See How Companies Use Popular Equipment360 Features
(upbeat music) - Here at Lecon, we're in the Engineering Excavation Business. We have about 150 pieces of equipment we actually own. We provide maintenance and major repairs for this equipment. 360 is a tool that we use to organize the entire maintenance program. We can get in there and we can pull up a particular machine and it'll tell me everything I need to know about that machine. (upbeat music) It's a great thing, especially if you're managing people and you're managing a lot of equipment. Because I can't run around here and think of everything. So, you could take 360 and you can set that alarm. It'll pop up when we need a service, it'll tell us. If you want 250 hours and want an engine service and it had 500 hours and you want to change bristles or whatever that might be, you can set that in 360. (upbeat music) - So we'll make a completely new work order, say, hydraulic leak. So once we pick Carl, he's the mechanic for that job. And we'll have Carl to sync it to his tablet. It'll pop up on his tablet as the work order. (upbeat music) - After doing repairs on equipment, we use Equipment 360 to log-in whatever the repair was. We'll open up the work order, order that equipment, work our item, repair, let's say 506 Hydraulic, time it took, six hours, maybe get some close ups of the hoses that we changed today and that way we have these photos stored for future reference of the job that we completed. (upbeat music) - The mechanic in the field uses the E-360's app to take pictures. Once he takes pictures, he can annotate, make notes, and what have it on reference to the manager's stand point bay. He or I can look at it. It is extremely helpful just in case if we had to deal with a manufacturer or anything like that. (upbeat music) - Now with the accounting process, this information that the mechanics put in their through their pads comes in to the system and it goes right into 360. And that tells us what machine we worked on, how many hours we worked on that machine, and basically what that machine costs you per year. Did it make money or did it lose money? Especially if you're billing your equipment out per-machine and each one of your machines is a business. (upbeat music) To me Equipment 360 is total organization and it allows me to oversee my equipment. - It's really been a really helpful tool to use when you come out on a job. I think our whole company should use it. - I can go to review time card and make sure everybody's time is entering right. 360 litigates everything like that. (sighs) Thank God for the E-360's. Oh, it's making my life a whole lot easier.
