All right, let's go ahead and get started. I'm Sara Chiu, I'm the Product Marketing Manager here at HCSS, and welcome to our monthly HeavyJob webinar. And again, the last one of the year. We'll a break for November, December for those holiday months, but we'll be back in January. And hopefully we'll see you in person at UGM, which is in February. If you haven't already, feel free to scan the code to register. I think we have a couple of deals either now or coming up throughout the end of the year. So look out for those deals so that you can purchase your tickets and register online. We hope to see you all in person in Houston in February. All right, I believe Adam mentioned before, feel free to type in your questions into a the Q and A box and we'll answer them live here. We have a couple people in the back end who will be typing in their answers and if not we'll answer them live during the webinar. The topics we have today are Resource Planner, Job Tag Integration, We also have HCSS myField web reports and settings in HeavyJob. And then finally, we have field agent. So I'll go ahead and hand it off. Here's job tags with Jonathan Knudson. Alright. Thank you, Sara. So I'm gonna be talking about our resource planner functionality today. First off is our job tags, which as the summary describes, allows us to sync our job tags seamlessly from HeavyJob to allow easy filtering of jobs we need to schedule in Resource Planner. Now as as we've checked in the back end, not everyone is using job tags. So I wanted to talk a little bit about how that works in HeavyJob. Even though the end result of this work is going to be in Resource Planner, I wanted to talk about how you can set those up. So first, what is a job tag? This is one of those sleeper features that can make your work flow so much easier. They basically make long list of jobs manageable in HeavyJob reports and time cards and now in Resource Planner. So you can create them in the UI within HeavyJob.com as you see here on the left, or you can use our API integrations or DIS to bring over those from your accounting system. You can see here in our list, we've got some great examples, but what I've seen most is people use them to define, you know, who's the project manager on this job? Or if I have multiple project managers, I can add multiple tags for that. What region are these jobs in? Who is the owner? You know, if we've got the same owner for multiple jobs and we wanna run reports just on those jobs, it can be great for that. But just keep in mind, you can add as many as you want. As you can see here on the left, it is under the setup menu, so more of an admin style operation. But if you go to setup and expand the job section, you'll see those setup filters, and the first tab on that is your job tags. So whether you're calling them a tag or a setup filter, it basically works the same way. So your entire list that you see here that you have set up for, you know, whatever grouping you like, you'll now see that in resource planner under the main schedule, the daily schedule. When you pop open a job, you will see those tags, see which tags are assigned. But just makes it a lot easier, you know, if you're scheduling for a specific region or for a specific project manager. However you wanna slice up that work, those job tags will make those workflows that much easier. So this one is still in progress, so I don't have much to show you in Resource Planner today. But just know that we're gonna set those up in HeavyJob, and that full list will carry over. So next up, I want to talk a little bit about our equipment moves work that we've been doing as well, and we will have a live demo for this one. If we can go to the next slide. Oh, wait. I've got control over that. Okay. So this is another exciting feature that we've been working on. We want to basically allow users to assign a lowboy driver for equipment moves and mobilization. Of course, you know, in Resource Planner, we've been able to create a need or an assignment for the actual piece of equipment, move it from one job to another. But now this makes actually scheduling that large equipment that much easier. So the features that I'm gonna demo for you guys is basically easily indicate whether an assignment requires an equipment move or not, then view the driver availability to schedule the best driver. We do allow you to overlap that schedule if needed, but it's great. We can filter down on availability to see who's, you know, in the best spot to make that move, and the ability to export equipment move schedules to send to those assigned drivers. So we do have some follow-up items planned for this, text assignments to our drivers, but we also want your feedback on this. So whether you're in a trial of Resource Planner or a full on user, we're gonna have this feature released next week and would love to hear your feedback about it. So I have changed my name here to my email. I'll be your contact for resource planner going into 2027. So if we haven't met, please let me know, and we'll set up a meeting to talk about it. So I do want to present a little bit and do some demoing here. So let me get that going real quick. Okay. Alright. I'm gonna share my screen. So as some of you are familiar, this is Resource Planner's main schedule view. I do have it set to schedule by site or job, and I'm gonna take a look at my Alabama job today. So first thing I need to do if I want to assign an equipment move is I need to create a needs request. So I can either do that by right clicking here on the title of my job in the Gantt chart, or I can just click here on the green button to start that needs and assignment. So first off, I want to select a job. I've got my Alabama job pulled up already. So that's the the site in mind, and I need to select a resource as well. So this will be my equipment resource that I need to have moved. So I'm gonna pick from my available resources, but you can see there, I also see my unavailable ones. And that workflow may be, you know, familiar to some of you. The new part here is now that I've selected my resource, I have low lowboy transport needed as a drop down. And I can pick not specified, yes or no. For the purpose of this demo, I'm gonna select yes, and you can set when that equipment is needed by, what time it's needed, and you can see here there's a driver section which we'll assign in the next screen. But first things first, I'm just creating this needs and assignment and specifying that I do need a lowboy driver. So after I've saved, I'm gonna