Good morning everyone. We're going to wait a little bit and let everyone log in and settle in and then we'll go ahead and start our HeavyJob webinar for this month. Just give it another minute or two. But while we wait, I'll go ahead and share this slide, is our UGM slide, I'll talk about it in a little bit. Think fall officially started. Definitely feels that way. 96 coming in this morning. Oh, yes. It was it was several degrees lower. It was it was only the mid nineties outside. I think think 96 is mid nineties. We are quite happy that, I believe they declared that Houston's hurricane season is coming to a close this year, and zero named storms in the Atlantic or zero named hurricanes in the Atlantic, not named not named storms. Wait. It's still 96 over there where y'all are at? Jeez. Larry, you know you wanna move down. Really, really don't. Ninety six is not selling it. It's a humid heat, though. So it it I know. So it's, like, really unpleasant. I mean better. Keeps your skin young, though. Yeah. Patrick is 31 degrees up there in Alaska. I a, don't doubt it. B, I thought this was the right time to visit. Like, summer. I legitimately thought that was someone coming in from a a metric, someone in Celsius. I I truly did. I was like, oh, 31. He's messing with us in in metric. Nope. That's that's Alaska. I'm sorry, Patrick. Good to hear from you, Patrick. I'm If it's if it's sunny, I bet that 31 feels just fine. It's below freezing. Like Yeah. Alright, everyone. Welcome to our September HeavyJob webinar. We're excited to have you guys. Before we start, I wanted to let everyone know that registration is open for UGM. It's our biggest event of the year. We're super excited to have everyone join us in Houston. This year it's February 15 to the eighteenth. We love seeing you all in person, getting to share some of the new products that we are going to be releasing, sharing with you our roadmap, and then also just talking to you guys in person, seeing what you guys want to see in the future, and just having a good time together. Registration is open, feel free to scan the QR code here if you want to register today. There should be a couple of promo codes coming up if they aren't out now. I think there's one for the holidays, Thanksgiving and then over the December holidays as well. So keep an eye out for those, but we would love to see you in person in Houston, February fifteenth to eighteenth. It won't be ninety six. On today's agenda, we have issue management, photo tagging, and production analyst. And so I will go ahead and hand it off to our speakers. First off, we have John Bradshaw with issue management. Hey, y'all. John Bradshaw, product manager for, Docs and Plans and project management, and wanted to, go ahead and talk about the, new issue management, feature that we have coming out, shortly in in HeavyJob. Really wanna make this into that command center, that place that you can go for all of those, all of those issues that are arising, arise arising from the field and being able to, being able to handle that uncertainty through data driven decisions. One of the, one of the big things we have done with this is we have taken what was previously in HeavyJob project management, and we are moving it out of, out of there and putting it into HeavyJob Manager itself. So you'll be able to, you'll be able to access these items, across all of your jobs, be able to, be able to view them, manage them. You'll be able to assign people to them, see when they're due, update update statuses. And there's going to be even more coming on this. This is currently available for about 75 companies. We'll be releasing it with our fall release, coming up in about three weeks. If you're interested, if you're interested in having it turned on for for y'all prior to then, please just ping that into into q and a, or you can message me at john dot bradshaw h c s s dot com. And then when you go into the actual the actual items, we're bringing a lot more information in there. The photo the the photos, the images, that are being captured in the field because all of your, you know, all of your, all of your crews, all of the people on your team are doing those at least five photographs a day documenting everything, you know, everything that that that that they're working on so that those, those images are available. These will these will be front and center. It won't be buried down at the bottom. You'll be able to preview them. You'll be able to open them, view them, go through them, go through them and see, see all of the, see all of the context, that's coming out of the coming out of those coming out of those pictures. And then also, we've added in an impact section, and what this allows you to do is at the earliest part of this of this issue arising from the field, begin to try and capture what the potential cost and schedule impact would be so that that person at the field can go in and start indicating, hey. This this may be here's what this is gonna here's what we think here's what we think this might cost. Here's gonna be the potential impact. Also, being able to identify when it is something that is affecting that critical path. So something that if it is not addressed, it is going to have outsized repercussions throughout the throughout the throughout the project. And then finally, we are also bringing in that bringing in our HeavyJob map. So being able to locate that being able to being able to contextualize that issue to where it is happening in the act in actual real space. So that is that is issue management in issue management in HeavyJob. Now, Donna, it we definitely have a couple of people that have found our Q and A panel. I'm not sure we told everybody about that. But by all means, if you do have questions at any point today during the webinar, please go into the Q and A, and you can shoot questions in. Now, couple of people have found it, and they would like to ask to be added to the beta so that they can just access it additionally. So that is definitely an option. And there we start getting other questions. So there's a request from Brian for the date of initial schedule impact. Date of initial schedule impact. Makes sense. I think I understand what you're asking for, Brian. I will reach out to you offline just to confirm my understanding. And then also, I see Matthew's Matthew's question on how this will interact with the mobile app. It it is the the mobile app is the idea where you will