It is 10 AM here at central time, so I'm gonna go ahead and kick us off today. Thank you for joining our our monthly webinar. We're really excited. We have two topics today. We have Brittney who's gonna be on hand. She's gonna talk about some of our our major updates we have, and our HeavyJob work order management features that just launched this week. They're they're now available. She's gonna go through, answer your questions, tell you about why they're they're valuable, what kind of work they're valuable for, and you also get a live demo of of how these features work. So definitely pay attention to that. Then we'll have John Bradshaw. He's gonna go over, some location services and HCSS Plans, use cases, and give you more of a deep dive and and how you might use that for those plans users. And then as always, we do have time for Q&A. We have other product managers from myField, our field app, and our safety products here. So even though they're not presenting, if you do have questions about any of our operations products, we have the experts on hand here to answer today. So with that, I'm just gonna go ahead and give you a quick intro of kind of what, some of these work order management updates are, and then I'll turn it over to Brittney for the demo. So we really have kind of four primary changes that are that are now available, through this type of work. So first, we have, faster and easier job creation and setup. So Brittney's gonna go into more detail, but, if you're doing a high number of jobs or you're doing small work orders that come through a master service agreement, it can be difficult, with the way HeavyJob is today to enter all that data in, a lot of data entry. So we have some new features that will help you do that a lot easier. We also have new pay items set up and field entry, that Brittney is gonna go through to make it easier in the field. We also have flexible daily field reports using, HCSS Insights. This gives good information on kind of work that was done each day, can help, create reports to be sent to inspectors or owners, for to get sign off. And then we have some new pay item export templates that Brittney is going to talk about as well. So with that, I'm gonna hand it over to Brittney, and she is going to walk through all the things that her team's been working on for, man, I don't know. Is it a year, Brittney? I know you guys been working a long time on this, so there's a lot to share. Yeah. It's been about a year. And so, for the folks that are on this meeting that are kinda like, oh, what is this about? This is all features that we've added to HeavyJob. So it's not something different from HeavyJob. These are features that we have that hopefully better enable, parts of your business that might be a good fit for, these work order faster paced projects. So I'm gonna go ahead and share my screen. While Brittney does that, I do I did forget to add, if you do have questions, please use the Q&A feature in Zoom. Ask the questions there. We either answer them live or somebody will respond in the chat to those questions. Great. And just to make sure here we go. I can move that guy out of the way. Alright. Reid, can you see my screen? Can everybody see my screen? Yep. Looks good. Alright. Okay. So we're gonna go ahead and start with the beginning of the process, that these new features kind of support. So if you're if you're kind of wondering, is this something I might be interested in? Should I be paying attention right now? I'm gonna describe what kind of business that you might be so that you, maybe maybe your ears will perk up and you'll tune in. So right now, I'm in HeavyJob, and what I'm going to start with is I've I'm a contractor that may have received a blanket contract where I'm working with the same, perhaps, utility provider over several years, and we've agreed upon set rates that, I'm gonna do work for them. And so HeavyJob traditionally has been used to help create longer term projects. However, we have made some tweaks so that you can, be creating jobs and tracking this information at the pace that you do your business if if you do have these shorter duration projects. So if you have, like, work orders, service work, these are all keywords that might, be a good fit for you, as we talk about these new features. So right now, I'm inside a job list. What I would do the very first thing I would do if I had a blanket contract or a master service agreement is create a typical job, template that I would expect to be used for this kind of project. And so everything in HeavyJob is fairly fairly similar standard. You're looking at that, detail screen here, and you could you can use your job tags, your rate sets just like normal. Where things start to change is on this pay item tab tab right here. When I select pay items and once it loads, you'll notice that I have a very different view of the screen. And the reason why is I have set up my pay items so that my foreman can directly enter against them. So rather than my foreman entering in, cost code production quantities, they're gonna directly enter billable quantities. And so I'm gonna set up my template to basically have each pay item with each unit, that's billable. Here, this is gonna be my template. So if I have a unit price that's been established with, in Houston, maybe I'm working for CenterPoint, and I I'm gonna go ahead and put that rate sheet in as my pay items. And I'm gonna be able to reference this with another feature. This is this is me building out a standard job, a template job. I'll show you that other feature in a second. But