My name is Reed Renfrow. I lead the product marketing team here at HCSS, and we're really excited to talk to you all today about the 2026 fall product release. We have a lot of exciting product announcements that our team is excited to share with you today. First, before we get started, we want this to be interactive and answer any questions that you do have, so if you have any questions at anything that we are presenting about, please go ahead and use the Q and A button. You can type in your question. I think we should have time to answer a number of questions live. If not, we have a number of our team members both here presenting and backstage that can help get your questions answered for you. So go ahead and ask your questions. We might have a little bit of time at the end for Q and A on anything else that isn't covered, but if something piques your interest, if you have questions, go ahead and ask that question and you have the experts here to get your answer. All right, so I'm going to go ahead and move to our slide on UGM. So coming up soon. UGM is February 15th through 18th in Houston, Texas. So registration is now open. There's going to be a lot of exciting announcements. You get to meet all of us. There's a number of classes. It's a great opportunity. I know a number of you on this call have been either one time or many times, so if you're able to come, we'd love to have you come join us down in Houston next February. There you can scan the QR code that'll take you straight to the registration page. You can learn about the different options, the classes that we're going to have. You can advance your skills. There's opportunities to share your expertise. You get to meet a lot of different people in the industry. So we're excited about this opportunity and would love for you to join us in early 2027. Alright, so we have a lot of exciting announcements. This is a quick overview of what we're going to cover. We have some exciting AI announcements that Michaela is going to cover and she's going go into some of our platform new releases as well. Then Erika is going to take us through all the exciting HeavyBid announcements. Jon Knudson is going and John Bradshaw Gaston are going to go through the various HeavyJob Docs and plans and safety updates, and then we'll close it out with Chris O'Connor and Hayden, who are going go through some of the exciting fleet announcements we have coming this fall. So without further ado, I'm gonna turn it over to Michaela to kick us off and go through some of those exciting AI announcements. Mikayla, it's all yours. Yeah, thanks Reed. Good morning everyone. Hope you're all settling in. I got some coffee. Welcome to the fall product release. I'm Michaela Halliwell, and I'm really glad you're here today because this is a big one. We are going to dive into some AI fall release announcements. So we have all seen across this industry and across the world what AI has done in the last several years. It has gone from a really novel tool that we use to maybe help us write emails or to make drafts, but almost every industry has felt a shift in how fast we work and in the prioritization of that work. And I wanna be very clear about how HCSS is tackling the AI era. It is not trendy to us. It is a fundamental shift in how we are intending to build and how we are intending to work and how we are intending to offer value. Here's what I mean by that. For a long time, software has worked as a group of separate tools, one for estimating, one for field, one for entering data, one for time cards, one for reporting, one for equipment. And you all are the connection between all that, carrying information from one screen to the next. Over time, and especially last year, HCSS has gone through a unified platform shift, and intelligence is a very big part of that. We stop being so much a separate... A a set of separate tools and become one connected platform. So your products stay exactly what you know and rely on, but what changes is that they work together, they share context, and now we have agents that can act across all of them. And so with that, I wanna introduce HCSS AI. You've heard HCSS Copilot for a long time, and that's the old name, but we have renamed it because it's bigger than just a chatbot now. And you will see all of that released in in... On the October 15 release. We have named this HCSS AI because the vision and the ability has gotten much bigger. If you are using AI assistant, which is formerly known as Copilot, it is still live. Nothing has changed about that. It's not going anywhere. What is new is that we're moving beyond chatbots that you can have conversation with. Chatbot answers a question. Now we are introducing agents that actually execute actions on your behalf after you have approved them to do so. They go and do work for you. So I'm going to introduce you to the first two. And if you have questions like Reed said, please throw them in the in the Q and A, and we have experts on the call who will help answer those. So the first one I'd like to release estimators. This one is for you. This is the estimate builder agent. It lives in HeavyBid Web, and it builds a first pass estimate in minutes from a list of pay items, from your project documents, from datasets that you can opt into that we we own or that you bring in minutes. It can build this first pass estimate, and it's not starting from a blank screen. Starts from actual historical HeavyBid estimate libraries, estimate data, HCSS libraries, so that first pass reflects how you've actually done work in the past, And I think it matters the most when we talk about the trust that we have built with our customers. We don't want this to replace expertise in the estimating industry. We want this to add to and help optimize that expertise. So here's what I mean by that. Anything that is AI generated is going to be flagged for review, and an actual human expert behind that can look and dig into the AI agent and see what data it's pulling from that it made those decisions. So a human will finalize every number. The agent will get you to a strong starting point, and then your estimators judgment is what makes the difference there on that bid. This will be available in beta next week. The next agent I wanna introduce you to is in HeavyJob web. So this is the production analyst agent. So this is more for the field in the office side. Everybody knows what it's like to have a question and have to hunt down an answer. Right? Why is this job running over budget? Why is it under budget? Is there a reason why? If the number is running over or under budget, can I figure out and can I piece together why that is? Is it weather? Was there something going on in that city that a parade or whatever that paused production? Was it that we had equipment