Welcome everyone. I'm gonna let everybody get a come in the door and get situated before we get started, but welcome. There we go. We'll just wait for a minute or two to let everyone log in and then we'll get started. Think let's do it. We got a jam packed agenda. Alright. Thanks for joining us everyone today. We have quite a list of topics that we're gonna be covering, but before we get into it, I wanted to remind everyone that you can put in any of your questions into the question box, should be below or on top of your screen, and we'll have people answering your questions on the back end. And if we have time at the end, we can save some questions for a live Q and A. As a reminder, my name is Sarah. I'm the product marketer here at HCSS and I'm just hosting your webinar. And this week we've got quite the list of topics. We have rejected by name on time card, needs request to resource planner, diaries have been added or edited to the time card, upload files to HeavyJob, new job lists and single job copy, resource planner linked equipment, and then also JHA label on Safety Daily Digest. With all of these topics we have quite a few people who are going to be going over these topics, so I'll have them introduce themselves. And first up, have Anil Bimani. Excellent. Thank you. Yes. My name is Anil. I'm mostly over the iOS side now working on the HeavyJob iOS app and the MyField app. So we'll go ahead and hop into it. So the first thing we wanted to show it looks like I don't have controls there, but if you wanna go to the next slide. We've added in functionality. So when time pressure rejected, previously, we only showed the note along the the bottom banner there. We got feedback that it's also helpful to know who did that rejection. So we've now added in the name so that users whose time cards have been rejected know who to follow-up with. So hopefully, you guys find that helpful. That has been released and is now available in the app store for you guys to get access to. The next thing I'm gonna talk about is needs requests, going to resource planner. So if for those of you who aren't familiar with needs requests, we do have a needs request module. Essentially, what this allows is the foreman to ask for a need that they have. So, essentially, they'll go into this, and they'll be able to ask for a specific pay class, so if they need more laborers, pavers, whatever they need, or a equipment type. And so they can go in, they can make that request either for a single day, they can make it for multiple days. And then, historically, when they hit send on the screen and on the mobile side, it would only go to our dispatcher app. We made some changes where now for our Resource Planner customers, they have this functionality as well where they can request the resources from the field. They'll hit send, and then it'll go over to Resource Planner on the web. And that is also live in production now. And with that, I'll turn it over to John, I believe. Alright. Good morning, everybody. My name is John Knutson. I work mostly on HeavyJob web and wanna tell you about a couple releases that we are really excited to get out to you guys. So first off, the diary ad, edit, and time card. So for those that have done some functionality with the diaries and the web, you've probably seen that this has lived in the daily digest up to this point. We want to make this a little bit more accessible for foremen who are primarily doing their time cards from their laptop instead of an iPad. So in the past, we've had the majority of folks on iPads, but we wanna make that that option a little bit more even between the two. So now if you are in the time card, if you scroll down to the diary and photos section, coming up soon, probably late next week, you will see an add diary button as well as an edit diary if there's an existing diary already. And that will allow you to open this modal that you see here, add tags, add notes, working conditions, as well as adjusting some of those other factors there. So like I mentioned, this isn't available today, but coming we had a few details that we wanted to improve on before we did the final release. So keep an eye out for this late next week. No. That's very cool. Well, what I like about these features, especially the the first one that Anil showed and then the first one that John showed, like, this is stuff that has actually come out of these webinars and from customer suggestions. Not the biggest hugest thing in the world. This is not a feature that you're gonna call your mom about and let her know HeavyJob just added this. That being said, we do hope that they help people. Alright? We these are the nice small little wins, whether they're helping out in the field or helping here in the office that I think are gonna improve things for you. And then we did have a question from Carly John, but I'm gonna let you answer it by going to the next slide. Okay. Let me pull up the next slide here. Oh, sorry. I'm having a little technical issue on my side here. Okay. Sorry about that. My Zoom decided to kick me off, but I am back. Okay. So next up, let's talk about upload files to HeavyJob. Sarah, if you could go ahead and go to the next slide for me there. Thank you much. Okay. So in relation to Carly's question, she read our mind here. If you go to the photos and docs tool today, you will see a new button that says upload files. This has been a request that we've had for a while. We've just been working on some back end changes to make sure that everything lines up the way that it should, but this is out in the wild today. So in terms of the functionality for this particular button, think of this as transactional photos. So very similar, like we said before, to