I can go ahead and build out my unit prices just like normal. And I'm actually not going to be linking cost codes underneath here, but we've kind of flipped it on its head. I'm going to go ahead and access my cost code list. This is gonna be set up just from the cost code tabs like typical, but I can actually go and assign pay items to cost codes. So that way when my foreman goes on their time card, they can actually enter multiple pay item quantities per cost code. So I will show you what that looks like on the mobile app. I don't think I can see questions right now, so I wanna pause real quick, make sure there's no questions that have come up. No. You're you're good to go right now. Perfect. Okay. So what what we've done here is we've we've got instead of, every single cost code being a one to one relationship with a pay item so maybe my foreman has a ton of cost codes that they're tracking their time against so that you got each billable item coming out. We've got more generic groups of cost codes that we've created. So in this case, I've got long side pipe connection, short side pipe connection. If I hit edit, I've got access to all my pay items. I'm gonna go ahead and make sure I'm selecting which pay items that make sense for that long side pipe connection. So in this case, you'll see these are the different size pipe connections, alongside pipe connections, and I'm gonna link them. The act of linking this for my foreman is going to actually, provide them pay items when they go to the time card. So I'll show you that on the iPad. So right now, I'm just setting up a template job. I'm like, this is the job I'm going to reference for when I receive a bunch of work from, say, CenterPoint in this example. So now I'm gonna show you that feature that I mentioned where you can create jobs really quickly. So that was a change in the pay items that we just looked at. And now if I wanna reference that job to create maybe ten work orders that I expect to work on in the next couple days, I have this new feature called, it's our bulk import. So I'm gonna import from Excel like normal, and then you'll see I've got this ability to create new jobs and update existing jobs. Now if you're if you're listening and you're like, man, I'm kinda interested in something that we're gonna work with, folks to get give access to that. But, stay with me as we talk through this new one. So bulk work order import, I'm gonna go ahead and select that one. And what this is going to allow me to do is, it's going to allow me to create jobs from an Excel spreadsheet. So here I'm gonna show you my Excel spreadsheet. In this case, I got a really simple one. Here are my codes and descriptions. You can have thousands of jobs if you need in this case. So I'm gonna go ahead and grab that one. In this case, I have just five. I can either, only create new ones or update existing jobs. So it's, got a couple options typical like our other imports. In this case, I'm just gonna create jobs, and this is where the rubber meets the road. So I can either say, yeah, just import my my job list. I just wanna create jobs, or I can say, reference that template job that I just created where all my standard pay items were added. Go ahead and reference that job. In this case, it's this one. And go grab these specific pieces of data and copy those specific pieces of setup data to all my new ones that I'm creating. I don't wanna set up the same pay items every time I get a new work order. That takes a lot of time. I don't have time to do that when my jobs are only maybe five hours long. So this is going to allow me to create a lot of jobs referencing the data that I know is gonna be the same time and time again. So where it gets really cool is I can actually copy hey. Copy all my pay items, copy all my cost codes. And when I select both, it is going to also copy that grouping that I showed you. So when I was here and I was saying, typically, for alongside pipe connection, cost codes, I do these pay items. I'm actually gonna go ahead and copy that to all my job so I don't have to make that relationship. Where this even gets cooler is I can also check that materials and subcontractors. And now my relationship between cost codes and materials, those advanced budgets that you usually maybe use HeavyBid to bring that over, I can copy that information over to my jobs. So you you see there's other options. It's it's pretty extensive, but I can reference jobs. If I'm not sure if I got the right job, I can check out the details to make sure before I go ahead and create a ton of jobs. And I'll hit next. And then in this case, I'm mapping, my columns. So you can see there's some new columns that or new information that you can add, so, like, your address, and then you can also import your job tags and accounting fields. And I'll pause again before I jump over to the iPad. Any questions coming in? Well, I think, you you did get a question or two. I think, Reid answered it directly, but I don't know if that went out to everybody or just the questioner. So that question was whether this works on desktop as well or is it just web only. And so so that everybody gets the answer to that is web only. Definitely a a a cool feature, and it's gonna help a lot of companies out that have very similar jobs, I think, is the key there. Is whenever you you have that job that the setups are actually gonna remain quite the same over time, as you're working multiple of these jobs, this this may be something for you to take a look at. Thanks. And Brittney, the spreadsheet that you started with, in this