So welcome everyone. Thanks for joining us for our Insights Learning Summit. My name is Melissa Teague and I'm the product marketing manager for Insights. So we put on this webinar every quarter and today our team is walking you through HCSS Insights, which is our Power BI driven reporting solution designed to give you real time visibility into your estimates, your jobs, safety and equipment. And we'll dive into key features and out of the box reports and highlight how insights builds on your existing API and direct access options. So let's jump right in and I'll hand it over to Harry. Yep. So my name is Harry White and I am the technical product manager for HCSS Insights and Direct Access. A little bit about me. I've been with HCSS for a little bit over four years now. I started in the support department and then actually moved over to the product team right as Insights was going live. So I am the one and only technical product manager that Direct Access and Insights has had thus far. But so getting into it, I wanna start with a little agenda of what we're gonna be covering today. So we're gonna start with a quick overview of Insights. I'm sure that many of you here are probably familiar with what Insights is, but for any of the any of y'all who are not very familiar with it, I'd go over a quick overview. And then we're going to get straight into a live demo. This live demo, this is now, I think, the fifth or sixth quarterly insights webinar that we've done. And with this, some of the feedback we'gotten is you want to see a little bit more of the actual report creation and deep dive into new features. So I'm going to be covering some of our new features, the main two being the ability to filter and group data by job tags and accounting values within or the HeavyJob accounting values and job tags within Insights, which I wanna show you all some kind of expansions on those functionalities that I'm really excited to show, and more importantly, really excited to see how you all are gonna get value out of it in the future. And then if we have time at the end, we'll have we'll do an open kind of q and a. But if you have any questions throughout the webinar, just ask the questions at the q and in the q and a panel, and we'll be happy to answer them for you. Alright. So the goals for this webinar is to present the capabilities of insights with Power BI tools to so you can easily produce visuals of all your company's important metrics. So as I mentioned earlier, many of you all are probably very familiar with what insights is at this point for but for any of y'all here, this is your first time hearing of it, someone told you about this, or you're just kind of interested in what Insights is. So Insights is a reporting solution, HCSS, that we released back in March of twenty twenty five. And what HCSS Insights is is basically we bring the data from all of our individual products and put it in one centralized place that you're then able to provision prebuilt reports on and then customize and create any of the reports to better fit your company's specific needs. We use Power BI as the report visualization tool, and Power BI is pretty much the gold standard of business intelligence reporting tools out right now. But all of this is with the common goal to give you the ability and to help you better analyze your data and then use that data to make better operational decisions. So here's insights for. I kind of like to think of this as a good, better, best. So at the good level, we have all of the products, the product reports within the products themselves. So these reports offer you insights into your data, but they are kind of fixed. You know, there's not a ton of customization that you can do with them. You can customize them and save templates of the layouts, but bringing in other data fields, cross product reporting, because it's a product specific report, is not super available yet. So that's the good option. The better is HCSS Insights. All of this data transformation, setting up the refreshes, the provisioning of the reports, this is a rather difficult process to pull off. And, you know, for companies who are just trying to get, like, their feet wet with business intelligence reporting, see if that's right for them and seeing all the benefits that you can get out of it, insights is a really good solution because we do handle all of the really difficult parts of, like, setting all of this up for you. And then at the best option, we have Direct Access, which is a reporting solution that we also offer. Basically, with Direct Access, we give you access to a reporting version of your company's production SQL environment. You're then able to connect directly to this environment or connect Power BI, Tableau, any kind of reporting suite they would like, or even offload the data in your own data warehouse if you have that set up. And then, of course, we also have all of our API solutions available that you're able to pull that data into a data warehouse and report off of it or even update data from there. However, with Direct Access and APIs, to get the most out of Direct Access, you really need, like, kind of a data analytics team or a contractor on your side. And for APIs, occasionally, you'll even need, like, a developer a development team or developer contractor working on your side to set up all that up. So with Insights, we handle all of that and give you, like, kind of a drop in ready to go solution that allows you to get your feet wet with it. So, yep, it's for people who wanna start their reporting journey. We offer out of the box reports that fit a lot of our customers' needs, but also serve as really good templates for you to use to start modifying reports to see, like, you know, oh, I don't