Choosing the right software hosting solution for your organization is an important part of your FuelerPlus purchase process. Whether your company is a small sole proprietorship or a large, multi-divisional corporation, FuelerPlus has a solution that fits your organization.
Network Hosting
Your company can host FuelerPlus Manager licenses and all FuelerPlus data on your own server or cloud, allowing for multiple users to be in the manager system and have access to the same data at the same time (or separately). FuelerPlus Manager network licenses are shared and can be used concurrently, so the total number of licenses purchased represents the maximum number of users who can be logged into the software at the same time. FuelerPlus Mobile licenses are individually named per user, so the license belongs to the individual and can travel from device to device.
HCSS Cloud-hosted
If you’d prefer to let someone else handle the IT side, the HCSS Cloud can host your FuelerPlus Manager licenses and all your FuelerPlus data on our own highly secure servers. When you purchase HCSS Cloud Services, we’ll take care of all the technicalities behind the scenes. We’ll perform regular security maintenance and data backups, and we’ll also perform all HCSS product updates when you’re ready. All you have to do to access your software is connect to FuelerPlus (or other HCSS products) through an internet connection on any device.
HCSS Cloud licenses are individually named per user, so your company will need one for each person accessing HCSS software in the cloud. Once logged into the cloud, however, FuelerPlus Manager licenses are shared and can be used concurrently, just like a regular network system. FuelerPlus Mobile licenses are individually named per user, so the license belongs to the individual.
Enterprise
Our enterprise version of FuelerPlus is perfect for large companies with multiple divisions doing different types of work. Enterprise allows companies with multiple divisions to share software licenses while maintaining completely different data sets.
For example, if you are a bridge work fueler, you will only see bridge work jobs and data available to your division when you log into FuelerPlus. But your utility division will only see utility data, despite using the same licenses.