pieces go down? Was it a combination of many factors? So the production analyst agent is going to analyze down to the cost code level why that number is over or under, so you spend less time digging through and topping into different areas of HCSS or other platforms is gonna be able to surface the reason why the number is over or under without you having to go and do all of that. And so that is the production analyst agent in HeavyJob. The next thing that I wanna unveil for our HCSS AI is AI Studio. This you can think of sort of as the control center. It is where all of these agents and more in the future will be configured, monitored, and managed. And my favorite part of that is that you can make it your own. You can add context so the agents understand your projects, your crews, how your business operates. You can add knowledge documents. You can add SOPs. You can add handbooks. You can add any context of how your business operates and train that agent, just as if you were training a new employee who you were teaching how things run and how things are going to go, and what you want it to do, and the job you want it to do, to have done, and the outcome that you want at the end. For the estimate builder, you can add business instructions, estimating standards, so the agent reflects how your bids actually work, and how your company actually bids the work. For production analysts, can add business instructions, variance thresholds, you can say take this into account less, take this into account more, and weigh those things against each other, so that it actually reflects how your team manages jobs. Now the question I know where everyone is probably thinking is when can all of us try this right so beta is next week October 15 and if you have any questions and want to be a beta tester. Need to reach out and contact your sales REP or your CS REP whoever your account rep is that you're in contact with they will add your name to a list and our product managers will review and provision those. Who qualify, so if you would like to test the agents in ai studio reach out to them today they're ready and waiting for you General availability will be UGM next year. So we... Our plan is to go to UGM with these agents and studio and possibly more, and everyone will get access to that then. So we'd love your feedback. If you would like to be part of the beta, it's going to shape what these agents become. It's going to shape what we do in the future as is everything we do on these webinars. Want your feedback. We want your participation because how our customers actually do work is how we build our platform. Now let's talk about the platform as well. So that's that's the AI piece of it. There are a couple stories that fall under the platform released this this quarter as well. Two key stories here, one in insights and one on our marketplace. So for the first one, if you do not have HCSS Insights, by the way, HCSS Insights is our one of our newer products. It was released last year in beta. It is a Power BI based tool that gives you over 90 reports out of the box for free. If you do not have it, it can be enabled in credentials by a credentials admin. But the news this quarter is that we now have skills data available. You can see your employees skills when they've earned them, when they are set to expire. You can group and filter employees by skill, status, business unit, and you don't have to build anything yourself to get started because we've already done it for you. There is also a new templated report for skills ready to go. So the next time someone asks, where is this person's skill at, or whose credentials are about to expire, who we got to get into training, you'll have the answer already there in one place in insights. And then last up for me, the HCSS Marketplace is you can now browse from your mobile phone, and it it makes sense. It it doesn't fall over the screen. It... It's actually responsive and and looks looks good too, so you can explore integrations from any device, whether that's the tablet or whether that's your phone. And for those who are on the call and don't know, our HCSS Marketplace is where you can find any integrations that HCSS does with any third party. So whether we build it, whether we build it natively within our products, whether we build it custom for you, or or whether a partner of ours, a third party partner has built an integration with us on behalf of a customer. You can find those logos. You can find those use cases. You can browse whether it's for Docs and Plans or HeavyJob or HeavyBid, whether it's an ER... An integration to your ERP or accounting system. You can go look at what we support. And now you can browse that all on mobile. That is all for HCSS AI and platform I'm excited to see if there's questions in in the chat and dive in and answer some of those if you have any about what I've said go ahead and throw that in please. But that's all for me. So I'm gonna pass it over to the HeavyBid team and Erika. Michaela, do you wanna... We have a couple of questions and maybe to I answer the would love to. Perfect. We have one from Caleb. What products is included? Is AI included in? And then will this be an additional cost? Yes, great question. So let me take the first one first. So for the agents that are being released this quarter, HeavyBid, Web, and HeavyJob are where those agents are releasing. So if you do not have HeavyBid or HeavyJob on the web, you're not gonna be able to access those agents. The AI Studio, any credentials admin is going to be able to access. So that would be available, but it's... It... You'll just be able to play around in Studio and edit the agents that are on the web. If you're purely on desktop products, that's not gonna do you very much good so far. Agents that will be coming, we do plan on having agents across our entire platform, so in fleet and safety and other and other products as well and insights and permissions. And then more in HeavyJob and HeavyBid as time goes on, and we hear those use cases from all of you. There is our HCSS AI assistant formerly known as Copilot, which is across the entire platform as well, though. So the agents are releasing in beta, but we have had HCSS AI assist across the whole platform for a couple of years now. Now whether that will be an additional cost, right now, the agents are in beta, so they are free to test, free to use. There'll be a certain threshold that, you know, that you can... You can't run the agent a thousand times in a day, you know? So there'll be a certain threshold just like you're used to, like, with ChadGBT or Gemini. You're gonna hit a certain point where it's like, hey. You've the maximum for the day. When next year... We we haven't finalized what this all entirely looks like, but next year, that will