HCSS will hold dedicated online sessions between your company and our implementation specialist. During this time, we will work through the software as a solution for the requirements discovered during the planning phase and develop new streamlined business practices for your company. Online sessions will also include end-user training for your employees.
At the conclusion of your implementation, your HCSS project team will verify that we have met the goals required for your new software. We will then transition your company to our technical support team for continued software service.
