All right, well, hey everybody. Thanks for joining our HeavyBid Customer Monthly Webinar. Today we're gonna focus on HeavyBid Desktop and showing you which of our new web features are available to use right now. So HeavyBid Desktop, as you know, helped estimators bid over the last forty years. And we recently launched the web based version of HeavyBid. And our product team has made a few of those web tools available to desktop users so that you can start benefiting from them today. So we're gonna be focused on that to make sure you guys know what's available to you, you can get started. Before we do that, we'll kick things off with some introductions. My name's Melissa Teague and I'm the product marketing manager for HeavyBid. And so what I do is spend a lot of time trying to understand your day to day and your challenges you face and then identify what sort of content should we create for you guys. So whether it's one pagers, educational videos, webinars such as this, one today, whatever it is, that will help you get the most use out of our products. And I'll kick it over to Aaron. Alright. Good afternoon, everybody. Thank you, Melissa. My name is Aaron Allsouse. I'm the HeavyBid product manager for both the desktop and the and the web application. My job day to day is looking looking ahead and trying to figure out how we can deliver the the best possible product for you over the the next upcoming year or so. So, with that, let's dive right in. Yeah. So today, like mentioned, we're gonna go over the web based tools that's available for you. Erin's gonna demo those tools and then we'll follow it up with a Q and A. As always, if you have any questions, please drop it in our chat or in the Q and A, we'll answer as we go. We want this you guys to get, you know, as much benefit as you can out of this hour that we're here. So we're gonna kick things off with a poll question. We were curious what y'all are using today that's in the web. So we have HeavyBid Preconstruction, select all that apply. We have Estimate Insights, that's within HeavyBid Preconstruction. We also have HeavyBid, the web based HeavyBid proposals available to you guys. And if you're not using any of them, that's fine too. You can say none of them yet. That's why we're here today, right? Alright. Wow, everyone is filling out the poll today. Everyone's awake. It's Thursday. All right, so I'll end the poll. I'll share the results. We had, it looks like a lot of you have are not using any of them yet. So perfect. That's why we're having this webinar. And then a lot of you are using HeavyBid Preconstruction followed by nine of you are using Estimate Insights so perfect. All right so again we're gonna so the first thing Aaron's gonna show you guys is HeavyBid Preconstruction. He'll walk through that tool, show the features that you can use that's gonna be helpful to you. But basically, it is the source of truth for your entire project pipeline. So you're gonna, it's project tracking essentially. You're gonna track everything from prospective projects to projects you're bidding on to current projects all on a singular dashboard. So you have that bird's eye view of everything. There's also quick pricing in HeavyBid Preconstruction and this is gonna help you make that go no go decision. So you quickly decide whether you want to bid on this project or not, it'll give you that high level number. And then we also have contact management and calendar management as well in this tool. Then within HeavyBid Preconstruction, like I mentioned, we have estimate insights. So this is going to help you figure out your win loss rates by estimator or project type or even competitor. We also have a code books dashboard within estimate insights that's going to help you compare what codes you're using today and then kind of identify which ones might be outdated. So that'll be really helpful in cleaning up those code books. And then we also have the materials dashboard as well that's going to show materials that are really driving the cost in your estimates. So you can kind of identify what are those and then maybe work on negotiating, know, getting that price a little lower or maybe there's some substitutions you can do for those materials. And then last but not least, Erin's going to show you guys the web proposals that's available to you in web based HeavyBid. So this can be launched straight from your desktop estimate and then it opens in a web browser tab. And it me a concise bid proposal template right out of the box that you can use and it's compatible with Word as well. So it's gonna get that nice clean, sleek look. And without further ado, let's see it in action. Alright. Thank you, Melissa. I'm gonna steal the screen here. So bear with me just a moment while I get mine pulled up. Alright, so as Melissa illuminated, we're starting everything in project tracking. Project tracking is the source of truth for all of your perspective work. The awesome bit about this is it allows you to configure it however you want. You'll see here on the screen, I've configured what I'm calling a win loss list here. So what we've done here is I've narrowed all of my bids down to the last year. I just wanna look at the last year, and I wanna filter out anything that's still actively being worked on. I get to do that here. So now I'm just looking at my projects that I have won, and I've looked at my projects that I've lost. And then I'm gonna actually filter that down further by looking at who the estimator in charge was. So we can see who the different estimators were on those particular projects, what their win loss rate was. So you can see here, I I won a few. I lost a few. Brad won a few. Brad lost a few. Erica won won three and didn't lose any. So kudos to her. But what it