what the foreman would be doing on the iPad when they're building a diary, a time card, and adding photos. So this is linked to a specific job, date, and foreman. You can do PDFs and most image formats. There's some information about the, you know, maximum levels that you can upload there in the drop zone. But once you have those uploaded, you'll see the preview as you can see there in the screenshot. So these will be linked where they'll show in the photos and docs section on the time card since they have the date job foreman, but they are uploaded from the photos and docs tool for now. So we are looking at some different options for having multiple places to upload these similar to what we did with the diaries in the last slide, but definitely wanna hear your feedback on where you would like to see this functionality. Just as a side note, you know, I mentioned that these are transactional photos, date job foreman related. When we're talking about documents that we want to just kinda link to the project as a whole, our wonderful John Bradshaw over on the plan side and Docs and Plans is working on some ways to do that as well. So you will have both options there. So John, there's a question from Desiree. Will this feature being able to upload the transactional photos, the job date form and ones, be available to hybrid users or is this web only? Yes. I believe that this is available to hybrid users as well. You will need access to the to heavy job dot com, which is a permission that you can turn on in credentials there. Absolutely. As well as this has a permission as well, just like editing or adding diaries or editing or adding time cards has permission within the HeavyJob permission settings. Yes. Yeah. And and similar to what we did with diaries, we have permissions where it's like, okay. I can add photos for myself, which is kind of a typical, like, form and workflow. But we also have the more admin centered permission where you can actually add for others as well. Say they were having an issue with their iPad or maybe a time card was late and you but you had access to the images. You could go ahead and add that for another user if you had that permission. So looks like we are getting a couple more questions on this feature. And since we're you know, we moved pretty smoothly through the first couple, we can we can spend a little time here. First question, and I'm gonna send this over to Anil. So once once they're uploaded on the screen that John's showing right now, will the photos be shown on the iPad? They do. Yes. The photos do come back down to the mobile app. That's right. So and obviously, you'll have that have to have that permission to be able to see all the photos across all of your jobs or all of your foreman assuming that it is not assigned to the user that is attempting to download it. But yes, you can absolutely get those back down onto the iPad through either the photos module or the daily digest, stuff like that. Next question. And I don't know the answer to this, so we'll see what happens. Will what will be the location data of photos that are uploaded through the web? Yeah. So great question, Brian. We you know, if that location data is part of the photo metadata, if it hasn't been scraped off, as we call it, or removed for some reason, it will pull through into the web. We've also got some really cool photo tagging stories coming up that Neil and I have been collaborating on together. So as part of that work, we're gonna have a little bit more editability within the photos and docs tool as well. So if for whatever reason that location data is lost, you should be able to add that back in with that new change that's coming here in a month or two. Alright. And then is there a delete option available? Can you delete a photo if it's been entered? So that one is coming as well with that that same work that I just mentioned. So more editability around the different data points, notes, tags, metadata that you have with the photos, as well as the ability to remove those photos. Alright. Let's see. People like this, so they're asking lots of lots of questions there. That's great. Ability to create folders for those files. So that is more on the Docs and Plans side. But overall, yes. Bradshaw is working on some really cool, you know, file structure ability. You know, think what you're used to in in, you know, Microsoft or or any, you know, typical folder structure. These particular photos here that we add on the the slide through upload files in the photos and docs, those are linked more to the date job foreman than to a particular folder. But we will have the ability to kind of store in that folder structure as well. And then there was, can you select which foreman or time card you'd like to assign the photos you upload? And answer to that is yes. Absolutely. It's right there. You can see John's name there at the top center of the the slide he's showing there for the screenshot. Yep. And and like I mentioned before, I wanted to touch on it one more time. So there's different permissions, kind of the admin mode where you can, you know, select any foreman, kind of basically upload for somebody else or link to someone else. And then if you want a user to just be able to upload photos for themselves, we have that option too in the permissions. Alright. I think we're ready for the next feature. But if you have any other questions, hit us up, and we'll cover them at the end. Okay. Thank you. So my name is Emily, and I've been working on well, I work with the HeavyJob team, and we've been working on a new job list for you guys. This is gonna be something that's very useful for folks with a lot a really long job list, but overall, just across