case, like, Centerpoint said, hey. I need you to do this handful of, things. Here's five work orders. So all you would have needed to do is punch in their work order numbers into your spreadsheet here. Maybe, maybe load up some other information if they gave you that and then, suck it in. So, really, it'd be hopefully five minutes just in the spreadsheet and then a couple clicks that you've done so far in HeavyJob. Right? Exactly. So, I mean, you could have let's say you have a hundred work orders that you need to do today. And if you've created jobs and HeavyJob, you know, a hundred jobs takes time. Well, now if as long as those hundred jobs are in a spreadsheet, you can import them, reference that job that has all the other setups, and then you can be reviewing time cards while this is creating your jobs for you. So, it it really should free up some administrative administration time and better enable you for, job creation. Nice. Now if I created my jobs, the next piece is what the formant sees. That's a little different. So, I mentioned here, I've I've got all these cost codes, and I've I've done some of that linking of pay items to the cost code. It is flipped. You'll notice there's no drivers. There's no factors. I'm expecting my foreman to enter quantities against each pay item. And if it's 0.75 long side, then I'm gonna expect $12 for each unit that they enter. And so in this case, or I'm just gonna go ahead and show you, what what that foreman's gonna see. So let's see. I'm gonna do some finagling. Alright. On the iPad. In this case, my foreman's gonna set up their time card like they normally would. Hit add cost code, and we're gonna grab that alongside pipe connection. And if I add my crew, Oh, maybe we're we're gonna use a mini x. And I'll add Dan there. Alright. So I've got one job here. Maybe I'm gonna work on multiple addresses. I'm gonna grab a second job. And in this case, it's a short side pipe connection. And perhaps we, did some street work. So I've got these bigger, more generic buckets. If I had to enter a cost code for every single pay item I did this day, I might have 25 cost codes. But in this case, I only have three because I've got multiple pay items associated with each cost code. Code. So I'm gonna fill out my time card pretty quickly. Let's say I'm working a nice easy oops. Here. I'm gonna a nice easy 12 hour a day. Let me try this one again. Alright. So I'm working a nice easy 12 hour day, and then I'm ready to start putting in what I actually did for the day. On the bottom left, you'll see I've got view pay items. This is a new button. This is not a button that you have seen before. So this button only shows up if at that pay item tab, you make the selection that pay items will be direct entered. So for folks that are building a a bridge that's gonna take months or years to be built, you wouldn't see this. This isn't something you would use. This is for the folks that have unit, build items that you would want to use this. So I'm gonna hit view bay items, and all of a sudden, that setup work I did for that template job where I was associating PMs, the cost codes, is visible here. I can see I've got two jobs. If I collapse this first one, here's my second job. In this case, I've got my two cost codes, and you can see the pay items under it. This first one, you can see my one cost code with the pay items under that. Now if I'm working today and let's say I'm I did, inch and a quarter, alongside pipe connection. I'm gonna go ahead and enter how much I've done. Maybe it's 25 linear foot. If I'm missing something, missing a pay item, I don't have to call my manager to say, hey. I need I need to add something here. We ran into something unforeseen. I can hit add edit pay items and scroll down or I can even search. So if I type in crew here, I can find, perhaps I gotta add that, you know, we got a three person crew. We did some work that was, going to be billed on a T and M basis. I'm gonna add that, pay item that my, my, utility provider dictates. So perhaps we did one day here. And then I can fill out whatever I did on the other ones. So maybe in this case, we did 25 feet for the short side connection, and we had 40 feet of silt fence. So when I am happy with what I've got here, I can go my multi job time card, and I can hit send. And what that's going to do is it's going to send both my time card, but also my pay items. Hit send. Now if I need to make a change to one of my pay items, I can make that change and revise it. But one thing to notice is that I got a bunch of blank items. When I hit send, I'm only going to send in the actual filled out items. So that way, the person reviewing these items isn't overwhelmed by all the ones that I didn't do. They're just gonna see what I did do. So now I'm going to jump back over to the web to show you what it looks like when we receive that, But I have a feeling we might have questions on the mobile app. Well, I yeah. We got let's look into the screen for a second. So we're we're changing the workflow a little bit, obviously. I mean, that's the whole point of this is but the the the HeavyJob normal the the workflow that we've gotten used to over the last almost 30 years at this point has been that you're putting in your quantities at that cost code level. You're putting in your hours at that same cost code level so that you can measure production. So I think what we're seeing is that we we have a number of customers, some of whom are listening right now because I can look at the participant list and and see their faces, that actually have it a little bit