really gives you the ability to do is tailor the list to the information that you want. How do we do that? Well, we do that by coming over here to customize setup. And within any of the projects, you get to dictate what information is actually showing up here. If all you care about is the name of the project, the job site, and the owner, then so be it. You have those three fields. If you care about fifty different fields, you can set up those fifty different fields. If you want to make them required, you can go ahead and you can make them a required field. You can lock them. You can make these so that they are editable only by an admin. You get to determine what information you want showing. And then you have all of these additional types of fields. So text fields, notes fields, numbers fields, etcetera, all the way down the list, adding them in is extremely simple. If I want to add a date field in, I just come over here, select it and drag it. And now I have a new date field that I can name as whatever it is that I want. So I'm gonna get rid of that because I don't actually want to save it. But what that allows me to do is customize my list to however I want. The other piece of this puzzle is you might have noticed over here, we have a nice little HeavyBid logo in here. This is the other piece of the puzzle. One of the driving factors for building HeavyBid Preconstruction in the first place was helping users reduce double entry or redundant entry. A lot of this information is something that you might want to put into estimate information in desktop. So coming over here to HeavyBid integration, we get to determine what the source of truth is. Is project tracking going to be my source of truth? Is HeavyBid going to be my source of truth? And what that means is that whenever I update a field in one program or the other, it's going to update the other one as well. So we have our project name, that's going to go to my estimate name and my project name and estimate information. Job site goes to location information, etc. I get to choose what I want. And you'll notice we already have a long list of multiple fields that you get to choose from and pre populate in your estimate info screen. That way you only have to update it in one location versus having to remember to go and update it somewhere else. Then, last but not least on this screen before we jump back, is subscription setup. So with those project lists, we can save project lists however we want. We can configure them and save them for multiple lists. We can also email those lists out on any kind of cadence that you want. So if you want to see a running list of active projects and get a feel for where they are in relation to their bid date, which ones have their bid review coming up, which ones have their bid date coming up, you can set up a project list for that. And then you can email that out to whoever it is that you want. You can email that out to them and have that show up in their inbox seven am Monday morning. You want to do that weekly? You can take care of that here, set it up as a recurring item, and then you just flat out forget about it. Let HeavyBid Preconstruction take care of the work for you. So we're going to discard that. Now, one of the other pieces of this puzzle that I think is actually extremely valuable is the calendar integration. So you'll notice here, I've got a few different calendar events here. And that's great. It shows up here. I can see it here. But we all know that we live and breathe in our calendar wherever that calendar actually is. Is that Outlook? Is that Gmail? Is that, Apple Mail? Is that, if you're still using Hotmail, it's over there somewhere. But what we can do is we can actually subscribe to these calendars. And for each of these different project lists or these templates, we can create that link here and copy and paste that link into your calendar externally. And now not only is that calendar updated in the project, but it's also going to be updated externally in whatever calendar that your main calendar is used in. Alright, I know we are we are blowing through this. So if you have questions, please don't hesitate to write them in the chat. So with that being said, I'm actually going to jump in and I'm going to go back to my basic project list. So, and this is kind of what you get right out of the box. It's just your project name, project status, state type of work, bid date. I'm actually going to go in here and I'm going to look at my desktop webinar, because that's the one that I built for today's demonstration. Once you actually get into the project, you can see all of this relevant information. So you get your project name, you get your HeavyBid Preconstruction ID. Nice bit about this is when you create a new estimate off of the project or the, off of the project, the HeavyBid Preconstruction ID will pre fill as your estimate code. And we'll walk through that. We have our job site, our last modified timestamp. You can see I actually made a last minute change to this right before this webinar started. Owner, bid date, etc. Now we'll notice we have a few other files here. We have Attachments and we have Documents and Attachments. Attachments is the old attachment service. If you currently use that, you'll notice it's read only now. We are in the process of migrating those to this new documents and attachments. It's a new service that's going to work better across the HCSS platform. We're going to be integrating HeavyBid Desktop into it so that how do you access all this from my desktop HeavyBid? David, you will see that here shortly. We're getting we'll get to that here in a few minutes. But I get to upload all all of whatever documents that I want. I think we have a two gigabyte limit per file of what you