Due to the popularity of the free, pre-conference classes and another large event taking place in downtown Houston, there are only 40 rooms left for Wednesday night of the February 11-13th meeting, but plenty of rooms for Thursday - Sunday! Make sure to call the Hilton to book your reservations as soon as possible.
If you can't get a room at the Hilton for Wednesday night, go ahead and book your room there for check-in on Thursday. We have a block of rooms at the Four Points Sheraton to accommodate you Wednesday night if needed. Click here for details.

*HCSS has blocked rooms for the meeting dates and only registrants are eligible for the special rates. To confirm a room assignment, the Hilton requires a first night's guarantee, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of the arrival date, after which it is nonrefundable. Hilton will accept reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis; requests after the cutoff date will be accepted at the discretion of the hotel and upon availability at the regular room rate in effect at the time of reservation. All attendees are responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges.
Hotel Overflow for Wednesday Night of February Meeting We will also have registration on Wednesday from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the Four Points for those of you staying there so you can get your name tag and your software installed before you head over to the Hilton on Thursday morning. Four Points by Sheraton Houston Southwest Rate: $110 for Wednesday Don't forget to book your room for check-in on Thursday at the Hilton so you won't have to worry about getting back and forth between the hotels the rest of the weekend. |
