Resource Planning In this class, you will learn how to get more people in your company planning their jobs and crews in The Dispatcher. You will learn some simple setup tricks to make it extremely easy for everyone in your organization to use the intelligent scheduling functionality in The Dispatcher. We will also look at how doing this will increase efficiency and decrease manpower and equipment shortages.

Understanding the HeavyBid Accounting Interface Learn the techniques for quickly importing initial budget information from HeavyBid to your accounting system. Learn how to link accounting codes to your HeavyBid codes, extract your budgets at the biditem, activity, or resources level, and view the extent of data available to export, including billing and purchase order information.
Using HeavyJob Billing An important part of controlling company cash flow is to properly and efficiently bill the owner and track subcontract payments. With HeavyJob's Billing module, we will show you how to gather and modify pay item quantities from cost code quantities, track change orders, and create invoices using the AIA format. We will also cover subcontract payments and generate time and material bills.