where that that that individual in the field creates this. So if it is created, it is being passed into this information it is being passed in here. So all of the all of the issues are the ideal is all those issues are being created in the field in the HeavyJob mobile app. These items are then escalating up here, and you have all of this information in here. There are some changes coming to the mobile app to include these new these new fields that we have that we have added. They they aren't they aren't there yet. So this is so like the cost impact is the cost of the the impact sections of cost impact, schedule impact, is something that, that the project manager in HeavyJob Web would need to add right now. That is a gap that it is coming on the it is coming on the mobile side. Definitely a lot of people jumping in there saying they'd like to have it. Yes. So that is looking good. Okay. Thank thank you for confirming what I was thinking, Brian. Really appreciated that. I'm not gonna not gonna promise anything in the webinar because then Adam comes down the hall and yells at me. No. He doesn't. He's very nice. Yeah. I know. Never. But yeah. No. That's a that's a great idea. We can we can we can definitely definitely look in in into that. One last question before we jump into our next section here. All right. Two last questions before we jump into our next section. One is, is there a way to select who these issues are sent to? Yes. So that right now, whoever you assign it to gets that gets gets that. And then Eric, for the issues into Plans, if you create it in Plans, it will be it will be there. It's using the same the same information from from the Heavy from the HeavyJob app. We are doing some more work on the mobile side for project controls, project management in Docs and Plans Docs and Plans as well. I I I wanna do that. I wanna do that very badly. So we're going to so we are. Cool. Alrighty. Let's see what's next with Anil. Yep. Alright. Excellent. If one of y'all can advance the slide. Perfect. Actually, you go back one real quick. Sorry. Okay. Excellent. So today, this session is basically a follow-up to what we talked about in our June webinar, and it's basically the revamp of the photos module in iOS, HeavyJob, and then more so talking about the tagging side of it. And so we know you guys love to take photos. We get millions of photos every year, and photos help you guys show what's been done with the job site, photos help, you know, CYA, like they serve a lot of purposes. And so the core of what we're gonna talk about today is basically ensuring that the photo in itself tells a story, but by adding tags to it, you can say you can tell your story your way. Your foreman can tell their story their way of what the impact was. Tying back to what John showed for issues, you can tie any sort of tags that you have tied to issues, cost code with MSC. So we'll go through all of that. The first so next slide, please. The first thing I did wanna cover is just some small UI changes that is coming with this change, and then we'll go into the new stuff. And so on the left there is what we have in photos today, which is, what you guys know and what your foreman are used to. Basically, what we did is currently to either take a photo straight from the app or pull from your gallery, pull from your files. It's multiple taps. It's at least two, if not three. We wanna simplify that. We just wanted to make it easier for the users to just tap whichever one they want, whether they wanna take pull from the gallery, which we know is very common, or take the photo live from the app, you know, that's also very common, or pull, pull in from a Google Drive somewhere else. And so we just changed the the multi tapping to get to the source to that bar on the bottom you see there on the right, where they can easily go in and choose the action they want. So that's one. The second change that we did that'll be a little bit different is we brought in the default iOS photo selection. So it's the same one that your users see when they're adding a photo to, say, email or they're adding a photo to Instagram or whatever it is. It's it's that default iOS photo picker, and that in itself has its own benefits. A, it addressed the duplication issue that I know some of you guys saw. You can kinda see in in the left screenshot there where there's there's a weird issue where sometimes your photos would get duplicated, by us using the iOS default photo selector. That duplication issue no longer exists. B, one of the other benefits that I found out last night as I was playing with this is like you can actually pitch and zoom into your photos or into that photo selection. So right now I have a three by three grid or so. I can zoom and I can see like a two by two or a one by one so the user can more easily see which photos am I selecting to then get added to my day's work. And so those are the main ones there. There's some filtering and stuff that you can also do at the bottom that is really cool that just comes out of the box with us using Apple iOS's interface instead of our own canned one. Sarah, the photo stuff is not out yet. This will be also part of our quarterly release, in about a month. So, mid October is when we're gonna release this. Okay. Next slide to talk about the new stuff. Thank you. So yeah. What's what's new? What's different is, yeah. Okay. Perfect. This is a GIF. What we're gonna have with our fall release is the tagging stuff I talked about. So what this is initially showing is and it'll it'll loop around so we can show it again, but basically, multi photo tagging. Right? So you're in this thumbnail view. You're you've added a bunch of different photos. You can go in, select multiple photos, and then tag it with whatever whatever you're tag it with. So whether it's a cost code showing that work, whether it's a MSC code showing the equipment or the other materials used or the transaction tag. So, you can do that in a multi multi photo state, which is what this is showing right now, or you can tap on the photo, see it kind of full screen essentially, and then add transaction tags or any sort of tags, which is what the next part of this image is gonna show. So that'll be part of our fall release. And then soon after that, a couple more improvements we're gonna do. And some of these may be in the fall release as well, but some of the other things we're gonna do is the option to opt out of the photo. So