can actually upload here. So that'll give you anything short of a Blu ray rip in here. Below that is my quick price sheet. Now, what is my quick price sheet? It's essentially my green sheet item. What it allows me to do is use a proposal list, and compare it against my historical estimated values to come up with a gono go decision. Let's walk through that real quick. So I'm actually going to delete this one that I currently have here. And we're going to go through, we're going to see just how quick it is to actually build one. So this is what you're going to get right out of the gate. You get add new quick price sheet. We go in, we select it, and you get an option. Do you want to create from the pay item library? Or do you want to create from estimate history? Creating from the pay item library is great if you are using the HeavyBid web application. You create from estimate history if you're using desktop. So we're going to use create from estimate history. First thing it's going to ask for is a bid form. We're going to find our bid form here. And then you're going to map the columns. Now mine's already mapped because I've been messing with this for the last couple of days. Make sure this works great for y'all. But you'll notice here, it's going to load up my bid form, and it's going to actually look for a link to something in my bid item code book. So it's gonna find my mobilization item, and it's gonna match it up by the the code that is in the bid form. It's gonna link that up to the client number in the bid item code book. So it's gonna find those links. If we need to change anything, we could click on that link and edit it. But then we get to filter down our historically estimated. Some of y'all have thirty plus years of data floating around up there. Estimate data from thirty years ago isn't super relevant to today between inflation, just type of work change, how we build things. Everything is different compared to the way it was thirty years ago. So you get to filter down by owner, bid date, location. You can see when these items were. So if I want to just filter down to estimates in the last couple of years, I can do that. But in this case, I'm just going to grab everything just because I don't have a huge sample of data. And say, great, all pay items could be linked. If it couldn't find anything, it would give you that information here, allow you to fix that. But we're going to go ahead, we're going to click Next. And I actually enjoy showing this because you'll notice here, being in my position, we make up random bits of data here. So you'll notice here, I've got one in here that's three eighty five million dollars and it's always fun to play with that. But I get to save that to my project. And now I see my quick price sheet. This is my go no go decision. This is what's going to tell me my total cost, my total price within reason, and telling me is there enough profit in here or is this estimate really worth my time to go after? I can use this to help base that decision. Below that we have our takeoffs. This is essentially where you can take your takeoff from AgTech, from Bluebeam, from Insight, from wherever, plug it in here, and then in Desktop, we can actually link the quantities from that takeoff directly into bid items, activities, or resources, or create the items directly off of those takeoff items. If you're a HeavyJob user, link your HeavyJob to the job budget. So if I have any HeavyJob jobs, I actually don't know if there's anything good in here, but we're going to see. What it's going to do is it's actually going to show you your budgeted versus your actuals. Budgeted, expected, actuals based on the production quantity in the cost code. So it allows you to see that information. It's also going to create a nice little link to that job. So if you do have HeavyJob access, you can click that link and it'll actually take you right into the job in HeavyJob. Again, keeping that central repository theme. This is the central location for all of your HCSS data. Now, right here we have our HeavyBid estimate. I have a couple bits of information here from earlier. Again, making sure the workflow looks good. I'm just going to get rid of those here. And we can either go in and we can link an estimate directly to to a desktop estimate, or we can jump into a desktop and create an estimate off of this project. How we do that is here in HeavyBid desktop, we go to File, New, New Estimate from HeavyBid Preconstruction. What that's going do is it's going to bring up a list of your projects. Now I know I'm working on the desktop webinar, so we're going to select that. And you'll notice here, my estimate code already filled in because I have my twenty twenty six, thirty seven. If you have a duplicate estimate code, it's just going to append a dash one or a dash two to it, depending on how many times that you have recreated that estimate code. Again, we're going hit next, you get your estimate name, and you get your source estimate. Nothing here has changed from what you have always done in HeavyBid Desktop. This next piece of the puzzle, however, is new as of twenty five point one. You'll notice you get a nice new little button here that says build activities using code book. Why did I get that information? Well, I brought in my quick pricing information. If you go through the task of bringing in your quick pricing data, and you compare analysis against my historic my historically estimate my estimate history sorry. I will get the right words out eventually. Against my estimate history data, I shouldn't have to re import that information into desktop if I've already done the task in HeavyBid Preconstruction. So all we're going to do is we're going to choose what code book we want to bring the information in