hop over here to the equipment transfers tab, and you can pick a date range of up to two days. So I'm gonna pick today and tomorrow since I actually scheduled that out for the thirtieth. And what you can see is all of your existing scheduled drivers for those equipment transfers. And these blue indicators will show you where they're scheduled for the day. Now keep in mind that you can schedule multiple transfers, and you can even double book if needed. But, you know, we try and show you what's available or not. So there's no overlaps, but we do allow you that flexibility. So you can see this driver has two scheduled moves while these other ones just have one. And then up here are the unassigned moves. If I scroll down, I can see the ones that I created this morning for the Alabama job. So if I double click on those, then I get into my actual equipment transfer screen where I can assign a lowboy driver. And once again, you know, same thing with equipment and drivers. I can see, you know, all of those. I have filters that I can filter the list, but typically, you're picking from your available drivers. I can pick an origin job. If they're starting from a specific job, that's not necessarily always the case, but destination job is going to be the one that I selected in in my needs there. And keep in mind too that when you select these jobs, we populate the address that's on file. But if you have, you know, a specific area of the job, you know, say this user was actually coming to, you know, Dock 23, I could add that to the address there. I can modify the existing address, or I can pop open this map and and show that, hey. You know, this is the the actual location of the job, but I actually need the driver to drop the equipment here and save that change. And as soon as I create the actual equipment move, then that populates down in my transport driver section. So lots of other options built into this feature, but that's the overall functionality. We're really excited to see you guys try this out in the wild, see how it's working for you, and provide feedback if needed. So we'd love to hear what's working, what areas can be improved, and just hear more about the the use cases that you guys are are able to tackle with this. So So we got a couple questions for you, John. Yeah. As the Q and A bounces around. Alright. From Julia. Hi, Julia. Will we be able to assign free form assignments to drivers other than equipment? Or is it for now just starting out with designated things on the equipment list? Yeah. So we're starting out with, you know, designated from the equipment list. Definitely would love to talk to you more about what kind of free form assignments you're looking for. You know, right now, it's... The needs requests are kind of created with a certain job in mind, but I'm thinking maybe you want to go to different locations or pick up things other than equipment so we can chat more about that as well. Nice. And then Jesse's asking, what is the timeline for Resource Planner being available for enterprise? That's actually... I know the answer to this one. That's very soon. Yes. We we book it up. So reach out to either your local salesperson or your customer success rep, and they will be able to help you out with that. And by all means, you can call them today if you want to. Like, they're they're they're... Love to talk to you. But let them know that you're interested in it because we say very soon. We mean, like, we mean, like, imminently. It will not be this month, but this month has, like, two days left in it. So it it is quite imminent outside of October. Just just saying that. Alright. And another question about future functionality from Julie. Hi, Julie. Is there a timeline for integration from HeavyBid to Resource Planner, John? So, like, where where does that stand about being able to pull in? Basically, you're you're done with the job in HeavyBid. You've won the bid and you want to push it out and say, based off of the scheduling feature in HeavyBid, which I want to say almost not a lot of people use. But if you are using it, if you are using the scheduling feature in HeavyBid, you wanna send over those resource needs into HeavyJob. Yeah. So we love this idea overall. To Adam's point, not too many people actually use the scheduling part of HeavyBid desktop. So, you know, we're investigating why that is. You know, is there room for improvement? Are people actually doing that scheduling in a different piece of software that they'd want to bring over to Resource Planner before they bring directly from HeavyBid. So actively looking into this. HeavyBid has a lot of stuff on their plate. We'll probably pull this from HeavyBid Web, but, of course, they're working on the estimator agent and a lot of other really great features that they're releasing all the time for HeavyBid Web. So we'll keep you posted on this. We would need to coordinate between the two pieces of software and, you know, have some more conversations with you guys to make sure we're hitting the nail on the head. Alright. Last question for the moment. There's there's more, but there's last question for the moment before we'll we'll move over to Emily for for a few minutes. Will this topic have a class at UGM? And Yes. Absolutely. We have some resource planner classes scheduled. We will try and work in all the new features as best we can. So we're in the process of getting those classes planned out. But, yeah, I hope to see you guys at UGM so we can talk more about it. Sounds good. Owen, we haven't answered the most important question from Michael Mugford. What is your favorite Halloween movie? We're gonna save that for the end of the webinar. Oh, okay. Yeah. Well, let's let's give everybody a chance to to think of their favorite Halloween movies. Yeah. Alright. Moving on to the next topic. Sounds good. We have HCSS myField with Emily. Alright. Thank you very much. So generally, Cassie is going to present this as she is the TPM for HCSS myField. But I am standing in for her today. And we've got some exciting progress to share with you guys. HCSS myField is moving into HeavyJob. So right now, we're working on migrating reports and settings into HeavyJob. As you'll see on the right, HCSS myField that you know and love. And on the next slide, show you some of the progress. So you'll find your preferences for HCSS myField in the same area as your preferences for HeavyJob. We're just adding a new tab for all the HCSS myField settings. And we've got reports. So there's going to be a new section in