also be free for general available... General availability. So everyone will be able to hit a certain threshold, but there will be an opt in payment plan that you can purchase through your sales rep if you would like to purchase more consumption after that. So there'll be a... There'll be free up to a certain point. I think that's... I think those are the... Well, we have a few more questions when I have time at the end. But thanks for answering those, Mikayla. Yeah. Absolutely. Erika, do you wanna take it away for Will do. Thank you, Mikayla. Today, I will talk about HeavyBid fall release. My name is Erika Vincent. I am the senior technical product manager on the preconstruction side, and I'm very excited to show everyone what is going on in the HeavyBid world. Well, first of all, all of the users that have HeavyBid Desktop, now they can purchase a web based license and access a web based HeavyBid. It's really exciting. An admin can go to credentials, select the basic license, assign the users, and the access is immediate. So these companies, the users will be in the hybrid state. The nice thing too is we are also introducing a tool, a desktop import tool, which will live... Lives under the libraries. And now the desktop users can import their setups like code books, master estimates into the new web based HeavyBid. And all they have to do, just give it a call to support. They'll walk you through the process. And easy peasy in 5 to 10 minutes, as they say. But no one timed it. We'll see how it goes. It's easy process. And I'm excited for everyone to go in and add a web license. And once again, what day CityBid is accessible to anyone with a browser access, with your laptop, internet connection. And please go out, check it out. It's a great, great estimating system. With that, we are also introducing a production history. So now users who have HeavyJob licenses don't have to leave HeavyBid. They can query all the live production rates from HeavyJob directly in the HeavyBid. So as you can see, there is a blue icon. You would click on that and then connect to your job, search by activity code, and then see what are the rates, and then have that confidence when you're building out an estimate. Another feature we're introducing is called dynamic fuel consumption in your equipment setups. Now users can define specific fuel types and burn rates at the library level. And the HeavyBid will do the calculation automatically. You would go into the estimate level after you set it up in the library. You would choose your equipment, and then you will select the actual gas price. As you can see in the gift, you you choose consumption, you go under manage, and then you type in the fuel rate, and then the calculation will happen right there. And then that helps you keep all the equipment pricing accurate across all the estimates. The next feature I wanna talk about is a estimate review and flashlight quality checks. This is a view of a review screen. So you can quickly go in and look through all of price breakdowns. And you can see all the data right there, easily accessible. And then the flashlight feature has some built in rules. Maybe you have total cost that is less than a zero, markups that are at a zero. And those are called out. So a user can click into each call out, review it, go in, review it, and then either mark it as completed or flag it. And then all of this activity is being tracked in activity tracker. So, you can always see what changes have been made. Next feature is copy local estimate setups to the library. So the new users that come to a web based HeavyBid, they start estimating right away. The system is so intuitive. You can create an estimate. You can create your setups. Well, what now? After you create all these setups within that one local estimate, now you can actually copy those into the library and then create even new rate sets and then use that when you're estimating and creating other estimates. You don't have to recreate any of this. You can copy individual items. You can copy category. You can see what you can do with the duplicates. You can even create new rate sets, as I mentioned earlier. And also the full crew makeups are also copied into the library too. Okay. Next. Next. Okay. Copy from desktop estimate history. So, some of the users that are HeavyBid desktop users, they have years and years of great estimate history data. Now, they have a web based HeavyBid and their company is in the hybrid. So, they can go into activities, right click, and the estimate history will be available for them. It is an expansion of copy previous tool that customers are running in desktop, but now all that data will be in... Carried over, brought in to the heavy... To the web based HeavyBid. Really exciting. It should be helping those hybrid companies estimate real, real quickly. That's all what we have going on HeavyBid, but also quotes, quotes part of HeavyBid. And I wanted to share exciting news is they are introducing a new homepage. A new homepage will provide you information quickly. You can see everything at a glance, the folders, how many vendors are in the folders, what is the price, what is the selected price, what is the plug price. They can group those folders by project, by scope, filter by the owner. Lots of new things. It's very intuitive and modern. So, please check out the new quotes homepage. And last but not least, the pre construction. I'm excited to share that we are introducing import and export scopes of work. So, now in the contact management, users can export all the company information, contact information, and scopes of work, and edit in bulk, add new scopes of work, and assign them to a company contact, and then import it. And after you map it, make sure you map it. That section is added at the end of import wizard. You map it and it's in company setups. It's in your company. And so, that makes it much easier adding scopes of work and continuing your work when you go into quotes. And this is what's happening in the HeavyBid world. Don't know if there's any questions I need to answer. Looks like many of you answered, so I will check questions and answer. But thank you, everyone. And now to Jon Knudson talk I about think we have one question that just came in from Jose. Erika, will you be implementing an option to condense displayed info and HeavyBid web like a compact view mode? Seems there's generally less information presented than estimate entry quotes, etcetera. Okay. I do not have an answer to that yet, but that is something I will talk to the team and I'll try to get the answer today. If not, I can follow-up with Jose after the webinar. Hey, Erika, I'm going to take a stab at that one real Short and sweet is yes, we are going to be looking at adjusting the view, making it, bringing