Alright. I think we should go ahead and get started here. My name is Hayden Price. I'm a Technical Product Manager over at HCSS over at Equipment360, Dispatcher, and MaintenancePro. We'll be showing some E360 and MaintenancePro stuff, and we also have Chris O'Connor, who's our Technical Product Manager over the Telematics and hardware side eLogs. So let's go ahead and and get into our overview here. We've got a couple themes going across the maintenance side and the the Telematics side. For the Equipment360 side of things, we've done a lot to streamline your mechanic workflows, giving mechanics the ability to trigger PM services, some some goodies with some time card compliance and certification questions, and we've done a lot of work. And we've started releasing our initial sync improvements for E360 Mobile. We wanna get that nice and sped up. On the Telematics side, we are helping you optimize your equipment and and driver management tracking through Telematics. We'll we'll dive deeper into that in just a moment. Couple key integration points that we're gonna be talking about, Equipment360 and Gearflow as well as getting Samsara data into HCSS Telematics. We do have a future road map, some bullets there. We're actually gonna cover that at the end. And as far as all of these updates go, we're gonna cover these in the slides, so we can swap over to that in just a second. If you do have any questions, you should be able to ask, in the Zoom chat. So feel free to ask questions, and we'll we'll try to answer those as they come in. So let's go ahead and go get into Equipment360 here. First, we wanna showcase this time card compliance story that we did, or time card certification questions. So you can actually now on Equipment360 Manager, if you're on the the latest and greatest, you can customize as many time card certification questions as you'd like. They are currently yes and no answers. If you are at, UGM and town hall, you've probably already seen this. We did get a little bit of, feedback asking if we could have free form responses on these. So that's gonna be something we're we're going to investigate. But right now, you can set up as many as of those as you'd like. That's in your system preferences, and those will actually show when the mechanic signs off on his time card. So pretty straightforward. Let us know if you have any questions about that. I know, a lot of you hopefully are working in states that have those types of of asks and requirements. Because the only other thing to really note with this is that all of this data is available to be mapped in your payroll export. So all of that stuff's included. If you need to tweak anything to get that data out to payroll, all of these certification questions, are available for mapping in for payroll export as well. Alright, Sarah. Let's hop over to the next one. This is one, mechanic PM triggering. This is one that we've heard the past few user group meetings. It's been a little bit polarized on who wanted their mechanics to be able to trigger PMs. It was, you know, half the room, we love that. Half the room, no. Only the manager should do that. So we actually made this into an employee level preference. So within the actual employee setup on Equipment360, you can, or I believe I'm sorry. It's on the user role setting. You can determine whether they're able to trigger PMs or not. Obviously, this is really nice if your mechanics are are looking at those services that are upcoming when they're wrenching on that equipment, and to be able to trigger that service without calling into the shop manager, is a really nice bonus. So when you see, as you see on the preventative maintenance tab in mobile, if they are given that option, they can hit that trigger PM button up at the top right and add a PM service to a work work. So pretty straightforward, high value. Hopefully, some of you guys get use out of that. Alright, Sarah. Gearflow integration. We had a lot. You know, we definitely showcased this at our user group meeting as well. We are, officially partnered with with Gearflow, if you guys didn't know that. To give a little bit of context on this purchase order sync, we've started with an actual button in Equipment360 Mobile or desktop that allows you to send those parts request, anything that we don't have in inventory over to trigger a an order in Gearflow. The latest iteration that we've done is actually syncing that purchase order information back into E360. So, there is configuration needed on on this, and, obviously, you have to have Gearflow. We're happy to point you in the right direction if you wanna learn more about that. But, yeah, this PO sync will actually reduce, or eliminate that data entry of of having to key in a purchase order when we get that order submitted to Gearflow. Next step on this is actually gonna be direct costing all of those parts that we, get from a Gearflow purchase order, directly into the work order. There's some things we're gonna have to think about there, since we require item code mapping on all of our parts. And through the Gearflow purchase order sync, it'll actually create any new parts that don't already exist in 360. So, we're probably gonna do something along the lines of of just letting you map a default item code so all of that, all of those parts can come through directly to the work order. But, again, if if if you wanna learn more, if you weren't at UGM and and sat through the integration class about what we've done so far, let us know, and we can point you in the right direction for learning more about Gearflow and and our partners over there. So this this was a big one, initial sync performance improvements. So last UGM, we had a lot of feedback on especially companies that have larger databases, and a lot of setups, a lot of work word history, that Equipment360 Mobile, was just taking a little bit too long to get spun up and and get all of that initial data synced to the iPad. So we've been working on this for quite some time now, developing a new architecture for how we sync, at least the initial