Sign for Time in the Field

HeavyJob gives you the option to have your employee sign for his or her submitted time each day to make sure the hours reported are accurate. On the bottom of the timecard in HeavyJob Mobile, click on Sign. HeavyJob lets you sign 10 cards by week or by the day. When the day is done, your foreman can pass his iPad or whatever device he's choosing to use to the rest of the crew to get their signatures for the hours they've worked for that day. So let's go ahead and pick Neil's timecard. The questions you see here are completely customizable to your company. The three that we have here are pretty typical. Neil can confirm that, yes he did in fact work these hours. He left the job uninjured and that he attended the safety meeting today, which is actually a really easy way to take your safety attendance. So let's go ahead and say Yes to all three questions. Tap to Sign. Accept Signature, click Done. And once you've gotten everybody on your crew to sign, click Send. And now the timecard was just sent to the office with the signatures attached.