more information into the view. So that will consist of condensing the view as well. We are gonna be looking into that here in the near future. Thank you, Aaron. Thank you, Aaron. Alright. I will take it from here. Thanks, Erika. Things are looking great in HeavyBid Web. Excited to see all the progress there. Let's talk a little bit about HeavyJob. My name is Jonathan Knudson. For those of you I haven't met, I'm the senior technical product manager for HeavyJob and wanted to talk to you about a few updates here. So let's start with photo tagging. For those of you that are familiar with how this has worked in the past, we actually were able to add tags to photos, but they would basically be printed right on the photo just for a visual reference. But with this upcoming release, we're actually taking it a step further, basically allowing users to connect every single job site photo to the work that it actually documents. So let me tell you a little bit more about what that actually means. So there'll be three different types of tags, transaction tags, which we're familiar with, but also linking directly to cost codes or material and subcontractor or MSC codes. So those tags, once the connection is created, they'll be visible in the photo and docs tool. This was our our first step in making those visible in web because it allows easy filtering. Think about creating packages of photos or backups of job site photos. Quick reference. Hey. What were the ones related to this specific cost code so I can send that out with my T and M report? So several different workflows that will be great in the photos and docs tool. But we're also gonna allow the ability to view those tags in the photos and section of the time card, the map view, the daily digest, and its corresponding report, the daily report. So we're really excited about that. The initial release is going to be on October 22. So if this is something you're interested in, be sure to mark that on your calendar. The web release will come through automatically, but be sure that your mobile users update on the 22nd so that they can have that new ability to tag in mobile. And the ability to add and edit those tags in web is also coming as a fast follow to that release, so keep an eye out for that. So the initial release is adding the tags in mobile, viewing them in web, and then pretty soon afterwards, your admins will be able to add... Edit tags in web just in case anything gets the wrong tag or needs adjustments, different things like that. So really excited about this upcoming release here. Alright. Moving right along. We've got issue management in HeavyJob. So this is available under the project control section that you see in the screenshot here on the left. We've taken the issue management one step further as well just to help basically capture those field issues, but then manage them in HeavyJob in an easier format, giving you more access to update statuses easily from this filtered list that you see in the image, to download issue documentation in either CSV or PDF format. You can see there's a download all button there, so you can actually do just kind of a mass data dump if you need to. But once you drill into those individual issues, there's also some really cool features that I wanted to talk about. So you're able to link drawings from docs and plans and also link other related documents or attachments. And one of the newest features that we're really proud of is escalating to an RFI from an issue. So, basically, what that does is carry out... Carries over all of the issue data, such as any related cost codes, you know, of course, the bulk of the issue information, but plans, drawings, emails, attachments, just anything that you had already documented in the issue is carried over into the RFI. So that way, you're just saving time instead of having to recreate a document or go through that whole process. You can get this information from field, add more context in web, and then carry that over as the issue is escalated. So really looking forward to how this is going to pan out. Keep in mind that as you update it in web, you can keep forming the loop within that project controls on HeavyJob Mobile. That's where they're gonna see those issues as well as be able to submit an issue. Alright. One more that I'd like to talk about here. We're really excited about this one as well. The resource planner schedule is going to be available for free HCSS myField users. So as you can see on the screenshot on the left there, employees will be able to see their job assignments in this new schedule module in the HCSS myField dashboard. And we're also making that available for free HCSS myField access. So I know from past conversations, the first thing people say is, what do you mean? There's nothing free today. That doesn't exist. So it actually does for HCSS myField, whether you are already subscribed to HCSS myField or just interested in HCSS myField, we'got a link here at the bottom. You can find that on our help site, help.hcss.com, if you're looking for more information about it. But just to give you a quick summary, the free version allows you this resource planner schedule integration, but also allows the end users to view their submitted hours. So, you know, if you've got a foreman that's submitting a time card in HCSS field and you've got, 10 people on his crew, all those people can download HCSS myField for free. There is some setup involved on the back end and credentials, but they would be able to view the hours that the foreman submitted on field. They would be able to sign for those hours, which really helps with payroll. You know, one of the biggest things we've seen with the free version of HCSS myField is that users... End users are catching mistakes early, talking to the foreman about it, getting that conversation going before it hits payroll and we have to cut an extra check. And then also the ability to submit safety observations. If they see something on the job site that needs attention, they can do that all from the free version. So I see some questions popping up in the chat. Is HCSS myField free now? Is it changing from a paid subscription to being freed? So we still do have both versions. The full paid version of HCSS myField, of course, allows users to clock in, clock out, submit hours. There's lots of extra functionality that comes with the paid version. But the great thing about the free version is if you're curious about how this would work for your employees, you wanna see if they would actually use it, see how it works on their their cell phones, either personal or work cell phones, you can go ahead and try that out. Especially if you are a Resource Planner user or if you're interested in Resource Planner, this is a great opportunity to start getting