like how this looks. I want to add this piece of data. We also because we're bringing all of the data into one centralized location, we we offer cross product visibility. So things like HeavyJob to HeavyJob HeavyJob to HCSS Safety reporting. So, you know, are all of my foremen submitting a job hazard analysis report at the beginning of the workday for every time card that they submit? You can do things like that within Insights. And once again, this is all at the working towards the goal of getting you better insight and a more holistic view of how your company is performing so you can make better decisions faster. Going over some key features. As I mentioned before, we offer eighty plus prebuilt reports. These are really good out of the box reports, but they also serve as really good templates for you to use to start modifying reports. And, you know, you can always reprovision them if you break anything, you know, no harm done there. Updated data. We we handle all of the data transformation, the data syncing, like, of the back end stuff that really makes, like, getting started. We we basically cross the biggest hurdle that many companies see whenever they're trying to get started on this reporting journey. Cross product reporting that I mentioned earlier that we are bringing all the data into a centralized place, so you're able to report across products and then calculate fields. So thinking of like the cost code summary report and you see your expected values within the product of HeavyJob, those are not actually held anywhere in the data. So what we do is we bring over all the raw data and then we also follow HeavyJob's logic to add all of those, you know, calculated fields such as expected values. And then on top of that, because we're able to modify these data source, we're able to modify the data that's presented. We also can offer different data points that aren't necessarily available in the product, such as like, you know, units per labor hour and things like that, that can give you very specific insights into how your company is doing. We also give you the ability to do something called visual calculated fields or measures rather that allow you to create all of those any kind of custom calculated field that you want. So what do you get with Insights? Firstly, cost savings. So Insights is actually and always will have a free version of it. As long as you have a subscription to an HCSS product, insights is included. So you can go in and add that to your company's environment and get started reporting at any time. So the faster response times. It takes away like, if you have any out of the box solution, it takes away all of the downtime of offloading the data, especially if you're doing like an Excel export once a week. We offer daily refreshes of all the data. And then, of course, cross product reporting. As I mentioned before, that's really like a cornerstone of like one of the biggest functionality gains that you get with Insights. And I'll also talk about that in the demo that I'll be showing later. Couple other features that you get, report subscriptions. So within HCSS Insights, you're able to subscribe to a report, and this will send out the report on a scheduled interview and interval of your choosing to anyone that needs that information. So you don't have to, like, have a user go into HeavyJob to access just a single report. And then, of course, the out of the box reports that I've talked about before. And lastly, data visualization. So this is probably the biggest reason that we went with Power BI other than, of course, it being the kind of industry standard for business intelligence reporting. Think right now it's, like, above a hundred and fifty different different types of visualizations that you can have within Power BI, and they're always adding to it. So you really get total control of being able to see the data exactly as you want to see it without, you know, putting you necessarily into a box of like, this is how the data is being presented. Alright. Touching on how to get access. I will go over this in the demo shortly, but it's the same as adding any other product to your report subscription group. So to get access, you simply need to go into your group setup page and HCSS Credentials. And then from there, select the group that you would like to add this to, then select insights, select the subscription level you would like to have of insights, and then save it, and then you will have insights. But with that, I'm gonna open up a different tab, and then we'll get into the live demo. Alright. Hope everyone can see my screen here. So just to start off, I'm in HCSS Credentials in my group subscription page, and I have this webinar test group that I just created to show you all how to get access to insights. So I'm gonna open up this access group, and then I'm gonna scroll down to HCSS Insights. I'm just gonna hit add. This will pop up a list of all the different levels of access that you can give the users in this subscription group access to insights. This is a little bit different than some of our other products where you set just plain access in within credentials. And then within the product, you have very granular level report or granular over granular level access. For HCSS Insights, all of this is handled within credentials. So just going over what all these different access levels mean. To start with, we have admin. This is good for this should be limited to as few people as that need it as possible. So with this, you're able to create company wide reports so everyone in the company that has access to the report can see it. You're able to provision templates, and you're also able to do company wide subscriptions. For designer, this is really good for both one