syncs in Equipment360 Mobile. We actually released our first iteration of that, this month. The only entity that we've released thus far is the work order portion. So, if you do any of those initial syncs, I imagine you're gonna see a pretty big performance improvement when it goes through that work order portion. However, like I have in the bullets here, over the next couple of quarters here, we're gonna be looking to move all of those other entities, including custom fields, equipment, time card parts, all all the data points that we sync in E360 Mobile. We're gonna move over to this new architecture, and ideally cut down that initial, spin up of the iPad, down to hopefully around a quarter of what you're used to. But stay tuned. Those additional entities will keep rolling out over the next couple quarters, like I said. Alright. And I will kick it over to Chris to run through some Telematics goodies. Alright. Thanks, Hayden. So this year in Telematics, we've been working on quite a bit. So, one big thing is employees. So it's been asked for a lot to be able to track who's driving equipment, who's operating equipment. So we added, an employee's page to let you manage Telematics employees that will link with setup, so you'll be able to see your HeavyJob employees here as well. We have, fleet specific types. So that's gonna be your driver, your operators, your, maintenance pro mechanics that you can see here. And what this allows you to do, is you're gonna be able to assign drivers. So if we move to the next slide here, you can see you're able to assign a driver directly to a piece of equipment to track who's who's using equipment, who's using a a vehicle over what time period, and, assign violations to them. So speeding, seat belt usage, harsh driving, will all be there. I'll be backdated, to your drivers as you assign them. If you miss an assignment, you can go and change that. If you need to update it, you know, someone used the truck for a week, you can adjust that week, later on. And what that leads into, is kind of our biggest announcement from this perspective is gonna be the driver scorecard. So, tracking how well your drivers are are performing is obviously a very important piece of of maintaining a safe fleet. So using that data that we have already, we're now assigning it to a driver and giving them a scorecard. Again, all the scores are calculated from day one. You can go in and assign drivers for up to the past three years and get driver scorecards for them going forward. The scores are customizable. We can talk about that afterwards if we need to, and it utilizes everything that already exists in Telematics. So, really, the only thing left to set up is those assignments, which which right now is is done in Telematics, but we will be pulling that from from other sources in the future as well. Taking a look at the driver scorecard on the next screen here, we can see kind of a quick overview. So this is the home the homepage of the driver scorecard. You'll get a quick overview of all your drivers. You're able to sort, high, low, and just see, you know, who's been driving and who's doing well, who's who's having issues. If we click into one of them, you can zoom in and kinda get a better idea of how they're doing, which trucks they were driving, which trucks had the most violations under them, a breakdown of their score. So we have speeding score, seat belt score, a harsh driving score, and dash cam events, if that's, if you have those available. And we can zoom in further on the next slide here to see exactly what's what's, causing those scores to to be calculated that way. So you can see exactly which, alerts or pings cause the, score to be calculated. The next, obviously, pretty large project is gonna be our integration with Samsara. It's been asked for for quite a while, and we finally were able to to push that through. On our first pass here, we're looking at your standard telemetry location, meter readings, ignition status, fuel level, and fault codes. All that information will also pass through to E360 the way you're used to with your other OEMs, just from Samsara hardware instead of Caterpillar hardware or Komatsu hardware. And we are looking at other data points to add as well in the future. So if you have any, any requests on there, please let myself know, myself or Phil or or anybody at, HSS know so we can look at adding those in the future. Next, I wanna look at Connect. So we released Connect a few years ago as an, GPS install app, and it's it's quickly grown to be kind of the Telematics app and will continue to grow to be a more fleet focused app. We're adding a a more mobile friendly map view. So you'll load into the app. It'll drop you onto a map with with your equipment pinned, give you some quick information, and then you can select that equipment and see the, equipment details that you may already be aware of from our existing app. And this exists on iPhone and iPads, and it is included with your Telematics service. So you can go and sign up, or sign in the same way you would to Telematics and see all this information on your, on your phone as you go. Alright. I'm gonna pass it back to Hayden to go over some, MaintenancePro updates. Thanks, Chris. Guessing a lot of you haven't heard about MaintenancePro yet. Just a quick intro on this. This is, a light web based, maintenance offering that that we now have. If you are using E360 currently, it's not going anywhere. You've got the the most comprehensive equipment maintenance system. We are still on full steam ahead on the road map. MaintenancePro is, an offering that would be good for anybody that might not currently own E360. They need something lighter weight. Maybe we have an off road fleet that we don't have in E360, and we need a lighter and simple solution. But MaintenancePro is actually built on top of Telematics, and it is turned on by asset like you would turn on a, an OEM connection. So let's go ahead and and hop into it here, give you a quick overview on what MaintenancePro does. So right now, pretty lightweight