a little bit different. Whereas is the jobs are going so fast. They are that short that they actually don't care as much about production. I mean, obviously, everybody still cares about production. Don't care as much about production as they do about recording what they're able to get bill what they're able to bill the owner for. And so I think that's what we're seeing here is that you're putting a little bit less information. You're still recording hours, but you're doing it in a more generic sense. Whereas you're having you're you have the ability to record quantities at very detailed sense even if you're not recording hours at that kind of level. And I I think you mentioned, Brittney, at the beginning, like, you could absolutely have 25 cost codes filling up your time card to be able to record quantities at that detailed level. But you're not recording hours at that level. So, really, you just have a very, very large and ugly time card, which isn't easy for the foreman. So, I like the way that we've we've optimized entry on this, made it a little bit easier for the foreman there. So Thanks. Yeah. And and that's a a really good point. There's there's that balance we're trying to strike. So if you've got a lot of billable items that your foreman need to track, it might not be reasonable for them to spread their 12 hour a day across items. I you're, you know, your your field guys are trying to get work done out the door. And so the, the goal here is to help support them in being in our system for a short amount of time so they can spend most of the time, that they need to actually get their job done, and putting, you know, stuff in the ground or building things. So anyways. We're gonna go ahead and look at the web now, what it looks like when we come into the system. Any other, comments or questions before I dive into that time card view? No. Keep this page up. So got a question. Where do you put in the pay item, unit price? Great great question. Same place that you would put in the pay item unit price for old fashioned pay items. Right here, this unit price, just right here. So so for when I entered 25 on that one 25, it's gonna bill against that $12.25. And so this is where we put it. And remember when I opened up my time card, all those cost codes that I put on the pay item or on the time card, the pay items automatically showed up. I picked out I think I picked out long side. I picked out this cost code, and these guys automatically showed up. That was done right here. Now if you're following along and you're like, I don't see these buttons, that is right. They, and we'll we'll talk a little bit more about how how could you see those buttons later. Any other questions? No. You're good to go. Cool. Alright. So now we're gonna go over to the time guards. And now our developers are actively working on this. So what I'm going to show you is not the done state. We're gonna be working on this for a little bit longer. So you're gonna review your time cards just like you normally would. You're gonna go to, this filter. We'll say this pay week. Should grab some cards. And then you'll go and see your list of time cards. Where things are gonna get different is I might have a payroll person that is really in charge of getting checks cut, and I might have a totally different person that's making sure, like, our invoicing process is ongoing. And sometimes we've heard, like, feedback. You know, I wish I could have quantity review separated from payroll because sometimes those aren't in the same cadence. So we're working towards that right now. So your approval process for the time guard is the same. I could approve this time guard. I could reject it. But where things get different is if I scroll below, I actually can see the pay items that were submitted. I'm in a different time card this time, but this is multi job, so I can see all my jobs on the left panel. And we haven't built it out yet, but we are actively developing the ability to put a status on my pay items at the job level. So I can say, hey. This address, 13822 is good to go. It's ready to invoice. But perhaps my time card has problems, and I'm gonna reject it. You can do that with the stuff that we're building. So if you have people that maybe cut paychecks on a weekly, biweekly basis, but you wanna invoice daily, we are working towards supporting that. So this is new. Right now, today, you can see what was submitted. Hopefully, in the near future, you'll be able to put a status, at the job level, but this is something we're working towards right now. I know, Reed had mentioned that we also have some stuff in insights. So I'm gonna show that real quick to y'all, but any questions on the time card review process before I jump right over? Nope. You are good to go. Awesome. Alright. So we've heard from a lot of the folks, that do this type of work that they also have to provide some substantial backup for billing purposes. And so we've created a, what we've called the daily field report in insights so that you have the ability to grab what was submitted with that time card and pay item entry and actually print it on a report that you can send to your project owner. So I have an example right here. So if I'm working for, in this case, it looks like I'm working for Houston Public Works. I can go ahead and have this ticket kinda similar to the t and m, ticket that you might have on the iPad. I can generate it pulling that time card data, and I can export it so that I can email and get my, approver's signature if that is something that I have as a requirement. This report is