of the more underutilized, but I think one of the really good levels of access that we offer. This is really good for people who are interested. They say, you know, I want to start messing around with insights, but you don't wanna give them so much control that they can start breaking things. So with a designer, you can create personal reports and personal report subscriptions. However, you can't create company wide ones. A really good workflow that I've seen for this is you have people who are, you know, creating reports at this designer. And then because admins are able to view reports, whether they're private or public, they can then go into, like, a review stage with an admin account and then eventually be made as a company available report. Then we have Reader. As the name would suggest, you have only read only access to your report. So this is really good if you have you can save a specific report with very specific filters and then only provide read only access to limit the user's access to that report. They can't modify anything. They can't change anything on the report. And then lastly, custom. So custom is probably the biggest departure from anything else that HCSS has. So we're able to give read only or designer level access to either the report group or the report or specific reports within HCSS Insights. So if I open up here, this is a list of all the report groups that I have. And then if I say click into the Equipment360 group, I'm able to provision access to only read only access to only the mechanic hour report. And if I go back, I can also provision access at only the report group level. If you're not sure what report groups are, I'll go into that whenever I get a little bit further into the demo into HCSS Insights. But with that, all you need to do from here is add product and then save changes. And now your company has access to HCSS Insights. And with that, I'll go ahead and open up HCSS Insights. So just to get started, this is not exactly what your company's environment is gonna look like the very first time that you provision Insights. This one already has a lot of reports provisioned. But just getting started, you're not gonna have any reports, but you have access to provision all of the reports that are available. The reason that we chose to do this is to prevent just kind of leaving a jumbled mess of all the different reports that you're not going to use and instead just let you pick and choose what reports you actually want. So to get started, we'll provision a report. To do that, I'm going to go to setup, manage report templates. And then here, you'll see a list of all of the report templates available within HCSS Insights. For this example, I'm just going to do the safety incident analysis report. So I'm just gonna copy that name for the report, and I'm gonna go over here and hit this blue hyperlink icon and then preview and assign. Assign to my company. Give it a report name. Put it in a report group. And then from there, I'm going to save the report and it's provisioned. So this is going to be because this company already has the data model that supports the company DM or that supports that report, this is gonna be fairly instant. I just refreshed the page, and it should be here now. See that safety incident analysis report is not present. The first time that you provision a report, it's probably gonna take ten to fifteen minutes depending on how big your company is, just because the first step of the process is to actually provision the report data the data model powering the report before it provisions the report. Let me go ahead and click on safety incident analysis just to show the DIN fact provision. There we can see here the safety incident analysis report with the six pages it has, incident dashboard, the details of all the incidents, the trends, the days since incident by what job, incidents by cause, and then incidents by direct cause. Before I move forward, I wanna touch on the report groups. So to change or modify these report groups, you just simply need to go to set up edit report groups, and it will bring you to this screen. This is a list of all the different report groups that your company has access to. So you can see the insights webinar. Please don't modify here. And to move a report around, I just simply need to drag and drop it to any of the other report groups. And if I would like to make a parent child report group let me just kinda show you an example of what that looks like. You can see here that this is a report group, and then these are other report groups underneath it that have reports themselves. To do that, I just simply need to drag and drop here, and then it'll move everything over. Oops. I actually have to take the reports out to move it, but you just need to drag and drop it to the the child group that you wanna move to the parent without any of the report groups or any of the reports in it. Moving on, I wanted to go to set up manage reports because there's really quite a bit of good information that can be gleaned here from information about the report itself. So to do that, just go to set up manage reports. And this is gonna produce a list of all of the different reports that my company has provisioned. You can see here at the top, while it's loading, we have a whole bunch of different filters that we can apply to limit the scope of what we're actually seeing down. I'm gonna filter by report group and do the insights webinar and hit apply and then update the grid. And then we can see that this is a limited list of all the different reports that the insights webinar group has. So the information whoops. So the information being presented here, you've got the name of the report that's displayed to the users, what company