you'll see kinda on the photos there, there's the the yellow text showing the location, the date, time, all of that information. We've heard feedback where users don't want that. They either have their own tool or for whatever reason they don't need any sort metadata sample to the photo. So we'll I'll allow you guys to opt that out. That'll be a company wide setting. The other thing we're gonna do is faster photo taking. So going back to the June webinar, one of the survey questions we had was, what else can we add into this? And so the response we got was when a user takes photos, right now they take a photo, they have to approve it or they have to, like, accept it essentially. Like a second photo, they have to accept it. So there's that intermediary step that ultimately isn't useful. And so we're gonna we're doing that work right now to basically just allow them to snap, snap, snap, snap, snap, take whatever photos they want of the job site, bring them into the app, then throw out the ones they don't need that are that are irrelevant. And then the last piece there is filtering by tags so that similar to at the top right is that funnel icon. Today, you can filter by date. You can filter by foreman if if you have permissions for those. You can filter by jobs. We'll also now that photos are gonna have an association with the cost code, the MSC code, or a transaction tag will allow the mobile users to also filter by that. Super handy for either our project engineers or project managers in the field, superintendents. If they wanna quickly find the photo that is tagged with subcontractor issue, they can filter by that and then have that list filtered down. Yes. So we do less of a tag, we do also support free form notes. So you can go in at at this screenshot, there's that note icon at the left. I didn't include it in the the GIF here, but we do have notes as well that can be added to to the tags. And then if you go to the next screen. The Actually, before we do that, I I I have some questions for Dan or for Matt here. Like what are some good use cases for why someone might want to tag with a material code? Well I mean we have a lot of people that actually take photos of their receiving tickets and or if you have damaged material or the quality when it's delivered, you wanna take a photo of that and tag it with that material code. So when you have either a PO that you wanna get the tickets for it or substantiate a return or a payment that you don't wanna make for a stick a pipe that's cracked and broken, you can easily photo, tag it with that MSC code, and then send it in. So then I can get the receipts and that photo email or contact the the supplier and just say, hey. Here's the receipt. Here's what we don't wanna pay for. Or it's your AP just looking up those receipts and making sure that they match invoice. A little bit of a setup on the question because I know these guys have been asking for this on behalf of our customers for a very long time. So sorry to cut you off there, Matt. Even if I just snap pictures of all my receipts and tag those just as material and now my accounting team can come in and say, let me look at all the pictures that are tagged as material, and I've got all my receipts to be able to go back and double check something if anything looks weird. Real easy way instead of digging through all these lovely rainy day pictures we're seeing in the background, that looks like a fun day. I can ignore all those and just see the ones that I wanna see. One one thing that I wasn't expecting was the filtering by the actual tag. I had forgotten that we talked about that. That's gonna be huge for the field users. They just at point in time, it's hard to get back to a photo for two months ago and remember exactly which one. And so on being able to say, hey. We had a an equipment issue or a subcontractor issue and being able to just say, hey. I know it was within the last three months and just picking that, then I can sift through the just those photos instead of trying to find the one that that happened. So I think that's just gonna be another added feature that the the field guys are gonna love. Speaking of filtering by tags, looks like Andrew was asking whether or not the filtering by tags would be available on the web. So I think that tees you up nicely there Anil. Answer is yes. So that's that's what our next slide is here. So of course, you know, once the web sorry. Once the mobile guys in the field do all this work, we wanna have reports in the web that show all of this. Right? And so that part of the fall release and I'm presenting on behalf of John. So I'll try to answer any questions, but John Knudson on the website is, handling most of this. We're gonna update basically any report that shows your photos today. We're gonna update it to show and allow filtering by those same tags. So initially for the fall release, which again is about a month out, the photos and docs tool, you can kinda see it in this top screenshot here where I can go in, choose the transaction tags, that I wanna filter by. Similar to this, we'll have a section for cost code, then section for materials and subs. They'll allow filtering there. We'll also have it in that that bottom screenshot in the grid so you can choose choose no filters and then have your list of transaction tags or cost code or materials and then filter, in that in that search box right there. So the photos and docs tool, that's the first phase. Shortly thereafter, we'll have the daily digest, and then also in time card right below the the core of the time card, there's that you see your photos there for that job date foreman. So all of that will also show the along the photos, the tags that were applied. And then shortly thereafter, they should be doing work in the daily report and then also the map. I know there's a lot of use of our map. We can see a lot of good job details. We see photos there as well and so we'll have the tags applied in those reports as well. Very cool. Another question in coming in is sometimes our field guys are not the best at adding the right tags out in the field and can the PMs go in on the web and edit basically add those tags afterwards or edit tags that have been added by users out in the field? So how does that work from that standpoint? Yeah, absolutely. So that's definitely the goal. I'll have to check. John's out of country right now so I don't know the specifics on it but I'll I'll get some deals