Drive Your Entire Company with Telematics

Dispatchers can make better scheduling decisions by pulling location data from HCSS Telematics into HCSS Dispatcher. Right now we're inside of HCSS Dispatcher, which is our dispatching and scheduling software. On the magnet board view, here, your dispatcher can see where the equipment is scheduled to be. Then they can true up the location to see any machines that's not where it should be, so that they can get it to the job where it's supposed to be at. Or they can schedule another piece of equipment that's nearby to replace it. And lastly, your foremen can populate their timecards with engine runtime hours from HCSS Telematics into Heavy Job, which is the HCSS job costing software. This gives you more accurate hour reporting, which can mean a better representation of your equipment utilization.