from, and then we're going to build our activities. As always, when we make a backup, then we're going to bring the activities in. Again, we brought in two point eight million dollars into the estimate. I can go over to my tree view, and I can see that I've already partially filled out my estimate. So I can go in, I can look at all my information, I got my bulk excavation, my ditches and dice, my drill and blast rock, etc. All these activities are tied to the bid item in the bid item code book. That's how it's making that link and bringing that information in. So again, if you've done the work in HeavyBid Preconstruction, we're not gonna make you do it again in desktop. Now, that's great. One of the big bits of information is, okay, now I brought the data in from HeavyBid Preconstruction down to desktop. What can I do with my desktop information? Does that actually go back to HeavyBid Preconstruction in any way, shape, or form? Yes, in several different manners. The first thing that you need to make sure that you do is you actually need to make sure that the syncing between desktop and HeavyBid Preconstruction is enabled. How do you do that? It's under the Tools menu. Tools Preferences System. Down at the bottom, you're going to see a nice little bit for web applications. And you're going to see estimate archive estimate history. This is essentially where I get the ability to allow my data, allow my estimate data to be uploaded to estimate history, and allow that information to be used in project tracking or H, or, estimate insights. Estimate history is enabled in credentials. If this is showing as a red X, there is a checkbox in your company credentials account that needs to be checked. Call support. They can fix it in about thirty seconds. But once you enable this, then all you need to do is set up either a system credentials user account or a user preference user credentials account. That's actually going to allow the data to be synced back up. Erin, we did have a question that just came through. What if all of that info is correct but grayed out? So if all of that information is correct but grayed out. So if all of this information is grayed out, nine times out of ten what that means is that you actually have a preference that says only allow changes to system files from master estimates. And that'll actually say that right up here at the top. So if you open up a master estimate, then it will it will allow you to edit it. So we've taken care of getting the information ready to be synced up. There are several ways to sync that data. Once you have the syncing enabled, every time you run summary and spread, or every time you close the estimate, we automatically do the sync for you. If you want to do a mass manual sync, under the File menu, we have our sync estimate history data. This allows you to sync that data in mass. So if you have a thousand estimates and you want to sync them, go in there, hit select all and hit sync. And then you basically just let it do its thing. Just don't close HeavyBid in the background. Let it let it run for however long it needs to process those thousand estimates. Now what are some of the bits of information that we can send up? Well, the first thing we're gonna do is we're gonna send up every, transactional record in HeavyBid. What do I mean by that? So the entire estimate as it sits from the the tree view is gonna be sent up. So that's all your bid items, all your activities, all your resources, cruise productions, pricing, etcetera. All that information is getting sent up. Other bits of information that you are allowed to send up is my key indicators. So in HeavyBid, you have a nice little tool that allows you to go in and create custom calculations. Everybody has that one metric that they love to track against that for whatever reason, I have to have this one metric. We can give you a thousand metrics, but if you don't have that one metric, then it's all worthless. Well, key indicator setup allows you to build those metrics yourself. But what if I want to see that information up in my estimate insights? Well, I created this one that's called cost per man hour. It's pretty pretty straightforward. It's literally just my total labor cost divided by total man hours to give me a cost per man hour. Nothing fancy, but I need to see it. I'm going to add it to key indicators visible for all estimates. So not only am I going to see it in my desktop application, but I also get the ability to send it to insights. When we click that send to insights, it's going to ask you a simple question. Sending key indicators will overwrite any existing custom key indicators that you have. Are you sure you want to continue? We're going to click yes. Put in your estimate delete password. And now my cost per man hour calculation will get sent up to estimate insights. So again, I have my cost per man hour here. I can close that. Now, how do I access that information? There's just like in just about anything to do in HeavyBid, there's at least three different ways. One way I can go to my browser and I can key in heavybid dot com. That will take me into project tracking. From my summary menu, can come over here and I can click launch insights. That's going to take me to Estimate Insights. Or from my subsystems menu, I get these nice three little icons that I can go to either my project tracking, which is my project list, what we previously showed. We can go into Estimate Insights, or we can go to our code books dashboard. We're going talk about that here in just a minute. Estimate insights. Estimate insights is essentially where we get to run comparative analysis for one estimate across multiple other estimates. So first thing we do is we actually filter down based on archived or synced or all