your reports on your left nav that are just HCSS myField reports. We're moving them in, adding some new functionality, some better grids with good grouping, and just a better way for you to view your data. And you won't have to go back and forth between HeavyJob and HCSS myField Manager to get it. That's not out yet, but we're aiming to have that in q one, ideally by UGM, but you'll get further updates on that. And that's that's all for HCSS myField. Got a got a thank you from a thank you from Sara for this. Yeah. The real purpose... And obviously, not... It's not all of HCSS myField. It's the web portions of HCSS myField. And, obviously, HCSS myField is a very valuable app for your members of your crew that are using it right now. And we continue to add functionality both on the free side of HCSS myField and the paid side of HCSS myField. So I would encourage you. Doesn't cost anything to to have your guys try it out. There's a lot of value there even if you're not on the paid side. There's a lot of value that they can have in terms of checking their hours and signing their time cards and seeing their schedules coming from Resource Planner, stuff like that. So, the app obviously is its own separate thing in mobile, but it just didn't make a lot of sense from the standpoint of keeping things as its own separate bar up there. You can see HCSS myField up there. It was wasting space up there. We got new things we wanna build for y'all, and, you know, you only have so much room. So moving the reports and the preferences in the HeavyJob just made a lot of sense for us to do it that way. So sounds good. Alright. Onto you. Yes. Alright. Let's go ahead and take a look. So we're gonna and, Sara, I'm gonna start showing my screen, if that's okay. Yep. Feel free. Bear. Replace. And y'all see my screen. It looks black to me. Alright. This is always the fun with our mobile app and trying to get it. Alright. I thought this might be a problem. So we're actually going to go back out. I do apologize. We we are gonna go one more try with something different, and I do apologize for the comic nature of what I am about to do. However, this is what we have available to us. Alright? So there's a reason for the fun stuff I'm going to do. Field Agent is a new AI agent that we have coming out next year. It is not out imminently. We are trying to get it in the hands of a few people out in the field right now. But it is coming out next year, early next year. And the goal behind it is to kinda change and offer another option for your guys out in the field for recording their information, for the foreman out in the field recording their information. And because of that, I need the voice functionality on my iPad to work. And for the voice functionality on my iPad to work, the iPad itself cannot be connected to a meeting. And so that is what we are discovering. It makes it very hard to demo this particular feature. So this is where the humorous nature of my display comes in. So we are going to share this. Alright. Now can you see my Google Meet screen, guys? Yes. Awesome. Alright. Did have a backup plan here. Well, that's not gonna work. We gotta... Is it gonna adjust for me? Okay. The mobile app. I'm sorry, guys. I know this is horrible. I I recognize that. But it is Halloween. Alright? We have our diary. We have our photos. We have our time card. And I'm gonna very briefly I'm gonna very briefly talk and prove that this is working and talk, and then I'm gonna switch over to something that's a lot easier for me to see. Alright? So tell me about your day. Well, I'm gonna tell you about my day. So, Bob, Frank, and I, and... Shoot. I think it was John. Yeah. John's here. He's right over there. We got to work at 6AM. ****. Shoot. Put in a ten hour day working on excavating. Did what? Let's call it a thousand cubic yards. Started the day with a safety meeting and then of what we just cover in basics on working with the equipment, making sure we don't get hurt, making sure everybody had proper PPE. Took a lunch at 10AM for about thirty minutes. Mark us down for the, what, eight hours of regular, two hours of overtime. Give everybody per diem for the day. And you know what? What else? Oh, weather. It's been, it's actually been quite tolerable out here. Ground's been good from the rain a couple days ago and it has not been 100 degrees for the first time in what feels like years. So, we're enjoying weather right now. So, alright. I'm gonna hit send on that. And while that is happening, we're done with the voice portion of this. So we are going to I'm gonna... How am I stopping this? There we go. We are going to hang up the call there. And instead, we are going to join the meeting from the iPad, which will disable voice, but at least it will not be humorously me holding this up for y'all. And here we go. Share screen. Alright. So you'll notice first thing it did is it's gonna start asking me when I said Bob was working there. And so I'm able to just choose which Bob that was there from the employee list, and it's gonna go ahead and add Bob onto the time card. Hold up. It's thinking, and it's done that. It's gonna continue. It's gonna ask me other questions. And, obviously, this is still very much... It is not ready for primetime yet, but it is ready for y'all to see where we're going with certain things. Said John as well, and, obviously, we have a lot of Johns on this particular employee list. And in the future, what it's gonna be able to do is actually pull the John that was working on your crew yesterday. So that is something that is coming very soon. Right now, it's just giving me everything off the employee list and saying, of these Johns is it? But what's nice about this is it's gonna be able to use some of that AI thinking and say, instead of me asking you which John, it's gonna look at yesterday's time card and say, okay. This is the crew they were working with yesterday. It's probably the same guys, but I can come in here and I can choose which John I want, and it will add them on there. It's got in the hours. It's put them there correctly, speaking in nice vernacular that I was using. It's got the production quantity. It's even got the schedules, and it's noticing that there is some issues there with what I said, and so it's gonna allow me to actually come in here and make changes as needed to the schedule. It gives me the option. I can very quickly move between my diary and my time card. It notes that it actually pulled the weather from the... If I'd use the used location and then added on