it's for, of course, this is just a sales environment, the group name that it belongs to, the data model name. So this is the data model that powers the report. There are several different data models. The main ones are the DFR data model, the company DM, and the e three sixty data model. The company DM is the one that we're gonna be using here, and this is the one that combines all the different data sources into a single data model. Then we see four different distinct icons here. This actually tells a lot of information about the report. So firstly, we have the type of report it is. So this is a standard Power BI report. And then the page icon indicates it's a paginated report. Paginated reports are, like the name would suggest, paginated so they're fixed and they are printable. These reports are generally near real time. We offer five different paginated reports out of the box with insights, but we are planning to add more here soon. However, the Power BI reports are the ones that we're going to be focusing on today, and these are the ones that you can modify, do anything you want with. The next one is indicating whether or not the report is active. And then this third one, the lock icon, is really quite important because this indicates whether or not the report or the data model that the report is based off of supports row level security. Row level security is how we are able to limit the access that users have to the report to the data within the report based on what business unit and job level access they have set in their credentials user profile. So because these are green, all three of these reports support row level security. The fourth one indicates that this report was created from a templated version and has not been edited. And you can also see the template name that was created from right here. And the report that I'm gonna be showing you a little bit later to give an example of what you can do with job tags and accounting values, you can see that I created this from a report template. However, I have since modified that report. You can see then see the version of the template that the report was based off of, whether or not the report is private, the owner of the report, and then this ellipses button. This ellipses button, I can either view or edit the properties of the report. So if I go to edit properties, I can change the name of the report, who the owner of the report is, and whether or not the report is private. So I'll just go ahead and make this one public and then save the report. I guess I should mention you can also delete reports from there if you so choose. Next, I wanna go to the manage subscriptions page. So this page acts as a centralized place for you to see all the subscriptions that your company has set up. So let me see the report. And then if I click on this, it will take me to the report itself. The template that the report subscription is using to send out the subscription, the type, whether it's the company or personal, the schedule, the subject email, the subject that appears on the email, who it was created by, the created date, when it last ran, the status of the last run, and then the history. So if you ever don't receive one of your report subscriptions, the first thing to check is to go here and then hit run history, and you'll be able to see if there is a failure. Really, the most common one that we see is the user who owned the report got deleted, which will cause the report subscription to fail. The reason that we do that is because whenever you set up a report subscription, it uses your row level security context to send that subscription out. So we can't automatically assign someone that has the same access or that has, like a similar level or different access because that would change what the report's showing. And then you can also edit the report subscription itself from this page. So you can take over the report and then you can also change any of the information on the report subscription that you would like. Perfect. Now I'm going to move over to company settings, and I'll be spending quite a bit of time on this page because this is where we've added a lot of the new features. So firstly, this is where you can change your company logo that's displayed on all of the default reports or any of the reports that you have modified. So if you just drag and drop the logo of your company here, it will automatically be applied to any report that has the logo field on it. Down here, if you're familiar with the company's things page, you might see these or excuse me, these six new job tag fields, and we'll get into that in just a second. But what I wanted to talk about is the time card thresholds. So these are specifically for the time card status report. If I go ahead, let me open up the time card status report. I'm also going to open back up the company settings in a different tab. So this is the time card status report. And the purpose of this report is to allow you to define what your company considers a late time card submission, approval review or acceptance, and then give you a readout of whether or not the time cards were late or the submission or any of the approval processes were late. And then it will also show you who and when the time card was approved or had any actions taken on it. So this time card status review page gives an overview of it, and then the detail actually shows you the state of each of the approval statuses and if they approved them, who approved them and when. Going back over to the company settings, you can see that I can set overrides for the time card submission thresholds. So this is kind of tricky. There is a short explanation on the review page. But a good way to think about this is whenever you select, like, every