responding to a question that was asked by the presenter, we received several hundred pieces of feedback. Now, that is a task in and of itself, simply to make heads or tails of what all that feedback actually represents. Is it good feedback? Is it bad feedback? Is it bugs? Is it product suggestions? Is it just a general comment about something that is completely irrelevant to any of the products? We go through and we read every single one of those comments, and then we categorize them based on what that comment is. And out of all of the comments that we had, these are three of the, what I wanna call, the large talking points that we that we had. The first one is integrating AI. So we handed in the product discovery track, and it was a talking point at town hall as well as several of the classes that were offered at UGM this year. And that is, what is HCSS doing with AI? Well, we are neck deep and discovering what we can actually do that we can present to you or give to you to make your lives easier. And the short answer is we can do a whole lot to give you a better experience. So one of the things that we wanted to find out is, what do y'all want us to focus on to make your lives easier? And three of those items that came out were predictive estimating. We want the ability to use some of our history and use AI to basically build us a bid that we can then go in and review and make edits to. We want AI to help us in the bid review stage. We want to be able to go in, have AI scan our estimate, and tell us what we need to fix. What is it that's wrong with our bid or some of the metrics that are going in with our bid? We want AI to be able to help us get through that review process that much easier and that much faster. We have two more questions that came in, Aaron. Does the web version oh, you see them? Okay. Perfect. See them here. Let's take a look at the first one. Does the web version send our project invitations to specific subs that we have in the system? As of this moment, not yet, but that is what we are working on right now to bring to you later this year. And then the second question is when will HeavyBid allow integrations with AI agents such as Open Claw and Nano Claw? Those two specific agents, I do not know the answer to right off the top my head. I can definitely do some research and get back to you on that. I do know that we are continuing to refine the AI story on what we are going to bring to you. Now whether that is integrating with an outside agent or building our own internal AI tool that is still to be determined. But one of the things that we can be certain of is that AI is a very powerful tool, but we also understand what it is doing in the background. So we are gonna be as transparent with you as possible through all of those decision making all of those different decisions. The last piece of the puzzle with AI is quick price automation. So what do we mean by that? We have a tool in Precon that allows us to essentially do a green sheet report. It takes your letting from whoever that owner is and uses the items in that letting against your historical actuals, whether that's from your pay item library and looking at the average price or using estimate history to compute your averages. Well, right now, it has to do a one to one match or you have to go in and manually assign items from your pay item library to those items. Well, we want to be able to use AI to predict based on actuals given to us from the DOT or from whoever to help us predict based on market trends what that number should be. Jason, when will AI be able to help us look at our plans and help with measuring the takeoff quantities for our estimate? That's an excellent question, Jason. We have investigated that. Right now, that is not going to be our area of focus right out of the gate. What we have found when looking at that is AI has given us not it's not given us the accuracy that we want it to be before we present it to y'all. So we have we have some improvements to make before we present that as a solution. So we've got some work to do on that. I think that's all the questions for now, Aaron. Okay. Jason, I see that last question. I'll follow-up with you offline on that one. Jumping back in, the other one of the other talking points was the future of desktop. We introduced a new online heavy bid. What does that mean for heavy bid desktop? Is heavy bid desktop going away? Are we kicking everybody out of it? Is it being sunset next year? You know, those are those are the questions that that eventually come up whenever another product is offered. Well, that is something that we did our absolute best to try and quell any of those concerns. And we'll talk a little bit more about that here very shortly. But the short answer is HeavyBid Desktop is not going anywhere anytime soon. We are going to continue to develop it. We are going to continue to iterate on HeavyBid Desktop because it's going to be several years before a lot of our customers are even ready to look at a potential migration. So to quell those fears, heavy bids not going anywhere. The program you know and love and you've been using for the last twenty or thirty years is staying around and we are going continue to improve it. We're going to continue to make it better for you. And then one of the interesting conversations that came up is something if I'm being honest, I was not necessarily prepared for on the town hall stage. I did not expect to really get into this conversation. And that is the talk of a risk register. So HeavyBid for comprehensive users has a risk analysis tool. And to go along with that is a risk register. The interesting piece of this is it's very company specific. There's no one size fits all approach in this regard. So we kind of got into the weeds a little bit talking about what functions and what features customers would want to see in a risk register on the town hall stage. And it was a very interesting conversation. So being transparent with everybody, I wanted to make sure that everyone was aware that that is something that we were discussing, something that is still in our mind as something we might want to do. Now, those were overarching topics of conversation. If we break that down a little bit, taking a look at desktop, heavy bit desktop, the three large areas of discussion. When we went through and we tabulated all of those comments and feedback items that we got, these