them their schedules in a way that doesn't generate any extra cost. So, again, check out that article. If you are interested in testing some of this out or turning it on, let us know. Let your customer success rep or your sales rep know, and they can coach you through the process. But, you know, again, you know, there are still things that exist for free in this world, and we'd love for you to check this one out. The release for this is October 21. So if you already have HCSS myField users in the field, be sure to have them update their cell phones so they can see this new feature, especially if you already have Resource Planner. And if you don't, talk to us about that too because it's a great product that we'd love to let you know more about. Alright. That's all I've got for now. Checking real quick to see if there's any other questions here. Okay. I think we're good on that. I wanna pass it off to mister John Bradshaw to talk about Docs and Plans. Why? Thank you very much, mister Jon Knudson. I'm John Bradshaw. I'm the senior technical product manager for HeavyJob Docs and Plans. And big thing we are, we are sending out with our, fall release is our updated project view. So earlier this year, we updated the project dashboard in HCSS Plans, made it a more modern, more responsive, more responsive page. We're bringing that now to the to the project view. So this is, this is consolidating what was previous... Previously four to six different pages depending on what you were trying to do into a... Into really a single place. So you're gonna be... There's gonna be less context switching, less needing to less needing to find information that was kind of nested within within unclear labels. This extends down to the the sheet thumbnail. So the sheet thumbnails are getting a refresh, updating some of the updating some of the labels, making it so that you can... It's so it's easier for you to view and access all of those all those really important photos and documents that get added to the sheet get added to the sheets over the course of a... Over a over a project. That has been something we've we've we've heard we've heard loud and clear from you... From from y'all that need... That that it was just a little too hard to to to view that information. So we're bringing that... We're we're we're bringing that forward. And that is all I have for all I have for Docs and Plans. Welcome to our friends in safety. Alright. So let's take a look at a couple of big things that I'm pretty excited to show you. Oh, by the way, my name is Gaston. I'm one of the technical product managers for HCSS Safety, but I was too excited to tell you that at first. We're gonna talk about a couple of things we've been working on basically all year and they're starting to, in one case, come out so that you can start beta testing and another one that is getting close to putting the finishing touches on the last piece. So let's take a look at those. The first one is being able to customize your incident forms. This one, I'm gonna show you a live preview in just a minute of what is built so far, but we are taking sign ups actively right now for beta testing. So if you're interested in beta testing this, a few of you guys have already been asking just proactively, hey, can I be on a beta test list? Are you guys coming out with this? Because, you know, you've been... You've heard that we've been working on it. Well, that time is is now. You can be signing up for that and then I will... I or or someone else from the safety team will personally onboard you into beta testing that whenever it's ready, which will probably be within the next three ish weeks. But we're taking those sign ups now, so I wanna I wanna talk about that. So the basic ideas here are you're just gonna be able to customize the forms that are part of your incident data capture. Those are going to be fully integrated with all our APIs, with HCSS Insights for reporting downstream. And there's a lot of stuff under the hood we're doing to try and make that as seamless as possible so that every time you make an edit to an incident form, you're not then constantly having to go back downstream and fix everything in your reporting. So we won't get way into the nuts and bolts of that now, but if you have questions about it, then we can. Yeah. Gen? Oh, I just wanna clarify for anyone that this might be the first time that they've heard of this. And I think one of the most unique and helpful things about customizable incident forms is how we've taken the time to make sure that their data can still be structured, which is very different than if you're capturing incidents in HCSS Forms or or something else. Can you just take ten seconds to speak to that a little bit more? Yes. And even better, I'm gonna show it to you in a second. So be watching. You're gonna see things whenever I show this off here in a second that... That's... The reason that they exist is we're trying to make your data still have structure. We're trying to make it towards easier to report on, to aggregate certain things together without a whole whole lot of customization work on that part of it by you. We want you to be able to customize what you capture without trying to to make you have to just do a ton of work down the line to to make it all actually work together and give you information that's useful. So just a second. I'm gonna show you a couple of cool things that we're doing toward that. The last note I wanna mention is the way we're building this is we're actually gonna be releasing parts of the form as editable while other parts are not quite editable yet as we go. We thought about it. We realized... As we were building this, we realized that we could release parts of the form and make them editable even though maybe all the rest of it isn't done yet. And that way, those of you who really wanna edit those parts of the form, and I'll show you in just a second exactly what I mean, will be able to do that without having to wait for us to finish, say, some of the more complex pieces that are gonna get built. Before we dive into that, wanna mention one other thing, and then I wanna dive in and show you both of them. So the other thing that we've been building for a little while, and a lot of it actually is out, is customization in your GHAs and HCSS Safety. So at this point, you can create... Or sorry. You're you're about to be able to create company wide custom sections inside your section library. And if you guys have seen, we... We've made the new field layout setup screen that shows all the different sections of the JHA form. You can edit what those are called, which ones are active or inactive. You can create multiple layouts, assign them to jobs and job tags so that they can be auto selected in the field without the person