time card has an explicit date assigned to it. On the date that the time card is submitted for at twelve a. M. UTC, so at midnight UTC, a timer is started. Once the number of hours that you have set in the override screen here have elapsed and that time card is either not submitted, not accepted, not approved and not reviewed, that time card or approval process is now considered late. And I need to reiterate that this is in UTC. So you need to take into account your local UTC offset that you have for your business unit. Or if you don't have business units, your company has pulled. So as an example here, I'll set an acceptance threshold. So currently, like the UTC offset where I am is UTC minus six in Central Time. So what I will need to do so what that means is that at at after twenty four hours have elapsed since twelve a. M. UTC, it's only six p. M. Here. And if I want my time card review threshold or approval or acceptance threshold, excuse me, to be two days, I need to take that number and then add my UTC offset to that number. So I'm UTC minus six, so it would be plus six. So that would then turn into fifty three. So what this now means is that at midnight, two after the time card was supposed to be the time card two days after the time card date. So twelve a. M. UTC or CST now. This time card is now considered late. And if I go back over to my time card status details report, I can see that this time card was due was four eight thirty one, but it was submitted on nine one at seven PM. So that is considered a late time card. Yep. This has come up from time to time, so I just thought it would be good to give a quick explanation about how that actually works. But with that, I want to get into modifying reports. And for this example, I'll just stick with the timecard status review page or report rather. So let's say, for example, that like looking at this, my company does not do we only do approvals. We don't do review and acceptance. And wherever I look at this report, there's kind of a ton of, like, wasted space just being taken up by stuff that I do not care about. So for this, I'm going to hit edit, and then this is going to bring the report into edit mode. So to start with, I want to get rid of these two bar graphs because, like I said, we don't do review and acceptance, so I do not care. And they're just taking up space. So there's two ways to remove a visual. I can either hit this ellipsis button and remove it, or I can select the visual and then delete it by hitting the delete key on my keyboard. Power BI is a Microsoft program, so any of the key shortcuts that you're used to using on, like, Excel or Word, Control Z, Control V, almost all of them work one to one how you would expect them within Power BI. So I'm going to delete this one as well. So now I only have submission status and approval status left, but they're kind of off to the left hand side here, and they look kind of weird. So I want to move these to the center. And because I don't want this massive amount of white space on either side, I want to expand them. So to do that, first thing I'm going to do is hit the dropdown on the View tab here. I'm going to turn on Snap to Grid and Show Gridlines. Anytime that I'm modifying your report, I like to have these two options selected just because it makes it a lot easier to get a really uniform looking report. So I can drag them just by clicking and holding. I can move this visual around anywhere that I want. And then, by the way, to revert back what I'm doing, I'm just hitting control Z. I can also move these as a pair. So if I select this one on left for the submission status and then I hit control click, I have now selected both of these visuals, and I can drag them together as a pair. So I'm going to try and center these as best as I can. And this looks good, but there's still a lot of white space on both sides. So I'm going to extend both of them out. If you can see, like, right here, that's that snap to grid coming into play that's snapping directly to the grid line that I want. And then also I can deselect this one and I can kind of overlay it here just to make sure I'm getting the exact same size and then move it back over here. Perfect. I'm actually going to make this slightly more narrow just so I have a little bit more space between them for the cushioning. Alright. Perfect. So now I have removed those two visuals and centered these two that I actually care about. Now I'm going to go to the time card status details page. So we can see here that I've got submission date, submission status, approval status, and then I've got review status, acceptance status, and then who reviewed and approved and accepted them. So if I only care about approvals and submissions, I want to get rid of these review and acceptance statuses. To do this, I'm going to go to the visualizations pane here, and this is listing out all the different data points that we have within that are being used for this visualization. Anytime you hear me say visualization, that's just the name of the data being applied, or it's the name of the device that's holding the data almost. So, like, this is a slicer visualization. These are used for filtering. Oops. Let me move that back. But this is a table visualization, and you can see all the different data points that are here. So I care about approval. Oh, something that I almost forgot to mention and I want to point out is we recently added descriptions to every single data point within the company data model within HCSS Insights. So if you want to see if you're curious, like, don't really know what approval date time means. So if I Hover over the data point, it will give me a short description of what this data point actually means, that it makes it a