the additional things that I said about the weather directly there into the weather box. It's automatically grabbed tags based off of what I said. So in this particular company that we have, obviously, tags are fully customized. There is a tag for safety meetings. There's a tag for dredging and excavating. And then it added notes over here. And, obviously, what we're gonna be doing our best to is actually adding the notes related to the safety meeting into the safety meeting field. So very quickly, we've created a diary and a time card from me talking for about thirty seconds and holding a camera up to my iPad as I was doing it. It's a little weird, but sorry about that. We've also added in the... It has that a for cost adjustments. We've added in our per diem there. The goal with this is not to create something that just sends immediately. Alright? It is not the foreman talking in it. We... Who knows? Three years from now, we could be there. It could all be so perfect and wonderful that the foreman is just talking into their phone and it understands perfectly. It gets everything correct the first time. You never have to worry about it and it sends it off. That is not where we're at today. That's not where we want to be at today, okay? Right now, we want to be at the point of let's just rethink what we're doing here. We have a very nice, easy to use time card that we've enjoyed for a long time. But what if we could make it a little bit easier? What if we could make onboarding for your new foreman a little bit easier? And you tell them, hey. Just talk into talk into the field agent, and they will... And it will understand 90, 95% of what you're saying, and it will put it into the right spot in general. We still need you to look and review and check the hours and make sure they got the employees correctly. And when you say that this guy was working as an operator, make sure it picked operator one, two, or three correctly depending on what you pay... Your pay classes are. Still needs that review. It still needs that human in the loop. But the benefits of this are being able to actually launch these things immediately with with less training. The language barriers that some of our customers face are gonna be a little bit less so because you can actually speak in whatever language you choose to into the field agent. So you can use Spanish or French or Portuguese, which technically the mobile the mobile app already is in each of those languages. You can actually use German or Cajun down here in Louisiana. You can whatever language you want that's lovely about AI is it does understand it, and it can actually translate that into whatever language your office is using. And so you can actually have it set to, you know, post your diary information in both the original language that the foreman used as well as translate it into the new language that you'd like the office... That the office would prefer reading it in, okay, which is not something we've been able to do in the past, and that's what this is gonna allow for us. So it is a... It's a new way of looking at things. As I mentioned before, we are not releasing this imminently. This is a goal for users group meeting in February for us to get this out here. But we are gonna start sharing this a little bit more widely, get this in the hands of people in the field, figure out how we can do this just a little bit nicer and cleaner for our foreman just in the goal of seeing what happens in the future. Couple years from now, we understand the world's gonna be a little bit different. Technology is gonna be a little bit different, and this is us just trying to see exactly what that means for the foreman. We're not sure, but we understand that HeavyJob for a long time has existed as that field communication app, that easy to use, simple app that you give your your guys out in the field. And we always want it to be that. And so we're always looking at ways of making improvements. So I think Anil and the field team have done a great job on this so far. We got a lot of... A lot more to do on it, but it's coming along nicely. So... Alright. Touched on it a little bit, Adam, but given the growing interest in AI, can we expect improvements or enhancements to HeavyJob web AI? Absolutely. In fact, we did get a request from our our AI team to show off a little bit something if we had time today, which we probably will. So I can show that off in in a minute of some of the new functionality they've added. We've only actually really just shown you one of our HeavyJob AI things recently, but more are coming, and we're excited about that. And if you have ideas on how AI can be helping us on the web, by all means, let us know. But, yeah, I'll I'll get in there. Is there any questions regarding mobile before I start showing off the web? I've got a quick one for you, Adam. Since you have to write that up. Could you triple tap on your notes? Because there is a cool thing that we can take credit for it even if Apple really did it. If you triple tap on something, so let's say I dictated this in Spanish, I can triple tap it, I can hit the translate button, we'll flip it from English to Spanish, we'll go the other way, and all of your foreman can basically hit this and then flip it. There's a little replace with translation button. So if it's easier for your foreman, I'd say another cool thing on your iPad, you can turn on your Spanish keyboard. So I can flip back and forth between English and Spanish keyboard. That also flips back and forth between English and Spanish Siri. So I can dictate to Spanish Siri with my Spanish keyboard. I can triple tap it and then say, flip that to English for me, and then boom. It may not be perfect, but it took me four taps to triple tap and say, translate to Spanish, which is super handy. So built into all of your iPads as long as you're on recent version of iOS. Absolutely. A good top tip to to share with the field if you need to flip from whatever they need to into English, built in, super handy, and great for getting better notes. Hey. Yell your notes however you need to yell your notes at your iPad, and then just triple tap so that way I can read it when it comes to to my desk. Yeah. No. Matt, that is a great tip. And, obviously, that's... That... We we don't get to take too much credit for that. That is a that is a built in iOS feature for most text fields that they have in iOS. Absolutely use that today if you're... If you have an issue with translations and stuff like that with with your cruise. I like I