Okay. I think we can get started. So, thank you guys for joining us. Today, we're going to talk about our Q3 releases for HeavyBid preconstruction. So if you don't know, we have quarterly releases now at HCSS. It's a new initiative for us this year. So we launch updates across all of our product verticals. So estimate operations and fleet on the same day each quarter. So whether you're using HeavyBid or working with multiple HCSS products, this approach is gonna make your life a little easier to just keep track of seeing, you know, what's new, why we built it, and how it can help you in your day to day. So, keep an eye out for these released Emails to make sure you're aware of them and can attend the webinars when they happen And as always, if you can't attend, we'll send this recording afterwards. All right, so let's kick off the webinar with some introductions. My name is Melissa Teague, and I'm the product marketing manager for our estimating products, so HeavyBid and HeavyBid preconstruction. And part of my job is to really understand our customers and know what your day to day looks like and how our products support you. So, that way, I can create the right materials, content, and webinars that will help you get the most use out of our estimated products. And I'll kick it over to Aaron. Yes, thank you, Melissa. My name is Aaron Allshouse. For those of you that don't know me, am the TPM for HeavyBid. Basically, my job is taking your feedback and trying to make HeavyBid as good of a product as we can possibly make it for your particular needs. All right, and without further ado, I'm going to introduce a new face to these quarterly webinars. Erika, take it away. Hello everyone, my name is Erika Vincent, I am the newest member of the team. I am a TPM for precon excuse me, preconstruction. Anything project tracking, I my team and I receive feedback. We work on features in project tracking to make it the best for our customers, users, so they can track their projects and see what they should bid on, what not to bid on in a quick and easy manner. And back to you, Melissa. Thank you all. And so today's agenda is going to be of course talking about the HeavyBid preconstruction Q3 releases. We're also going to give you a glimpse of the new HeavyBid coming in twenty twenty six, which you've probably heard a little bit about. And then we're gonna talk about how you can get a head start even though you're not using the new HeavyBid, how you can get a head start in getting used to that workflow and getting access to HeavyBid preconstruction if you don't already have it. And then we're going to have that followed by a live Q and A. But as always, as you have questions, drop them in the chat and we'll call them out as we go. All right, so we will jump into the releases. Okay. We are focusing on some of the new releases that you will be seeing on the preconstruction side. The slide disappear? Sorry. Other words, so mainly what we're focusing on this time is a couple of changes. The first change that we had made was regarding standardized fields. And this is paving the way for laying the foundation for the standardized names in the fields, and that way we can pull reporting better across all HCSS platforms. Fields like project name, project status, pre con ID, key dates, client owners, and some other ones, you guys will be able to mark them as standardized fields. Those fields will also be non deletable fields. And this is kind of great in the future. So whatever naming convention you're using to name a field, but the minute you choose a standardized field check mark and choose what is the field, in the backend, the system will know. And the mapping in the backend will happen and they'll help in the future. This is one of the features. The next feature that we are also introducing is a checklist enhancement improvement. Cool things that checklist can do now. I'm kinda excited about this feature. I think it's gonna help a lot of people to keep track of their project management, their meetings, their to do dates, because there's gonna be fields where you can add a date, a text field to leave a note to someone or make it market important. Also, the ones using a keyboard can type in a text, hit enter, it's gonna be saved. When you click on the check mark and you complete the task, it's gonna gray out. So visually, you can see those changes quicker. And I'm excited about to show you in a little bit in demo, but this is kind of what the checklist will cover. The next area that we made improvements in pre construction is very important area, it's permissions. We are changing the location where permissions are going to be accessed. Before we were able to make changes in precon, and we were limited to four fields. But now we are making permissions a lot more granular. Users will be able to go in, admins will be able to go in and create groups and assign permissions to the users that they want in that group. And the granularity is gonna be seen within the UI where you can check mark the area that you want that user to be able to see, edit, interact, whichever way you allow them. And I'll show a demo on that too, and it's really exciting. And I'll also ask all admins to go in and kinda go through their groups when this is released, so they make sure that all their users that they want in the