Most important feature is definitely access to the to our work orders and locations for equipment. Well, if I need to look up parts, I have all the information, serial numbers. I can check the hours on the equipment, and they're updated every day. So if somebody has a question about service or if something's due, when something was done, I can see it almost instantaneously.