pretty customizable. So if I open up my parameters, I, I've got my contract name, work order source, and other, custom columns that are pulling from my accounting fields, which is pretty neat. So if I've got different pieces of data that I need to print on this form, I can actually use my job accounting fields and reach in. So if I go and look at custom header one, instead of putting my customer name, which is the sky right here, Houston Public Works, I can actually choose from whatever, user defined fields that I have in that export to accounting setup. So I can say, you know what? Instead, I actually need that project information to show up there. So this is using our, insights feature, which, just went out, I think, a few weeks ago. So hopefully, y'all are digging into it. We're very excited about this feature, and this is, one little piece that this feature can help us do. In addition to these daily field reports for ticketing, our team is building out some revenue reports so that you can actually get a look at the revenue you expect your crews to make, based on what they've entered. So what it's gonna do is the person that asked about that unit price, it's gonna take that unit price, multiply it by the quantity done, and then you could slice it in different ways such as the cost code level. So maybe if your cost code is a type of work, you know how much revenue you make for that type of work. You can look at the margin at the cost code level. Compare those hours that form input come against the revenue you're bringing in. So, we are gonna be using insights to build out some of this stuff. Alright. And I think that might be it for my features that I wanted to show you guys. So if you guys have any questions, we can get into it. Otherwise, I think Oh, before we go before we move on to John and plans, I'm gonna throw up a poll real quick. Brittney showed, several new aspects of this this, workflow for more of these shorter work order jobs. I'm gonna launch a poll and just ask, do you think your company would benefit from utilizing, this new workflow? And it's perfectly fine. We understand for most companies out there, it's not that you want all of your jobs to be on this workflow. It's that some of your jobs may be on maybe a lot shorter and and would benefit from this workflow, whereas other of your jobs are the the old fashioned, I think. It's such a harsh term. Progress build. The the tried and true, version of of HeavyJob. How about that? Yeah. And that's that was a key piece of information that I don't know if I emphasized enough. It's not one or the other. This is a setting you can do job by job. So if if your business does multiple kinds of work, you don't have to take one for your entire company. So, I appreciate that clarification. Yeah. One thing I wanted to mention too, that bulk import from jobs is a really great tool even if you're just doing one or two jobs. So, I've worked with customers in the past that have different situations where they need to to copy jobs or use a job as a template. And so don't feel like you have to import a thousand of those to use all those great features there too. Excellent. And for those of you who or go ahead. Oh, no. No. I was gonna just say the results are looking like 78% in the top two boxes, which is great. And then I will let Reid talk about for those of you that answered on one of those top two boxes. Yeah. Definitely, if you answered yes, and then if you're interested in getting more information, these as Brittney mentioned, these features aren't just gonna be automatically turned on for you at HeavyJob. So if you are interested in them, I put a link in the chat or you can scan the QR code there. It's a really quick Google form for us to understand basically just who you are and a few things about how your company is using HeavyJob. And it will put you on a list, and we will reach out to you about getting these features, added to your HeavyJob environment. So, again, if you're not interested, great. We understand. But if you are, just because there are a lot of changes, we we can't just turn this on for everyone. So we wanna make sure that that you do get if you are interested, you are able to get access. It looks like we had a few questions come in as well, Adam, if you wanna go over those. Yes. You know what? We'll, we're gonna let John talk about plans while we they're they're paragraphs more than questions. Okay. Thank you, Julian Keith, but we'll be right back. Alright. So with that, I'm gonna turn it over to John who's gonna go over some plans updates. Hey, everyone. John Bradshaw, technical product manager for HCSS Plans, and, I wanna go ahead and talk about a a question that does come up sometimes when we are, when we're showing plans to, we're showing some plans to someone is, well, what do you do when the plan isn't a plan? You know, we we'll we'll see we'll see people we'll we'll see, plans that are screenshots out of, like, Apple Maps or Google Earth with a with a line drawn in it or, like, literally, I've heard of, it's just hand draw hand drawn sketch. Hey. I wanna do this. What do you so what do you do when that when when you plan to use plans, but the plan you receive isn't a plan? That's your QA read. You can still use location services because, the control points in HCSS Plans will work with any latitude or longitude long latitude and longitude or, northern and easting. Notice I did say latitude latitude and longitude or northern and easting. You don't need both. And you can create these from other sources. The iPad you know, HCSS has Plans on the