groups are in there. And one more improvement that we made, it was to content management. Content management is important part of precon. You're tracking your contacts, you're tracking your companies, you're leaving notes. There are a lot of behind the scenes improvements that we had made, that the search is gonna be easier, that some fields are gonna be easier to be seen. Little things that might not showcase as much today, but a lot of cool improvements in contact management that will make contact management area work faster and better. And shareable based on permissions. So far, everyone will be able to see checklist. But let me show you a little bit more. That was one of the questions kind of popped in. So, I'm gonna share my screen in a second, and I can walk you through and take more questions and make sure the big screen is seen. Okay. Exciting. Here it Erika, we had a question come in. Is there a way when importing contacts to add our company's code number for that contact? Okay. It was in importing contacts, add a code number. Is this the area that maybe a user is referring, the question? In the import of contacts. Yep, right over here. So go ahead cancel out of here. Yep, and then you can see in the import and contacts, and what was the question? Can we import the company's code for that contact? Oh, that's a good question. Company name is a required field. And regarding the company code, I will double check and I will get that answer. Melissa, will you be able to take the user's information so I can respond with all the details? Yes, of course. Awesome, thank you. Got you down, Samantha. Okay, and then Aaron, thank you. Is there any other questions before I go ahead and show the demo? Yes, it looks like we have one other question. Is the checklist shareable based on permissions? Yes, And the checklist now will be seen for all the users that can edit, add, delete project. It's not like shareable where you can send out to someone, but it's shareable that a lot of multiple users that go into projects can make edits to it. And talking about checklist. Let me show you where you can make changes to the checklist and add on checklist. So in the customized projects, under projects, we will go down. We have checklist on the left side. As you can see, you can drag and drop and put it in wherever you want it. When you drop it in, you name it the field. Maybe I'm going to say meeting tasks. It's something that I will use to track my meetings. First, I will add a task. So, after each meeting, maybe I'll have a couple tasks that I will be adding. So, I'm building this out. Let's say I will have two tasks. And then each of the tasks, I want a user to add a date. Maybe it's a to do date or due date. And another field will be my text field. As you can see, once you add one field, you cannot reuse it. And I'm adding text field notes, something important that I want to add. And then you can see now I cannot choose those fields anymore, but I can drag and drop and show the order they will be in. I like the way it looks like. If I just name it correctly, it would be better. And I will save it, save the project. And then once I go into projects, I click on the project that I was working on. I have all the information added. I scroll down. I find my checklist. I already was working on one of the checklist. But this is the checklist that I had created for meeting tasks. And then I named them task one, task two. Let's see there is a meeting going on. I'm taking notes. I make a note that I need to submit documents. Documents for planning. Okay? I make a note. John will have them. Okay? And maybe they are due. They are due. And I'll choose a date. Cool thing, the date calendar will drop down. I can choose a date I want them to be submitted in a week, and also I can choose the time that I want that to be submitted. This looks great, I save it. And I only have one task maybe. Okay, maybe I have a second task. I'll do click on the edit, enter the task, complete meeting notes, hit enter, it saves. Okay. This one is generic. I just wanna make sure I complete meeting notes. It doesn't have to have a due date. Let's say I save it, I come back. After some time, I completed my tasks. I go into the project, and I want to complete the task of completing meeting notes. I check mark, I save, and it's straight out. Just like that. So, this is something that you can use to organize your project tracking, project management, and you can use it in different areas. Any questions regarding checklists? Okay. The We have sorry, Erika. We have one that just came in. It's please confirm there is an import/export feature between Excel and checklists, contact lists, etcetera, so information can be shared with users who do not have permission to modify information within preconstruction. Okay. The- if it comes to checklists being imported, we do not have that feature. But we do have a feature of downloading the project information in the PDF format, which will include whatever a user chooses to, and it will be exported in a PDF document and will be seen. Then does that answer the question? Believe so. But please if it doesn't, let us know. Yeah. And then we have one more that just came in. It says, can we view all tasks across projects in one place by date? Oh, that's a good suggestion. No. Currently, this is