Cost: $375

As an attendee of the HCSS User's Group Meetings, you are welcome to bring your spouse for a special spouse program that is only $375. Our special program will keep them entertained throughout the weekend. They'll also be able to join you for the nightly events and meals.

Fee includes: Thursday Lunch, Chocolate Class, Welcome Reception, Friday Breakfast, Houston Museum, Coaches' Corner, Saturday Breakfast & Dinner, Shopping at the Galleria & HCSS Casino Party.

We all love it! Learn how to do tons of cool stuff with chocolate! In this class you'll learn:

• Tempering Chocolate
• Chocolate Art (swirls, loops, writing)
• Using Transfer Sheets
• Truffles
• Ganache
• Perfect Chocolate Fondant
• Chocolate Sauces

We'll also provide wine while sampling your delicious desserts!

Houston Museum of Natural Science