in the field having to know which one is the right one for that particular client or situation. The thing that we're adding is the ability to put in custom sections. Up to now, we've decided what sections are available. And then you can turn them on or off, however you wish. But now we're gonna let you create your own. So the first things that are gonna go in there are checklists and reference images. There... And the checklists we're building are pretty flexible, I think. I've I've been hearing from you guys some really interesting ways you plan to use those. I I won't dive way into the weeds on that right now, but if you're interested in talking about it, we can. So then you'll be able to customize or set up those sections in your activity templates with certain answers preselected just like you can in any other section inside your JHAs in your activity library. And then they're gonna show up in the mobile JHAs depending on what your auto selection rules are for your field layouts, and then they're gonna show up in PDFs, Excel exports, all all of the places that you should be seeing those. Alright. Let's jump in and actually take a look at the software. Give me a second because Yeah. Zoom likes to scramble my screen. While you pull that up, I just wanna say one thing about a lot of the JJ work that's been coming out. Probably the easiest way to get started is to start looking at the new layouts. So this previously was your your JHA, but now you can make totally new ones. And like Gaston said, those can be assigned to the job, so people aren't having to select. And within those, can actually start controlling some of the templates and the sections, those custom sections, those new things that you want. So just if you're taking this to your team and you're deciding what to start on, start with the layouts and then work downwards to some of those newer things. Go ahead, Kastan. Yep. And those layouts, the layout and the auto selection type things, those are all available now. So we feel like the custom sections are kinda one of the finishing touches to try and make sure that you guys can can do the things that you need to do with your customization on those JHAs. The custom sections will be coming out with probably in about a month. So it's not gonna be coming out right on that fall release date on whatever is the October 15 or 16th, but I wanted to make sure we announced it because it is coming out in in the fall here for you guys. Quick note, as I'm sharing my screen, I know that we've had some people tell me that it gets confusing because it may not auto switch you to the screen that I'm sharing. You may still be looking at the slides. I think you probably have little tabs or something to switch between them. So hopefully you can guys are are have found where that control is in Zoom and have switched over to look at the screen that I'm sharing. But you should be seeing safety manager if you're looking at that. And what you're gonna have is a brand new in your setup incident form edit or incident form setup screen. And it's pretty straightforward. You're you're gonna see your form categories here on the left, and all of the individual forms will be here as little cards on the right with some buttons you can click in various interactions to copy or edit or make them inactive, that sort of thing. Whenever you click this create form button, you're gonna notice that you have a concept you're probably familiar with, which is an HCSS template library. These are gonna be whatever those those kind of static forms that you're used to are. So if you say, you know what? I just wanna make a copy of the forms that I'm already used to as a starting point from... For making a form, then we're gonna make sure those remain available. So even if you customize all of the forms in your system so that they look totally different from the way they come as kind of the the default system, you'll still be able to grab one of those if you ever want it using this template library idea. Now you'll notice that I've made a copy of this employee injury form, and I'm gonna go open up our editor here. And the editor actually looks just like our hybrid form editor minus the PDF mapping piece. So you'll notice that you'got all of your sections that you can edit, all of the questions inside. We won't dive into every single one. But what I want to highlight is the... This classification system is a good example or classification section. What I wanna highlight are these tag or chips, I guess, chips tags, whatever we call them. They're a little bit of information about this question. You're not gonna see this kind of thing in HCSS Forms. It only exists here for incidents, and we've designed it specifically around the incidents. So you'll notice here, this one says manager. That means that only people on the safety manager system can fill it out. It won't be available when filling out in mobile. This kind of act... This kind of thing already exists today. They're already manager only questions, but we are planning over time to give you control over that. So you you can control which ones show in manager. We're showing you which ones are, say, in the OSHA 300 reports, which ones are showing up in our built in analytics reports. So all of these connections exist, and we're making sure you know about those. One of the important things I wanna call out is when we first release this in beta and when we first release it, we're gonna show you these connections, but they won't actually be editable by you yet. So what'll happen is you... If you if you don't care about a certain connection, you wanna delete that question or whatever, then great. We're gonna make sure we put a warning and something on the screen that lets you know that that that's happening. But in this first pass, as things first come out, we're gonna tell you about the existing connections we've already built for you and eventually just know you'll be able to set up these connections yourself. Yeah. So. And, Gus, I just wanna clarify there. What you mean there is... So let's take recordable. You can edit what is asked to the question related to that, but you can't edit the manager OSHA analytics. But in the future, you'd be able to apply those chips to totally new and different questions. But for now, we're we're putting some guardrails just to make sure no one no one accidentally breaks anything. Right. And that's because, you know, you think about something like recordable, and then that's gonna feed into, say, OSHA reporting. There are multiple fields on those reports that all need to be populated. And so if you if you go in and delete one of those required fields, you... Then that report would suddenly break. And so we're trying to give you information here so that you know about that. If