User's Group MeetingsWhat are the Annual HCSS User's Group Meetings? The HCSS User's Group Meetings are the the place to be to learn about HCSS products, network with peers and to meet with HCSS developers face to face. They are also a great tool to reward your employees and to continue to develop their careers. We schedule 2 events during the year so you can choose the timing that works best for you. Over 850 customers attended in 2009, so make plans now to attend in 2010. Thought provoking classes, discussion groups, and case studies. We have two days of classes with over 100 classes to choose from that cover very specific topics. The HCSS User's Group classes and discussion groups are excellent ways to acquire more tools to understand and use HeavyBid, HeavyJob and The Dispatcher to improve your productivity. Voting on new product features. The Saturday User’s Group Meetings are crucial to the development of HeavyBid, HeavyJob and The Dispatcher. This is your chance to offer your feedback on the products and hear what others think, all in front of the entire HCSS management team and top executives. This helps us map out future releases and determine what new product features need to be added to the software. Networking with your peers and the HCSS staff.Get to know other HCSS customers and how they are using HCSS software. This is a great opportunity to learn new ways to utilize different parts of the system and implement best practices at your company. You will also get to meet the entire HCSS staff, and spend one-on-one time with implementers and product developers to share your ideas, as well as hear ours. And lots of fun! It's not all work and no play. In the evenings we'll have a Tailgate Party and the HCSS All-Star Experience, complete with sports games, sumo wrestling, and a mechanical bull. We also have a Spouse Program with activities designed specifically for your spouse while you are attending classes during the day.
"The Spouse Program was lovely and full of variety. It was a great way to meet other ladies and to always have a familiar face in the crowd to connect with."