the platform. So I wanted to show it to you live here. So I'm gonna share my screen. Okay. So it does look very similar to the old job list, and we tried to keep all of the same features that you like, but we've added a few new things. So for one, the columns are resizable and reorderable. You can pull an entire group of columns or you can choose just a single column, like if you wanted one accounting value up at the front. We also have right now by default, the code column is pinned, but you can pin any column you'd like. So if you want to pin description as well and scroll, it'll be there on the left for you. Additionally, one of the main things we were aiming for is just a much faster load time. So it spins a little bit, but it will load all of your jobs in a couple of seconds. And as you scroll down, it continues to load more in kind of a seamless way. Another thing is just the appearance having changed here. So we've got the column chooser that looks different than what you're used to, but functions the same way. And then we've got our Excel export. So instead of being right in the browser right now, it is gonna open up in a new tab and download your file. And also, we'll do it based on how your grid looks at the moment. One more thing here is since you can resize and reorder these columns, we are saving that. So next time you wanna load the page, if you've got it exactly how you like it, we're gonna load it in that same order and those same widths, so that you can continue your work just like you were before. So we've worked really **** ** this and hope you enjoy it. If there's any feedback, we'd love to hear it and are looking to constantly make improvements to make your experience better. Now I think this will be an interesting one for us because, obviously, this is something that has been desired for for many of our customers with larger job lists. This is the first of these setup lists that is changing. And based on what y'all think and your feedback to Emily and the rest of the team, we can look at doing this on other lists that we have, like employees or equipment that may be rather expansive and need some additional help from a load time or easy to use nature of key entry. So let us know what you think. All right, back to me. Let me share my screen. Alright. Resource Planner. Hi everyone, I'm Beatrice, so I work for Resource Planner, and what we'd like to present today is a new feature that is the linked equipment, so equipment that is linked to personnel. Up until today, you could create an assignment on an equipment and then add a driver. Basically, now you can do the reverse. Sarah, if you could just change slide, please. Thank you. So now what basically you need to do is just go on your schedule, create a new assignment for it's going a little bit too quick. Could I share my screen instead of this? Absolutely. Go for it. Thank you. I prepared them, but it was not a good idea. Okay. Do you see my schedule? Okay. So, basically, what you can do now is go on your schedule and just create a new employee need. Then from here, once you've set your dates, you can, toggle on the linked equipment button and go and pick your employee. So let's say that here I want to assign, Ryan. If Ryan already has equipment linked to him in the platform, they will appear here in this linked resource column. I can drop down the menu. He has several equipment linked to him. I will select the caterpillar, confirm selection, and create my assignment. It immediately shows up on the schedule with my main assignment that is on Ryan, and under it the linked assignment bar is marked with this small link icon just to display that this is not the main assignment, this comes with another assignment. And of course, it is also displayed on the daily schedule, so if I go to the right date, I will see that here I have Ryan and that he will be managing the Caterpillar, and here in the equipment column, I have the same small icon of the link to display the link between the two. One other thing that has been asked by users and we implemented is the possibility to display the linked equipment column directly on the schedule. For instance, here, the equipment needs to be retrieved before seven seven AM. I will put this comment on the equipment assignment, but it will show up here on the row of the driver, of the operator so that when Ryan goes and checks his schedule, he will see that there is a comment on the equipment, and he won't miss it. Of course, all of these linked assignments are also available here in the needs assignment grades. So we can see that I do have my assignments on Ryan, and here I have a linked resource column that I can display or not here. My linked resource column displays the little link equipment to say that this is the follower assignment. Same thing on the equipment grid. I see my equipment, my caterpillar, but it is a follower because I have the link and it comes with Ryan. So Ryan will be the lead. And last thing, how to link a piece of equipment to an employee? You go here in the resources. I'll be going my internal employees. You can employ let's call Michael. Michael doesn't have equipment linked to him. I just click on his name, go to the equipment, and go pick resources. Once they save, they are linked to him and they will immediately appear on the equipment column of the personnel grid. And that is it for this feature. That looks great. We did get a couple of questions about this. First one directly on what you showed. And I think you already showed this after it was asked. But does the resource filter work yet to show the employee with equipment? I'm fairly certain you showed that on the daily schedule or the main schedule screen, that when you