only seen within the project itself. And we do not have ascending descending added. Well, we have this little arrow that will help descending, descending added in here. But we do not have it added throughout the whole project list. If you could see, I'm gonna adjust this. Well, I'll save it for now. But we do not have it in here. But we can do show hide columns, and we can add a checklist column, close it. And this one just shows how much has been completed, which I need to double check why it's showing one hundred. Yeah, but it does not show a date. So, thank you for that suggestion. That's something for us to think about in the future when we're making these improvements to add more things. And so whenever you guys have any suggestions, please do let us know, email, and my contact information will be on next, on the further slides. Another part I wanted to showcase, if there's no more questions. Have one more question, but then I think we will need to move forward with the next aspect here. And that is just, will that checklist feed back to Outlook? No. No, it will not. Okay. But it might be in the future if that is a well requested feature. You never know. To the standardized fields. As I mentioned, I wanted to cover that. Standardized fields are gonna be in customized projects area. Project name is one of the fields that will be standardized. All you have to do is click standardized field and choose what this field is. Since it's a project name, we choose a name. Here's another example for a job site, a location. You could name it whatever you want. You could say job site. You could say location. You could say map. If you choose standardized, it will be mapped to location right away. So that way the system will know in the future that this is what the field is that is tracking location. Another area that is standardized is, let me show you right here, is project status. We can standardize the project status. So, we click standardized field. These are pre build values that we have in, and you can add more of them. If I click standardized, at the bottom, I wanna choose that it is for status. And then I can map them out. Now the system mapped it, but sometimes you will choose to. So we have perspective work, map to perspective work, change of order, and so on. These are the standardized fields. And all you have to do is click the standardized field checkmark and choose what it is. One note that there can be two owners chosen as standardized fields. So if you have owner one, owner two, only owner one can be allowed to be as a standardized field. You will receive an error note in this area that will let you know if you by selected two fields that would be standardized. So, that's a little bit on standardized. Any questions before I move on to permissions? Nope. We're good to move on. Okay. And then permissions, permissions. Permissions, you can access from the top right corner. There is the hammer and screwdriver icon. You click on user permissions. Before this release, user permissions looked like this. They were on precon. We got check marks for check marks. Now, user permissions take you to a new page, HCSS credentials. Under groups, you can see under HeavyBid precon, it by default goes there, but just in case if it doesn't, we have to be on this tab. These are the permission groups that will come pre built. There will be three of them. There'll be admin, there'll be read only, and user. Some other ones might transfer over during migration, and others you can create by adding new access group. You can see quickly what each permission, each user, which is eleven, has, what permissions they have. So you can see quickly without going into that admin has permissions to everything. If you look at the read only group, you can see that only has one permission in each category. Let's say you want to make changes who are your users in the read only. You click on the read only. You go on the left side, there's selected users. And you can see who those people are. You can assign new users from your list by clicking on the check mark, or you're searching for that person in your list. And then you click check mark and click update. That would assign the user. Let's say you have a selected user in this group, Harry Smith, and you don't want Harry to be in the read only group. Maybe you want Harry to be in a different group. So you can assign them to a different group or you create a new group. I'll quickly show what this group would be. Let's say this is see nothing group, maybe. You name the group, and that's required. You go in, and then you can just make sure that they can see only contacts. If you click on read contact, more check marks pop up that you can select. As you can see before, only one was possible to be check marked. You click on that, the other ones. Edit contact. Okay, if you can click on edit contact, well, if a user can edit contact, they can add contact. Okay. I like these permissions. Maybe I wanna go back and change the name. Maybe just contact you contact managers. And now I go in and then I sign the user. Kyle, Johnson, Erika, whoever you want to add. And you add a person, and then you create. And now we have a new admin user group, which I named contact managers, and it has one assigned user, Kyle, in there. And then you can also quickly see what permissions