estimates. What is the difference between archived and synced? An archived estimate is something that you have backed up and removed from your local estimate, from your local HeavyBid system. So we make a backup, we store it for safekeeping, and we allow you to run analysis after the fact without it cluttering up your open estimate list or taking up file storage on your server. Synced estimates, we make a backup, we store it, we send it up here for comparative analysis, but you keep it on your server or on your standalone, allowing you to continue to work on it. Every time you run summary and spread, that synced estimate will get updated. And then all estimates obviously is just the combination of synced and archived. So if I go into my synced estimates, you'll see here that estimate that we just created is already up here. All of my previous estimates okay. All of my previous estimates are in here as well. If I want to go and take a look at one bridge, why not? Just sample bid. I have my estimate information. I can see the last time this estimate was synced. Why that's important? The information online is only as accurate as the last time the estimate was synced from the desktop application. So this estimate was synced this morning at nine o'clock. I know that if I have made edits to this bid since then, they are not represented here. So we just need to make sure that we're aware of that. When was the last time summary and spread were run? What's the review date? What's the bid date? What's the start date? Total cost, bid total. That's great. If I have estimate location, I get a map showing where that where the job site location is. But what we're interested in here are our key indicators. What this allows me to do is it's going to allow me to compare this estimate against my other estimates. So I don't have a lot of estimates up here, so I'm just actually going to select everything. And you'll notice here, it's going to give me a list of all of the estimates used for this KPI analysis. You can see here I can look at every single estimate. Can you use Spend Insights if you are only using HeavyBid Web? No. This is a HeavyBid desktop feature. For now, anyway. But the first thing it's gonna show you is it's going to actually take these these metrics, and in this case custom, you'll see here Did I not send that up? There we go. Cost per man hour. Sorry. Looking right at it, couldn't see it. But I have my cost per man hour calculation in here. I can see how this estimate compares across or against all of my previous estimates. So we basically say anything that's in the median fifty percent will show up as green. Anything that we classify as an outlier will show up as yellow. And then anything that is an extreme outlier will show up as red. You can see I have a few items here that are extreme outliers, and we're gonna show those right here. So I can see anything that's good to go. It's within that fifty percent. I can see what my current value is compared to my normal range. In this case, whatever my custom labor calculation is, which I can see my calculation details here, which is just base labor plus burden, so just total labor. It's going to show me my I'm at three million dollars for this bid, but my median range is basically zero to two million. So I'm a million dollars high. Maybe I might want to go and look and see why my labor is so high on this particular bid. Is it just sense of scale? Is it you know, did I add an extra zero where I shouldn't have? You know, we see that a lot. Customers call in and saying, hey, the math isn't mathing, and we find an extra zero where it shouldn't have been. But this gives you the ability to go in and see maybe items that you want to start digging into. And then you'll see stuff for labor, equipment, material subs, other etc. One of the other, maybe less talked about, but in my opinion, just as important, is some of the reporting here. So what we give you is the ability to run the estimate recap, the cost and price, and the cost report just like you see it in HeavyBid Desktop. Why do I think that's important? Licensing. In HeavyBid Desktop, you use a license every time you log in. So if a user logs in just to run a report, they're using up a license that somebody else could have been using to actually go in and estimate. If anyone is working for one of those companies that has, you know, three or four license with six or seven estimators, you know you treat those things as gold and you're constantly flip flopping who has access. This is an easy way to go in and get some of the metrics that you might need without tying up one of those licenses. Again, that's estimate recap cost and price in the cost report. One bit of information that I do actually really like in here is the materials analysis report. So what that allows me to do, and let me actually jump to a bit that has some material in it. Let's see here. Here we go. Okay. What it allows me to do is it actually shows me the top five used materials for this bid, whether I'm looking at permanent material or construction material. It shows me my my cost per ton. It shows me my total tonnage at my price per ton, and I can expand that to see where it is being used in my bid. Again, relevant information for material purchasing. I can run that information directly from project tracking without having to go into HeavyBid and either go to my resource query or run pivot report or or something else in order to get those material quantities to to start making my purchases. But that information is sitting there. It's waiting for you. It allows you to basically get that analysis again without taking up a license. Now, jumping back over into main Estimate Insights. One of the features that I actually really enjoy is the Codebooks