iPad does allow you to just go ahead and use use your location to populate it, but you can go into any map service, and just pull out points. So we're gonna go ahead and kinda show this with this particular job. This is a plan set for a job out of a state. It's actually up for bid right now. But that's the plan. 60 meters [unintelligible] in that subject. All you need are coordinates. So you can go to a map service. In this case, I went to, Google Earth. I clicked on a location, found found that Oklahoma State Drive and West Virginia Court. Why those streets are in Delaware, I don't know. But that is the, I pulled out the coordinate for that intersection and then the intersection at the end of that cul de sac. Next slide. Uploaded them into a CSV. The big thing if you're gonna do something like this is name those names, name those control points a name you can actually recognize, because when you're act when you're gonna have to go in and do this, you don't wanna be choosing from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, A, B, C, D, and you're looking at something that's like a a street or landscape. Make it have that point be something that you can actually reference back. Once you, have that CSV, you can go ahead and upload them into plans. Next slide again. So it will be uploaded and take it over take it to the next one. And you can just go ahead and and add those control points to the plan like you would any other, any other set of control points. Each sheet in HCSS Plans requires at least two. Three does improve the, doesn't does improve the does improve the accuracy a little bit. Anything beyond three, you're just, you're just kinda spinning your wheels on that. We we're we're not we're not resolving coordinates to a, to to a level that that really matters. So so let's go ahead and move on. And once you've done that, wherever you go, there you are. The the plans are now that plan is now located in that location. You can go ahead and get those, get those coordinates, get those coordinates out there. It enables all the location based services that are available, in plans, in in plans iOS, being able to take those, you know, take those pictures of locates, incidents, whatever's happening at the site, have them actually located on. And, really, the question now becomes how accurate is this. So you can go over there. Even using, I spent, I think, thirty-ish seconds getting these coordinates, putting it into the plan set, and then going and checking it. And I I got that pretty spot pretty spot on. That's that that is that intersection. The actual, the the actual estimate from the engineer, was that you they they were going to be requesting about 61 meters of, of paving on that, on that street, using iOS's scale from location feature, measuring that measuring that out, got it, got it got it pretty, got it pretty close. But yeah. So using those control points with interesting land park land landmarks and points from map service, it really is more art than science. This is not going to be as accurate as something that your surveyors are providing you that you're using a, like, an actual drawn out or, or or geolocated source. But it it is something where you're able to you're you are able to use these these other, let's say, nontraditional, plan, plan documents and get them get the get location services added to it and use them, use them in your projects. Well, before we move off of there, John Alright. Do have a question specifically about those control points. So Julia's asking, can you show how to switch the Latin long for control points, specifically that when you create a control point on the sheet, it was only allowing northing, easting. And I don't even understand the question, but I'm just gonna understand the question, and the and that is why I said upload this into a CSV. Because when you upload the points, we recognize the latitude and the longitude. When you are creating one in the control point module in plans manager, you can only upload it through you can only use northing and eastings. You can use latitude and longitude you can enter a point using latitude and longitude on plans IOS, and plans manager will use a latitude and longitude if you simply upload it via, via the CSV. But the actual module in the, creating a new control point in, the module in plans manager, it does only work with, it does only work with Northern and Hastings. So I I did intentionally ignore that particular process in this discussion, but transparency here, you can't actual you you you would have to convert that over. Instead of going through all that, put it into a CSV, upload it, upload it through the, control points in project in project settings. Nice. Good question. We have another one. If if you don't add location services with the initial plans upload, you can still do it then. Right? Absolutely. Absolutely. At any point in time over that, over that project, you can go in and add location, and add location services to it. Very cool. Let's say for anybody that has plans and hasn't played with it before, it is very, very cool. I say play with it. It is a tool that is very, very useful. I had a customer a couple weeks ago that was doing some environmental remediation basically in the woods. And so being able to set that up and then, and put the plan sheet on top of Google Maps, basically. It's like, oh, okay. That's that negative trees that's over there. Oh, okay. This all makes sense. And suddenly, seeing the plan sheet and then seeing it overlaid on top of the map suddenly made, everything come to life. Okay. Now I