were the three that really stuck out. And that is that is subtotal changes. We got a lot of feedback from users that want the subtotals showing directly in the pricing screen. Having a modal that pops up and is an overlay in the pricing screen is not sufficient for what end users want. They want it directly in the pricing screen. They also want tree view changes that are made to the or that are they want changes in the tree view that whenever you select a subtotal, the items that are part of that subtotal will be highlighted so that you get a better visual representation instead of just the legend what those subtotals are encompassing. Some of the other requests that we were getting was in regards to estimate and production history. Every year we get questions on, or we get requests on estimate production history. And we're going to continue to iterate on estimate production history because these are some of the most widely used and most loved features in HeavyBid. And that is taking that functionality and adding additional granularity. In this case, we have the ability to see cost type unit cost in the detail rows, but we did not add them at the topmost level of detail. We want to be able to bring that level of detail to the topmost level. So as soon as you click that search, you can see that information. And then we also had requests for being able to include or add bulk exclude options for the estimate history analysis. So right now I can go in and make, exclude one individual estimate at a time. We want the ability to go in and exclude multiples based on a number of varying bits of information, whether that is estimate tags or even more granular level of detail, something within the pay item or some bit of information within the activity, we want the ability to fine tune the results that we get. We just have a comment, Aaron. The ability to add notes to a vendor quote for a project would be appreciated. I absolutely agree. And then last but not least, again, quick pricing. Quick pricing is a is a by heavy bid standards, it's a recent addition, And there is a lot of potential for additions and improvements that we can make to this tool to take it past our original scope, what we originally designed it for, and make it more useful for everybody exponentially. So the main talking point here was just adding a quick select option. Right now, if your item does not match something that's in the pay item library or using estimate history, you have to go in and key it in manually. Having a quick select option would make that exponentially faster to build. Does the online version have the ability to compare historical pricing with current estimates? Right now, we can take historical average prices from the pay item library and bring that into the the pay item list using quick pricing. That gives us our average or our green sheet helping us determine that go no go decision. As far as, like, an estimate history comparison analysis that we have in desktop or the production history that we have in desktop, that is not there yet, but that will be added it is on the roadmap to be added soon. So one of the questions that came up, and it was not a large talking point, but it was something that was very intriguing to me. We had one user that brought up the comparison tool, the estimate comparison tool. For anyone who's unfamiliar with that in HeavyBid Desktop, it is under the file menu as compare estimates. With this utility, they mentioned that it is difficult to determine all of the changes without diving into each individual activity. If we took that information and gave it in a report style format, would that make users more would that make y'all more apt to want to use that function versus having to go in and look at each individual item? Or do you prefer to look at each of those individual items? Okay, I see the I see the poll is going and it is very one-sided. We'll share the results here in just a moment. Okay. Yeah, so so overwhelmingly having the ability to see that in a summarized report of all of the different changes would make that utility much more simplistic to use. Alright. Perfect. We'll go ahead and close that, and we'll we'll move on here. Taking a look at the rest of the platform. A couple of the changes that were requested were map enhancements. So when we are looking at the project details, or when you're in the project list, you have the ability to see all of that information in a map view. An enhancement to the map view to help improve its helpfulness to y'all is be able to color code the projects that show up in that heat map. Color code them by the project status. That way, instead of having to take a look at the heat map, see your large projects, and then get a sense of what the status is of that project, I can simply look at it and see what the status is based on the color that the dot is being represented by on the screen. And then a few small quality of life improvements that would make the experience that much better. And that's the ability to merge duplicate companies, take my address from one and my contact from another and bring them together into one company. Being able to link customer interactions to specific projects. The ability to quick add contacts, I don't want to have to jump into my contact management system to be able to add that contact. I want to be able to do it directly within my project detail or within my quote system. And then last but not least, we want easier ERP integration. I want to be able to integrate with any of my accounting systems. I want to be able to take my projects from my accounting system and sync them into sync them into precon. I don't want to have to do an import export. And then last but not least is solicitation. That was a large talking point is we want a better solicitation experience. We want to be able to go out request quotes on any of our quote folders or any of our projects and get that information back into precon or into heavy bid and have it update our project accordingly. One question that came in, Aaron, about precon projects. Jason wants to know if they can handle multi GC contacts. So if you have a project that has multiple GCs involved, Yeah. Can they have their own company contacts? Will there be a way to have multiple ones for just one project? You have a project? You should have the ability now to input multiple contacts in a given project. Let's actually oh, we're running