The first 200 attendees per meeting to register and book their hotel rooms at the Hilton Americas-Houston will receive an iPod Shuffle when they pick up their registration packet at the meeting.

*Participant must attend the 2011 User's Group Meeting and stay at the Hilton Americas-Houston hotel during the event they are registered for. If a participant cancels their registration or hotel room, they forefeit their entry. Substitutions will be allowed, but the iPod will be given to the person who replaces the original registrant.
Registration
All fees are per person. Registration is available online, or you can download a registration form and mail or fax it to HCSS.
Registration Fee: $1,400
Includes Kickoff Lunch, Classes, Welcome Reception, Friday Breakfast & Lunch, Coaches' Corner, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Saturday Meetings, & HCSS Back to the Future Celebration
Early Bird Discount: - $150
Ends 1/3/11 for the February 3-5 meeting. Ends 1/14/11 for the February 17-19 meeting. (To be eligible for the Early Bird Rate, your registration must be received with payment on or before the cutoff date. Registrations received after the Early Bird deadline will be processed at the non-discounted rate.)
3 or More Registrants Discount: -$50
To receive the 3 person discount, all 3 people must be registered at the same time, be paying attendees, and work for the same company. Should cancellations reduce the group below 3, each individual will be assessed the $50.