dashboard. So what is the Codebooks dashboard? The Codebooks dashboard is an analysis tool for your activity codebook. If you've ever been to any of our UGMs, we are always we are always preaching. We want you to use your codebooks. We want your information to be good. We don't want you just to have data in there for the sake of having data in there. We want the data in there to be used. If you've ever looked at an activity code book, those lists can get, you know, six, seven, ten thousand activities long. How do I know what it is that is actually useful? How do I even begin to clean up that list of items without knowing what's being used? Well, the Code Books dashboard is going to help you with that. We give you three reports. Unused items, missing items, and utilized items. So, unused items. Unused is basically going to give you a list of all of the activity codes in your report or in your code book that have never been used or have not been used in a given time frame. So if I want to look at the last twelve months and just see what items from my activity code book have not been used, I can see that information. If I want to go up and filter down or view by levels, I can see that information. So I can see these twos, threes, fours. These are level one headers in my Activity Codebook. I don't expect anyone to use those. I can ignore those. I can actually come over here to filters and filter out, my level one items. So now I only see level twos, threes, fours, and fives. If we have a fully built out code book, then we can maybe look at just levels fours and fives. We give you the ability to go in and fine tune this information so that it's relevant to you. If I want to search for a code, again, I come in here and I put in the keyword search. This gives you the information you need to know in order to determine should I keep this code in my code book or not. Missing, that's anything that was added on the fly in an estimate over the same period of time. And then I get to determine, did I add a similar item multiple times? Maybe it deserves to belong in my code book. And then we have the utilized. The utilized to me is one of the most important ones of three, Because it shows me the items that were used from the code book, not only does it tell me what item was used, it tells me how many times it was used, and then it goes a step further and it tells me how many times that code was modified. Showing you how many times it was modified is great. What's even better is actually showing you what was modified. So I'm looking at clearing removals, clearing, and demo. It's a level one item. I know not best practice, but we're running with it for the sake of demonstration here. I can see my code book value here for my unit of measure is blank in my code book. For most of these items, I went in and put in a unit of measure of lump sum. Maybe I should think about going in and putting lump sum into my activity code book as my base unit of measure. That way I don't have to make those keystroke changes every time. Again, it's just two keystrokes here, but it's two keystrokes I wouldn't have had to make otherwise. It's something that I don't have to necessarily think about next time moving forward. Again, the idea here is to try and make it as simple as possible for you and giving you the tools to make those informed decisions. And then, again, we made a couple production changes here. We made production rate of zero to ten. We changed the production type from blank to crew hours, etcetera, allowing us to see exactly what information was being done and how that information is being modified in our codebooks. So that's the codebooks dashboard. My personal opinion is it's an extremely powerful tool, especially when it comes time for our annual or semiannual maintenance. Now, the the We have a couple extra minutes. So the last thing that I want to talk about today was not part of the original slide deck, but it is contact management. So what is contact management? Contact management is essentially our contact list. It's our company vendor list along with company, company location information, bond information. So if I come in here, let's see. I can see if a company is bonded. I can put in notes. I can put in their website, company type, if they have a specific accounting code, if your accounting system supports vendor information being transferred over, thinking Viewpoint, for instance, you can put in their accounting code right here. You can put in their office location. You can put in their scopes of work. If you do any kind of quote automation, scopes of works roughly translates onto the product side of things from quote folder automation. I can put in any of that information. I can put in my minority information over here. I also have the ability to add specific contact information. So I can put in multiple contacts in these fields. Now, why am I showing you this information? Well, because in desktop, we give you the ability to actually replace your system vendor contacts list with your contact management list. Why is that actually important? Well, for anyone who's ever had to update their system vendor list, or they've had to try and generate an export out and then import that information in, It's usually multiple imports because you have your actual vendors and then you have your vendor contacts. And you got to make sure that everything is mapped correctly. Well, using your contact management, we have API information that you can tap into in order to automatically sync data from your accounting system to that contact management database. Again, reducing redundant keystrokes, reducing multiple places you have to maintain it. You maintain it in one place, you trigger that API sync, and everything's automatically updated