short on time, so we don't have time to do that. But if we don't, I will correct myself on that. But I'm I'm pretty certain we can already assign multiple contacts to the project detail or have the ability to assign multiple contacts. So I'll verify that information. And then one more. Can the online version, the web based heavy bid, receive pricing quotes from vendors directly? Right now, no. But that is something that we are trying to get to. Alright. Last but not least, one of the the main things that came out of that came out of town hall and UGM in general was the need for a road map. Customers want the ability to see what the long term plan is and what what I mean by that is not just what's coming out in the next six to eight months or even the next year. I want to know the next two years. I want to know the next three years. So coming out of town hall, we committed to always having a three year roadmap available for you. So with that being said, at an extremely high level, this is our three year roadmap. So for the rest of this calendar year, we're developing that hybrid workflow. And we have heavy bid online that is set to meet the needs for our new customers. But we also know that our existing customers have expectations surrounding the function and flow of heavy bid. So we want to be able to meet y'all's needs as well. So we're going to be working to meet those meet those expectations. Taking a look into the next year, we're going to be building out that migration pipeline for current desktop customers and developing the needs of the advanced users. So we're going be taking a look at some of that functionality that is strictly available in the heavy bid advanced version and bringing that same functionality online as well. And then again, further down the road, developing that specific comprehend some of that specific comprehensive functionality. I'm looking at joint venture, looking at some of those tools and utilities, and then continuing to implement and refine that migration process. As we have customers begin that migration process, there's always going to be a need to change things up or make something a little bit better. We're going to continue to try and make that process as smooth as humanly possible. Now, the big asterisk in here. All the while, we are going to continue development and support of the desktop experience. Every year, you're going to see new releases with HeavyBid Desktop. Every year, you're gonna see new functions and features added to HeavyBid Desktop. We are not abandoning HeavyBid Desktop by any stretch of the imagination. Alright. I have two last poll questions I want to bring up to everybody. The first one is these monthly webinars, we want to be able to support whatever it is that y'all want us to present. So I want to be able to take I want to basically pull the room here and see what type of information do you want to see in these webinars. And so far everyone's saying everything, so. But let's see what we've got here. All right, thanks Aaron. If you have any suggestions like things you're not seeing, you can drop in the chat as well. We'd love to hear it. Thought leadership ideas is things like what's going on in the industry. What are we seeing or what are we hearing from customers sharing things like that. Customer spotlights, just bringing a few guests on board, just sharing like, what's their secret sauce? How are they doing business development? Or how are they really leveraging their estimating admins? The sky's the limit. And meanwhile, we have another question that came in, Aaron. Yeah. If you're on a desktop version, can you get a demo of the online version? Melissa, are our webinars from any of the previous from any of our previous webinars available publicly currently? Yep, they're all you can find them. They're actually in the resources section, and I'll drop it here as well in the chat. The resources, you'll see HCSS past webinars, and you can find us demoing the new web-based HeavyBid and all of our webinars for that matter in the past year or Perfect. That'll give you an idea of what we have currently available. But if there is anything that you specifically want to see, you are more than welcome to email me, Aaron.Allshouse@hcss.com. It's Aaron.Allshouse@hcss.com. And I'm happy to jump on a call with anybody here to discuss the new online platform or desktop or the future of estimating in general. Alright. I think we've got everybody here. So we've got Okay. Okay. So high impact features, got a lot. New releases will continue to be discussed. Okay. So we got a we got a well rounded mix of everything. So we're gonna take this and this is going to help us shape these next several months. Now, one of the or the last poll that I want to ask here is when we were combing through a lot of that UGM feedback, one of the things that keeps that always comes up every year is we always get requests for things that HeavyBid already does. So to me, that's just a customer not realizing that functionality is there. With that being said, what I would love to hear from you is you said you want high impact features. If you would take a moment to basically provide in this poll, what specific functionality are you looking for or that you want to see in a webinar so that I can come through and I can basically give you a full walkthrough or full tutorial on any of that functionality? So we'll give everybody a couple minutes here to type type that up. Sorry. The light in my office is on one of those timers, and I'm behind a desk and monitor, so it doesn't see me. So it'll turn off right in the middle of a webinar. Someone just stepped in and and turned it back on for me, so wanted to give them a big thumbs up. Alright. I know we're at time, so I apologize for for being late here. I wanna give this one more minute to see any additional responses come in. Sorry, Aaron. I stopped the poll, but feel free to drop in the chat if you guys have more features that you want to see demoed in the future. And as always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. Again, I love chatting with y'all. I love getting on calls with y'all and we can discuss anything that you want to discuss. My Email is right here on the screen. With that said, I know y'all have things that you you need to get back to doing. So, have a great day, y'all, and have a great rest of your week and weekend. Thanks, everyone. Have a good one.