and basic, but we do work orders. We have scheduled services with a a full service setup and initialization setup. We do have a maintenance request module within here, that is tied in with HCSS Field. We've got work items as you see me drilling into right there where we can log corrective actions against, work that we do in these work orders. And we just very recently released, documents at the work order and the equivalent level. So let's hop into each one of those real quick just to take a deeper dive. So here is our scheduled services view or I'm sorry. Our, service setup view. You can kinda see me going through here by each equipment type or class. We can set up out all of our various services. We did add a nice feature in there to where we can easily copy, one of those services from one equipment type to another, but pretty lightweight, pretty easy to use. Put in all of your descriptions, all of your your service items. Does MaintenancePro thanks, Dan. Does MaintenancePro work hand in hand with 360y? The answer to that is no. This is this is totally disconnected from E360. So like I was saying, if you're currently using 360, keep using 360. It is not in any means a hybrid product. Yeah. But the service setup screen, basically, we can go in here, set out all of our services up, and we trigger them, say, when that last service was done so we know when to trigger the next. All this is obviously directly integrated with the Telematics data that you already have. So, driving those services, will happen automatically and inherently since this is all in Telematics. Hopefully, those of you using 360 also integrate with Telematics to get that same value. But, again, this is all within the same platform in Telematics. So we can hop over to the next part, Sarah. Maintenance request from HCSS Field. So this is another view that we have, in MaintenancePro. So along with services, we can get maintenance requests. You can add a maintenance request as you see me clicking through here right now. Pretty straightforward. Select a piece of equipment, enter a request description, add any photos. Those will also it is already integrated with HCSS Field as well. If you're, again, if you're using E360, all of that still works the same. Your your maintenance request from HCSS Field will come to E360 or MaintenancePro depending on which you are using. Alright. Let's hop to the next one, Sarah. Work order documents, pretty straightforward. We allow a lot of file types here. So if you've got any, pictures, PDFs, invoices, receipts, Excel documents. Those can all be managed right within MaintenancePro and HCSS Telematics. And the last item that we just released was documentation at the equipment level. This is actually, you're looking at a view of what you're used to seeing in Telematics for the equipment detail. You will get this documents tab, and you can start your equipment filing cabinet, if you have MaintenancePro turn on for that asset. We allow all those same file types, can start uploading your purchase documentation, you know, any invoices, service manuals, things like that. And we will roll up, all of the documents from the work orders, to display at the equipment level as well. So we actually have a little toggle there on the right hand side to show equipment documents only by default. We're gonna show you everything including those documents from the work order. I think we had a question that already get oh, no. That was just David, chatting. Thanks, David. We can hop over to future road map items. I think we got through this pretty quick, so hopefully some of you will have questions at the end here. But for let me cover Equipment 360 and MaintenancePro, then I'll kick it over to Chris real quick. For Equipment360, like I mentioned, we're gonna have a lot of focus on getting all of those other setups and entities moved over to our new architecture for the initial sync. So we're definitely gonna be doing a lot of work in the background, making that initial sync as robust and and perform as we possibly can. Another road map item that we're gonna hit pretty quickly will be scanning safety QR codes within the maintenance request web app. So if you're using that maintenance request app or giving that out to users in the field, currently, E360 and Safety can have two different barcodes. What this is gonna do is regardless of where you have that barcode configured or printed out from, scanning that QR code in maintenance request will bring you to that equipment so long as the equipment IDs match. Again, we set up a QR code or we print it out from the Safety side to do our inspections. It will scan that so long as the code matches in 360. This has already been iterated on E360 Mobile, so, hopefully, some of you have been using that. We've just needed to actually get that added into the maintenance request web app side. Another big story that we're actually gonna be working on, probably a little bit later in Q2, is pay adjustments. We've had a lot of you over the past, you know, several years ask for a better way to handle especially per diem. But, with pay adjustments, we wanna give you the option to do more than just per diem. So if you have any, like, mileage based reimbursements, your mechanics travel and they need to get reimbursed for a hotel, this should be able to handle, any of those scenarios at the time card level and also include all of that data in your payroll export. For the MaintenancePro side, again, the light web based maintenance module, the next stories that we have coming up are shop notifications. So think emails or text messages to, our managers when a PM servicer is due or, a text to a mechanic when we assign him to a work order. Those are all gonna be configurable by employee, and tie in with the existing alerts notifications. I'm sorry, the existing Telematics notification system. On that, mechanic assignments and work orders, those are probably gonna release very, closely. As Chris mentioned, they were kind enough to build out, the employees integration and set up in Telematics, so we're gonna