like copying that translation in. I want to see both the original and whatever was translated just in case Google or Apple or whatever whoever is translating doesn't make the right word choices sometimes. I want that original. And I think that's why it's so handy to be able to, let's say, set a preference in the field agent settings to keep the original translation and translate it into x language for the office. Or... And I I see some of the questions coming in, is that ability to... Let's see. To be able to ask questions of your foreman. And so let's say you have a certain certain things that you want contained within the diary notes every day. Like, this is your standard stuff. Matt and our other members of the professional services team have some great tips on how to do that. Like, typically, let's... You go into tags and you create your daily tags at the beginning of the list and you go, one, two, three right there at the top so the numbers show up alphabetically and you just make sure they know, hit one, hit two, hit three, and then they know those questions exist and you can type the answers in there, which is absolutely... It does work, and it works in many cases, and you kinda train them into that workflow. But what happens if they're just able to talk into it and the field agent is actually quizzing them and saying, hey. You didn't mention how the weather was, or you didn't mention a safety meeting, or you didn't mention what you covered during the safety meeting. You didn't mention what the inspector's name was or what they thought of x y z. And so we're gonna be able to allow you to customize this, and that's actually the next place that I'm going here. studio.hcssapps.com. For those of you following along at home and playing along at home, unless you've talked with our AI team about joining the beta for this, it's not gonna let you through. I do apologize. But I did wanna show you exactly how we're going about customizing stuff. So you notice we have three agents that we have released in betas in various degrees of betas. I'm not even gonna talk about the HeavyBid one. HeavyBid prefers when I do not talk about HeavyBid. The entire team, the entire world prefers when I do not talk about HeavyBid. But we have two on the HeavyJob side of things. Alright? And production analyst agent went wide, wider. Sorry. It went out to about 50 or 60 companies last week, and eagerly awaiting, seeing how y'all... What y'all think about that. Just to give you another view of that. Alright. It is once again... So we get this loaded in. It's these lovely blue boxes over here where you can come in here and you can click investigate on this, and it is actually going to... It's... We're gonna we're gonna let it go through here, but it's gonna actually figure out why we were off on this particular cost code over this date range for these jobs and foreman. Why are we off on this? And it's gonna be looking at diaries and time cards and the budgets and the estimate notes and all those fun things. And we... And, yeah, look... Actually, look at this. It's... Take a second. Alright. Now it's found a lot of good information here. Material supply curse was incurred earlier than progress earned. So based off of everything that was... That it found, it's like, hey. Maybe you need to take a look at the material and supply cost. This is a little bit off here. Field product tech... Productivity is actually better. Your production rate's actually better than you were expecting based off of the budget, but there's something off about the materials and supplies. That's the most likely cause. Alright. That's great. But I'm looking through here. I'm scrolling, and there is a lot of information in here. So if this were my company, what I might do, and giving y'all an option here, is to come over here into the studio, and I'm gonna go into production analyst agent, and I'm gonna hit edit here. And, obviously, this is a agent prebuilt by HCSS. In the future, you're actually gonna be able to come in here and create your own agents. And the world is your oyster at that point. You can do whatever you want. But for now, we have the ones that we have prebuilt for you. Alright? And you'll notice, look at this, that's giving you the instructions of what it's actually looking at, everything related to this particular agent. Alright? But then you can make it your own. And so what I would come in here and do and say, only list out five bullet points, one sentence per bullet point. Alright. And then I can actually hit improve writing, and it may actually look at this and improve this in case I need help on prompting this so that the AI understands exactly. Format every final response as exactly five bullet points with one sentence per bullet point. Keep each bullet concise, relevant to the production analysis requested, and avoid ex... Adding extra paragraphs before or after unless the user explicitly asked for a different format. I didn't even ask for any of that stuff, but I love it. Like, yes, that is exactly what I would want on here. This makes it a little bit easier so that I'm not reading through all of this. Now if you want all of this, by all means, it's there for you, and you can obviously undock this and make it a little bit easier to read wherever you'd like on the screen. But now I can come in here and actually just say what I want. I can make other changes. I can say, hey. Ask about this. Like, prompt your engineer that's trying to figure stuff out. Have you thought about that? Like like, have that conversation with them. I can also come in here, and on on national talk like a pirate day, you could come in here and have fun with your users and say, answer all questions as a pirate. Right? And it would do it for you. That is what we are providing for the HeavyJob users. You've ever wondered whether AI truly has value, this is what I want you to think about. I do. So... Alrighty. I canceled this, and I'm gonna back out here to agents. And you'll notice field agent is similarly placed here. You can also come in here. And this is where I was saying, you can start saying, hey. If they didn't mention this in the field, ask them about it and put it here. Or I need my diary formatted exactly like this. This is the template I want my diary, and every diary needs to be formatted exactly like this. And you just paste that in here, and then your diaries will now be formatted that way. That's the benefits of where we're going, with all these things. We're very excited both about production, analyst agent