filtered to an employee, it also showed the equipment that was to the employee. So let's say that here, I will filter to display only personnel and no equipment. Okay? Because they don't have external personnel. I will display only my employees. And Ryan still appears with the linked equipment. Looks good. Alright. And Jean is asking, when a crew is created here within Resource Planner, will this pull into the Foreman iPad? And the answer to that is is yes after they have been scheduled. So the crews are created in Resource Planner, and then you're able to schedule on the screen that Beatrice is showing. But once they've been scheduled for a certain date and job, then they will appear, on the iPad. And you need to have a crew foreman as well in, Resource Planner for that because you can create a crew without the foreman, but then I believe you need him to to pull in the the hours. It looks good. Alright. And then the the big question, is Resource Planner an extra charge? Yes. It is. You'll notice at the top of the screen that Beatrice is showing right now, resource planner is a a relatively new module. I would say it's less than a year old at this point. Obviously, it's been going a lot longer in France with Beatrice and her team there, but it has been out less than a year here in the United States and Canada. And so we're very happy to have it. It is a new module, so there is an extra charge for that. And if you have any more questions, by all mean, you can reach out to us and we will forward you to sales, or you can reach out to sales directly. But by all means, get in touch. It's good stuff. I know Beatrice is as well. Right. Next topic. And last topic, we have Gaston. Okay. Let's talk a little bit about Daily Digest and JHAs, and I'm gonna go ahead and just show it to you real quick. I guess you just have all the fun of watching us go pick a screen out of a picker, make sure we grab the right one. Seen a squint because it's really tiny. Alright. Did I get it? Y'all seeing Daily Digest right now? Alright. I see nods. Awesome. Okay. So just quick background. For those of you who may not be familiar with Daily Digest, it's a great it's a great kinda one stop shop reporting place to see on a on a daily basis for specific jobs, even specific foreman and dates, what has been turned in for that job. So that includes things like the daily diary, time cards, some production information, photos, documents, but also safety information, which is what I'm gonna dwell on today. So you notice here safety has some things like the JHA meeting is showing here with the type of JHA, and then the the JHA itself is here that was turned in. So a little while back, we made it so that you could go over here in safety manager and into preferences if you're an admin and have permissions for it. Go to more preferences and you can change the name of the JHA module. And some of you guys who have very eagle eyes noticed that when we first released it, the the label over in Daily Digest didn't change. But as you can see now, I just changed the name And now when I scroll down, the meeting type is tailboard and the label here is tailboard. So everything should be should be all linking up so that everything stays really consistent with your terminology. And that that's really the goal here is we wanna let you control the terminology that you guys are using in the field and in the office. And just so you know, it does when you change the name of your JHA, it does change in the field as well. And so just trying to make everything really consistent for you whenever you guys are trying to set that, like the terminology that's part of your safety culture. And I think that about wraps it up. Back to Sarah, I think. Yeah. Do we have any additional questions on any of the topics we've covered today? Well, we we do have some questions that we weren't able to get to. And then if anybody else would like to ask some questions right now, we would would enjoy answering those as well. First up, we're gonna toss it over to John. Eli is asking, are you able question was moved. Are you able to pull in clocked hours when doing time cards on a laptop yet? So I love this question because it kinda ties in with what we've been chatting about today in terms of like, hey, I've got, you know, foreman or other users that are either in the office on a laptop. They don't have an iPad for whatever reason, or they just like to work on their laptop when they're out in the the job site trailer. You know? Maybe they're using some other new AI tools, and so they think they need that laptop functionality. So great question. We've been working away on the MyField poll hours. We've actually been doing some beta testing with a few companies over the past month or so, and it's been going really well. We've had a few bug fixes, a few improvements that we're about to release. So the good news is that this feature is coming very soon, probably within the next couple of weeks, and everybody will be able to to use it. So a couple things to remember as you're pulling MyField hours once this is released is it's always important to still review the time card. The MyField poll typically at least pulls the schedule in for the user. So maybe they they worked nine to five with some different lunch breaks. It shows their total hours. In some cases, if they if they hadn't logged those hours to cost codes in the MyField app, we still need to look at that schedule and kinda translate that over to the cost codes to make sure those hours get to payroll. So I'll do a more in-depth dive once we have the the full release going probably in next month's webinar, but really excited to get that one out in the wild. Awesome. And it looks like there's