It's one stop shopping. It's all there. I can check JHAs. I can tailor JHAs to specific job sites. If a foreman has a concern or if they're going to be doing a unique task not only can I review it with them, but I can build it into the system. The documentation that we did review it. I can. I can go and look at their trainings, their skills, see who's coming to see who's passed, do I kind of plan for my next month and then I can schedule any regulatory training ahead of them so that next week when they hit a job site, at a certain place, they can pull up their iPad. And the training is right there waiting for safety. Managers on the job site can use HCSS Safety to review their JHAs to tailor JHAs specific tasks to make sure they're are meeting regulatory training requirements. We've used it to track COVID compliance. We've used it for general contractor required forms. We've built specific forms that we could then automatically emailed to the general contractor to show compliance with the dig plan or whatever is going on for that day. A lot of crew members really, really enjoy the program. It's it's seamless. It's easy. I mean, you had a carpenter or an iPad three. I'll look at it. Kind of funny. That's not what they wanted to do with their careers. So there is a little pushback. But once you provide a little training, walk it through them a little bit. They realize how easy it is, how intuitive it is, and it's really not a problem. So HCSS Safety made meeting regulatory request really easy. We were able to pull training documentation for individuals in an hour, where as used to go through filing cabinets and look for that one off piece of paper that maybe had coffee stains on it. Now it's all there. I do a basic data request. I convert it to an Excel file or PDF file. I can put it all together there it is with the new, as we call it, the nuclear fines coming down the lines. HCSS Safety allows us to go in and pull that documentation instantly. I can go so far as say we had an inspector the other day where they had questions. They were to pull an iPad off the database, show the training right there. So not only did we avoid a fine, we just avoided the whole conversation by giving them the answer before we had to take two more steps.