lot easier to understand the data model and build reports based off of it. Moving on to remove these, I'm just going to hit the little X button. So I don't care about accepted. So I'm going to remove accepted by accepted date. And then I'm also going to remove reviewed by a review date. And then up here, I'm going to remove approved status. Oops, I actually don't want to do that. So I'm just going to hit control Z and then approval status is back. But I'm going to remove review status and acceptance status and review date time. So now I have date job foreman, submission date and time, submission status, approval status, who approved it and when they approved it. But you can see that this is kind of messy looking and it's kind of very much clumped in on the left side. So to change this really easily, I'm going to go back to the Visualizations pane and then hit the Format Visual tile. This is going to give me a list of all the different things I can change visualization wise, like with the style of how this visualization looks. I can change the colors. I can change the title. I can change how the headers are displayed, the totals. But for this, I'm going to hit the drop down of layout. And then instead of fit to container, I'm going to select grow to fit, which is then going to automatically grow all of the data points within the visualization to fit the whatever visualization that they're in. So now that I've got this report in a state that I want it, I have two options. I can either save the report or save as. Saving the report is going to overwrite the current version of the report that I've been editing. However, save as which I'm going to do in this example, is going to allow me to save this report as a new version of the report while keeping the original report intact. So I'm just going to call this time report status d two. I'm going to put it right back in that inside its webinar group and then save that. Perfect. Okay. So now that I've covered that, I'm actually going to go back to the company settings because now we're going to get into the job tags. So job tags have always been a difficulty for HCSS Insights. The main reason being is that job tags are so customizable within HeavyJob that there's not really a fixed way that we could have brought the data in. So to get this working and get this functionality added, we have added six new data points called job tag one through six. What these do is you set the job tag group or the setup filter group that you would like the actual tags that are applied to the jobs feeding the group. So I guess let me explain this a little bit better with the aid of HeavyJob. So I'm in HeavyJob in the same environment, and then I'm going to go down to my job list, And then we can see that I have my tags and all the jobs that I have my job code and then the tags that are assigned to those job codes. So these tag groups, which is what these are at the bottom or at the top, excuse me, are the different tag groups. And then the tags that are actually applied, like assignment would be the tag group. And then Rob is Rob and Robert are the actual tag that's assigned to the group. If I go back to my company settings, we can see that I have job tag one set as assignment. So that means that job the field job tag one is gonna be fed by assignment. And then the same thing for it's a different order here. And then we have type for job tag two and then customer for job tag three, and then county, and so on and so forth. And if you ever have any questions about setting any of this up, please reach out to our support department. They'll be more than happy to help you out with this. One thing I also wanna point out is that, as you can see here, I don't have a business unit assigned to these job tags. You might think that's kinda weird, but what this actually is doing is it's saying that any business unit like, if I have a really common job tag that I use between all of my different business units. So let's say that's assignment. If I leave the business unit blank, Insights will look for any job, any any business unit that has the job tag group assignment and bring in the job tags that are applied to the job into job tag one field. So we can see we can see, like, job tag four down here. I have my French business unit and my Chief Day project for the France business unit feeding job tag four. And then for all other business units, job tag four represents priority. So I hope the explanation kind of cleared that up a little bit. It is a little bit strange how we were how we had to get how we had to implement this to get it to work. But once again, if you ever have any questions about this, either reach out to me or our support department, and we'll be more than happy to help you out. But with this, this allows us to do some really cool things that I am extremely excited, like, almost giddy, to see what y'all are going to do with this. So I'm gonna show you all a report that I threw together. This only took me about thirty minutes to set up or so. But as you can see here, we have our job tags, our job list with tags. So if we hop back over to HeavyJob, we can see that this is basically a one to one recreation. I do have some filters on the side here filtering the data out just so there's not a ton of empty cells. As you can see, I just chose where customer is not blank. But here we can see that all of the different job tags that I have selected are feeding the job tag columns, job tag one through six, and they are displayed in line with the job tag that they're assigned to. So something else you might have noticed is the fact that even though this field is called job tag one, it says assignment. So because HeavyJob is so customizable, we're not able to bring in the names, but