from the dev team. But, yeah, that's definitely the plan is I definitely by the end of this year by UGM, the office could also go in and add tags, remove tags if the office shows the wrong stuff, and then those will then also trickle back to the mobile side. So that's part of that, the whole story we wanna tell of the field can do it or the office can do it, and they'd all just talk to each other. And so we that that will be there, hopefully, by the end of the year, if not in our October release. Very cool. I'm seeing lots of thumbs up and beer steins. It must be almost October. They usually I think of the tags as all the reasons I'm having a bad day, so that way I can tag it. This is the subs fault I'm having a bad day or it's the weather's fault I'm having a bad day. But even just thinking of how you can organize and find the pictures later, I've had a couple companies set up a marketing photo as a tag. So if you want to have an internal challenge of who's going to make it to the company Instagram, tag that with the marketing photo because you just got a good shot. That can be fun just as a good, clever way to encourage more and more pictures. So hey, you keep sending me these good pictures for the website, but I need pictures of like what's going on as well. Give me some beautiful pictures of all our finished work. So that way we get a good way to either argue that it's done or document any issues. Clever different way to use it and get your gears going. Yeah, the other way just that I've seen and the customers that I've worked with, they have locations and they need to take the photos and tag those with those locations to support billing and some other things. And when they're taking three, four, five, six photos, it's they're they're having to go in and tag each one, and this is gonna save them a lot of a lot of time and and for us to be able to grab those, filter them out in the photos and docs tool and grab those photos and and generate, the supporting documentation. So good good job, team. Thanks, Dan. Thanks, Matt. Alrighty. That's everything I Yeah have in and I will go over go ahead and take control of the screen. I will mention however that it looks like we have a number of attendees with their hands raised. We don't have a mechanism for calling on you during a webinar, but if you'd like to put your questions into the Q and A section, you'll be able to just ask the questions there and we'll be able to answer them live when you ask them. So Sarah, I'm going go ahead and show my screen live into a live demo. In the meantime, Anil, why don't we answer Jason's question? How many tags can you attach to a list? Yeah, absolutely. It's unlimited. We will support there's no hard limit. They're sure I'm sure there's some dev limit, which is thousands maybe. But, yeah, there's no practical limit of how many you can apply to a photo. Awesome. All right. Can you all see my screen? Awesome. Thank you. Okay. Heavyjob.com, our favorite website in the world. Truly is. We know this. We've loved it. Getting some changes coming to a screen near you. This will be released in beta. What I'm about to show you will be released in beta in a few weeks at fall release in mid October. It is not going wide to everybody at that point. So if this is something that you're interested in, please by all means let us know. But for now, it's not going out to all of our HeavyJob customers, just at the initial thing. And you'll see why in a second. So we're looking at our dashboard, obviously. I will come in here and show you all of our various reports here. And one that has been a part of HeavyJob Systems since the desktop days has been our production and analysts report. This has been here. We even tried to replicate the old desktop style grid in which you're able to see positive and negative there. But it's a it's a it's a fairly basic report. It is showing you across your jobs, across your cost codes, where you're making and losing money. Fairly simple. Where did something happen unexpectedly? I can sort by variance and I can know exactly in fact, will sort by variance here and know exactly and that's grouping by job. Me bring that back down. There we go. And I can see that in this case on my Savoy Drive job we're losing our most money over this time period, which is probably the last week, I would assume, last seven days. Rough grade topsoil. My next step, dig in, figure out what happened on those seven days on this cost code, on this job. Was it a weather factor? Were there some other issues? Is it equipment breakdown? Stuff like that. Go and track that down. And so it's a great report. It surfaces the fact that there might be an issue on the job. Might be an issue. Things happen. We don't know, but there might be an issue. I'm going to introduce to you now version two of the report coming soon to a heavyjob.com near you. So you'll notice similar. We got the graph at the top, but I'm going to scroll down to the grid down below here. And once again, same grid, only we have some new lovely, magical colored AI additions to this. So we now have what we're calling our production analyst, which is fittingly on the production analysis report. So I can come in here. I'm going to do the exact same thing. And I'm going to sort by variance and notice that my same Savoy Drive rough grade topsoil is showing off by the same amount over that week time period here. And I'm actually instead going to click on it and say investigate. And so meet HCSS AI. So what we're doing, so instead of just surfacing the fact something might have an issue, we're actually going to try and figure out what's going on. I'm going actually make this into our bigger, larger window here. This over to the side. I can move this all around the screen so that I can be still looking at what's going on while I'm doing my stuff here. Right now, it is going out there and saying, okay, here's the issue. One of our cost codes is off. Tell me why it might be off. Give me that first step towards what could be going on on this job, on this cost code, during this date range, And it is quite talkative today. So let's scroll back up and take a look. So on this job, on this cost code, we've observed that there's some issues here. We have a dollar overrun, and then we have it's noticing hours and production units and the basic issues with the numbers. But now it's actually going to go and try and determine what the likely causes are. So most likely causes