Digitally Report Incidents in Real Time

- Today, we're gonna be looking at sending incidents from the field into the office. When an incident occurs, your crew lead will fill out all the pertinent information associated with this incident through the incident forms. Every field is optional in order to encourage your crew lead to send in the information of the incident without having to fill out anything they don't know. Once the incident is sent into the office your safety manager can complete the rest of the incident, and append any additional forms as needed. Now, you're looking at the incident you just received from the field in the office where your safety manager can fill in any missing information. HCSS Safety gives you the ability to not only use the forms that we provide, but also to attach any other information like police reports into the same location. Some of the information such as classification and root cause analysis is visible only to the office or safety manager. Once an incident is fully filled out, HCSS Safety permanently saves all the information allowing you to search and review all incidents.