you can just rename any of these fields. So to do that, all I just need to do is right click and then rename for this visual, and I can call this assignment two two, three, four, whatever I want, and that will rename the visual here. Something else I want to point out is that you're also able to filter by what job tags your jobs have assigned to them. You're able to filter by multiple of them. So we can see that I have assignments sent to Michael Pham and type is contract. So I'm only showing jobs that have both the assignments set to Michael Pham and the type equaled contract. Let me go remove both of those. So I'm going to get a little bit into more into the job tags in a second here. But another thing that I wanted to show is the accounting values. Let me hop back over to HeavyJob. This will get out of my way. Alright. So I'm gonna remove job tags, and then I'm going to select accounting values. Let me see here that this is my job list with all of my accounting values set. And then if I go over to insights, we can see the same piece of data here. I do have some filters on here as well just to make sure that there's not a ton of empty rows there. I can do the same thing with filtering based on whether or not certified, the customer, so on and so forth. These data points are held in the accounting value or the names of the accounting fields that they represent. So like accounting code, you might notice that some of these are different than what's setting set up in your accounting template. But let me just explain kind of how that works. So if I go to my accounting template and then I scroll down to job, we can see that, like, union class, for example, is called contract name in my accounting template. So if I go over back to my report, I've got union class, but it's called contract name. So we pull over like the data is held in the actual accounting field name, not the description that's specific to your company. And then you can filter the same way that you do with the job tags. So that's all well and good. You can see that you can filter them. But what real information or functionality improvement does this offer me? Well, because these are assigned to a job, you can actually group data by either your job tag that you have assigned to the jobs or by the accounting value that you have assigned to the jobs themselves. So as you can see here, if I look at what this actually is, this is called a matrix visual. It's basically a table that has grouping logic. But we can see that I have job tag one, which is assignment in my company settings. I think get this out of the way. So I have job tag one as assignment, and that's one of the first grouping. And then if I expand this down, I can see a detailed list of all the values for the jobs that have Michael Pham set as the assignment. So I've got actual labor hours, equipment, labor costs, equipment costs, total quantity, units per labor hour, total actual cost, and then direct earned revenue. But if I minimize this, then this shows a summarization of all those data values or all of those data points grouped by the assignment. So Michael Thawm, all the jobs that he has that are active have eight thousand nine hundred and seventy one total labor hours. They have five ten actual equipment hours, so on and so forth. You can see the actual units per labor hour that all of the jobs that he has assigned to him are averaging across the entire company. And as something that's really cool that there is a cost by tag report in HeavyJob that will kind of get you some of this, but not quite all of it. But something that's really cool is that we can also filter by the accounting values. So if you can see here, company is an accounting value. So if I go over to my export to accounting, I have company. This is actually customer. But if I go here, I can get a list and a summarization of jobs that have Robert as the assignment on the jobs and the customer is equal to Houston Public Works. So this is like just a quick introduction, like, for this functionality, but I'm sure that I'm going to see some really exciting things with what you all are able to use this for. And then just as a note, it also works the opposite way. So you can group by accounting values, and then you can filter on that grouping by job tags. So here we have job tag one, and then here we have company, which is the accounting value company on the job. But I can filter by who actually has them assigned. So this is the same report just kind of flipped on its head. So there is one more part of this that I wanted to show that I think really highlights really what we set out for insights to be able to do. And thinking back to how we originally provisioned this time card or the safety incident report, I want to go back here and show probably one of the coolest applications of this job tech data. So I'm going to bring this report into edit mode. I'm going to go to the incident details screen. So all of this data in here is purely like HCSS Safety data. It is giving a detailed incident description, what the status of it is, the incident URL. But because Insights combines all of the different data sources and allows you to get a really holistic view of how your company is performing, what I'm going to do here is I'm going to get job tag five, which if I pop back over to my company settings, we see that job tag five represents private or public work. And then I'm going to go back over to this report, and then I'm going to put it right after the job code. And we can see now that I'm able to display what job tag for private and public that the job has set up in HeavyJob while reporting on safety data. So if I change this to private and public, and I'm going to just do that. And then I'm going to change