and the field agent, which we saw today. If anybody is interested in any more of these, by all means, reach out. But that is our that is our AI conversation for now. And I know we have other questions which I have not been paying attention to. So I will hand it off to somebody else to talk now. Yeah. I have a question. If anyone wants to be added to any of the AI beta programs, how do they do so? Reach out to your customer success rep. It's gonna be my best advice for you. They're great people. They are gonna be on the line, willing to talk to you every day if you want. But, yes, they will be able to hook you up with getting on those lists. Obviously, in certain cases, wanna release things a little bit slower for production analyst agent. We're kinda just turning it on when people ask for it. We want to see what people think. For the field agent, we are going about things a little bit slower because we don't mess with the field. Alright? This is this is something that has the potential to disrupt the field and we want to be very careful and deliberate about what we do there. So, no. Field agent is going to be a little bit more tightly held. That's something that we always care about over here. So... And then for EstimateBuilder, that's a HeavyBid question. So... But in any regards, if you're interested in testing out the AI stuff, talk to customer... Your customer success rep. They're gonna be great helps for you. We're gonna see some other questions. Here's an interesting one. Not sure if we can answer it. Our team would love a way to auto populate per diem per job number upon setup. We've noticed guys forgetting to add cost adjustment and would appreciate an easier way to add that. I'm gonna let Matt talk to that. I know we can do that, but I'm gonna let Matt talk to that because I have been talking for too long. So Matt, how do you get per diem on specific jobs? You can go into the employee setup on that job and you can set my default. So a little bit of admin time in the in the very beginning. If you wanna wait a week or two, so that way that list is already populated with everybody that's been on that job, It'll save you some clicks if you don't want to to go in. But if you wanna grab everybody, say, yeah. I'm gonna put them into this job list. I'm gonna set their their default so that way we know we get per diem on this job. Anybody I send to our job in Austin, I know I'm gonna give them per diem. So let me just pull in everybody. Let me set their default to to get per diem, and then they'll be taken care of. And when I add them to my time card in the field, it'll already come in with that per diem checkbox checked for me. Sounds good. Alrighty. I'm taking a look now. Okay. The... Sara's asking, the HeavyBid analyst, that's estimate builder, is only for the web. Right? So right now, you're correct. It is only available within HeavyBid.com, on heavybid.hcss.com. I know that they are thinking of what types of AI functionality could be added into the desktop. That being said, HeavyBid.com is not just for customers that only have the web version. Alright? If you're using the desktop, you can go hybrid with HeavyBid, and I'm not sure everybody knows that. Alright? HeavyJob has had hybrid for ten years now. HeavyBid has had hybrid for almost ten days now. It is brand spanking new, and we don't cover a lot of HeavyBid here. But if you have not tried out HeavyBid hybrid, we do recommend it. I'm joking. It's been out for actually probably about a month, but do check it out. It's very cool there. Let's see what else. Matthews, I'm in the beta and have been exploring production analyst agent, just a type of a... Oh, Warms the heart. Awesome. We have a a happy user. If any other happy users, talk to customer success, and we'll we'll make you happy users there. Carly's asking on the diary format. Is this... Is it only available through the AI agent to be able to define the format? It's a great question, Carly. We've gotten requests from customers, from our implements in the past to be able to format some sort of way of of putting that in there in the diary as a standard thing. And, typically, what we've done for that is use those tags and say, hey. If you need to ask a particular question, if you wanna make sure that something appears, have the tag there, then they can fill the information out in that little box underneath the tag. So that is a way of doing it today. Future wise, I think this is gonna be the best bet for us is actually have the field agent actually creating that that template, creating that format or creating the diary in the format you want it to be in for you is gonna be a great step forward for us. But it's definitely been a request we've gotten in the past. Keith is asking, how will these new diary entries be processed on the daily reports if there are questions being asked? We think about this as... And I'm gesturing to my iPad. Imagine the diary. I'm not gonna pull up the screen again. Imagine the diary. You get that notes field there on the right. It is just a large notes field. So it is still gonna be processed as that large text field even if you have set up a default format that the agent is gonna create for there. So you're gonna have that format, but it's still gonna be a large text field. Now if you would prefer something with a little bit more formatting, a little bit more ability to search and stuff like that, then I think that's where you would actually tell the field agent, if they talk about this, add this tag and put the information about that under that tag and make those instructions very clear. Like, make it very clear that you want the information about this to go into this spot within the tags, and you use... Utilize those tags so that you can find those easily on those reports. You can do searching. You can do other stuff if the notes attach to that tag. So Michael's asking, will the field agent eventually connect to safety two, for example, creating a safety meeting? Yes. We absolutely plan on doing that. We'd like to do that. We are trying to figure out time frame for our safety team. Right now, the focus was on diary and time card, just getting those out, and we will see what comes next. I'm I'm just scrolling. Nuna was asking, will it allow the form to speak in Spanish and convert all the notes? Yes. We talked about that. You can absolutely... And that's where you come into your your field agent configuration panel within the AI Studio, and now you'll be able to say, hey. If they talk in Spanish, translate it into