HCSS Telematics has the capabilities to help you eliminate gathering meter collections manually by getting all of that information directly from your machines. This can help reduce human error, as well as drive your equipment maintenance. To see the meter rating for a specific piece of equipment, go to Equipment on the left, pick the piece of equipment you want to see, let's say the first one, the Komadzu loader, click on Details, now you can see when the meter was last updated. Click on Update to get the latest reading.
You can send your meter hours to Equipment 360, which is HCSS shop maintenance program, to drive a preventative maintenance schedule. You can also integrate HCSS telematics with HeavyJob, which is our job costing solution. With HeavyJob, your foremen can populate their timecards with engine runtime hours, this will give you more accurate hour reporting, which means a better representation of your equipment utilization. To see a list of your equipment meter hours currently, go to Reports on the left, click on Current Status, Equipment Information, and now you can filter it by a specific piece of equipment, a type of equipment, different groups.
So let's say I wanna see my entire fleet. So go to Equipment Groups, click on Filter, and then select All Equipment, Okay. Press Run Report, and here you are.