this job status because I don't necessarily care about the job status right now. And then I'm going to put job tag five back here. I'm go to the slicer header and change it to private and public. I can also filter and group safety data by the job tags that the job has assigned to it. Along with that, I can also do the same thing with accounting values. This is kind of completely novel functionality that our products have not had before. I believe safety is working towards getting job tags in the product itself. But I think that this has some really, really interesting applications, especially looking at grouping data. You can now compare safety data and heavy job data at a group level based on what has assigned to it. So especially for those of you who are doing, like, short cycle work, you can now group by if you have a job tag, say a contract, and it lists what contract the groups the jobs are assigned to. You can now group all of the data and roll up all of the data to what contract it has assigned to it. So this is very interesting. I haven't even really thought of all of the applications that this can be used for, but I think that this is like kind of a perfect example of the holistic view that you're able to achieve within HCSS Insights on how your company is performing as a whole. And with that, that was the last thing that I wanted to cover. So I'm going to hand it over to Melissa, and we'll probably open up the floor to any questions that we have. Yeah. Thanks, Harry. I even learned a lot that I didn't know just now. So that was really, really helpful. So we did have a lot of questions in our q and a. The first one was, are we able to create paginated reports or are we waiting for those to be created by HCSS? So right now you're not able to create paginated reports within insights. You can actually create those based on APIs if you so choose or have the know how locally to do that. But we are actually actively working on getting some more templated API or some templated paginated reports within insights. Most of them are going to be some of the reports that were kind of fan favorites of HeavyJob Desktop and getting those recreated to work within HCSS Insights based on HeavyJob web data. And, you know, especially as more customers start moving towards web, we hope that this is gonna ease a lot of the transition, especially for, you know, the people at Yale's companies that are very used to looking at a very specific report and seeing the numbers exactly how they want it. Awesome, thank you. We have a really good one. Someone had asked, do you have plans to integrate Copilot or HCSS AI into insights? This could be useful to create reports or draw insights from reports. So, and just a note for everyone on the call, we did rename Copilot to HCSS AI. So you'll probably see that throughout the platform. You'll see the new name. So if you're wondering where Copilot went, it's the same thing. It's just your AI assistant. Yep. So, yeah, we actually do have plans to do that. So right now, like, our main focus is working on getting, like, really, like kind of closer to real time data within insights. But after that, our main focus is going to be exploring integrating Copilot for report creation and gleaning insights from that data. Actually, one of the really amazing things that HCSS offers is we have a yearly ideas cup for people get to like you basically get like a week and unlimited resources to just kind of throw ideas at the wall and see what sticks. And we were able to get something like that functioning and present that for Ideas Cup. And we're really excited to start exploring that because, to be honest, the behavior was actually really exciting. Yeah. That is all I'm seeing right now. Okay. I'm also gonna drop in the chat. We recently have sent out the latest insights product release. So you should have gotten an email on that, but I'll drop the link in the chat or if you haven't had a chance to read it. Harry touched on some of these releases today, but we'll just drop it in the chat as well. Alright. And then if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me. I'm always open to hearing from y'all. And then also, if you do want, we do offer a custom report writing service. So if you have any interest in that, just shoot an email over to reporting@hcss.com or you can reach out to our support department who can put you in touch with the right person. And then I think with that, we also upload this report if you aren't able to miss it, if you aren't able to view or I guess if you are here, you are able to view the webinar. But if you're if anyone that you know would like to see this webinar, I was not able to make it today. This will be uploaded on the academy site. And then I think that Melissa has something to say about UGM. So I can't believe we're at this time already. I feel like we just had UGM, but we've hooping up registration for next year's UGM, is February fifteenth through eighteenth. We always have it in Houston, Texas where our headquarters are located. We have it over in the conference area there. But you can scan the QR code there to register or just check out the page. You can kind of see which you can get at UGM. There are lots of classes where you can upscale yourself with our platform or insights. And yeah, so we hope to see you guys there. Alright. And then, of course, if you ever need to reach out to any of our support staff twenty fourseven, I have to give a plug to them because they are amazing. That's where I got started at HCSS, and they're always twenty four seven, three sixty five willing to help with anything that you ever need. And then I think that that is all that we have today. Yeah. Thank you guys for hopping on. Have a good rest of your week.
