Hello everyone. My name is Sara. I'm the product marketer for our fleet products here at HCSS. I'm going to go ahead and get the slides up and then I will hand it off to our fleet team to tell you about all of the updates that we have coming this quarter. So with that I will hand it over to Phil. Thanks Sara. If you can click the next slide real quick, I'll just go through some quick introductions. My name is Phil Robinson. For you guys that haven't met me, know I've spoken to a lot of you, if not most of you. I'm the Group Product Manager here at HCSS and I'm responsible for all of our fleet products or the strategic delivery for all of our fleet products. And on with me today, we've got Sarah. Sarah is our product marketer for fleet products and Hayden is our product manager for our maintenance application. So, Equipment360 and the maintenance module and telematics that we've kind of been hitting at and some of you guys are actually using. So, getting started on kind of the preview for what's coming up in the Q2 release. Some key stories, continued sync improvements on Equipment360. So, we do have kind of two maintenance applications. We have a light web based maintenance application that lives in telematics and then we have our enterprise level solution, Equipment360. So, we're still pedal to the metal there, making the mobile syncs faster and expanding integrations with partners like Gearflow. And then there's a lot of quality of life improvements that we're doing there and further down, we'll get down into some of the more strategic items. Telematics continued improvements on driver score or on driver data and shop notifications. And so, we'll talk about scorecarding and shop notifications there. And then expanded integrations. So, we're working on some stories with key partners like Gearflow for parts procurement and Samsara for capturing data from third party telematics providers and pulling that into HCSS telematics so that you can view that data just like you would any other device. And then a quick look forward at the roadmap coming up and we'll recap this at the end. Kind of, if you have any questions about what I'm gonna say now, feel free to throw them in chat or you can hold them till the end and we'll have that up there as a refresher. But Bobcat and Case OEM integration, those are coming out shortly. A big thing this year over the next couple of months is going to be the map page revamp. And so, you'll see a sleeker, more integrated map that's faster and that will allow us to eliminate those duplicated maps because right now we have that map one, map two point zero. On the Equipment360 side, pay adjustments, being able to add in ad hoc items on time cards, mobile sync improvements, that's been a huge theme for us this year is keeping those, keeping your mechanics working and not in the app waiting on syncs, things like that. Improvements to personal alerts, maintenance request web app, so for our MaintenancePro application, we have we're working on a web based interface for maintenance requests, integrating safety inspections, and on our Connect app, the mobile app for telematics and its maintenance module, we're looking at integrating work orders and adding meter reading entry. And now, I'll go ahead and pass it off to Hayden. Hayden's gonna run us through a quick highlight of the agenda, and then we'll hop right into specifics. Yeah. So like Phil said, that is our agenda list. However, I think we can actually just go ahead and hop in because we're going to hit on each of these items in their own slides. So let's hop right into Equipment360 updates here, Sarah. We can go to the next slide. Perfect. So initial sync performance improvements. Again, we heard feedback from a lot of you guys, especially with larger data sets. Getting those mechanics spun up on their iPad was starting to take more and more time as we grow our Equipment360 database. We did share a lot of these improvements in the last quarterly webinar here, but we've made a lot more progress. So additional fields that are being synced with our new sync process include the checklists, custom fields, documents, employees, equipment, parts. So we do have a little bit more work to do, a couple different setups that we'll talk about in our next webinar. However, we have made a lot of progress. And as far as your initial sync goes for getting that mechanic spun up, you should see a significant reduction in the amount of time that takes. All right, let's hop over to another highlight here with our Gearflow integration. We highlighted in our last webinar that we had the ability to actually sync over purchase orders if you're using GearFlow and you're integrated within Equipment360. Obviously, we got a lot of feedback from our customers using both systems that the next and most logical step would be to actually have those parts direct costed to Equipment360 work orders. And that is the case with Equipment360 version two thousand and twenty five point three. That should be posted to the community site this Thursday. So can't have this in your hands just quite yet, but it will be released this week. Part of the thing that we had to work through here was figuring out how we were going to apply cost codes or item codes to all those part entries when we have an order out of GearFlow. Because GearFlow doesn't necessarily know, especially if we have a new part that will get created through that integration, how that's costed as far as item codes in three sixty. So there's some additional preferences in the system preferences with Gearflow to be able to kind of assign a blanket default item code for anything that comes in through that integration, which you could update later as you see fit. But this is kind of a big milestone in our integration with Gearflow. And if you guys have any questions about getting started there, feel free to put something in chat. I can get you some contact info for the guys over at Gearflow. If you want to see more on that side, we're happy to work with you if that is something you're interested in and getting those two systems talking. All right, Sarah, next slide here. The database upload, this is a nice little quality of life thing. So this was in Equipment360 two thousand