Kyle has that has these permissions and contacts. So, this this is a quick overview. Admins can go in and make all these changes, create all the groups. And my biggest call is once this goes live, I would like admins to go through their groups, through their users, and see what permissions the people in your company can access the software and what they can see. So that is it. Erika, we have one question that came in. They'd like to know, can free users view or edit the custom fields that are created by a paid user? Free users. By a paid user. I will have to get back to that one. I don't want to give a wrong information. So, Melissa, can you get the user's name and I'll email them back with all information? Got it. Thank you, Erika. Thank you. And that is it on permissions. If there's no other questions, I'll stop sharing and let Aaron talk about more exciting news. I don't know if I call it more exciting, but we can definitely talk about some HeavyBid. So I want to start with talking about the road maps. Basically, what are we doing with HeavyBid? Everyone should be aware that we have a twenty five point zero release out in the wild right now. But one of the things that we're going be doing in Q4 is releasing HeavyBid two thousand twenty five point one that will be coming out mid November. Some of the things that we're going to be building in or releasing as part of that two thousand and twenty five point one update is the ability to utilize the quick price sheet in precon to automate your estimate creation. This is going to help reduce repetitive import actions. So if you import it into quick pricing, you don't have to re import it into HeavyBid. So that will speed up the time it takes to get started with an estimate. We're also tying that into the bid item code book. So if you take the time to build your quick price sheet, you can also make use of the automations tying your activities to your bid item code book to quickly and efficiently build your estimate. We're also going to be using the precon ID as the estimate code when creating a bid from from precon, which drives home that ability to quickly take information you have already entered to reduce the number of repetitive keystrokes it takes to create a bid. We're also going to be making improvements to non use hours in your production history calculations. So if you use the non use codes in HeavyJob, we're going to allow you to filter out those non use hours in production history, giving you more granular control, and that will help drive better reporting on how your jobs are being built in the field. One of the other main aspects of twenty five point one is we're going to be taking advantage of the new online proposal engine to help generate proposals. This is giving you the ability or giving our current desktop users the ability to take advantage of new tools we're building for the web and gain an improved user experience, especially in that proposal generation aspect. Now, there are a host of other other functions, features and improvements that we are making to twenty five point one. I see a few familiar faces. There are a couple customer requests for some of y'all specifically in in this webinar here. As a friendly PSA, HeavyBid twenty twenty six, if you attended UGMs of the last the last year, as well as some of our previous webinars, this should not be new information. But if it is, we are sunsetting the the classic export to accounting in HeavyBid two thousand twenty six point zero. If you have not already converted to the new export to accounting, or if you've not already converted, please contact support to get that process started. Now, without further ado, a glimpse at what we have coming in twenty twenty six. So the rumors are true. There is a new generation of HeavyBid. It is real. To give you an insight into our vision, we want to provide a unified platform that aligns all aspects of the pre construction phase, from tracking potential work, estimates, analysis tools, and providing you those tools to build more of the right work in less time. Now, what does that future look like? Well, while HeavyBid estimates will continue to provide you the tools that you know and love, we're taking the time to reimagine what we can do to provide you greater flexibility in how you estimate. Providing multiple different ways to view and build your estimate, ranging from the traditional pay item format, the WBS format, whether you're building it by your estimator, filtering your items down by your estimator, building your bid by the scope of work, or any combination of the above. We're giving you the ability to build the estimate not only the way the owner wants to see it, but also how you logically want to build it and do all of it within the same estimate. For a company that runs one of the one of the questions that came in for a company that runs hybrid for HeavyJob, how does this change how jobs are transferred? So the function of sending a job from the web version of HeavyBid to HeavyJob, we are going to be focusing on getting that data from the web version of HeavyBid to the web version of HeavyJob. The next question is HeavyBid twenty twenty six only web? The answer to that is absolutely not. There will one hundred percent be a desktop release of HeavyBid twenty twenty six, and not only just for twenty twenty