field productivity was lower than the estimate because the work was fragmented and less straight line than planned. So it's actually looking at the estimate notes that have come over from HeavyBid and says that estimate basis shows the code is planned around a consistent production setup, 12,000 square yards per shift in ten hours with a defined crew package. Unfortunately, the actual time card notes show the work was spread across multiple different areas. It broke it up and our production suffered because of that. Very standard in estimate versus actual operations. Nothing worked as perfectly as it is estimated, unfortunately. And then we're looking here at site conditions. The clay and here it's Houston, we got clay. Estimators should have accounted for that. Diaries repeatedly mentioned that the clay was no fun and the ground is finally getting manageable. Maybe it rained a little bit as it did this past week, sort of softened things out. And then there were some other interruptions. It's found on the diary there's a small machine issue noted on three different days with the mechanic requested on that first day. Maybe the mechanic didn't show up for a week before he got in there. So it's going through each of these different areas that, in theory, your engineers, your project managers should be going through themselves in determining what's wrong with the cost code. It's going to look at your time card. It's going to look not just at the crew makeup but it's going to look at the time card notes. It's going to look at the, sorry, the cost code notes. It's going to look at the estimate notes for how the job was bid to begin with. It's going to look at the budget. It's going to look at the diary. It's it's going to look at the safety meetings and the inspections and stuff like that. So, in the end, confidence is high that it has figured out what's going on here. It even makes a recommendation. I do want to emphasize as much as I possibly can, all right? You know the work. This is AI, and it will get better. It's pretty good. It will continue to get better. It does not replace using your head. Alright? It does not replace your guys getting in there and doing what you pay them to do and actually looking at the information and determining whether it makes sense. What we're trying to do is actually just make the job a little bit easier, a little bit more efficient so that you can do the work a little faster, get the information you need a little faster. Instead of just surfacing the fact that you had a variance issue, let's surface the different things that happened on that cost code. And once again, the project manager to use actual intelligence, not artificial intelligence, actual intelligence to determine what's going on. I do want to show one other thing before I get to the questions, which I don't have up in front of me right now. We actually let you weight how the different factors go into this so that if you know that your estimate data, god forbid the estimators, are just so way off basis that we we just need to ignore them, or maybe just make it a little bit lower of a priority for us because it's not helpful. But you know that they're putting in a lot of good cost code notes. Then let's move that up there to the top. It allows you to wait according to what your jobs, what your company actually finds more important instead of us just setting something for all the companies that are using HeavyJob out there. And then of course our variance percentage here. What this does is it actually defines which of the fields I'm going close this back out here which of the fields pop up is something you care about. And we're doing that variance in both directions. So if I were to sort this the other direction, we're also going to let you know when something is too far in the good, and hey, sometimes there's nothing wrong with that, the crew was able to make a really good time. Sometimes though it means that something might have been left out, Perhaps a number was entered incorrectly. And so allowing us to see both the variances in either direction is kind of important. So that is available there. And at that point in time, I'm going to go look and see if I can figure out, now that I'm sharing my screen, how to find the Q and A. Unless somebody would like to throw out some questions for me while I track this down. Are there no questions? This is awesome. Jenna has a good one. Can the production analysis agent give calculated data answers, like if you need to extrapolate a target number or give a historical production rate? Historical production is a great ask. It's something that we would like to get to. A key aspect of that unfortunately is going to be how do we link those historical production rates because all your cost goods are unique per job And so it likely will involve using something like the HeavyBid codes that come over that right now HeavyBid's historical production history is using to grab the different cost codes out of HeavyJob to use. So we can attempt to use similar coding structures there. It is not available right now at the moment. It is not. I'm excited. We got to start somewhere. So I'm excited to see you. This is round one, phase one for us. Something that I've mentioned when discussed this with people both internally and externally, HeavyJob is built around this concept of variance. This is the reason why y'all are using the software. This is an agent. This is a tool that is not going to be confined to a single report because I mean it's HeavyJob. Like probably 75% of the screens have a variance thing on there somewhere. Like we should be putting this tool everywhere in HeavyJob so that you'll be able to access it where you need it on the reports that you're using. If you prefer the cost code details report, by all means, it's going to go there. If you'd like something to pop up on the Daily Digest and say, hey, there's a variance off here. Now, go track it down and be able to highlight the stuff there on the daily digest. We're going to start putting these tools in the places that y'all are already using the software. We don't want you to have to go searching for the right screen and the right tool. If you're already comfortable using or your your people, your team is already comfortable using certain screens and certain workflows, that's where the tools are going to start showing up. This is our first tool that is going out there wide to everybody eventually. Right