Welcome Reception

Honoree Reception

Thursday 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm (Invitation only)

Attendees who have attended 4 or more HCSS User’s Group Meetings are welcome to join us for our Honoree Reception.

Coaches’ Corner

Friday 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

You’ll have the opportunity to sit down in an informal session with HCSS staff to discuss any thoughts or questions you may have regarding HCSS products. They’ll have their laptops ready to tackle any question!

Houston Aeros Hockey Game

Friday 7:35 pm - 10:00 pm (Feb. 4th only)

During the February User’s Group Meeting, join us in supporting the Houston Aeros (AHL) as they take to the ice against the Texas Stars (AHL) at the Toyota Center. The Toyota Center is located directly across the street from the Hilton Americas-Houston Hotel. Tickets are $30 per person and are not included in the registration fee.

Back to the Future Celebration

HCSS turns 25 this year and we’re planning a HUGE celebration!

Saturday 6:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Don’t miss out on our biggest bash yet! We’ll take you Back to the Future to 1986, when Atari, boom boxes, and Trivial Pursuit were all the rage. And since the 80’s are best known for the music scene, the award-winning band, Molly & the Ringwalds, will rock out with top hits by Queen, Michael Jackson, Bon Jovi, Van Halen, AC/DC, Guns ‘N Roses, and more.

There will also be karaoke, “Company” Feud, a DOS vs Windows estimating competition, casino tables, and a few surprises, too.

Don’t forget your 80’s threads—acid washed jeans, rock n’ roll t-shirts, and sunglasses!