six, but for several years to come. Now, continuing on with some of the other things that we've been focusing on is so the next question was same features and functions you're referring to. The functions we are we are talking about here are strictly for the web version. The functions we talked about with HeavyBid two thousand twenty five point one, those will be coming into the desktop release. So with collaboration, we wanted to make collaboration a focus in the new platform. So one of the big aspects is you're going to be able to participate in live collaboration by seeing who is in your estimate in real time, as well as being able to see where they are and what they are doing in the estimate, again in real time to allow you to better work with your fellow estimators and efficiently build estimates. Along with that seamless collaboration is a robust audit trail. The audit trail is essential to being able to accurately see what changes were made in an estimate and what the result of those changes were. The way that we have built HeavyBid is on an event driven architecture, and that keeps track of all changes made to that estimate, while also being able to give you the tools to view any estimate at any point in time. Part of that event driven architecture also allows us to do certain things that we that we have not previously done. Some fun tools such as an undo and a redo button. Next slide, please. Alright. While coming up with the new platform, probably the either the highest or probably second highest item that we that we have been focusing on is speed. So speed is of the utmost importance. Part of driving that story forward is focusing on real time calculations. Making any change in your estimate will automatically recalculate your estimate totals, allowing you to see how your single changes will affect the entire estimate at any point in the estimating process. Okay, Aaron, we did have a question come through. It says, since there will be disparity in features between HeavyBid desktop and web, Will there be a way for desktop estimates to be uploaded to the web to take advantage of web features? So that is part of the discussion process. We're going to talk a little bit about that when we get to roadmaps. But but believe that was Jason. Yeah, Jason, that is definitely something we are discussing. And then Jason Khan, yes, we'll be talking about roadmap. We're going to get to that here in just a couple of minutes. And then next slide, please. All right. The other aspect is we want to make it easier to estimate wherever you happen to be. So accessibility was also a main concern when we built the new online version of HeavyBid. Moving to the web allows us to free our users from the constraints of being tied to a server. We don't have to have a workstation connected to that server. We don't have to rely on a slower unreliable VPN or backing up and restoring data between the network and the standalone. All you need to do is have a computer, whether that's Mac or Windows, and log in to HeavyBid dot com. And you'll be able to continue estimating from anywhere. Okay, Aaron, we have one more quick question. Sure. Charlie wants to know, will users be required to use pre construction or in order to create new estimates within HeavyBid? Or will you be able to generate estimates within HeavyBid natively? So that is a bit of a loaded question, Charlie. I'll do my best to answer it, but I'm happy to have a call offline to discuss further. Will users be required to use preconstruction in order to create new estimates within HeavyBid? For the desktop, the answer to that is no. For the web version of estimates, the answer to that is yes. We are building a platform and the project cycle or the project phase of that is what will event what will become your your estimate info screen. That is where you're putting all of your estimate information. That's where you're going to be tying all of your requirements, all of your documentation, your takeoff files, all of that's going to be stored in the project. Let's see. Also, will pre construction continue being offered for free once users are migrated to twenty twenty six HeavyBid or just temporarily during the transition? So I want to take a moment to take a step forward. The idea here is that we are not migrating users in twenty twenty six. We are going to be building that migration path in twenty twenty six. But the idea is that users will not begin migrating from the desktop to the web version of HeavyBid until twenty twenty seven. And Jason, for WBS features, I don't have anything to present specifically for today's webinar, but I'm happy to get on a call with you afterwards and we can walk through the through those new features. I think you'll I think you'll like them. Alright, so Roadmaps. Where are we with the roadmaps? We kind of gave a sneak peek in that in the fact that in twenty twenty six, we're going to be building the migration pipeline. But taking a little bit of a step back from twenty twenty six, let's focus on the rest of twenty twenty five. So what are we doing in twenty twenty five? Melissa, if you would go to the next slide, please. Well, in this quarter, so what do I mean by this quarter? I mean July through the end of September, so the end of end of next month, we are building rate sets. What are rate sets? Well, you