you don't care and you don't care about breaking that particular report or functionality, we're not gonna stop you from doing it, but we're gonna tell you that that's what's happening. Yeah. And...... Remember is when we first release it is, if you do intentionally break it or backs... Yeah. Or go ahead and, you know, proceed past that warning and remove it, then you won't actually be able to put it back yet. So you could go make a copy from that HCSS template library and get it back that way. But I just wanted to highlight that. And we'll walk through this. If you guys come and beta test this, we will walk through it in detail as much time as you need to look through every single bit of it. So I don't wanna get way too far in the weeds right now. Yeah. Take it by your time. But... Also, just wanna pull up that Nuno asked a question that is exactly exactly where we've been thinking ahead. They asked under this new option to create incident forms, will the current insights reports on incidents and customized reports like direct access still work, which we spent a lot of time thinking about this. So... Okay. Yes. With the caveat, as long as we were smart enough, then yes. The... Say the default reports, the ones that we have curated for you, those we are taking time to make sure that they work. And theoretically, anything else connected should also continue to work. If you have a specific report you're worried about and you want us to look at it and say, hey, do we think this is... That we've considered this? You are more than welcome to shoot me an email. I will set up some time with you and we will look at your specific report and and make sure that that we've considered however you have it built. But, yes, we're putting quite a lot of time into trying to make sure that these continue to work. Yeah. And I know... I I think you you hit it great. We have a beta coming out. We can go in-depth with anyone who wants to talk through some of these things. And if you wanna join the beta, I know a few of you had raised your hands. We're definitely gonna invite you to it. But, Gaston, anything major left? Because I know that Fleet still has to go. Yep. So the the only other thing I wanna mention is one of the things that won't be available during beta will be root cause analysis customization. And I wanna call that out because I know some of you really really want that. It is coming. We are building it. But it's just not the first thing that we're releasing. The only other thing I wanna show just very very quickly is the section library option that we're adding for JHA custom sections. It's gonna look just like it does today, except you're gonna have a new create section button. And then you can go in here and create a checklist. And then you can go into that checklist and add categories and items just like you can with the, say, the the PPE or the primary hazards, that sort of thing. Okay. I think that about wraps that up. Throw your questions in there, and I can be answering those in chat. But I'm gonna hand it over to Colby to talk through something cool that he's got for inspections. Yeah. Thanks, Dustin. I'll try to be quick, guys, because we only have a little bit of time here for safety as Gen alluded to. But we've talked a lot about the last two items quite a bit, as Gaston mentioned. You've heard a lot about it over past webinars and the UGMs. This is hopefully good surprise for you. This is something we haven't really talked about recently, but it will be coming out soon. It's going to be a detailed view of an inspection. So currently, if you're familiar with inspections, when you go to the history. And you go to view an inspection, it downloads a PDF for you. Well, we're going to do something a little bit different in that. We're going to give you a view that doesn't require you to download the PDF and you see a little snippet of it there in the bottom. This is going be a nice dynamic view. It's going to surface the most important information of the inspection at the top. It's It's going to give you different options, depending on what occurred within the inspection. You're gonna have if you didn't have any field items, you won't show field items there, that kind of stuff. You'll be able to easily access pictures and things like follow-up statuses will be up to date on these, which is not normally up to date on a PDF just because it's generated and you have to click a link to view it. But, like I said, we don't have a lot of time. If you have questions about this, feel free to reach out. I'm happy to go over this with you. The good thing is if this. I want you guys to provide feedback because this is the idea of. What we do for other modules that are currently have a PDF download instead of a standalone view. So, more feedback you provide, the better we make those other views as well as this one. Otherwise, I think I'm handing it off to Chris O'Connor for fleet. Awesome. Thanks, Colby. I should have control. Yeah. So start with telematics. We're working on some big stuff, but y'all will have to come to UGM to see those announcements. But for this quarter, we expanded our integrations to include some new OEMs with Kubota. So you'll be able to pull in your Kubota heavy equipment and tractors into telematics the same way you would any of your other OEMs. And we also expanded our third party list with Motive, so you'll be able to bring in Motive equipment the same way you can with our previous integrations with Samsara and Geotab. And we also added Verizon Connect Fleet. So if you're using Connect Fleet or Motive, you can now bring those into telematics to kinda, again, just expand that single pane of glass that we've been working on for the last last few years. As I mentioned, telematics, working on a lot of other bigger things, but you'll have to come to UGM to see those announcements, so be sure to sign up for that. And with that, I'm gonna pass it off to Hayden to talk about some of the maintenance and e three sixty changes that have happened. Thanks, Chris. I'm Hayden Price. I'm the product manager over our fleet maintenance app. So HCSS Fleet in the web and Equipment360. We're gonna hit HCSS Fleet maintenance first, kinda what we've been working on here. Couple quick updates here. First off, we implemented location work orders. If you are familiar with Equipment360, this would be familiar to tracking a job or a shop worker. So any of that mechanic time that's not spent wrenching on an actual piece of equipment. So they're doing welding or fabrication at the job site. They're doing repairs at the shop or sweeping up the shop, you wanna track track that work, it can be done. And a lot of this work that we're doing is is leading into fleet time cards on the web, which we're actively working on. And like Chris was