and twenty five point two. As you can see in that screenshot now in our little help question mark there at the top right, Equipment360 administrators now have the option to just click that button through the interface to actually upload a secure database backup to HCSS's cloud so that our support and development teams can use those to troubleshoot. If you're aware of the current process, you've had to call in, we needed to take a look at anything, you probably had to use a file share link. This will be much easier, quicker, less involved way of getting your database back up over to HCSS for troubleshooting. Thank you, Sarah. Another little highlight here is within Equipment360's maintenance request web app. And I know we were hinting at MaintenancePRO's maintenance request app, which we'll talk about a little bit on the road map slide, but this is for three sixty. You know, a lot of you know and love this maintenance request web application. We were getting more and more requests. If I have a QR code that we generated out of safety and we've got that, stuck onto our equipment for scan and inspect. Those barcodes can now be utilized or leveraged to pull up the correct piece of equipment in this app as well. We did talk about last year, that is integrated with E360 mobile. So whether you generate those barcodes, QR codes out of safety or E360, all of our Equipment360 apps will now allow you to scan the codes from either of those sources. And let's go ahead and get to the next slide, which is another little quality of life improvement here. We had some asks from various users, various sizes of being able to split out this user role for their accounts. Specifically, we used to have a user role that would allow us to manage user accounts and user roles. Problem was they wanted some manager users to be able to set up a new mechanic, for example, but they didn't want them to have access to go into that user role set up and actually define everything in the system as far as what every single user role can do. So we actually split those permissions out into two explicit things, so manage user accounts and manage roles. So now you can essentially give a manager user the ability to spin up new user accounts, whether that's for the desktop or mobile systems, without having access to get into this screen that's also in the screenshot for managing roles. So ideally, in those scenarios, your administrators would continue to have that access to modify and set user roles. However, your manager users that you trust to spin up new accounts could do so. And let's hop into the updates we've done to the weekly time card report. We actually showed off a little bit of this last webinar also. That was actually the time card questions, those customizable time card questions that we released earlier this year. You see that on the lower part of that report that we've got that in. What we added this time was the shift breakdown. I think it's gonna be particularly handy for US coast users. But now, as you can see highlighted in this screenshot here, we've got our full shift breakdown. We have our custom time card questions and we have our time card signature all baked into one report. And that is the weekly time card report out of the reports menu. Maintenance Pro, we've got one little highlight. Again, this is our light web based maintenance solution that's baked in with HCSS Telematics. We kind of did a full intro last webinar. We are working through some UI improvements currently, so we're going to be a little bit lighter this release webinar. So we only have shop notifications in this case. So that's actually built in to the existing contacts and alerting system in telematics. As you can see in that screenshot of the web view, we added a shop notification section in addition to the telematics alerting and scheduled reports. So these are kind of canned notifications. So you kind of just go into your contact setup and you can choose to subscribe them to alerts for PM services that are due or maintenance requests that come into the shop. Pretty straightforward. Those can be configured for SMS, text messages or emails or both. But you can kind of see an example of what came into my phone down there. We've got a hydraulic leak for that dozer. It includes a link that'll bring us to the web view with all of that information on the maintenance request. It's pretty handy. But that covers Equipment360 and Maintenance Pro. Hand it back off to Phil here for some telematics items. Yep. Great. Thanks, Hayden. So the first thing we're going to cover, we're actually going hop back into maintenance just a hair. So, on the Telematics Connect app, so that's your iOS app, we have added in the ability to capture maintenance requests in the app. And so, one of the things I know Hayden said that we introduced it last time and I do wanna just keep clarifying that if you are using Equipment360, that is, this won't necessarily apply to you. You have mechanic mobile or the web version of maintenance request, but specifically for MaintenancePro and Telematics, we now have the way to capture those request details in app, misspellings notwithstanding. And that will go directly into telematics and that alerts that Hayden just mentioned, the maintenance request received will get triggered by those. Okay. Next slide, sir. A big one that we've been working on for quite a while, we didn't quite make the Q1 release, so we're we just released it. Some of you guys have already seen it, but we're kind of announcing it now. It is out there available for you guys to use. That is the driver scorecard in HCSS Telematics. So, you know, look at your, we can use the existing data that's coming off of those devices. So, if you have one of our plug in devices or a dash camera or both, that data is already in the system and we're using that existing data. And so, really, you'll see a GIF here of those events that are coming up and one's gonna come up here in just a second of configuring the scorecard and what that score means to you. And so, you can go in right now and tell the system exactly how important speeding is or how important your harsh acceleration events are and compile a score for all of your drivers based off of that