use HeavyJob, HeavyJob web, you are familiar with what rate sets are. And that is where I can tie a rate to a specific labor, equipment, or other resource. We're taking a slightly nontraditional approach to how we are handling rates within HeavyBid. In HeavyBid Desktop, you have your multiple master estimates. That's the primary reason for having those multiple master estimates, is to account for different labor rates. Now there are other reasons to have a different master, but that is the primary driver. Within our libraries, we are giving you the ability to tie an unlimited number of rate sets, especially labor and equipment, to those to your main labor and equipment library list. That way when you set up your crew library, you're pulling from the same labor and equipment list as you would for every single crew. You're going to take that crew and you can attach it to your activities as well as to your pay items or your WBS library. This is going to create a one stop solution for all of your managing and maintaining of your system wide data versus having to jump between master estimates to maintain different sets of data. Assemblies. We talked about being able to tie your crews to your activities. Well, that's also what we're building this quarter is being able to make that relationship between your resources. So your labor, your equipment, your material subs, other resources, tying them into crews, tying them into activities and keep going up up and up that ladder into pay items into a WBS library so that when I am building my estimate, I can draw from any level of detail to build out my estimate using previously defined scopes of work. And that leads us into the last item with the WBS library. The WBS library is kind of part of the culmination of building all of those different automations and assemblies With the WBS library, the way we focus in the pay item library on owners items and DOT items, we're going to give you that same functionality for your own private work items. Usually companies that do private work, they will have their own private list of scopes of work. This will allow you to not only have your owners items and your DOT items, but also your private structure codes. And you can tie those together with your pay items to create a singular flow. Now, this was mentioned earlier in the webinar, but part of what we've also built is the export to Excel. For anyone who's used HeavyBid desktop, the ability to right click in any grid and send that data to Excel is a critical component. And customers are very, very vocal about wanting that feature to come forward. Now, it is a little bit of a different aspect between sending data from a desktop application to another desktop application versus a web application to a desktop application. However, we've been able to make it work and make it work seamlessly. So in any grid that you're going to have in the web version, you're also gonna be able to right click and in that right click menu, there is an export with a send to Excel. You'll be able to send it out as either a CSV file or an XLSX file. And then last but not least, we're still building quotes. So just like in HeavyBid desktop, we have a very robust quote tool. We are rebuilding that that tool. Part of what we're focusing on in Q3 is being able to track vendor responses for material quotes, as well as take those responses, take those quoted prices and feed them back into the estimate. So I select my vendor and that vendor's price goes back into my estimate. That is the critical and defining piece to the quote system. So we want to make sure that functionality is maintained and brought in to the new version of HeavyBid. Now, jumping ahead into Q4. So, what are we going to be wrapping up the year with? Aaron, we did have a question that just came in related to Q3. They want know, will WBS library be a separate code book similar to an activity code book, or is it treated more like a library estimate? That is an excellent question. The answer to that is both. What do I mean by that? So will we be able to will it be treated as a separate code? But the answer to that is yes. So in the library, you're going to have a list of your different your different libraries. So you've got pay out and you've got activity, you've got your labor, your equipment, your resource libraries, your crew library, You've got all of your lists of libraries. You're also going to have one for WBS. With that WBS, you're going to be able to tie activities to your WBS structure codes. Now, anyone unfamiliar with what a library estimate is, a library estimate is basically nothing more than an estimate you're never going to submit, but it holds a collection of pay items or bid items as well as completed activities. Those activities have crews and productions and rates and basically everything else that you might need to build out an activity. You can take that library item and tie it to your bid item codebook that bypasses the the the five activity limit in the bid item code book. Well, in the online version, you're going to be able to load an unlimited number of activities into your pay item library as well as your WBS library. But you'll also have the ability to tie that WBS code back into the pay item library. So if you want to set up your automations or your or I'm sorry, your assemblies