a couple people that have sent in comments thanking you for it. So well done. Yeah. You are very welcome. We're excited about this one. Alright. While I've got the floor, I did wanna touch on one more, just kinda clarify something I said earlier. So we had a question about the upload photos and asked if this was available for both hybrid and web. So it is. The hybrid version has been available for a while, but that functionality exists on the desktop manager system, not in web for the hybrid system. So for web only companies, you'll see the button in the photos and docs tool. But just because of the way that the data is stored and talks back and forth between web and desktop in the hybrid system, that functionality is handled on the desktop system. So yes for both, but in two different And if you're unsure where to upload those on the hybrid system, just give us a call at support, and they can walk you through it. Sounds good. Alrighty. Let's hit some of these questions that are coming in. Eric was asking, when using materials and subs input, the user is unable to see which vendor was selected, the unit of measure, or any tag that was selected. The user has to go to each entry to see the selections. Is it possible to show all the data selected on the summary screen at some point? We had a little bit of internal debate in our back channel as to whether we're talking mobile or web. Excuse me. We can kind of answer them both. Mobile go first and then web can answer, and then we'll we'll cover some of the other stuff coming in. So Yeah. Absolutely. So the unit measure should definitely show up and just to situate what the screen we're talking about. It's on time card. You go into a cost code, and at the bottom of the cost code where you enter the production quantity, there's the linked materials. And this will have a a summary screen essentially where it shows the linked materials. In that summary screen, it should definitely show the code, the description. It should show the unit of measure, and that's where the users can log, received, installed. We are actually redoing that entire entry screen. So one of the improvements we're gonna make there is also showing the budgeted quantity, along with the everything else I said. And so there's there are plans for future iterations, and so some things we could look at is maybe adding drop downs or something where users can see the purchase order, the vendor, tags, things like that. But today, we do have functionality to show the UNEV measure in that view. Nice. Alright. Alright. And then for the web? Yeah. So that did sound like it was probably a mobile question, but a chance to tell you guys, we're replacing the MSC section on the time card screen in web, and that is gonna give you some of the stuff like the resizable columns, the column chooser, but we're also gonna have better visibility into the vendor. So right now you can just see the code. You'll also be able to see the description, and there's gonna be a tag column where you can view and apply tags, which was not there before. Alright. Speaking of Web Things, Bob's asking, is there any way to search your diary for specific words? We actually have a report on this on the web. Right? Yes. I'm pulling it up just to double check right now. But the diary report is in your standard reports list. And I believe there is a way to, you know, search that column that shows those results and pull up specific words. Same thing in the photos and docs tool as well. If you have notes that are associated with the photos, a really easy way to just kinda do a quick word search and that'll pull right up on the ones that have those. Sounds good. Alright. I'm gonna actually throw this one to Matt here. Kathy was asking earlier, if there's someone who's new to HeavyJob, is there a tutorial or beginner instructions guidelines that can be utilized? Oh, that's a good one. So I'd say the best self-service option is going to academy dot h c s s dot com. You have to have a credentials login to be able to do that, but we've got tons of videos and other goodies to be able to read there. Or I'd say the other option, the one I'm the most fan of because that's literally my department, is buying some professional services to be able to help you out, whether that means a four hour feature training to be able to just kind of give you an overview or starting with the Braun CIP, which is twenty four hours, to be able to chat and train you up and then chat and figure out how we can get the most out of the software for you and all your coworkers. I'd say those are your best options. Or come on down to UGM in January. You can sign up for that to be able to pick your classes where things you want to learn. Consulting Connect, the next one, I believe, is in October that we're working on doing one here, I believe, in September. We're finalizing the dates on that for either HeavyBid, HeavyJob, or three sixty. We've got separate classes for all those, And we're working on having little pieces of Consulting Connect in ninety minute, two hour chunks to be able to learn just the features. So we'll talk just about T and M or just about field entry. So keep your eye out for that here soon. Try to blast all your email with that. So in summary, we have Academy, we have Professional Services, we have Consulting Connect, we have Users Group Meeting. It's a lot of different options here. The best bet I think is actually starting with your customer success rep. They're great people over there. Reach out to them. They actually have a HeavyJob web startup guide as well. So you can start with something like that, but reach out to them and then they will put you in contact with all the different areas you need on