English. Keep the Spanish on the diary. Translate it into English so we can see it. But absolutely, you'll able to put that right in there into your configuration for your company or whatever language you happen to need. Yeah. So, I see a question not related to AI which is something that I know that John was working on a little bit ago. So I'm gonna toss it over to him. Let's talk trucking for a second. This is your regular reminder. You can ask us any questions related to HeavyJob. We're we're we're here for you. But Chris is asking, we track our internal trucking in HeavyJob on the desktop. And is there a way to... When we transition to the web, trucking seems to be a possible hurdle for us of switching over to the web. So how do you do this on the web, let's say? Are there any... Is there any workarounds there? And I'm like, we have good news for you. We've actually released something that's gonna make it even better for you on the web in regards to trucking. So I'll let John talk about that. Yeah. So some of the workflows that people have done in the past are using the material and subs module to track trucking. We have the ability to track loads there. Of course, also the the recent releases with... Within Resource Planner to help track equipment moves and transfers better might be part of that workflow. It really kinda depends on how deeply you're using the the trucking module within HeavyJob Desktop and kind of the workflow that you're looking for there. So did I cover what you were thinking of, Adam, or was there an additional feature that I missed? I've got one other cool thing that we we recently added, especially for a desktop customer. Having having had this conversation several times over the the years in desktop and being able to say, well, now for our web customers, we have a way where you can basically have an override cost type for your equipment. So if I wanted my haul trucks to count as trucking instead of as equipment, I can still fill them out on the time card just like theyre one of my trucks, just like anything else, but that cost will show up in my haul cost cost type. So that way, can keep my trucking separate, so I can see if that's good news or bad news, but I can see it all in one column over here as good news and bad news instead of having to use my brain and say, okay, well, of this was trucks, and so that's equipment, and some of this was sub trucks, and that's trucks. So really, those two are balanced out, and I'm okay. So a really cool ad that we've added recently to web. Yeah. And if you're looking for the place to to change that, that is under the equipment list in HeavyJob web. So there's a cost type column. I can't remember if we turn it on by default, but if you go into that column chooser, you can find that, select the different cost type, which, of course, we have our standard cost types, employees, equipment, subcontractor, but also any of your custom cost types, which of course you could name one trucking or have internal trucking, external trucking, however many different ones you want in web. We allow you to go nuts on that, whereas there was only kind of the six in desktop. You have much more available in web, and you can switch those trucks, to have that new cost type bucket. No. The the great thing about HeavyJob is in certain cases, there are three or four different ways of handling handling a different situation, and our guys have seen it all. But, yeah, the the new addition of being able to assign a a different different cost type to a piece of equipment, in this case, an internal truck so that you can direct it off to your trucking called... Like, that is definitely something that we don't talk about enough. But anybody who's doing internal trucking that wants that separated into a separate cost type of your equipment bucket, by all means, you should be using that new functionality. So Justin is asking, what about for labor? What about the truck driver? And I don't believe we have that yet, but good request there, Justin. Got a good template. We did it with equipment. We got a good template, and maybe it'll work the same way for for labor there. So I do see Alec asking on the mobile side something that I know... Anil's in the backstage. We'll definitely let him know. It would be great to have the ability to have a standard bubble template for your mobile foreman. Right now, the the bubbles on the home screen... Bubbles is a good word for that. Those little blue and white circles on the home screen are fully customizable. Your foreman can move them up and down and stuff like that. They show up in a standard configuration that we put in place back, like, in 2015 or '16 when we first launched this. We haven't really changed it. But the ability for you to assign what you would like your default to be so that when you're form and log in for the first time, it just shows up the way you want it isn't... Is not a bad idea. So we'll definitely let them know. That's that's nice little help on onboarding new form and we we like doing that. So, you know, good good ass there. So let's see. Sebastian's asking, are there plans to add the ability to create, edit, and generate T and M reports directly in HeavyJob web? Actually, I was talking about that yesterday with somebody. So I know it's something that we're discussing, just playing around with. I'm not sure what, you know, how expensive that's gonna be. A lot depends on whether this is one of those easier development items or one of those ones that ends up taking forever. And you know how that goes sometimes in terms of prioritization, but it's definitely been something we've heard in the past, and very recently. So good question there. I think we're getting close on that. I was helping do some of the the QA on that yesterday. So try to give you a... An option that looks a little closer to the the desktop T and M reports for our web users. So a formatted PDF, here's all my stuff. Nice. Let's see. Suzanne is asking, when we create a second shift form and time card, the shifts aren't pulling into our signature reports. We see a regular shift, but not the second one. It is a good question, Suzanne. It absolutely should be pulling in second shift foreman onto there. So why don't we get in touch and see what's going on there? But that that definitely should be something that is working. And then Roland's asking, is it possible to import employees and equipment hours into HeavyJob from an Excel spreadsheet or direct import from our trucking dispatch system on a daily basis? Good