at once, you can do that in the WBS library, tie that WBS code back into the pay item library. Now, when I bring in my owners items, I get the assembly information. So I get all of that information from my library back into my estimate. But that also builds the WBS structure for me in the estimate, allowing me the ability, as we talked about earlier, to view the information in the way that I want to and build my estimate in the way that makes sense to me. We've all been down that road where the owners pay item structure, while I have to submit it in that format is not the way that I would build an estimate or the way that I would estimate this project. With WBS, I can do that. So I can switch to my WBS view, build the estimate in the way that makes sense to me and my company, Flip it back to the pay item view and submit it. Submit my pay items to my owner in the way that they want to see it and everybody's happy. So Jason, to answer your question, we'll be able to do both. Now, moving on to Q4. So basically, are we wrapping up the year with? The first item is the copy from estimate. So what do I mean by that? In HeavyBid desktop, we have the ability to take a completed pay item or activity from one from one estimate and copy it to another. Well, that is something that is a function that is extremely heavily used. And we're going to be taking that same approach in web now, with web being browser based, that kind of opens the floodgates for us to be able to get very creative and how we build out that copy function. So we're looking at different aspects on how we do that. Are we going to just give you a general search of basically being able to search across your entire platform for pay items, for WBS structure codes, for activities, for resources, find that item and then simply open up another tab and drag and drop. That's something we are definitely exploring. And I think that would allow greater customizability as far as what you send over and when you send over. With reporting. Everybody loves a good report. So we want to be able to provide your stakeholders with the reports they know and love. So we're going to be looking at the cost report, we're going to be looking at pricing level reports, and we're going to be looking at estimate total reports to build out in in Q4, so that users that are building a bid can download those reports as a PDF, attach them to the project, and send them off to whoever's whoever the stakeholders are so they can get a bird's eye view of what's in the bid without having to do a deep dive into the estimate. And then we're going to be building out permissions. Permissions are basically just going to give us a little more granular control over who has access to what in the new platform. Erika gave an excellent demos demonstration earlier on some of the more granular controls that we'll be doing. In q4, we're going to be basically continuing on in that path and providing access level controls, the view and edit access into the estimates module as well as the libraries module. Now, we've spent the better part of the last year building out all these different aspects, all these new features and project tracking, building, rebuilding a quote system from scratch, building an estimating platform from scratch. We've got all these brand new functions and features, we're going to take a little bit of time and we're going to clean up some of that workflow to make it just that much better for you. And then finally, with quotes, we want the ability to send material pricing requests. So what do I mean by that? For anyone who has used HeavyBid Desktop, that's your invitation to bid, that's your vendor solicitation. We want to be able to send a request for a quote to a supplier. So that's what we'll be working on in q4. Now, the future of HeavyBid. How does it get, how does it get going? Well, the future of HeavyBid is currently pre construction plus HeavyBid. Now, the next version of HeavyBid is coming in twenty twenty six. We've talked about that here, but we're going to be combining the best of both worlds with our precon module, as well as taking the tools that you know and love from HeavyBid Desktop and bringing them to the web. We're gonna be focusing on bid management, cost estimating, estimate insights, and bid proposals. So this is bigger than just building the estimate. It's owning the full estimating lifecycle from the go no/go decision all the way to winning the bid. We want to build that out to provide you a single source of truth. Now, believe I saw one more question come up. Will the web version still have the ability to send an estimate out to MS Project or Power Project or P6 for scheduling? So the answer to that is yes, we are going to be building out the integrations with MS Project and P6. That is on the to do list. I do not have a firm quarter on when when we are planning to do this. I'm not gonna commit to a time frame, but the answer to that is absolutely yes. We are going to we are gonna build that integration. So how do you get started with the future of HeavyBid? Well, simple answer is use Precon. Using Precon will allow you to basically get a bird's eye view on how we are building workflows for the future. And as some of the Jason, is duly noted. The question was, when you do, please map the WBS code out to the WBS columns. Jason