2009 HCSS User's Group Meetings

This year, we took a different approach to breaking classes down into tracks. We found that many of our User’s Group Meeting attendees interact with multiple HCSS products, so instead of designing our class tracks by product, we designed them by job roles. Descriptions of the different tracks are listed below.