for you. And then within my quote system, and let's jump to something that actually has a quote folder in it. My quote folders are going to operate no different. Aside from the icon change under the subsystems menu here for contact management versus system vendors contacts, I have no idea from an end user perspective that we're doing anything different. My system contacts list looks exactly as it did beforehand. However, the data in the background is not pulling locally, it's pulling from my contacts list. We run that sync basically every time you try to trigger this information. So if you are trying to pull up this information. So if I add vendors or add contacts in my contacts list, that information is going to be immediately available for use in quotes or vendor solicitation wherever I need to use those contacts. Now, that's great. Everything I've shown up to up to here is great as well. The next piece of the puzzle that I wanna show is something that we actually built for web. When I say web, I'm talking about web estimates, but we're able to bring it into desktop. What am I, what am I saying? Or what am I talking about? I'm talking about WebBid proposals. So, HeavyBid Desktop, what do you have? You have the concise proposal, you have the basic proposal, the customized proposal, the Word proposal, the DOT proposal, the Excel proposal, and proposal prep. You have a bunch of different proposals in desktop. Well, in web, we are building the web proposal engine to be able to handle every one of those scenarios over the course of time. And now I don't have to remember which one I'm going to. So for free HeavyBid Preconstruction users, yes, I said free, everybody that has a copy of HeavyBid has access to a free license of HeavyBid Preconstruction. What that means is you get access to the project tracking feature, you get access to estimate insights. None of that information costs you an extra penny over what you're currently paying. You get access to the Concise Proposal. When I print that, it's actually going to open up a web browser and it's going to open up as an HTML preview. And you'll see here, it's a PDF in nature, but it allows me to actually see it as if I was running my concise proposal. At this point, I can download it, I can print it, I can do whatever I want with it at that point. If you are a paid HeavyBid Preconstruction user, what I can also do here is I can use the custom proposals. So just like Word Proposal, we give you advanced customization options that you get to build the proposal however you want. In this case, I've got a ConExpo template. I go in, I print it. Again, I put in my header, I didn't do anything fancy here, but we can go ahead and we can modify that. How do we do that? Well, if you're a paid HeavyBid Preconstruction user, you get access into the web libraries function. Within that web libraries function, you have an option down here for proposal templates. Well, when you're editing a proposal, we have done everything that we we can think of to make this as simple as possible. All you do is you click on wherever it is that you want to bring something in. You're going to find what it is that you actually want to bring in. I want my estimate code. I'm going to come in and I'm going to click and drag it where I want it to go. I'm going to bring in my estimate code. Okay, my estimate code is going to show up right there. Do I want to edit? Is this full width? Am I doing two columns to separate this section? Or am I doing three columns? I come over here, I change my columns. Is it two columns? Is it three columns? What I can also do is, depending on what I select here, I can go in and I can edit what information is being displayed. So if I'm selecting my pay item table, then I come over here. Do I want to show subtotals? Do I want to hide extended prices? Do I want to hide unit prices? I can do all of that. Big difference here. And for anyone who's in the beta or anyone here that's a web user, the big difference here is that in desktop, have to reload after every change you make. Web, everything's made in live time. So I can see what my preview is gonna look like as I'm making those changes. If I want to make the font, let's say thirty six, I can make it exceptionally large if I want to. If I want to make it, you know, size eight and make it super small, I can do that. No. I don't honestly remember what our default font size is. So I can do that. If I want to set a background color, I can set a background color. And you get the the nice little color wheel that you get to choose however you want. Do I want to put in increased padding on the top on the top or the bottom or the right or left? Do I want to fit it specifically into one particular piece of the proposal? Page, I can do that. Again, with margins, with borders. If you want to get super fancy and put a nice border around the pay item table, you can do all of that. And then as you save it, all that information is available anytime in the future as often as you want it. Again, inclusions, exclusions, I can, I can set my inclusions table and then we pull from the desktop inclusions and exclusions? If I want any free text in here, I can set my free text and pull all of that information out. If I have a set of terms that are just canned, you know, payment is due within ninety days of completed work or something of that nature, I can make sure that that free text is entered here so that you get to do you get to set all this information, and it's ready and waiting for you. And now, because I've already gone through the trouble of setting it up, whenever I do decide to move to a hybrid experience in web, or I do make that eventual migration onto the web environment, it's gonna be sitting here ready and waiting for you to use.