data. The scoring's completely customizable as well as the items that we take into account. So, as long as you have an alert set up for those, they will contribute to the score. That's kind of the one caveat is that you have to have an alert set and we use that as a trigger to include it, okay? And then, after you configure the score, you can obviously define your own scale as far as, you know, yellow, red, green on what a good, medium or poor score is. And again, that is available right now. You can hop in there and use that today. All right. And I believe we're ready for the next slide. Yeah, so future roadmap. We're gonna, I'll pass it back off to Hayden just to cover the highlights or the big ticket items of what we're moving forward with. But this is kind of the last real slide of the presentation. So after we go through all this, we'll hang tight for some questions for a minute or two and then we'll get you guys out of here. Yeah, let's talk about maintenance items here. So Equipment360, like I mentioned, we're continuing to work through some of those initial sync improvements. Going to be working on that throughout the rest of the year to make that as quick as possible for you guys. Again, we'll talk about that next quarterly webinar. Pay adjustments. This is a pretty big one. We've had a lot of people asking for, one, a better way to do per diem or track per diem in Equipment360. But we're gonna give you a much more flexible and customizable approach to do so with the pay adjustments feature that we're planning here. So that'll let you set up basically any type of ad hoc adjustment to that time card that you need to, whether it's based on dollars or miles, days. And if you're familiar with HeavyJobs pay or cost adjustment feature, that's essentially what we're modeling it after. But you can set up as many of those as you want, have the entry customized to how it will fit your business needs. And of course, we will include a process to actually export that out with your payroll system, whether it's going to be part of the same file or split into a separate file. That part should be customizable as well. But again, idea there, better way to track per diem if you do any mileage based reimbursement for mechanics traveling or gotta buy them a hotel for the night if they're really going out there, That should be able to cover all of those types of scenarios. We're also going to be looking at some improvements to our personal alerting in three sixty, namely behind the SMS alerting. Carriers more and more are starting to block those email to SMS notifications that are going out. So a little bit of tech speak here, but we're gonna get integrated with our in house notification service. So you will continue to receive those personal alerts via text message that you know and love. On the MaintenancePro side, in our web based maintenance solution, we are working on basically the same view that we were looking at for that maintenance request app that currently serves Equipment360, an asset list with the ability to send in a meter reading and or a maintenance request and view the history and status of all the maintenance requests we've submitted. So in addition to that, we are looking to get safety inspections integrated with MaintenancePro. So knocking out a couple of those core integrations with our operations products, maintenance requests and safety inspections, getting all of that information into your light web based maintenance system is what we're gonna be looking at. Pass it back over to Phil here to cover telematics. Great, thanks. So coming up on the integration front, we are working on integrations with Bobcat and Case. I believe we've already integrated with Case and then there was a change with the API and so we're kind of fixing that. But we do have some other ones coming up that you'll hear more about next quarter. And again, we are still working on Samsara was our first third party telematics provider integration, but we are working on additional third party telematics integrations. The map page revamp, targeting this for late, late this year may be very, very early twenty six, but basically that unified map that pulls all of that information whether it's from maintenance or your telemetry data or your OEM data, pulling that all into one place to make it very easy to interact with just in one area. On the telematics Connect side, adding in the ability to capture work orders on the maintenance front. So, the ability to enter and work on items on the mobile device And then, that simplified meter reading entry giving you the ability to capture meter readings and that kind of goes hand in hand with work orders. If we're gonna do work orders, we need to be able to capture meters when they were complete. And that's really it. That's it for highlights and big ticket items coming up in the next quarter or so. If there's any questions, we'll stick around, like I said, for a few minutes and otherwise, we appreciate you guys coming and I don't if we have any housekeeping left, Sarah. In terms of housekeeping, the webinar will be recorded and it will be sent out to you probably in the next two to three days. So you can expect an email. Also keep an eye out for our launch notes post if you aren't already signed up and registered to see any of our product releases and announcements. If you are, you'll also be getting an email in the next two weeks regarding all of these updates just in an email form. And then if you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to me. My name is Sarah, and I'm the product marketer over here at Fleet. And we can wait a little bit longer to see if we have any additional questions coming in. But if not, also be sure to register for our next quarterly webinar, which will be in Q3. Can hang out for another minute or two? I see we had a couple questions Yeah. Carla's asking if the webinar will be available to view after. Yeah. You'll get an email with a link to view it. Yep. I think it's a day or two. You bet. Alright, great. Thanks everybody. We'll see you again. Like I said, Sarah is going to send you guys an email for with launch notes in a couple of weeks and then after that we'll see you next quarter. Fantastic. Thank you everyone.