saying, we're gonna have a lot more to show you with that at UGM and hopefully get people in beta testing at that point. Another little another little ad that you're seeing on this GIF right here while I created a location based work order is we did add work order priorities into HCSS Fleet maintenance. Pretty simple but beneficial feature. It's obviously also included in the mobile app. So if I'm looking at my work order list on the mobile side, I'll see the priority indicator with a low, medium, or high priority directly from my work order list to make that a little bit more consumable. Moving on, I did show off our first cost entry portion of HCSS Fleet Maintenance in the web last release that is now available in mobile. So you'll see me here in this GIF adding a parts receipt, entering the cost, a reference number, description for that that receipt or invoice, and, of course, we are able to upload any documents or take any photos and attach that to the receipt. Obviously, anything that we added from the web will be viewable on the mobile system now as well. Another highlight here, this applies to HCSS Fleet Mobile or you may have known it historically called Telematics Connect. It's been rebranded to include the maintenance functionality that we've been building out in the web. We added a filter to the equipment list to... Like we can do in the web, show unregistered devices. And, obviously, this is gonna be a very important thing if we're gonna be tracking maintenance in the web to be able to track maintenance on assets that we don't have, you know, telematics unit on or OEM integration for. So we're now actually able to access the entire list of our equipment out of telematics and and HCSS Fleet Mobile, whether it has a device on it. Cool. That is it for the fleet maintenance side. Like I said, a lot of these stories are leading into time cards, so we're gonna be looking forward to showing you more and and getting some some beta testers in, hopefully, around q one and UGM. So moving on to Equipment360. Couple quick stories for you here. We've had more and more requests of, I need a good way or a good report to be able to generate a part request list across work orders. Right now, I'm kinda having to go into each work order, find the part list, make sure that I deliver it. You know, maybe that unit's out on the job site, and I need to bring all the right parts. And, oh, no. I I didn't realize this work order was open too. And having to go through multiple work orders to generate that parts list has been a... An effort. So as you can see here in this purchasing tab, we added the parts request worksheet. So I can go in there. I can select a date range of work order statuses, do my filtering based off of work order statuses, equipment job shop work orders, and actually generate a report across all work orders for all of my part requests. We did add the capability as we can with any of the worksheets in Equipment360. We can do grouping. So in this example, you could see me group all of my part request needs by a particular job, or if I wanted to group them all by a particular mechanic so I can bring him all of the parts that he's gonna need to do his work today. That's what that... This worksheet allows. So look forward to you guys getting in and and and playing around with that. We'd love to hear your feedback. The other kind of major thing for Equipment360 and and Fueler in this case is we released our first FuelerPlus API endpoints. And, honestly, this should cover about 99% of what you need if you wanted to integrate FuelerPlus data with a third party or or anything along those lines with APIs. So we do have API endpoints for fuel dispenses, fuel transfers, and our bulk purchases. So we've got CSV imports, you know, kinda old school imports for a lot of this, so this is really exciting to have a more modern approach to getting fuel data into our system. That, of course, is available on our developer portal with all the documentation, which is developer.htssapps.com. That brings us to the end and to q and a, so I might let Reed take over here for the last couple of minutes. Sure, yeah, thanks. Thanks everyone for joining. Hayden, we have a question. Quick question from Andrew. Think you can help answer is I will fleet. I think they're saying it will fleet maintenance be replacing Equipment360. So right now, it's essentially a lightweight version of e three sixty in the web. If you need the comprehensive solution that e three sixty offers, you know, with robust cost tracking, reporting, parts management, etcetera, three sixty is still gonna be what you're using for, you know, at least the next couple years. The end goal with HCSS Fleet maintenance in the web is that once there's enough value and feature parity there for you to say, wanna switch to this new solution, at that point, we're gonna start helping you migrate off of the e three sixty into the web. So right now, it's a totally, know, separate system. It's not talking to E360, but in the future, the plan, like I said, is to be able to move you to this new web based system. Perfect. Then we have a question from Becca. What level of access do you need for the part request worksheet? That's purely decided by your menu access controls, so that follows the same settings and user administration that any other view does in E360 Manager. If you have manager access, I think you will more than likely have it out of the box, but you would just need to have your admin check the menu access control if you do not see it. Okay. Then one other thing I do want to share is earlier in the chat, Gen shared a link to a MyField help article that talks about the free version of MyField. So if you have questions on what's included in the free version, what's included in the paid version, know I Jon covered that, but that's a good reference and give you all that information as well. I think we have one more question from Brittany Hayden in E360 when the PM alerts go out, is there any way to get a note option in the personal setup alerts? Might need a little more context on that one, Britney. My email is Hayden.Price@HCSS.com. You shoot me an email. I'd be glad to chat that one through with you. Right. With that, I think we've gotten through all of our questions that we had for today. Thank you so much to everyone for joining us for our fall product release webinar. We're excited to have you today. We're really excited about a lot of the announcements that we're able to share. A lot more to come. Please, as I mentioned earlier, join us at UGM in February. We're excited to see all of you and and as a final reminder, all all these updates, unless otherwise noted, they'll be should see them live in all of our products next Thursday on October 15. So thank you everyone. Have a good day.