now it's going to be in beta, by all means let us know if you want to be in the beta. But this is our first tool, we're very proud of it, but we want to figure out exactly what's working. If there's anything fun that's not working, by all means let us know. It is very much still going to be in beta. So just try it out, take a look. You can absolutely continue to have a conversation in here. Talk through things with the tool. Ask it additional questions. Ask it to go into detail about various things and see what happens. Brandon's got a good one for T and M work. Can we tell the robot T and M is breakeven, so ignore the variance on those? We should be able to. I'm not sure we can check and see in the system whether obviously the T and M flags that exist at the cost good setup level as well as at the individual transaction level on the time card, we can make sure that it's feeding it into there so that those do not show up as something that would trigger a deep dive. So good call out, Brandon. Miguel's curious what LLM we're using. Fair question. All of this is flowing through Microsoft Azure. So when you use HeavyJob, when you're using Safety, MyField, any of our operations products, with the exception of plans, all of this data is stored in Microsoft Azure. So we partner with Microsoft. All of your data is stored in its own siloed area away from all of the other customers' data. And Azure actually has AI services that they've partnered with OpenAI. So we are not calling ChatGPT directly or OpenAI directly. Instead, what we do is we partner with Azure and they make sure your data is protected and secure and self contained. And then they go ahead and access the chat GPT LLM, the OpenAI LLM to get the information back and forth. We're not currently we're not using your data right now to train or or create our own models and all the other fun stuff. I'm sure you've heard on the news. That's not what we're doing here. We're really just utilizing a model to process data and then return it to you. But your data does remain secure and siloed away from everybody else's data. So good question there, but OpenAI via Azure is the answer you're looking for there. And the robot tell that my actual time card crew is different than my estimated crew from HeavyBid? It can attempt to do that. This is something that we've attempted with various degrees of success over the years. The bottom line is that your HeavyBid crew makeup is labor codes and equipment codes. It's codes that start with a letter and codes that start with an eight, primarily speaking, unless you've actually made the move to HeavyBid Web, which I know a few of you have. And it just introduced hybrid mode in HeavyBid Web, so you don't actually have to do a forced conversion from desktop to web. You can use desktop and web together. Try that out. That's a separate webinar boat. But your HeavyBid codes are letters and A codes. And in HeavyJob you have pay classes and equipment types. And in some cases you're not using equipment types. You're just putting in the equipment's name. And so AI does make it a little bit easier to make those comparisons and try to match those up. But it's not going to be perfect, especially unless you've labeled something perfectly. The difference between a D4 and a D5 is still going to be a little bit hard for the AI to recognize unless it literally says D4 and D5. It's not going to be able to search through model numbers perfectly at this point. So yes and no. Is my going to be my answer to that one. Cody has a good one. Can I ask follow-up questions like what should the quantity for the period budget be to meet prior costs? Yeah. What should the quantity for the prior period be? I think he's asking for the AI agent then to build the production plan for that particular cost code. That's what that sounds like. That is the next step. Technically Cody was just asking if I could do the follow-up question which I'm gonna do right now live and we're gonna see what happens. Love live demos. But yes Dan the logical step next is alright can you build me a production plan that I can send to the field to get them back on track? And yes, we are heading that direction. Like Dan is correct. That is absolutely the direction we're heading. People have asked for this. That being said, please, please do not take the human out of the equation. You'll need to be in here. You cannot just be hitting buttons and saying, go send this plan to the field without looking at it. All right. Yes. So look, to have hit the correct cost, your earned cumulative quantity would needed to have been about roughly 35,957 square yards. That's a rough approximation there that it's given us. And it's showing us the math on that. Yes, you absolutely can have those conversations and ask questions and stuff like that. I remember saying I always had a calculator, I didn't need to memorize all this math. But I'm worried about how hard it's going to be convincing my son he really needs to know math when he can just have the robot do all of it for him. Homework in this day and age is scary. It's also quite helpful for anybody that has not pulled out their phone and taken a picture of their kid's homework and said, hey, can you explain this to me so I can explain it to them? That works great. I miss books. Having a book to be able to reference it, Oh, okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, this would be good. Michael requested, he loves seeing this. He's curious if we could add a variance percent column, which I like that idea in the grid. So don't just give me a dollar difference, but give me a percent difference. Absolutely. That is a great ask there. We love the little can you just add an extra column in here that would help us out? So yes, if you do look, we do have what's the performance factor column here. This is the equivalent of that just at the so one would be 100%. It would be perfect. And so anything below 0.9 right now would be less would be 10% off in the bad direction. So that's why these two show and then anything above 1.1. So this is effectively 13.2% off and that's why it's triggering our variance at the moment. So we do have that here, but just putting it in as a separate column, not everybody likes using the performance factor that we were one of the ones to pioneer about twenty years ago, I would say. It's been a long time. I would say higher is better and lower is slower. Because it's catchy. Should we should