can see sitting in the office what we're gonna do from our, our job site walk. So very, very cool. Worth taking a look at. Yep. On oh, and on that note, I'm gonna throw if you, go back to that last slide in there, Reid, I I wanna this was not part of it. But you might notice that there is an annotation. That ruler annotation is actually in the map view, because that is something in our, iOS release earlier this week. We brought annotations from the sheets onto the, on on on onto the map view. So that feature is now actually available, whatever you're drawing, and any sort of markups, rulers, measurements, shapes, that are drawn on the sheets will now show, on on on the map view. So, you know, up update your devices, go in and, see, check check out how that works. Nice. That was also something I promised at UGM 2025. So, promise made, promise kept, as far as John speaking at town hall. In one month. Yep. Very cool. Alright. Well, then let's let's jump into a a wider range of questions now that have come through. First, I'm gonna throw something at, Brittney from Julie. So if we wanted that DFR that you were showing accessible by the text in the field to populate and get signed by the inspector on-site, what's the best way of doing that? So I've been thinking, and I actually even reached out to the insights team because I was like, well, if you're on an iPad, can you access insights in Safari? I don't know yet. So it's something I can go and find out. I will be honest. I will, just if I've got thick foreman fingers and I'm trying to run a Power BI report, it might not be the best experience. So I think, they can absolutely run the report, from a laptop, a hundred percent from the field. But what I would recommend is probably using the export, sending it to them after the fact, or even subscribing where you can get it auto generated on a regular basis. But, Julie, I will get back to you on whether or not I could open insights in Safari on an iPad or a mobile device, because I'm not sure. It'll open. Your biggest challenge is that it's not live. So for all the insights data, we're basically syncing that every night. And so even if I fill out my time card and send it right now, it's in HeavyJob, but insights is reporting on our reporting data. So let's say, generally, as a rule, if I'm trying to get a, a custom report off of my iPad using forms, using the, the PDF, tool that we have in forms would let me fill out my time card and then open up that form and basically suck pretty much anything you need from your time card or your diary, or the job information into that, PDF, and you'd be able to, to pull it in there. So say we've had plenty of customers that have, done customer facing documentation that way. I'd say that is definitely the the best way to handle that. The, the DFR reporting is more for everybody turned it in, making sure everything looks good, and then I can produce that report later in the office. Yeah. I do wanna add a little clarification. Most of the insight stuff is every eight hours. The DFR is refreshed hourly, but I'm guessing your, foreman doesn't wanna wait an hour with the inspector to generate that form. So, forms is also a great option, for in the field. Sounds good. And we we actually did get a couple other insights questions, and I think it's actually worth it if we just say that for a, upcoming future monthly webinar, we're gonna we're gonna get a member of our insights team on here. We referenced it briefly. Insights is now gone fully live as of UGM last month. It is now fully live across the board and available to any customers of our HCSS product suite, to use, without additional cost. And maybe it'd be good to have have Mikaela or, or Harry on the phone being able to to walk us through exactly what is available to you now if you're not using Insights yet. So, we will do our best to to bring them in. But there there was a reporting question not related to Insights. So, John, I'm gonna throw it over to you on Sandra's asking, will you have a report where we can tie in revenues and the cost per cost code? Like, to be able to see a report, we can monitor the pay items and the cost codes to see how the project is doing at any point. Yeah. So what we have today is the pay item quantities report, which is really, you know, a great step towards this workflow. If you've got multiple cost codes rolled up to a single pay item, you'll still be able to see, you know, the, the pay item information at the, you know, the overall level. So there's not that relationship between the cost code and the pay item in that report right now, but you can see the unit cost, the total cost, profit, revenue price, all that fun stuff. So, that's what we have today. Sounds like Sanders asking for a little bit more detail in this specific cost code to pay item relationship, so we'll have to look into that a little bit more. Maybe add to this report or have something within insights that has a little bit more of that detail. Absolutely. And I pulled up the report just so that we can, just so you can take a look at it real quick. So this is the on HeavyJob reports, pay item quantities. Really would love to change the name of that, and maybe we will at some point. But, I can actually come in here and look across my jobs for the last, in this case, it's last month, but you can put in a custom day range and look at revenue versus cost and then dig in to the individual pay items and see what their revenue and cost were. But as Sean mentioned, if, Sandra, if you need something beyond that, definitely reach out and see. Maybe there's