question. We don't actually import hours from outside of HeavyJob. So the answer to that, unfortunately, Roland, is no. We don't have any mechanism for being able to pull those hours in. So, unfortunately, they they are gonna have to be entered into HeavyJob, whether it's entered into the web or entered into mobile. That's that's how we get them in into our system there. So sorry about that. I'd say maybe the other not quite what you're thinking of is TrueUp would be able to pull that cost and time at least back into to HeavyJob. So TrueUp is part of the integration, optional add on integration with your accounting system. So you process that time into your accounting system for your truck drivers, that cost and the total labor hours would be able to come back. So you could at least report on it in HeavyJob, even if you don't have the detail in HeavyJob, kinda. I like Julie's comment. I love this. Thanks for piling on. So Julie pointed out, I said you can pull up all the employees and add in their default per diem, so that way if we go do a job out of town, they're going to get per diem automatically. Make sure you're having your field users use the job dropdown list for your employees and not the library, because it's looking at the... You want the job one, so that way it sees that that per diem should be checked. So thank you for for piling that on. That's a good detail. Yeah. That's a good detail. Alrighty. We got J Tran with with... Let's say our our final non Halloween movie related question Asking, is it possible... So I think what Jason's looking at, we got the new photos and docs tool on the web. Alright? And as we mentioned, I think, our last webinar is we are now going to allow you, it's very soon to be released, to tag photos in the field with a cost code, with a material code, with a transaction tag. You're going to be able to tag your photos with a bunch there. And so what the web team then did is it added in the ability to now, you know, filter and see those tags in the photos and docs tool, and you can be able to see them on the daily digest anywhere where the photos are on the web. So that's there. But what Jason's asking for here is he's like, hey. You know, we just got this now. We got a lot of photos that have been sent in in the past. So is there a way to link those to the cost codes? I have no idea. I'll be honest. I have no idea how we would go about doing that. So if there's some sort of logic and formula that you got in mind, let me know. So, you know, unfortunately, a lot of the times, there's multiple cost codes on the same day. And so determining which photo... Because the photo is just for the entire day. So figuring out which cost code off the time card is gonna be a little bit difficult. But, yeah, if we have a way of doing that, then let let us know. Let us know. So... Alright. Brings us with one minute left to our final slide that Sara's about to show. Yep, should be Consult and Connect with Matt Fiddler. Oh, so next week, so especially for my folks in Utah and Arizona, if you want to and anybody else, if you want to hop on a plane on Sunday or Wednesday, you can do that as well. But next week, we're going to be in Phoenix at the on Monday, Tuesday in Salt Lake on Thursday, Friday. So, we'd love for any of you to join us for our HeavyBid class or for our HeavyJob class And our last roadshows of the year, we're working on finalizing the schedule for next year, and we'll be sharing the dates of that by UGM. So if you weren't able to join us for Consultant Connect this year, we hope you can join us for UGM or for Consultant Connect next year and either fly out to wherever we're going or come on down to Houston and see us in February. But really excited. We've gotten tons of good feedback from everybody that's joined us for Consulting Connect, is think of it kind of like a mini UGM, where we're just gonna be in a HeavyBid room with other estimators or just gonna be in a HeavyJob room with the other operations folks to be able to learn and share, kind of like the two day version of this webinar, where, hey, this is what we want to talk about, but here is all your questions, and we can cover that too. I'd say if you don't have a chance to join us in Phoenix or Salt Lake, Sara, if you click on the next slide, you could join us virtually because we are doing some webinars. We basically cherry picked some content from our Consulting Connect series. So November 18 is the next manager class, and November 4, next Wednesday, is our next onboarding class. We're just doing a HeavyJob class this coming Wednesday. If you have any new foremen that you've hired since you first got up and running on HeavyJob and you wanna outsource their training to us, we would love to walk through the mobile app and show your foreman, hey, this is how you do everything. Hey, here's that cool triple click thing that you all just learned about, but maybe we didn't know about thirty minutes ago. So those kind of fun, time saving tricks that we'll be able to show any of your new foreman or any of your foreman that never got official training. And then we're doing another one of those in December as well. So we'd love for you or your coworkers to come join us either digitally or in real life for either of our Consultant Connect events. Very cool. All right. And quickly, favorite Halloween movie. Oh, I would say I really like Ghostbusters, but I think Army of Darkness is my favorite Halloween movie. John, you got one? Emily? Sara? Classic Hocus Pocus? Nightmare Before Christmas is one of my faves, but, of course, it's always debatable on whether that's a Halloween movie or a Christmas movie. But, yeah, I'll stick with that one just to be difficult. I guess not to directly answer the question, but I just watched Halloween Town this past weekend with my nephew one and two. It was a lovely experience. I forgot how cute that movie was. My mind, there's only one proper answer. It's Die Hard. It's got heroes. It's got villains. It's a Halloween movie. Die Hard is a Christmas movie. I know it is. Alright. Thank you all for joining us. We will see you in January. Last Thursday of January, we're gonna take off Thanksgiving and Christmas. We hope everyone has a good holidays. We hope you've enjoyed joining us this year. So thank you all very much, and we will see you later.
This October HeavyJob webinar highlights the latest product updates, including new Resource Planner capabilities for job tags and equipment moves, as well as the migration of myField web settings into HeavyJob.
