Kick-off and Keynote - Thursday 11:30 am - 1:45 pm
We’ll kick-off the HCSS User’s Group Meeting on Thursday at 11:30 am with a special lunch where you’ll meet HCSS staff and get a sneak peek of the new features and products that will be released in 2009. Gene Duckro is back as our keynote speaker and will conclude the lunch with an inspirational message.
Tailgate Party - Thursday 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Join us at the Tailgate Party on Thursday from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Come on down, have a couple of drinks, enjoy some appetizers, and mix and mingle with HCSS employees and other attendees.
“Coaches Corner” - Friday 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
You’ll have the unique opportunity on Friday from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm to sit down in an informal session with HCSS staff (“coaches”) Friday evening to discuss strategies and any thoughts or questions you may have regarding HCSS products. They’ll have their laptops ready to tackle any question!
HCSS All-Star Experience - Saturday 7:00 pm - midnight
Once again, the HCSS All-Star Experience kicks into action on Saturday night. Try your hand at football, boxing, basketball, golf, Wii games, and even Dance Dance Revolution. We’ll also have blackjack and poker tables for you to enjoy.
This one-of-a-kind party is the finale to the HCSS User’s Group Meeting. Wear your favorite sports team jersey to show where your loyalties lie. Make sure you collect your winnings from the trading cards and the casino games to exchange them for HCSS souvenir items from Earl’s Locker.
Houston Aeros Hockey - Friday 7:35 pm (January meeting only)
Attendees of our January meeting have the option to attend a game of Houston's AHL hockey team on Friday night. Join us in supporting the Houston Aeros (AHL) as they take the ice against the Peoria Rivermen. Tickets are only $26 per person and are not included with the registration fees. Make sure to sign up for tickets when registering for the meeting.