a couple of columns or something easy for us that we can add. We love adding columns to reports if they're easy. Like, this just seem like great ways to optimize your workflow for less cost on our part, like, just the less development time. So we love adding columns to reports. So let us know. Check it out. This is available for both our web only customers and our hybrid customers. So if you're using desktop, you can also utilize, this report on the web at HeavyJob.com. And I I'm gonna oh, sorry, Matt. You wanted to jump in there? Very cool. For the most part, HeavyJob cares about cost. That's the, the the original reason we built it. So at the end of the day, you can see how you did as a foreman. And as you're sipping your coffee the next morning, you can see how the job's coming along, as a PM. But being able to pull up this, pay add and quantity report, especially cross job and web, where this would be one job at a time in the pay item profit report in desktop. Gives you a quick easy way to see what your margin is. Hopefully, may all of your margins look better than, our practice jobs here, but gives you an easy way to be able to see how, each job and each, individual pay item is doing. Yeah. We're we're making all of our money on this job down here, which for some reason has brought in $22 million in revenue and no cost. May they all look like that? May they all look like side note too. We have added this to several reports, so I'm gonna just mention it while we're here. But, Adam, if you click on the show totals button up at the top near expand all, this may or may not be useful at this level of reporting, but, you know, keep in mind there's that new error, that's I think we may have too many jobs here. Oh, there it is. So, yeah, if you're trying to look for, you know, total cost, total revenue, profit across jobs, in this report or we also have that show totals in some of our other grid based reports. So there's a nice way to, you know, collapse up to the job level, but then also see across jobs, if you're looking for those, those big high level numbers. So always like to give a shout out to that. It's it's a feature that we kinda slipped in. It's it it doesn't grab a lot of attention, but it's super useful. Sounds good. And, before we did get a plans question. I'm gonna jump the line since I'm already showing my screen real quick. We did get a question about academy. And so for anybody that is, obviously, y'all have seen this. Anybody that's been on our software for the last month has seen the new change, for our new navigation bar, make things a little bit easier when jumping between things. But you can also reach, various resources in case you're interested in seeing these, whether, hey. Is something breaking right now? It'll take you to our status site. Hopefully, you don't need to check that. Maybe once a once in a in a blue moon, once a year, that type of thing. You can check out our new releases update site, which will open in a new tab. But the question was, can I see the academy? And that is available not from the support menu, but from the videos and articles option. And when I click on that, it opens up academy right here. For those of you unaware, HCSS employees are not eligible for the Academy. We have to use something different. They won't let us in there. So, you can access the academy direct from that link. Because we already graduated. We already graduated. That's I'm sure that's what it is. John, other John Bradshaw, I'm gonna throw a plans question at you. Are there any plans as I stop sharing screen, are there any plans to be able to link multiple jobs to a single plan? There are absolutely plans to be able to, to be able to do that. Not going to stay or commit to any sort of timeline for it, but it is is absolutely something we're, some something something we're looking at. And I'm also gonna go ahead and take this other one, from from Keith that just popped up. Are you able to annotate on the map view, or is it taking annotations machine showing them on the map view? The answer to that is you are not able to annotate on the map view yet. It is just taking the annotation that are drawn on the, drawn on the sheet. What you are asking for, absolutely something we are, we're we're we're we're we're talking about and scoping out and, will be coming, will be coming at a point of time in the future, into, into the map view in in in in in plans. Very cool. Alright. Let's see what else we got. Are there plans to add a calculation column in insights, be able to do a calculation too? That is a great question that I will defer and punt to our insights team, so that I, much like John doesn't wanna make a commitment, I don't wanna make a commitment for somebody else, which is even worse. So I'm not gonna make a commitment there. But, it is a good question, and we definitely heard it before. So, did get something from Cristobal about, who we get in contact. Cristobal, just, you know what? We will get in contact. If you don't mind just, sending me your, you know, shoot me an email, adam.black@hcss.com, and I will put you in contact with the right person, to to try this out. That that'd probably be the easiest. Alright. Well, unless there are any additional questions coming through, we are gonna end just a little bit early, give you back ten minutes of your time, but we definitely appreciate everyone for joining us for our monthly webinar. We will be back here next month on whatever happens to be the last Thursday in April, at 10:00 central. So look forward to seeing you then, and thanks everybody. Thanks.
