The new OSHA rates on their citations. They're extreme. And in order to be best prepared for that, that's where using HCSS Safety has really catapulted our company. I feel like we're a safer and more informed company than we've ever been. Thanks to HCSS we had a fall and the employee he got hurt. He lived, he fell 35 feet, and OSHA was on the job the next day wanting to do their formal inspection. And he gave me this list of things that he needed. And included in that list were all his training records all of his safety talks, toolbox talks, any kind of write ups. And how we reinforced that and you know, honestly, within about 2 hours, I had that employee's full file as it related to safety and when I emailed it to the OSHA guy, he met me out on on the job that afternoon and he says, I can't find anything to say to for you're a safe company and it looks like you're doing a good job. And this was just an employee mistake. So HCSS really helped us in that respect.