that. So contact your customer success rep. You don't know who that is, just give us a call and we will put you in touch. They definitely wanna talk to you. They're not in sales or anything like that. They just really wanna just talk and hang out and make sure you're getting all the use you can out of your out of your HCSS purchases. So alright. Question from Thomas here. Can will there be more than two permissions on HeavyJob web? I'm not exactly sure. We may need a little bit more clarification on this question. Maybe it's more than two default groups that exist within our permissions. We have a fairly robust, I've been told, permission framework on the web. But please, if you have additional information that can help us answer that question better, let us know, Thomas, and we can get that to you. Throwing this one to Gaston. Timothy's asking, will there ever be a point where the customs forms creation can be used as an import into a meeting attachment rather than a PDF version? Got it. That's a great question. So for those who may not be familiar with the larger way forms and meetings can work together right now, is whenever you're setting up your media meeting agenda library, your your set of subjects and topics and all of that that you could pull into a meeting. You're allowed to go to your fillable PDF forms already made in HCSS forms and attach those to that meeting topic at the library level. So that means whenever you go to that meeting, that the form is automatically there ready to be filled out. And the way I'm understanding this is you're you're wanting to be able to use the other form types like custom forms. So we just rewrote the meetings module and just released that I think about two weeks ago. And that was one of the prerequisites before we could consider any kind of additional form types like that. And that has to do with the difference between filling out a PDF versus filling out what you might call more of a web kind of screen type of form. So now that we've done the meetings thing, that could be a possibility, but I'm not necessarily committing to that right now. It's something that is kind of on the radar to talk about and look at more. We were I okay. I won't say we. I'll say I was thinking more along the lines of, like, the hybrid form, thinking that's a little more powerful than the custom form. I'm looking here at a question that that I'm very interested in. Tiffany's asking about experiencing issues with crews not completing their time cards sufficient. Is there any way to have the time on basically, less taps, less time spent on the screen. We are working on some things in mobile that we will reveal towards the end of the year, probably in our last webinar of the year, which will take place at the end of October, the Halloween edition. It includes costumes. But we are working on some things to make it even easier. And hopefully, you like them. But not gonna reveal too much right now. Still got a couple months of of solid work before it's it's ready to see a much broader audience. So that is coming. And there was another question. Is there any way to correct an incorrect job number on a time card? So what happens if the foreman selects the wrong job? And obviously, if they have not yet sent the time card in, you can actually copy that time card to another job from the device. It does not copy cost codes because cost codes are unique to the job, but it copies the crew. So at least you have that. You can copy that from one time job to another on the device. Once it's sent in though, there really isn't an option in terms of deleting, from the device or from anywhere. We take it very seriously when we say the time cards are an audible activity within HeavyJob. And so once it's created, you cannot delete it. And so that is locked in. The best way is to revise it on the web and remove all the information from there. So I am gonna toss this one out here from Krista. Is there a way to issue per diem subsistence on multi job time cards without applying it to all the codes listed on the time cards? The short answer is yes. Let me see if I can share my screen here. Give me just one moment. My computer is being stubborn today. But if there's two ways to do this. If you're in web, you'd wanna go to can you guys hear me okay? It froze up on my end. Okay. Yeah. We can hear you. Okay. Good deal. Good deal. Okay. And I can share my screen here. Alright. So if you are in a web only system, you just wanna go under setups, employees. Now setup is for the the admin folks, so you'd wanna make sure you have permissions for that. But under the employee section, you have your list of cost adjustments. There's two places to add this here. You can see just in my list of cost adjustments overall, I can say, okay. You know? And and this is test data, so not the not the best looking codes and everything. But I could enter an assigned cost code. Now the reason this isn't like a drop down of specific cost codes for jobs is because for a lot of folks, these cost codes exist across jobs. So you would just wanna enter that code, in this case, one, two, three, four, five, six. And then anytime this cost adjustment was on a time card that had that cost code, it would assign itself to that cost code. So there's a lot of back end logic going on here. But the idea overall is that if you don't have an assigned cost code, it's going to kind of spread it based on hours. If there is an assigned cost code, it's going to link that cost adjustment specifically to that. Now if you're on the hybrid system, we do have ways to do this too, but it's a little bit more based on the order of the time card. And, Neil, you might correct me if I'm wrong here, but I think in hybrid that