we be able to pull the same type of data from the end of job report? Oh, good shout out to the end of job report, which is very cool, to give some of that bid versus build feedback. I mean, bottom line is yes. We want this agent to be it it is not just meant to be used for on a week long time period when you're looking through things. A, you should be looking at your jobs on a weekly, if not daily basis. Yes. But end of job review report, job to date, year to date reports absolutely need to have these things. There's going to be different users with different use cases. And so that ability to process all this data, it may take a little bit longer. And let's be clear about that. If you've run a six month long job and now you're going to try and process a cost code that took a month to work on because you're doing a lot of site work and dirt work on there. It's going to take a while to go through all those diaries and time cards and cost code notes just to make sure that it has all the information. So, keep that in mind. It may take a little bit longer but yes, that is absolutely the plan that we're we're heading towards. I'm flying blind. If that's all the questions, then we will move on to the next section. Alright, cool. Then, I will stop sharing my screen. Somehow, we're on the line. Stop share. There we go. And Sarah, I think we'll bring back up the slide deck. And hand it over to our consultant connect guys. So excited to talk one more time, two more times since we're gonna our last one of the year is gonna be next month in fun costumes. So here my last time to chat before we go to Atlanta and Cleveland. Consulta Connects, our two day event where we dive into one product in a different room. So in Atlanta, we're going to do HeavyJob in one room, Equipment360 in the other, led by yours truly. And then we're going up to Cleveland for HeavyJob and HeavyBid. Would love for any and all of you, or any of all of your coworkers, to join us if you want to hop into the non HeavyJob class. But we just wrapped up last week having some customers in the office, which went really well for our first Safety Consultant Connect. So we're looking forward to doing more of those next year. That went really well. HeavyBid went really well. HeavyJob went really well. All our customers were happy. Couldn't get anybody to go down the slide in the second building. But we all had a good time and learned a lot of goodies. I know in the HeavyJob class we were talking this morning that we were shocked and disappointed. We had a couple customers that were still doing a whole bunch of manual work to process payroll every week. So they hit the button to kick out payroll, and then they do a bunch of extra work, and then they'd either import it or or key that into their accounting system. So please, please, please, our goal is that the time cards that your your crew leads fill out, the eight hours on my time card for today, are the eight hours that flow all the way into accounting and onto my check without you having to do any extra manual work. And if you are having to touch that, please call support so we can figure out why you're needing to touch that, so we can do a little bit of configuration either to your export or change some things in in HeavyJob so that way it to oversimplify is as easy as a button click to kick out a file from HeavyJob the next week to pitch in your accounting system and get everybody paid. That should be as seamless and easy as it can be. And if it's not, then please tell us so we can make it as seamless and easy as it can be. We'll talk about that and some best processes on how to get payroll out of HeavyJob and Equipment360 specifically, how to push your budget out from HeavyBid as well, And so hoping that we'll be able to give some good knowledge. I see a question from our friends up north about looking at doing a show in Canada. We actually have been talking about that. We do all of these at Topgolf, and unfortunately, they're just in The States. We did forget what not golf we found when we were looking around. So we can dig a little bit. If you have any requests for cities, we're looking at where we're going to next year and have some penciled in plans for next year. So feel free to email me, matt.fiddler@hcss.com, or email consulting@hcss.com if you want to have any requests for twenty twenty seven locations where we should come check out, or locations where you think we should do one so that way you can fly to us, because they say about half of the customers that join us are flying in from out of town. Okay. And I think I can hit the button to the next slide. The oh, maybe. Maybe not. Or I was impatient. There we go. Okay, won't touch. And thank you. And the other thing I want to tell you about, something new, if you can't come out and hang out for two days with us, which I understand giving up two days is a long time, and you just want to spend an hour and a half or a few hours with us, we also have the digital version of Consulting Connect. So we basically take some topics that we cover during Consulting Connect and put them into bite sized pieces, so from the comfort of your desk, you can join us without having to drive down the road or hop on a plane. And something I'm excited to tell you this time is you can get half off. If you want to sign up for all the classes we have through the end of the year, you're going get half off of every single class. If you want everybody in the company to sign up, you're going get half off everybody's ticket. So please, please, please sign up and join us for those, the Learn For Life. My folks told me to be a lifeline learner. I hope I'm passing that on to my kids. I hope I'm passing that on to you, that there's always cool stuff you can learn, and we want to help teach you. So we love doing these webinars to show you some goodies. In these, we're going to dive into a specific topic and show you the best way to do something, and I think this will be really good. That's mainly the digital series for y'all, for our manager users. The onboarding series, we know that you don't always get the chance to give your new crew leads and your new mechanics the onboarding training they need to really have the best understanding of how the app works. And so we can shoulder that burden for you and give them a full walkthrough of the software, kind of like a new customer would have for their foreman or mechanics. And so you can sign them up for that. That