and are making a mental note of that right now and we will one hundred percent make sure that that is part of the discussion. But when it comes to precon, getting started as others have mentioned in this webinar, it is completely free. You do not have to call into sales, you do not have to sign an invoice to do all of this. You call up support, they turn it on for you, you can set up your users with access based on the way that Erika showed a little bit earlier. Now, Erika gave a much more detailed explanation of what Precon has to offer. But Melissa, if you go to the next slide for me and go to one more slide. What does precon offer? Basically, it's going to allow you to track your incoming projects. It allows you to capture your key details. So all of those customizable fields that Erika showed earlier, as far as what you can customize in the project, you can set that up to your heart's content. If you want to just track the the project code and name, you can do that. We have customers that have Erika, correct me if I'm wrong, we have like eighty required fields for some customers, where they get extremely detailed in what information they want to capture. So it's really up to you on what detail you want. Within the project tracking system, you get the ability to run analytics and decide what to bid. So you can look at your past projects, you can look at information related to that past project to help you make better, more informed decisions on what projects to go after, what to spend the time to bid on. And then you take that information and you bring it into HeavyBid and you do what you do best in HeavyBid and that is win. So that being said, there's no reason to not use it. So, as I said a minute ago, turn it on, call support 855-231-7876, contact support at support@hcss.com. I know everybody here loves support. They're 24/7, they're 365. They will be more than happy to help get you set up using pre construction. Now, how else can we learn about precon? Well, use the Academy. Support, other TPMs, other PMs have curated over the years to provide you instructional videos on how to get started and how to use more or less any function within within any of the products. So it'll teach you how to turn on HeavyBid Precon. It'll teach you how to connect HeavyBid to Precon, and it will do an excellent job of going over some of Precon's basic functions and features. So we've got about five minutes left. I'd like to open the floor up to just a couple a couple follow-up questions. So if there's any any questions here, we'll do our best to answer them. But as you see on the on the screen here, these are our emails. We are more than happy to connect with anybody here. Anybody wanting to get on a call, shoot us an email. We'd be happy to schedule a call and discuss anything you want. And I just want to add all the I got all the questions written down, and then I will connect with everyone, to show more in-depth, maybe what I answered and what I didn't answer. And thank you so much for all those questions and suggestions too. It's really helpful. Now I can go to our development team and ask, you know, can we do this for our users? We have one question that just came in. What is the difference between desktop version versus cloud version? Will the cloud application be replaced by the web version mentioned as well? So for anyone unfamiliar, HCSS offers a cloud hosted solution. So what do I mean by that? With the desktop version, you have two choices. You can either host your own server, so your company maintains a server and you store HeavyBid on that server and allow it to connect to the different workstations amongst your office. Or you can have HeavyBid host your server and house your HeavyBid system, allowing you to basically go in through a Windows RDP session, a remote desktop session, or connect through a browser to log in to HeavyBid on our cloud environment. But the end result gives you access to the HeavyBid desktop application. Thank you, Aaron. We have one more question. It says there's some disparity between classic export to accounting versus new export to accounting. So will those differences be resolved before sunsetting classic export? Jason, there should be no disparity between the classic and the new. If anything, the new version has significantly more options and customizability than the classic. So if we are missing something, please shoot me an email or give me a call and we will example would be the alternate description for cost codes. I'm pretty sure we do that, but I will confirm and I'll get back to you. If that is something we are missing, we will one hundred percent put it in the software. Great. Thanks, Aaron. Another question is, when will the RDP login be replaced by the Citrix login? I do not have an answer for that. But Jeff, I will Melissa, if you would get his email, I will connect with Fabian. I will get a firm date for you and I will follow-up with you. All right. I'm not seeing any additional questions. So I just want to take the time. I want to thank everybody for joining us for today's webinar. Again, you see our emails on the board. If you have any questions, comments, concerns, please don't hesitate to email us. But with that being said, have a great rest of your day. And if I don't hear from you, enjoy your weekend. Thanks, everyone.