be leveraging that in MaintenancePro, obviously, to be able to assign mechanics to work orders. And I don't know if there's a bullet here, but we may wanna talk about what we're gonna do with Connect, and and MaintenancePro in the future. But, before we get to that, we're also going to build out a mechanic user role, set up at the credentials level so that they get a trimmed down view of Telematics and MaintenancePro. So think the map view, the equipment list, and the work order view. We know as as more of you start using this, you're going to wanna give mechanics access to that web based system without being able to see all of your Telematics, configuration and, views. So that's gonna be something available in the near future as well as a maintenance request only view in Telematics if we are using MaintenancePro. We may wanna give a mobile friendly version if they're not using a CSS field so that anybody can log a maintenance request. So we intend to have a user role in credentials that would give them a login to only essentially be able to submit a maintenance request or see existing ones. So sorry to skip that that middle chunk there, Chris, but, go ahead and catch us up on what's next for Telly. No problem. Thanks, Hayden. I just also would like to reiterate, it seems like, just based on some questions, these are features, across every product. These are features that were either are already live and in production or gonna be released within the next month or so. Specifically, Samsara was the question that came up a lot. I just wanted to kinda clarify that for people, listening in. So for the future for, Telematics, a new map, and history trails improvements. So, we're we're getting a a more modernized feel, for our web map and a few usage features there. And then history trails, we released an update to our history trails feature, to kinda give you more granularity and customization on it, earlier this last year. We're adding some customizable geofencing to it so you can you'll be able to draw a temporary location around, say, a section of highway and see what drove through there and potentially catch any speeding or bad driving in that section section of road or or area. Additional integrations coming or that we're investigating, obviously, with Samsara coming, we're we're gonna look at other third parties. Motive is a big one, as well as rental houses. So we're we're talking with United, United Rentals and HERC right now, about potentially integrating those into Telematics. And then connect, I'll I'll feed into this, Hayden. So we're we're looking to add our dash cam live feed into connect, from the Telematics perspective just to give you again more, on the go Telematics information. From the MaintenancePro perspective, we're going to look we're we're gonna add in maintenance requests. So you'll be able to submit and view your maintenance requests directly in the Connect app. And then we're gonna add some more, mechanic focused views. So work order lists, some history of work orders done, and and things along those lines as we as we flesh out MaintenancePro, mechanic assignments and and user roles. Looks like Chi has a question. One of our one of our own, Daniel Chi. Let him Yep. Chi, you can, you can tell him. Oh, he did hop in your question. I'm Daniel. Question. I apologize. I just raised my hand by accident. Oh, okay. Great work. Any thoughts on a web app for E360 Managers? So for 360, we don't have plans to move any of that functionality over to the web. I think the goal and what we're trying to accomplish with with MaintenancePro is, it's gonna take significant lifting and, a lot of time, until it would be ready for 360 users to eventually migrate over. But that is kind of the vision for the longer term is and and, again, we're not slowing down on E360 by any means right now. But the intent will be eventually to allow you to migrate that 360 data over when there is enough feature parity for you to, see the value in doing that. And I think we covered all of our future road map stuff. So we're just about thirty minutes in here. We'll hang around for for more questions. But, if you got places to be, we can give you thirty minutes of your time back. But, otherwise, hang around and and ask questions. Chris and I can hang out for a bit. And to any of you those of you hopping out, thank you very much for for joining us today for our our first webinar here. Look forward to doing these every quarter moving forward. Thanks everyone for joining us. Alright. Any other questions before we hop off? Dennis, Barnes said thank you for all the updates, but I'm pretty sure you just saw those at UGM. So thank you for for hopping in to see all this stuff twice. I'm I'm glad that you're that excited about it. But it was good seeing you at UGM. Uno, I see, there is a the it's being recorded, so we can make sure to get that sent over to you, as well as the slides if that's something you want. Aiden, looks like you have a question about an E360 Android app. Yeah. It looks like David already answered that, and that is correct. We don't currently have any plans, to build Android app for 360. The iPad has worked very well in shop situations, and getting a mechanic spun up with an iPad is is just kinda how we roll right now. Obviously, there's more compatibility, performance, more more hardware available for for Android. So, we are definitely planning on sticking with with iPad only for Equipment360 Mobile. Sarah, does the recording get sent out automatically to participants? Yes. I believe it will be sent out to participants, and then we'll also be marketing it, Alright. Alright. Is that it? Yeah. It looks like thank you, David. Looks like you've been very quick on the q and a down there. So I don't really see anything else rolling through. So thank you guys so much again for for hopping into our quarterly release, webinar. Look forward to doing these again in the future and hopefully get you a lot of good information in a short amount of time. But thank you all so much, and, have a wonderful rest of your day.