half off is good for them as well. So if you want to gather them up or have some of your foreman or your mechanics that need a refresher training or any of your new foreman or mechanics, we'd love to train them once a month as well. So scan the QR code. If you've got any questions or you want to know any more information, shoot us an email at consultinghcss dot com or matt. Fiddlerhcss dot com, and I'll be happy to answer them. Sounds good. It looks like you got some requests for a few new cities to add to the list maybe next year. We'll see. Alright. Do we have any final questions before we wrap up for today? There were a couple more. One was just asking, you know, how do we be a part of the beta group to to test out the production analyst AI agent? Just by all means, you know, email me, and I'll get it to the right place. Adam.black@hcss.com. In fact, it's funny like we do a lot of stuff on this webinar of showing you what's coming new and showing you what's in beta. That is the purpose of this. Like we want you to be exposed to this stuff before it hits your foreman, before it hits your project managers. So if you see anything that isn't out yet and you want to be involved or hear about something, by all means, out to us. We love it. We want you all to be involved ahead of time. We think it's great that you want to provide feedback or just want to try things out, like, by all means. So never hesitate if you hear we're working on something to say, hey, you know, can I can I learn more about that? Can I get in on that early? We're absolutely cool with that in in in pretty much every single case. We're we're going to have that hopefully have that ability. So the other questions were what is the end of job report? End of job report is it's funny. Of all the reports in HeavyJob, we've done such a good job of this. All of them are available in hybrid mode except for one report, and it's the end of job review. It is only available to our Web only customers. What it does is it actually compares the estimate that was the estimate in HeavyBid, basically from the archived estimates stuff that HeavyBid sends up to how the job was actually worked in HeavyJob. And you can go line item by line item, activity versus cost code. What was the crew makeup in HeavyBid? What was the crew makeup in HeavyJob as the codes were being worked? So it gives you that blue versus green comparison. I actually wanted to call it the blue versus green report. I was overruled. But it's a good postmortem for once you finish your jobs, just figuring out assuming things went well, there's no arguments, but if things didn't go so well, trying to figure out who made the mistakes, whether it was the estimators or here in operations. Generally speaking, it's always the estimators. And I think we should be good there. Jose is asking, Is HCSS building an MCP connector? We have been working on some MCP like stuff, but we don't have the right technical people to discuss MCP on the call, so I'm not going to go any further than that. Jose, reach out and we can put you in touch with Mikayla and her team and she'll talk your ear off all about those kind of things. So, yes, let's see. And can you make time card revisions available to hybrid customers? Time card revisions, I believe you should be able to see all your newest revisions on the web. So those are available. Guys, we hate it when stuff is hybrid, when when our hybrid users are prevented from using something because we just can't make the data work imperfect from a syncing perspective and other other things like that. We do hate it. So we are doing our best with new features to give both our hybrid and our web only users access to everything. New production analysts will be available across the board to everybody. Obviously the plan stuff doesn't have to worry about this. Good job John, not caring. And then Anil, did we cover that as part of photos? Yeah, it'll work for both our private customers and the ones on the web. Awesome. Awesome. So Sounds good. Alright. Are still getting questions, and we still have time, so we're gonna answer a couple more. As an administrator, I'd like to be able to pull create a daily T and M report when my foreman doesn't send it. Definitely been a request that we've had a number of times. There's no mechanism for doing that right now. So, it is currently for web only companies. You are having the foreman actually go back in and create that daily T and M report. So definitely something that we've heard before, something that we'd like to look into, and something that we'd like to do. We would. And then request here for can we delete time cards or do we have it's the only capability to zero them out. Zeroing them out is the only mechanism for deleting a time card. It's not technically deleting a time card. It's an auditing thing for us. Our systems have to be able to be audited both for our publicly traded companies and even the ones that are not publicly traded. Got to be able to confirm exactly what was going on with the time card and deleting time cards is just not good for us in that case. So yes, we do recommend copy over the crew which is the only thing you can copy between jobs. Put in the correct cost codes, hours and stuff like that and then zero out clear out and save, revise that additional that old time card so it's not being costed against you. Don't just reject it. Reject it. Clear it out. Dan, did you have something else you wanted to add on to that? No. Okay. Alright. Then we are going to call it a day. So, thank you all everybody for joining us. We have one more webinar this year. For those of you that are unaware, the webinar runs last Thursday of the month throughout the year. This is our seventh or eighth year going through here. Going going through. We always take off the last Thursday of November, Thanksgiving and the last Thursday of December which typically falls between Christmas and New Year's. So y'all y'all y'all don't want to come and see us then. So we will close it out this year on the last Thursday in October. Stay tuned for our special Halloween edition of the monthly HeavyJob Webinar. So. We expect you to wear your costumes too. We also have a quarterly webinar coming up in just a couple of weeks. So October 8, look out for that, and you'll see all of our product releases for the quarter, not just HeavyJob, but also HeavyBid and HCSS Fleet. So we look forward to seeing you there. Awesome. Thank you all.
