Initially, HCSS will contact you to set up your training and discuss what you want the system to do for you. We'll do our best to match the right trainer with your company. Take a minute to meet the HCSS trainers: Once confirmed, your trainer will call you to introduce him/herself to you, discuss your expectations, as well as preview any company data that you may want to use during the training. During the training, our instructor works with you and other users to effectively use HCSS to fulfill your needs. HCSS will then follow up on your training to verify your satisfaction.
