Hugh McCulloch

With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Hugh has been a full time trainer and employee of HCSS since 2001. He acted as president of independent construction consulting firm performing training on estimating software and estimating department development for heavy construction and engineering companies for the 5+ years prior to coming to HCSS.

Hugh has worked in all of the following areas of construction: general road construction, grading, estimating and contract administration. He has a strong interest in computers and was previously responsible for company-wide PC support and estimate automation, project management and purchasing for different companies.