it basically just assigns that cost to the the first cost code on the time card for a multi job, but there may be some more options around that. But for the web only system, that assigned cost code is the way to go. If you go under the specific cost adjustment, you can also add that here under this edit tab, and it will, you know, show you where that cost code is assigned across labor rate sets. So immediate question. Several more came in. Immediate question from Carly. So what if that cost code is the same across jobs? Can we choose which job we want the cost adjustment to go to on the web? And yes, you can. Time card adjustment tool will show you one row per employee and cost code that link from the time card on time card adjustment tool. So you'd be able to see employee job cost code employee job one cost code a, employee job two cost code a if they're the same cost codes. And you'd be able to see the cost adjustments right there. And you can actually edit it from the time card adjustment tool, and it will change the time card for you. Okay? So that would be where you do that on the web to make that easier for people. Definitely meant for our our our admins on the web to be able to handle something like that. A couple more questions, especially around multi job time codes. So Brandy was asking here, and I will toss this over to Aneel, are there any future changes that would allow direct links from the time card to enter a diary if you're entering for multiple jobs? And Yeah. So in time credit review, we do have that link to to daily digest. In time card, if you go to the bottom in the more section, there's the option to view diary there. I heard something similar, so I might I'll get with you, Brandy. I heard something similar this week about from the diary itself, switching jobs. That might be something that we're exploring a little bit. But if you're on a multi job time card, you can go to your jobs and at the bottom right, it's hidden in the more section. There's an option to view diary right there. And then also And it will basically give you a list of the jobs that are on your time card. And you get to just choose which diary you wanna go to straight from there. Yep. And then you can do that from the time card and you hit back. And it takes you back to the time card, not to the home screen. And so you can very quickly move diaries. We've definitely had this request before. So it's it is there right now, Brandy. Want you to check it out. Yeah. Sorry, Anil. Oh, yeah. Was saying if you also have the time card warning where diary is required, and then there's if you have five jobs and you're missing a diary for any of those jobs, the time card warning will show which of the jobs is missing a diary. And you can just tap right there as well, and it'll directly take you to the the job that's the the diary for the job that's missing. So there's a lot of shortcuts kinda built in. Alright. As we continue, Thomas did clarify. So within credentials, there are two permissions for the web, and those are HeavyJob and HeavyJob project management. And then mobile has thirteen different modules underneath them. And, Thomas, you're absolutely right about that. Once you get into heavy job dot com, like, actually get into the HeavyJob permission set, there's about a million permissions in there. So, admins will have access to this. And it's limited to admins. But on the left side of the screen in the left hand navigation, if you go all the way down to setup and then the last option there is administration, you'll be able to to have groups of users within heavyjob dot com. And you'll be able to specify about a million different permissions in there. So check that out on heavy job dot com. We actually pulled it out of credentials. I think there is some work to actually merge the two back together at some point in the future. Whether it happens later this year or next year, I'm not sure. But we may be be putting it back together later on. But those permissions are there. Linda, I believe, was responding to something I said about copying time cards across jobs. And is one of those things copying node indexes? Sadly, no. Because node indexes are linked to the cost codes. Those are cost code tags. And the cost codes themselves are unique per job, and they would not copy over. We apologize about that. Will there ever be a way to link a photo to a cost code? Alright. Who wants that one? Yes. I'm getting one there. Fighting for it. Yes. Go for it. Yeah. But, yeah, that kinda ties into the the photo tagging work that we were talking about a little bit earlier. Our initial release is going to be transaction tags, I believe, but we're also working on future releases that'll include cost code tags and or or linking to the cost code as well as linking to material sub or expense records. So creating more connections there for those, which is gonna be great for, you know, bundling up groups of photos, getting not only that association to the time card for the photo, but to the actual cost code. So lots of cool things to come in that area. Sounds good. And I think there's a question from Jody, Anil, that you were gonna handle on my field. Where does the additional notes go? Yes. Those will go into the employee level notes. So any notes that the user in my field enters, there's three different note sections. Those will all get concatenated into the notes against the labor that submitted those. It's all the show up on the time card under the employee notes and also in in my field web reports. But I imagine for for the foreman, they'll wanna see it on the time card. Alright. I think we're coming to an end. I'm gonna toss it over to Sarah to answer our last question from Taisha here.
